Cute motel. Great staff. Super clean.

The hotel was not bad for a place to sleep for the night. Our room didn't have any cold water only burning hot and there were stains in the shower and on the bedding.

Room was clean enough though a must odor persisted. You can tell there was some moisture issues in the bathroom and they painted over it. Breakfast was plain. Toast, some fruit, cereal.

Cheap, clean and did what it needed to. Breakfast was lacking. Overall I'd stay there again.

As expected for a quick, inexpensive overnight stay. Old and didn't smell that great but wasn't filthy either. Not great food options nearby.

Breakfast was just cereal. Our door would shut but had a gap and it made opening the door hard because it kept catching on the locking mechanism.

The breakfast was honestly very poor, and charging an extra $15 for the second person made it even worse. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

It smelled like the manager just sprayed a can of some smoke be gone but you could still smell smoke, then you go to use the bathroom and the toilet was filthy. Then you head to bed and pull the cigarette burned blanket back, there is what looks like some puke stains near where my head would sleep, then the sheets were stained yellow. Now you would think any normal manager would give you a partial refund after presenting the evidence and your story but no, he was super rude and dismissive. I even agreed to pay for the night we did stay (i didnt want to but we got in at like 11pm and were traveling because our son is in the nicu) so we slept the 1 night, got up cleaned our stuff and made the bed. Asked for a pro rated refund based on the filth of the room and IT WAS SMOKED IN. ITS A NON SMOKING ROOM. They still had a attitude about it and declined our request for a partial refund. Staff was really nice and room was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities but really great place for something basic, clean and good price.

Bugs in the room. Cigarette wholes in the bed sheets and the entire room smells bad but the cents of air freshener was trying to cover the smell up

Very nice room, I'd guess it was remodeled within the last couple years and they did a very good job. As nice a room as I would expect at a Hilton, for far less.

I rented the room for 3 days. I left after the first night.The night manager was so rude. And had absolutely no compassion. He was going to charge me $15.A night just to visit with my friends from out of town that I had rented the room for.

It was conveniently located just outside of Nashville. Room was clean and tidy. It was reasonably priced. Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, toast, or honey buns. The bathroom had stains in the tub, but as I said before it was clean. The bed mattresses were quite firm, which isn’t an issue unless you’re a softer bed person, which we are.

Close to downtown, and a good price. Three gas stations and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Cleanliness wasn't the best, breakfast was mediocre.

Nothing. I was traveling late on a Friday night to Nashville for my son’s rowing event. I had booked the room earlier in the day and gave my credit card to reserve the room. Approximately an hour and half away (after 4 hours of driving), I received a call from the desk clerk. He told me that he needed my credit card now or he could not hold the room as it was their last one available. I pulled over and called him back with the CC number but he told me that he couldn’t run the payment (he could not explain why) and could not hold the room for me. He suggested that I find a room where I was because he was going to have to give the room to someone else if they came in. Luckily, I made it there before he gave away my room. No problem with my cc payment. By this time it is after 1:00 am. I went to the two bed room and immediately went to sleep in the dark as the light switch did not work. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered that other bed was unmade and there were used towels and trash from the last occupant. The room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. I went to the office and explained what had happened. He just stared at me and asked “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for a refund and he just stared at me. He said that I would have to call the manager on Monday. Horrible experience. Everything. See above.

Clean room, but a missing screw on the toilet seat and the door strike plate. It had a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. There wasn't much out for breakfast.

Probably the cleanest Super 8 I will ever visit! Thanks for letting me stay in a clean and safe room. Especially thanks to staff on Sunday night 14 Dec who gave me his water since the vending machine was out of waters. Definitely will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

The room we got was filthy! Shower and sibk were filthy. I couldnt atore food iver nifht because the mini fridge was disgusting. I wish i took pica to het my money back. Stayed one night due to a long drive bavk hone to Georgia but never again will i stay here if i come back!!

