The room smelled and was not in the best condition. The hallways smelled and the A/C did not work as well as it should. This place could use some remodeling.

It smells super bad, the furniture is dirty and old, the curtains are old and with holes, it smells like marijuana, it’s not worth it, there are no full breakfasts when you pay for a day stay.

The staffs were the best part of my stay. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything else was horrible. The hotel is way past being outdated. It is really old and smells old. I even had a cushion toilet seat cover just like back in the old days. I understand it is not a Marriott but a bit of TLC would go a long way.

The lady checking us in was extremely rude. My husbands autistic and flares his arms around and you can clearly tell he’s autistic and these are things he can’t help he’s not harming anyone or doing anything he shouldn’t he was just minding his own business when she gives me a dirty look and makes rude remarks about the situation to the point he was in tears we didn’t feel welcomed and will not be staying here again.

The first room they put me in had bed bugs. I was eaten alive and got less than two hours sleep. I had purchased a package deal and didn’t have funds to switch hotels entirely. The staff was helpful in switching rooms and accommodating my requests for fresh sheets to lay over the top of the bed to minimize the possibility of further contact with bed bugs. I did not experience any further bites for the next two nights. I was able to sleep but not well. Were it not for the bed bugs, I would say that the hotel appeared clean but worn and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I won’t stay there again. Not ever. I was not offered any sort of partial refund for the discomfort and inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The curtains on my unit were damaged but closeable. The breakfast bar was sufficient but could be better. If you are a senior traveler: the toilets are so close to the ground as to be dangerous. Hand holds are a must. How about limited mobility rooms with higher toilets and or hand holds.

This is my favorite place when I'm trying to save money. It's not expensive. Bed usually isn't the best. But it is quiet at night. There are some people outside that appear to be sketchy but they are not trying to bother nobody. They have always been friendly. They don't ask for anything. They are just outside smoking cigarettes. Don't be alarmed. They are nice people.

The homeless population has ruined the continental breakfast. Also doesnt help that the homeless are allowed to stay in the hotel due to free vouchers from the city. So be prepared to find an IHOP or Denny’s nearby for breakfast.

Staff was courteous. You pay for what you get. No coffee/tea service in the room. No toiletries except one bar of soap provided. There was a big tv, microwave (but not cups to heat water), refrigerator (didn't notice the temp and froze our fruit and cut up vege's). Our bathroom as so small that straddling the toilet was the only way to close the door. It was clean and there were only 4 rooms on the floor and so fairly quiet. Complimentary breakfast consisted of 2 types of muffins, cereal, coffee/tea. Pretty sad. Overall for what we paid it was ok and we would stay again.

First of all, I wanna say the staff was horrible. Not only did they call my wife handicapped, but they said that she couldn't talk to my wife because she was slow. Then they told us that we could not rent there no more, because we had a dirty towel. And they claimed it was a sheet, said that our animals soiled it when it was a cool aid that spilt, we cleaned up our own mess, and they still charged us and did not rent to us after I confronted the manager on talking down on my wife, my wife had just suffered a death in the family, and wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone and she called me Wife.\nSlow for that

I thought since this Super 8 is by Wyndham it would have been a lot better than it is. Wyndham needs to remove their name from this place. I typically stay at places with there name on it because they are reasonably priced and not a dump. This place is a sh*t hole. The front desk staff ignored us so she could finish her stuff and clock out. Told us several times that the other girl will be up here shortly and left. After a few minutes she came back up to the front desk and ask us if we are just checking in and we said yes. I guess I can check you in and work over my scheduled time. She has horrible customer service skills. I was afraid to sleep on the bed due to the fear of bed bugs. The client's they allow to stay and live there are all sketchy looking.

Clean and quiet. Perfect location near the World Mission Society Church of God. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I was a little bamboozled by the free breakfast 😅 not like the pictures advertised, it was just 2 kinds of cereal, chocolate or banana muffins and coffee. But I will say the employee that checked me in wish I got her name was great. I was traveling with my sister and niece and there was a questionable man pretty much interrupting my check in seemed like he was trying to get our room number/location but she was very professional and made sure to write it so he couldn't see and didn't announce the number. Thank you for that. Made me feel safe and gave me some peace of mind. Greatly appreciated that because being a woman let alone traveling can be scary

My room was O.K. But the floor was a bit dirty (with stuff stuck on the tiles) and just unclean along the baseboards. Would've been nice to have a box of tissues in the room. The fridge in my room (#132) badly needed to be defrosted. One of the reasons that I stayed in this motel was because it was advertised as "Dog friendly". I think that that term should go beyond merely allowing dogs and charging for them. This particular motel did not have a place to walk my dog on grass; it's all pavement, gravel, rocks, and cement sidewalks. More "poop-bag stations" please! More places to dispose of used bags, too. Another outdoor issue: a large pigeon evidently took up living on the ground in a corner by an exterior door. There was a huge deposit of bird poop that had accumulated there and was never cleaned up in the 4 days/nights I stayed there. On the good side of things: Evey one of the employees that I encountered was friendly and professional toward me. Nice folks!

