Stayed with my 2 children who really enjoyed the indoor pool. There were a lot of options during continental breakfast. Our room was very clean. The only thing that could be seen as a downside was the air conditioning unit in the room. It turns off periodically, even at night, and we stayed during a heat wave. It was also 78 in our room when we first checked in.

I always pick this hotel to bring my daughter to when we're visiting my college state. She loves the pool and I love the cleanliness.

The place wasn’t good as I expected. Too much noise from other rooms. And the bathroom was not maintained well.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room was clean and roomy. Depending on which route you are coming from turn access to property could be difficult due to road barrier off Route 43, nothing a quick turn around can't fix.

Don’t forget the freshly brewed coffee

I cut my foot on a broken chair in the room. I went down to the front desk to ask for if they had a bandaide and something to clean the cut with. When I arrived at the front desk the attendant was watching something on her phone and didnt acknowledge me until I spoke up. When I asked for if they had a first aid kit she went to check and said that it was empty and all they had was gauze, no bandaid, no medical tape, no cleansing wipes no nothing. My toes was bleeding so much that I ended up wrapping it in gauze and using office tape from the front desk. The attendant didn't apologize, ask to swap out the broken chair or offer any kind of accommodations to rectify the situation. I left feeling that she didn't care and she just wanted to get back to whatever she was watching on her phone.

The food was better than continental

The room was very good, the breakfast was delicious and the choices we had were great. We loved the new coffee machine. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff with a quick check in. The hotel is very clean, the linens were so comfortable and the beds were too. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. I love that there are Dove products in the bathroom so you don’t have to worry about bringing those things.

The room was clean and everything seemed in working order except for the outlets in the bathroom. We could not figure out if there was a switch h to turn them on or they were just not working.

The hotel and room were clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly and somewhat responsive. The bed was comfortable. I checked in late, around 7 p.m. From the time I got in the room, the noise was so loud above me and in the hallways it sounded like a wrestling match was going on. Also, there was loud music and bass shaking the room; it was impossible to sleep. I called the front desk; they said they would check it out, and I believe they did, but the noise did not really improve. The music stopped around 11, but the banging and thumping noises continued. I did not get much sleep. The person at the desk in the morning was made aware of all the issues. They said they were aware and also said I would receive some kind of points and a credit for my next stay. I did not receive that email. I would like a refund for my stay or at least a credit. This was a horrible experience, but it had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but rather with the excessive amount of kids running around uncontrollably and the disruption throughout the night, leading to a lack of sleep.

The bathroom, although the shower door and the bathroom door wouldn't close or stay closed. The pool looked great and the hallways were clean and quiet I had an odd interaction with an employee. I needed help using the business center. My Fater passed while I was there and I needed to print some forms. Although he answered my questions he seemed as if we were bothering him. I wasn't able to figure out how to access the internet and I just gave up asking for help after the 2nd time. He was on his phone and never put it down or even got up to assist us. It just seemed unhelpful

Always clean, staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. We e stayed here prob a dozen times since it opened, a great value as well.

My wife and myself have stayed here a number of times when we just want a little getaway and have always enjoyed ourselves. First id like to commend the young lady that was working when we checked in. She was very professional and made it an easy experience. She also was the one that brought us extra pillows when we requested them. She did a great job. Our issue this trip was with the bed. It seemed much softer than usual and it was like we were laying on a decline. Our heads seemed to be lower than our feet. Just made for a weird sensation when we did actually try to sleep. Also, every floor with the exception of the ground floor reeked of marijuana. As soon as you opened your door to the hallway, it was like stepping into a fog. Lol. There's a sign in the room that clearly states no smoking of any kind or theres a cleaning fee. They must be making a killing on those extra fees. Lol. But overall, it was a nice experience staying here again. The breakfast was good and kept well stocked. Only thing was that bed just seemed different. But we'd give it another try before swearing this hotel off. And we still recommend it to others.

Parking is great. You might want to get more lighting on the side of the building. Other than that I LOVE my stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Two issues: No blackout curtains, and their parking lot was well lit so not ideal. Also we had 3 people and had to keep reminding them of that in order to get enough towels but otherwise it was pretty good. Wonderful shower, nice bathroom, well lit bathroom and bedroom, great breakfast.

We always stay here when we travel to Baltimore. Rooms are always spotless and front desk staff accommodates late check out to make it convenient for their guests and their travel plans.

The room was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a great stay. We did have trouble with loud banging and noises above us so when we called the front desk, they offered us a new room if the noise above us didn’t cease after they called them for a noise complaint. We felt very comfortable and supported.

It was a great stay. My son and I stayed only one night. However a couple arguing ALL night kept us up, and we got very little sleep.

They had a pancake station, hot cereals , etc. such a variety for a weekday breakfast!

Stay was excellent. Only issue i had was asking for an extra hour the day or my departure. The clerk at the desk said we have alot of rooms to clean, my response was exactly you cant clean them all at once. He said manager would only grant 30 mins. That left a bad taste.

We were in town for a youth sports tournament, and only stayed one night. The front desk person was friendly and efficient and the lobby was clean and maintained. The room was as expected. The toilet was a little wonky - often not flushing on the first attempt and taking forever to refill, but otherwise everything was adequate for our purposes. The breakfast a good with multiple food options. We would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Overall the service was great, however, I was contacted by the hotel stating that my room wasn't paid for prior to my stay. I'm in the process of trying to settle this manner. Upon check--in, the desk clerk stated my card was already charged by hotel com.

Pretty Decent stay for a overnight road trip. Hotel is right off the highway and easy to get back on highway in the morning. We really only checked in to get some sleep before continuing on. Front desk guy was cool. Business style of personality. Hotel overall was clean. Im a germ bandit. So I am super selective. I flip mattresses and check underneath things before we settle in type of germ bandit. Beds were clean and free of danger. Room was comfortable as far as cleanliness and just feeling inviting and smelling fresh. The major issue was the bathroom. Sink was decent and clean. Toliet probably needs to be replaced. Also, the bathtub shower combo needs a complete replacement. Shower faucet was coming free from wall when trying to turn shower on... Causing us to no be able to fully turn the shower on and the tub to fill with water as you are taking a shower. Lets hope you dont like long showers... You might over flow the tub. Looked as if someone tried to caulk the hole closed and it didnt work. We didn't complain or anything because it was only a overnight.... Overall, I would say stay here for quick trips. Receptionist in the morning was super friendly!

Great property near the highway, the pool was clean, my room was clean, and overall great spot. Only things I didn't like was the road in front of it only having one lane each way, meaning that there is no designated turning lane to get into the driveway. It's not the property's fault by any means, but it's definitely harder to navigate if the road is busy.

We were just for a night, the hotel served the purpose we needed, we came here for a family event and were for a little tiny bit. Nothing wrong, but also not much to be in awe about. It did the job

When I was checking out at 10:00am , I told the staff member at the desk if the worker during the night has left a note about the incident and he said he had not seen one so I told him that the temperature was very cold in the room and the night staff member could not get the blower off and had to turn the temperature up to 83 degrees for me to get heat., He told me that in each room, the heater unit had a sensor in it that after no movement in the room as when someone went to bed the unit lowered the temperature by 10 degrees, I feel if this information first should have been explained to all staff because the night female staff should have been informed of this action, Also this information should be posted in room above so quest would know to adjust temperature,
