The pool was amazing! We also loved the large hot tub and the aqua aerobics. The mattresses and the pillows were not in the best shape. More untensils and pans would be nice in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. Unfortunately we were there for one night. Will definitely plan to come back and stay longer and enjoy the amenities.

Beautiful resort with stuff to do all the time around pool. Pool is massive. Only downfall at this resort has no laundry in the rooms similar to V.V Parkway resort. Also balcony rooms facing pool loud while sitting outside with traffic from interstate.

The only problem we had was one of the condos (both A and B sides) had brown water come out of the faucets. My adult kids and their families who stayed in A & B could not take showers or brush their teeth. We notified management so they could check it out. It’s a huge complex so I wonder if that particular condo sits empty and the water doesn’t get used a lot. It’s the only complaint we had.

for less than the price of a moderate hotel room in te same area you get a full one br, lr, fully equipped kitchen, a jet tub, a shower, 2 tvs (one in br and one in lr) and a lanai/balcony, plus the resort amenities included kiddie pool, a huge swimming pool, oversized hot tub/pool, BBQ grills (gas) and family picnic area, and a fitness gym area. Can't go wrong with this place.

Well the staff were kind and I enjoyed the pool and the views. The only thing is one of the elevators was broken and the other one was slow. Otherwise not a bad place for families.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom with couch. Cozy room size, mattress not super comfortable but good enough considering the location and price. The shower pressure was very strong, it kind of hurt and we are pretty short people and it hit in the middle of our backs. It probably wouldn’t be great if you’re super tall. Cute kitchenette. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly. Pool was great, a lot of people but everyone got along and it was a fun time for the kids. I did smell marijuana but like I said, everyone there was polite, clientele and the staff. Holding doors and smiling. Would stay there again.

Wait, too. long online to pick up my suitcase and my Uber was waiting for me outside,and it was plenty employees. Available to to take care. Everyone. It was more like training a couple people than another one just playing with the Computer and only like two employees really working I was standing there I have to yell and say hey, I need to catch a plane. Somebody better get my suitcase my suitcase and then one of those employees help me out. I’ll bring over 10 different customers to this hotel. Because my cousins birthday, they didn’t have no restaurant in the property but at least inform us better about snack store and sandwich they had available in a little shop in the back but they don’t give us that information and the form. Will we check in with miss out and be 100% that Overall it was OK. Don’t know if I can stay here again.

The Roz were as I remember I used to frequent gear back in 2008 all the way up until 2016. We received feet on the bed that had blood stains on them, but the staff was happy to replace them. We also add food in the kitchen and must’ve dropped some crumbs on the floor within 30 minutes. There was a line and a pile of ants that were coming out of the wall, which honestly could happen anywhere. I don’t think they need to spray each room for bug. Also, the windows look frosted, which I thought was condensation from it being hot from the Florida heat and cooling the inside, but once we realize we believe it was mold. This is still a lovely property. I just think they need to pay attention to the minor details.

The kitchen was very well equipped, the unit was clean and the property was well maintained. This is my 2nd visit to Vacation Village Weston and it was a pleasant experience both times. This property will continue to be my go to accommodations for anytime I visit the South Florida area.

Stayed 2 nights May 1. Room was clean and roomy. Enjoyed the balcony, pool, hot tub. Bathroom cabinet could be replaced but served its purpose. Would definetly stay again.

Outdated. Smells like bleach covering mildew. Opt for some place better if you can. They attempted to keep it clean but it is pretty dated and has some aspects that are in disrepair. (Clogged sinks). Noisy appliances. Did not use pool so have no idea if that makes up for the rooms.

The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were overwhelmed and service was poor however, there were no pubs or restaurants around to be able to walk to, which was disappointing.

Property was ok. However, I asked to check out 1 hour later than the regular time and was denied. I had my child with me and he was not feeling well. I was denied and with attitude from the supervisor.

We absolutely loved our weekend escape. The environment was so friendly and had everything we needed to relax. A great mini vacation with a Bruce Springsteen concert just minutes away.

The pool opens at 8:00 and by 8:03 there is not a pool chair that has not been claimed and stayed claimed for the entire day. People line up at the gates as early as 7:00 am and then a whistle is blown at 8:00 and it’s like running of the bulls to get a table or a lounge chair. Ridiculous! Wish there was a restaurant or bigger food area.