I liked that the rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff were all very nice and professional. They were very helpful and always smiling. It makes a huge difference to me to have friendly staff that I can talk to and I had reason to stop at the front desk at all hours of day and night. Thank you! The only thing I can think of that i didn't like was that the breakfast was lacking a bit. The juice dispenser was broken so there was no juice. I thought there would have been waffles, but there were no waffles. Only had cereal, coffee and muffins. Thank you.

Reservations were supposed to be october twelfth leaving monday the thirteenth, but they were in the system for the thirteenth, leaving the fourteenth. That reservation was canceled upon arrival and the room was paid for in cash. But I was still build money taking out of my account for $90. And that's not what it was supposed to be. I paid $68 for the room cash and I need that $90. Put back on my card as soon as possible. Have tried to reach someone to speak to? And all I get, is that damn AI? Which is a crock of crap. I need this fixed quickly please.

And i wasnt only guest that saw that and made a face like "this is it?" It is a well-used motel but clean and quiet and in a good location.

Staff are kind and an easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The only negative to share is there is a slight oder when you walk into the front like a mildew smell. I couldn't smell it in the room and it was a nice stay and easy walk to Camping World to pick up a RV.

I usually just want to check-in, go to my room, and get ready for bed. Nonetheless, the previous customer continues to dialogue with the receptionist as I wait. Of course it then dawns on me that at least these 2 people are enjoying a conversation together, often commiserating about some struggle in their life. I actually think we need more of this. I’ll eventually get to sleep, but not everyone has a listening ear to help them feel heard. Very comfortable stay!

There was a very strong chemical smell in the room and on the beds. My belongings smelled like it after I got home. There are no coffee machines in the rooms and they do not offer coffee until 6:30 AM.

1. My husband can sleep on the floor and be comfortable. This bed left us both with back and hip pain. The floor may have been better. 2. They should say "Continental Breakfast" because it was cold cereal and a small muffin as the ootions. The drink machine had cranberry and everything else was crossed off. 3. If you need to fill the tub, start the minute you get there. Hot water will be full before bed time. 4. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the gals next door explaining why Bob was useless at work. Look out Bob, they have plans! 5. Alarm clock radio went off at about 2am and wouldnt quit snoozing so we unplugged it. 6. The remote back was broken and the batteries were constantly falling out. Staff was nice. That was a plus.

Under renovation so most facilities are closed. I stayed because it was close to an event I was at. I was put into a ground floor room at first that was terrible : tv blasting next door, ac unit very loud, no carpet. After complaint I was moved to 2nd floor to MUCH nicer room. Morning desk clerk was very helpful.

I was put in a room that they were redoing the carpet right above me. So I got moved into another room. This room was not clean at all. There was hair all over the sink and in the bath tub there was sticky liquid on the floor and my three year old son found an alcoholic can under the bed.

They messed up the booking on 1 of the rooms and we had to go back to the lobby to get a room with 2 beds which is what we booked. Breakfast was fruit and mini muffins. With signs saying "Breakfast must be eaten in the lobby".

The reservation was for a King; I had emailed that we would be arriving late; but they did not keep it. We received a double queen. There was NO grab rails in the bathtub; it was slippery and very worried about slipping. The check in was challenging due to a new person being trained and the trainer was not friendly. Felt we were bothering them.

Absolutely revolting. The moment you step out of the elevator, a wall of stale smoke and filth hits you like a punch in the face—it’s as if they’ve been marinating the place in cigarette fumes for decades. The corridors reek, the rooms reek, everything reeks. My first room’s flush was dead. They moved me to another room—same problem. Turns out the filler valve was shut, and when I opened it, water gushed out like a broken sewer pipe. The stench of damp and decay was unbearable. I had planned two nights here, but we bolted at first light, stomachs empty and desperate for fresh air.