This Super 8 was perfect for my quick trip to Nashville. It had easy access to the interstate, which quickly brought me to the heart of the action in downtown Nashville. The facility itself was clean and felt very safe. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was simple but was a perfect way to start the day. Would gladly stay again!

One would think that being a less expensive motel/hotel, you get what you pay for. In this case that thought was wrong. We were fine with the idea that “it’s just a bed to sleep in” considering the price, but this place was so much more! The staff was very friendly, the place was so incredibly clean… Cleaner than any Super8 we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we were incredibly impressed. This is going to be our new regular stop when we drive down to Nashville for a long weekend.

I travel a lot and this property was great! Room spotless and loction quiet.

The room was in disrepair with a large hole in the bathroom wall & lots of peeling paint. The outdoor railings/stairs were rusty, the grounds were dirty with quite a few beer bottles lying around. There were cigarette burns on the bedding. the shampoo & shower gel dispensers were empty and for the price of the room compared to other comparable ones, I’ll definitely not return. Based on the condition of the place, we skipped breakfast so can’t speak to that;however, Dunkin Donuts is a short walk & was good.

I liked the space however the bed was hard and the main light didn’t work in room.

Terrible! Everything was dirty! The front staff was friendly and responsive. I asked to be moved to a different room because the one they gave us smelled terrible which they did but didn’t make a big difference.

Hair all over the shower when we arrived and it was clogged. When we left for breakfast housekeeping came in tore all the sheets off the bed, dumped the trash on the floor and took a pillowcase that was not theirs. I spoke to management who offered a different room. New room smelled like a litter box. Sheets were stained. Floors were covered in dirt they just go room to room rubbing dirty mop water around. Do whatever you can to avoid this disgusting place

First off, we were given a smoking room, I booked non smoking. We were put on the backside of the hotel which felt like they stuck us with the rest of the sketchy people. Pull around and there’s a needle by our car. Drug use. there was no microwave. The room was filthy and stunk. Floors left our feet black as soon as we took our socks off. Chair in corner was sticky and full of burn holes. Blankets had burn holes. Random pill on floor in bathroom along with scum and gross stuff from not sweeping dusting or mopping. Just insanely filthy. Towels were cheap and thin. Pillows were small and not fluffy. Only three of them on bed. Just gross…

I didn't get to stay because Dee wasn't able to check in and they would not let me Mary Martin check in because my name was only on the card that paid for the room. I waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a manager before they hung up on me and then I tried calling back 3 times with know answer. I can show you where the hotel refunded me $1 that they had charged my card because they didn't give me a room.

First, there is a pet fee which they did not specify when I made the booking. Second, the room had a very foul unclean smell. The beds were comfortable, but the linens and bedding were so thin we had a hard time sleeping because we were cold. I got up to take a shower and that didn’t work. The water was hot but you were only able to take a bath not a shower. Ridiculous!!! I will be requesting at least a partial refund.

Book a room that wasn’t available and moved us to a room with smaller beds. We then had to pay for a roll away bed to make up for the loss of bed space. The shower was dirty with a lot of hair on and in it. I would stay again if I were in a pinch but I wouldn’t if other options were available.

This is a nice property and the people who own and run it are very kind and helpful. The area is not scary, it's very convenient from the highway, and the price is great. We travel to Nashville several times a year for business and we always come to this hotel.

Heat did not work, and mold in the shower caulking. Brought it up to the manager and was switched to a different room.

The comforter was covered withbcigarette burns. There was hair and filth all over the floor. Half the lights did jot work. Then we finally were given another room. It smelled musky. There was a burn mark on the comforter and blanket. There were what looked like specs of blood on the sheet. They tried to charge us a cleaning fee for changing rooms. They were not apologetic at all. Ended up paying $133 for a room that I wouldn't have paid $50 for.