Unit was clean and properly provisioned. Bed had a lot to be desired and requires a new mattress (a much better one then before). Otherwise no complaints.

The original room assigned was outdated, smelled like a crab boil, the key cards didn’t work. Got changed to a second room and it was better. 1st floor elevator take quite a bit of time to go up to the other floors, but taking on the 2nd floor is relatively quick.

Absolutely wonderful place to say and the location can't be beat! Although there's no pictures or mention of hotubs, there are! The one by the main pool with the waterfall is huge and shaped like a freeform pool! My husband and I travel a lot and we've never seen anything like it! Other guests agreed! The pool is heated! We stayed in the Ibis building and it was right by the BBQ grills, waterfall pool and ginormous hot tub! We will definitely be back and definitely request the Ibis building! The unit was very comfortable, clean and convenient! The staff was warm and very accommodating! Don't hesitate to book this place! It's a gem!

I have stayed here three times over the years and will definitely return when in the area. Though rooms are outdated they are comfortable and the property is close to everything (supermarket, Spa, restaurants in Western Center, as well as other conveniences) within walking distance or via free shuttle (mornings-7pm). The A Suites have more amenities & space and are more practical for those who want to cook/heat/prepare meals and offer brighter spaces and my personal preference. The larger buildings pool areas feel more congested during busy seasons, so I would definitely opt for the smaller buildings which despite filling up feel a but more intimate/quieter. All offer daily activities. Good overall value if you are patient and flexible with dates.

The units are old and run down. Everything looks like the early 80’s. I wasn’t comfortable there at all. Wont ever stay again!

So we’ve stayed there before in the experience has been always acceptable. Great pricing great location, unfortunately when we asked something as simple as to have all the beddings changed out because it smelt like as if they had not been dried properly. I felt like we received resistance. We were told that the best they could do is drop off some sheets and that we could make our own bed when we entered the room.

This was a fantastic value for families with a car. The 2 bedroom suite was HUGE and AFFORDABLE. The resort has just enough to keep young kids entertained and it’s situated in a town with every comfort and restaurant you may need. 30 minutes drive to Ft. Lauderdale beach. 45 minutes to south beach (depending on traffic). The staff was friendly and helpful. Value is the key word here because the property itself is older and honestly not very clean. No bar and no restaurant and no turn down service. If you’re looking for an upscale adventure this ain’t it. If you’re looking for a place the kids can sprawl out in, I highly recommend this place.

We needed blankets for sofa bed. There was only one, so we called front desk and requested 2 more blankets and two extra pillows. After 20 mins , from a very nice employee, we received 2 fitted sheets, 2 pillows with pillow cases. No extra blankets. It was late, we didn't want to call back. Recommend that full sofa bed linens and extra blankets be put in the drawers or closets. But our area was very nice and quiet which is always appreciated. We went able to use the pool bed cause it was windy and cold out, we also were there for only one night. Perhaps we'll get to stay longer next time we're in the area.

Parking should be covered it’s not. We stayed in Crane building and it had a strong weird carpet smell on first floor- our floor (2) was fine. Elevator was SOOOO slow and made weird noises while in motion. Room suite was so clean and bright- very fresh looking and a great amount of space. Kitchen was full size — despite the elevator? Excellent value

Coming from Ohio we planned on being at the beach most of the time but we ended up spending majority of our time at the village. The pool is phenomenal, clean and we loved that its heated! We were there during Easter and they went above and beyond for the kids! They had an egg hunt, egg coloring, the Easter bunny was there along with his egg friend, they did a foam pool party and Easter bingo where you could win cash prizes. It was an awesome experience and my kids loved it. The rooms are very spacious and accommodating with the kitchen and the jacuzzi tub. The only thing I will say that I wasnt completely happy about was the floors. The carpet definitely needs a good cleaning but its not a make it or break it for us. We will definitely be back in the future!