The place was clean and relatively comfortable The rooms were super hot when we got there and one of the rooms took HOURS to cool down. Also, in the pictures there were waffle makers and other options. There was cereal, and muffins. No waffles, no juice, nothing hot. It was very disappointing.

I realize that it’s a budget hotel. That being said, this place is not a good option. The floors were sticky, the shower water would not drain, and worst of all; the included “breakfast” was the worst one that I’ve ever been to. They only had cereal and milk, some stale packaged tiny muffins, burnt coffee. That’s it. Nothing else. Worst breakfast ever.

They didn’t have enough rooms for my reservation

The area has good access to the main highway. There are places to eat around the area. We stayed for a week but the room was only cleaned once. We requested for another cleaning one morning after finding a roach crawling. We came back late at night and the room was untouched and I had to ask for towels from the front desk. They do provide some breakfast (cereals and muffins). The staff are nice but the place can use some updating.

This hotel is not in a great location, and it's quite a run-down property, but the cleaning staff seems to take good care of the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I provided a 4-star rating due to the condition of the property, it's location in a poor part of town, and the slow service provided by the front desk attendant during check-in. Everything else was great.

It was conveniently located. The rooms were very large and the beds were super comfortable! Parking was ample. There were several places to go eat that were either in walking distance or in a short driving distance. Overall, all the staff members were helpful and cheerful. There was one employee in particular, a young lady at the front desk, who was supposed to stock the breakfast in the morning who clearly did not restock at all. She left the previous days items left on the counter and told the guests there was nothing left and when confronted about it told the guest she had restocked the breakfast. She clearly lied. Other than this one particular employee, the others were absolutely phenomenal!

The first room was 25 yards from I-70. The one we changed to was quiet, but had none of the amenities we were supposed to have. The elevator was broken as was the hot tub and dryer in the laundry room.

The only problem was the lock on the side doors they weren't working could not use the door closes to our room.

There is no coffee pot in the room and only one caraff of coffee in the lobby. one for hot/warm water. No water available for guests unless you purchase it in their snack shop. Usually you can at least get water in the juice dispenser, but they only had one of 4 units working. Mini muffins and cornflakes are all that is available for breakfast. As for the doors slamming, the hotel could make adjustments to the door closures so they don't slam and add felt trim around the door frame to soften the closing. Front desk says there is nothing they can do about it.

On the fourth morning, there was no lucky charms. There was no substitute, no lame excuse. Nothing.

The second room they gave me was better but dated beyond belief.

Inside was clean. Pet friendly but there were needles in the pet area outside. Courtyard inside was cleaner for pets to use the restroom. A lot of homeless in the area and exterior doors were propped open many times.

The manager did her best to help us but they were not accessible with a wheelchair. It was added to the booking mentioned at check in and when getting into the room they had a doorway into the bathroom that tight for an advantage person let alone a wheelchair. Ended up with a more accessible room but 3 people hard to share a king size bed.

Unfortunately there’s only certain employees who wanted to help with our issues (that were out of our control) they hand some people who helped us and some who just didn’t even care to. We had plumbing issues, and we tried plunging and it wasn’t us. And FINALLY someone moved us rooms. Also my friend in the adjoin room on my bill had issues with getting into his hotel, and had the same issues with employees. Just glad there’s like 2 who actually tried to do their jobs and it wasn’t like we had anything to do with it, but just at least try. Otherwise it wasn’t too bad.

My husband stayed here and cited black mold in the bathroom, broken furniture, broken windows, a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot. He felt unsafe and unclean at the hotel. He woke up covered in a rash and bites. Hotel staff lies and denies.

I didn't like the cleaning staff. They would walk around and talk about me and said that I was crazy in spanish and not help me when I needed new whites. The front desk was unhelpful when I had a vehicle stolen Out of the back lot.

I would not even give this property a 1 star. It was the most disgusting hotel that I had ever stayed in. We had planned to stay 2 nights but unfortunately when we got there to check in the room was disgusting. The floor in our room was tore up, poop mark on the bed, hair on the floor, homeless people living outside of the hotel. We went down to the front desk and asked for another room and that room was not any better!! So we left right after we checked in and the hotel would not even give us a refund back. Stay away from this nasty hotel!!

The bed was the best part of our stay.The pool was nice but the surrounding area needed mowing and trimming. Oh the dog park was around the pool. Every morning the coffee was gone before the skimpy breakfast was over. No protein. The place was full but was under renovation. Paint where it shouldn't be. They needed lessons on using trim tape.
