The air conditioning worked great. Room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner but not bad. Staff was slow. I couldn’t even find anyone when I checked out. It was worth what I paid. I only stayed 1 night so that’s all I have.

Our bath tub was not usable. It was all rusted out and they wouldn’t give us another room and said they all were like that. We couldn’t get back in our room unless we got the card rekeyed, which was a headache because we were there for 4 days. The experience was not great and I wouldn’t recommend staying there!!!

Not that good, the steam from the containers fro the eggs n sausage were unsafe. Need to rethink and only 1 waffle machine. Food, we never got our blanket or bed cart bc the room we originally booked online was not available

Quick trip to Greensboro but this was an easy stay, especially if you want to avoid Greensboro traffic in the morning and are traveling east!

They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks.

Checked in and the room smells of smoke. Complained to the front desk and was told they were sold out and couldn’t change rooms. She reached under the counter and gave me a can of febreeze. I said I thought it was a non-smoking room and she said people don’t always follow the rules. Not very helpful. Brown stain on the bottom of the tub. The place feels worn down.

Rooms was dirty and had a bag and pills laying behind our bed. Keys don’t work to the rooms. I ended up with nearly 20 room keys because I had continued fighting to get into my room with the keys not working. Staff though, they were extremely nice.

The breakfast provided offered very minimal food choices. Staff were somewhat pleasant in terms of making guests feel welcomed—customer service could use some improvement. The sofa seat pillows in our room appeared to be soiled from past guests and could use cleaning and/or even replacing. Overall, our stay wasn’t terrible. The bed linens and bathroom were clean.

This was my second stay here and I had my daughter and niece with me for my daughter’s birthday. We had no problems and it was very quiet even though they were fully booked. It’s not perfect but it’s clean as in no bugs and you feel safe being all females visiting alone. I will definitely return in the future if needed.

First they didn’t have my reservation even though I paid ahead of time and had a confirmation number. They argued with me. I finally had to call Expedia and make a new reservation. There were stains on the floor and bath tub, missing floor tile and mold in the bathroom, and a roach in the bathroom. I have pictures. Will never stay at a comfort inn again or any choice hotels.

Excellent, clean large suites. Have stayed here multiple times. Great value. I takes a long time to check in, but definitely worth the wait.

Only problem I had was my body wash bottle was empty on arrival, I mentioned it to the front desk, went out all day and came back to find the bottle was still empty and not replaced. Not a huge deal though. When I had mentioned the body wash the front desk employee gave me bars of soap so all good and appreciated. I’d just prefer the liquid soap that’s all

Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. If you stay there, be careful about letting your key card get close to your phone, as it may deactivate it, as it did mine as well as another traveler who came in right before me. It would be a good idea for the hotel to upgrade their locks. Also, this may be nitpicky, but the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The acid in OK really bothers some people's stomach. Apple Juice is a good second option. I really liked the 2 options for regular or strawberry waffles. 2 Juice options. Bigger area. Keep it filled up at least until 15 minutes before stops. Pool was really cloudy. Not sure if it was dirty or if it was the chemicals. No pool towels. Bath tub really disgusting. Manager said it was going to be redone and they are all the same way.

The staff was friendly, the pool, room, and common areas were clean, there was a Zaxby's and a CVS next door, and the complimentary hot breakfast had great variety. The indoor pool are was very loud but the hotel can't control that. There were a lot of kids using it when my family went in. Totally not the fault of the hotel.

The bathroom tub had peeling/cracked paint from the tub bottom. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The a/c didnt stay on no matter how low we set the temperature.

Very pleased overall with the stay for what I paid. Had an issue with the television upon arrival but staff helped resolve the issue. Daughter enjoyed the pool. The included breakfast did its job and I was always able to eat something. Get there early though. They may benefit from another waffle maker. WiFi wasn’t great so ran off mobile data. I’d stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Location was perfect for traveling healthcare worker. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical for comfort Inn. I typically don’t like carpeted floors. But know most hotels have them. Otherwise the place was clean

The layout and decor of the room was nice. The 9 am room cleaning was way too early. Especially if you're on vacation and not traveling for business. The tub had rust stains and one side of the light fixture didn't work.