They need a better deposit policy if you lose your receipt they keep the deposit how if you used a I’d to purchase the room foreigners make there own rules smh

The room STANK no matter what I did to fix it. Probably hasn’t been remodeled in a long time.

The room was just OK. There were white paint flecks in the bathroom so a razor blade would be a good option to clean the walls. Also a Q-tip could be used in several corners to clean the hair and dirt in the bathroom area. Hospitality and generosity are not in the tool bag of these people.

During our reservation process for this booking, there was nowhere listed that $50 had to be deposited at the front desk that was not mentioned plus it has to be in cash. Furthermore, they forced me to give a receipt before giving the money back that I gave to them for that deposit they were rude and, the best and nicest person they had on staff was the person who cleans the rooms for them. Furthermore, regardless of whether you booked a smoking or a non-smoking room, didn’t make that much of a difference saying that we had to ask for spray To get rid of the Smoky smell

They say you get what you paid for. It was clean for an older motel, sheets did have stains in the middle of bed and hole in spread. Absolutely NO hot water morning or night. Loved the 2 remote controls and they both worked. But didn’t appreciate being woke up at 8 am with the cleaning lady kept trying to open the door, lucky had the safety latch and she was unable. Told her after her 3rd attempt check out is at 11 and knocking would have been nice.

I am not sure how this hotel can be listed on Expedia... The room had a foul smell and was very dirty. The restroom was extremely dirty and had hair in the tub. Also, the tub was clogged. After an hour in this room, my clothes smelled like mold after we left. We decided to leave and booked a different hotel in Nashville.

For the inexpensive price of this stay, everything was as expected. We did have very noisy neighbors upstairs and a couple that had quite the long lasting argument, so next time I'll choose an upstairs stay, to eliminate some of the thin wall noise. The room was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I did find the young lady at the front desk to be incredibly friendly and kind, and the fellow travelers were kind as well. It suited our needs for a short stay for the Tennessee Renaisssance Festival.

But VERY unprofessional rude staff - there was a mistake on their part; instead of trying to resolve it on their own and respect my privacy - it was blamed on me, 4 times knocked on the door, had me coming up to the office, waisted over an hour of my time when I actually was resting - and when they found out it was THEIR fault - no apologies, no "sorry" - nothing. Do not recommend

It was nice and clean. Our toilet seat wasn’t screwed all the way in, so it was shaky and rocky whenever we sat on it. We also didn’t care for the “continental” breakfast for the 3 days we stayed. It was just beverages, dry cereal, apples, and honey buns. As much as we travel, we’ve experienced way better selections and options for a continental breakfast. We felt some muffins, bagels, and bananas would’ve been great to add.

between the tub and toilet, also the ventilation fan was missing it’s cover, for a little spice the garbage can appeared to have the wrapper of the toilet roll replacement in it, meaning to me it hadn’t been emptied and i wasn’t going through the contents for this review. the 6.8/10 seems harsh but the bathroom wouldn’t be appropriate for families with children probably out right dangerous.

I loved my room, and the bible I got there. The staff was nice and patient. I did not like the breakfast at all, and I don't think they will change it coz people have been mentioning it. Apple, honeybun, cereal, juice and coffee. That's it. I was so disappointed.

I showed the lady my account showing the charge and was told oh the girl last night didn’t know what she was doing.. But LYING to me and then telling me the person who did it had no clue what they were doing and just pretending it didn’t happen is ridiculous!

Manager was really helpful when I wanted recommendations on nearby touristy spots! Only concern was there seemed to be some individuals near the parking lot/rooms, who seemed to not be staying the night at the hotel. Made me a little worried about safety as I had a parked a minivan full of stuff!

I did report it the next morning, again and said the room could not be rented out until that is fixed . Room was clean, beds comfy. Ordered to go from a Mexican place next door, 3 gas stations with convenience stores right there.

Killed a couple bugs prior to going to bed. Reported all these problems to front desk. Complaints written down. No other comments made.