Only complaint I have is when we were at breakfast an hour before I breakfast was over. Things did not get refilled the coffee was empty and the bread was empty. So my family ate eggs with no bread and well we were a bit cranky with no coffee. I was going to ask the girl in the kitchen area but when she filled the waffle maker she had headphones on and then was sitting eating once I found her again.

The guest next door heavily smoked Marijuana clouding my room. Having asthma you can imagine the nightmare this bight was. When I informed the front desk they said they cant just knock on door. (Even though legally you absolutely can) (Marijuana is still an illegal drug in NC). So, I asked to be moved but the hotel was booked up even though the website said there were rooms available. When I asked about available rooms the front desk said they has to move 2 rooms of guests to those rooms as others had complained about the smoke also. No refund was offered. While I didnt have the funds to go to another hotel, I had to indure a sleepless night, praying the smoke would not trigger an attack. I kept my phone next to me incase 911 needed to be called. I will not go to this hotel again and if choice hotels corporate does not respond to my call or email I wont be staying at Choice Hotels again. Do better.

Staff was nice. I was trying to get a long term 8 nights rate but staff was really not motivated to assist. Manager was not available. I checked in at 9ish pm, was given a room which has heater making loud noises. I was offered to move to another room but I was too tired to move. The bath room toilet was not cleaned at all. I end up getting a cheaper longterm rate at Fairfield by Marriot near by.

When checking into this hotel, we were greeted with housekeeping singing loudly with cursing! Lots of F bombs… the room was ok however the carpets were dirty, bathroom had peeling wallpaper, tubs peeling and rusted(no showers for us) had to go buy slippers to walk around. Breakfast was a challenge. 7:05 am and a couple cleaned out all the food and would allow us to use the waffle iron as he was feeding his family. Never mind he already had 6 waffles and all the omelet and sausage. Just unreal that staff allowed this behavior.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. This was my first time staying at this location and I have no complaints. I would like to recommend a little extra attention when cleaning the shower due to mildew around a few spots but that was the only thing I didn’t like. Very reasonable prices and quiet room so I was happy.

SPACIOUS ROOMS, LOVELY, NOT DATED! AWESOME THAT INDOOR POOL WAS OPERATING, CLEAN AND WARM. FRONT DESK STAFF EXTREMELY KIND.

The hotel had easy access to the highway. The area had many food and shopping venues. Parking was plentiful. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was across from the pool which was great. The room was large, spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The pool was nice, though the water was a bit chilly. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Overall excellent stay!

Disappointing stay considering the cost.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. It is super convenient and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Only issue this stay is housekeeping did not come to our room and maybe because it was only a 2 night stay. But I was able to get fresh towels and took the trash out myself. Will be staying again when I’m in this area

Upon arrival the fire alarm was very loud in the lobby. I’m not sure why it was making this constant sound. The elevators didn’t work for the two days we were there. We had a elderly visitor that had to use the stairs. I thought the elevators would be out of use for a few hours but it was for days. . On another note the beds we’re comfortable.

The hotel needs some updates. We had a family of 6 and the room was a bit tight for a sofa bed and 2 queen beds. The wifi service needs to be updated. The breakfast area is small and very congested. Overall the stay was ok.

My family and I have been coming to this hotel for the past 7 years. Never had a problem. But, this is the first time staying that we noticed every morning. The pool area did not smell like chlorine. Well, on our last day. Pool was closed, due to maintenance. I questioned, because my 2 granddaughters and myself got an ear infection. Due to the water not being maintained on a nightly basis. We left today at 4am to come back to CT, so I can go to the hospital because of the pain in my ear. I don’t know if they have new management over seeing everything. But, I’m very disappointed on this visit. I’m in pain. But, my two granddaughters, ages 9 and 11 are in a lot of pain. Very disappointed

Very pleasant employees. Room was a nice size. Only negative was the toilet was so low like for a toddler and the bath tub needs to be updated. The water pressure was great.

The room we got was a handicap room, and I was happy at first because I am handicapped. However, it did not drain properly, and there was water on the floor, making it extremely difficult to walk. I'm glad it was only for one night, and I will request a regular room from now on.

I really liked the coffee! The rooms were nice and clean when we arrived, but we did not get any service on Sunday and it wasn't made clear at check-in that any days were excluded from housekeeping services. Otherwise the hotel is nice and clean, easily accessible from the highway, and the staff was very nice and professional.

Booked this after seeing it had many positive reviews on Expedia, so we were very surprised at how bad this place was. Slowest check-in I've ever had, room wasn't clean and had a musty smell, and breakfast was bad even by free hotel standards. With so many options close by I would avoid this place!

I have an autistic child and the main reason we got this hotel was for the indoor pool. Water is his happy place. Every time we went down to the pool it was closed. I even bought an extra room to allow my family to have plenty of space. When speaking to the manager on duty, she lacked understanding or any sort of compassion. I went back later to leave my number with the general manager and she hasn't called as of yet! I believe I should be given some sort of discount considering we couldn't use the facilities as advertised. I know things happen with pools but we were there 3 days and got to use the pool for maybe 2 hrs total. Sounds like to me they are under staffed and no one is properly taking care of the pool.

The hotel was clean and the people were nice and helpful.

Overall it was a nice place. The pool was heated and clean. I had requested a double bed room, but they gave me a king with a pull out couch. The bed on it was thin and you can feel the springs. I had to go to the desk to get sheets for the pull out, and they did not have any extra pillows, just the one jn the closet. The breakfast was okay ,my fiancée and son was omay with it.

We definitely would stay here again.

The front desk staff, especially Wendy, was so kind during a difficult time for our family. The breakfast hostess was welcoming. The housekeepers went the extra mile every day. GREAT CHOICE!

The room was clean. However there was an odor of marijuana. For a smoke free hotel, this was disappointing. There were also people using the exit from the pool to go smoke or vape, and the smell was coming inside. Breakfast was a bad setup in terms of access, and the choices were very limited and in short supply.

Great value for the price. Very clean property and rooms. The staff was nice, but my issue was the actual check in process. I’m not sure if their computers were working properly, but I gave the lady my credit card for incidentals and she didn’t swipe my card, she typed it in and said each number on my credit card OUT LOUD as she was typing it in—along with the expiration date and zip code. There were other customers behind me waiting and in earshot so anyone could’ve gotten my credit card information. Either fix the credit card swipe or instruct your staff about the security risks they are causing.

Even the music they were playing in the dining area was appropriate for any age. Great place for the price we,ve payed

This property is easily accessible off the expressway, it’s clean & rooms were adequate. Nothing too fancy, but a nice place to stay.

It was very convenient for our vacation. We stayed a week. Breakfast was average and mid week we had to get new keys as the original ones no longer opened the door. The staff was great.

The property was well kept but the bathroom has peeling wallpaper and the tub was not entirely clean. The kitchen staff provided breakfast about 15-20 minutes early - thank you.

My new getaway spot for my mental health and my peace

It was great and husband states that was the most comfortable room he had slept in. Only issue is that there was a bag of trash stowed in the 2nd floor stairwell that was there for close to 24 hours and started to stink up the stairwell.

I love that the room is clean and comfortable and I will be coming back to this hotel often for myself 10/10

IT WAS CLEAN AND VERY EASY PARKING

The room was clean and big. The beds comfortable. The bathroom was just big enough and very clean as well. The staff was so nice and accommodating the entire stay.

Property is close to family home so stay there for holidays, but just needs a full update. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, peeling wall paper. It is fine for the price.

We went on a family trip for the weekend. We were there as a family of 6. The room was super spacious for us as a family of six. We needed extra blankets and the lady at the front desk brought them to us. The housekeeping lady gave us extra towels. No questions asked no complaints. She was super friendly. The front desk lady was amazing. She was super friendly. Did her job amazingly and was on point for everything. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again. Awesome hospitality, and the pool was open and the kids loved it. They utilize the pool and the gym all weekend.

We smelled Pot being smoked outside. Came in through the vents. Cigarette smoke as well

It was rated a 3-star property but I would consider it a 4-star.

Staff unprofessional. Tried to put 6 people in a room that only sleeps 4. Was not accommodating. Area spelled like smoke.