Had the unfortunate experience of being given a room key only to open the door and find someone sleeping in there. It was after 11pm when I checked in so imagine my surprise and the other person. Front desk did very little about it, only changed rooms. I should have gotten at least a discount for this inconvenience

As a solo traveler, I chase price and space. Vacation village satisfies and exceeds both these requirements. A 700sq ft. ‘Apartment’ with all the amenities available, at the most affordable price. VV gives you everything you need for a satisfying and relaxing stay. It’s so good, I immediately booked another stay, and will book another for a long term stay for the summer. Loved it, well done!

This is the third year in a row we've stayed at this property, everybuesr we have an issue when checking in. Our reservation was 4/2 - 4/5, when checking in (this years) we were told, no our booking says 4/3 - 4/6. We showed our reservation from Hotels.com - they didn't care. They also said we owed additional money, which we did not. We finally found someone that would help us, but we wasted 30 minutes in the lobby trying to check in. I wish they would handle their own reservations instead of farming out to third party. Also, if you have a pool view, room is noisy.

The entire place is over-rated. Waiting in long long just to check in and then got sent to another line to get a parking pass. Room was very clean and nice, however, the mattress was terrible (we both sunk towards the middle of bed). We were out late second night and had to park at least 50 yards away from the entrance to the building as no spots were available any closer. The kitchen should have had coffee for two people for two nights. This was our 3rd try staying at this place in the last six months due to it being the cheapest, and each time just not up to par. We won't be back.

We had to go to the front desk three times to get a key to open the door, then maintenance came bc it was broken. The toilet smelled like old pee the whole time. The window was broken and couldn’t close so it was drafty. There was a dirty towel on the floor when we checked into the room.

We arrived late at night so we did not realize they gave us the wrong view. We paid more for a pool view that we did not receive. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Perfect if you are staying more than a few nights as it has a kitchen with cups, plates etc. Not the typical hotel we would stay in so it was definitely a one time stay for us but it worked for this particular trip as we were not there except to sleep.

Check in took 1hr long - waited 30 mins in a massive line then another 30mins for the check in process. It was already 530pm and room wasn't ready. Was offered a different room, of course, I took it cause front desk said housekeeping was still working on it and doesn't know long it would take. Got to the room. This is an old building and you would be able to tell immediately as soon as you walk in. The smell and the floor in our room was so sticky. I tried to call concierge but busy signal a few times I tried. Staff came by to drop off linens for the pull out sofa - we told him we'll need someone to mop the floor as it was quite dirty. He said he would send someone but no one ever came. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool. We stayed one night and will most likely never return.

The amenities were nice but more needed for families. Mini Golf or Arcade would make it great! Pool was nice and large but always crowded adding another pool with a Waterslide would take it over the top as well as a restaurant on property. But overall we had a nice time!

Clean room. Check-in at 4 pm makes it very difficult. Rooms are comfortable but can afford a refresh to look more modern. Full size bed in a 1 bedroom apartment is unacceptable. My spouse had to sleep on the couch because we did not fit on the bed together..

The resort itself is nice upon first glance until you check into the room and realize that not only is it dated it is mold infested so if you have allergies to mold like myself avoid at all cost. The first room I was given had a broken AC and very musty but the second one was worse. I will let the pictures speak for themselves!

A great place to stay with family. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too. The have most everything you need to do the basic things in the kitchen. But what stood out the most was how fabulous the staff! My daughter and her small childten were traveling alone for the first time. We originallly planned to meet her at the airport to help her get the children and their luggage to the condo/hotel but our flight was majorly delayed. I contacted the front desk staff and they helped her and the childtrn check iin with our permission as they were staying with us. It took away alot of stress for my daughter and us as grandparents. She had already waited 2 hours to only find out we were going to be another 3 or 4 hours. There were so many unforeseen issues at the airport due to the weather, then the federal shut down affected the TSA agents. On top of not enough bus driver, as they only had 3 buses to cover the entire airport, durning spring break! My husband and I didnt arrive until 1:15AM. Thank God the staff here was very understanding and made everything go smoothly for my daughter and young grandkids We didnt have to worry about her alone at the airport with all the luggage and two sleeping children. My daughter and grandchildten wete safely tucked into their beds, fast asleep when we arrived. She had texted us, saying she felt very safe and the staff was very helpful and kind. We had a blast with the kids, teaching them to swim, in the warm pool too.

The place was great and the amenities were fantastic. The pool is awesome and there’s a lot of family type activities to do while you’re there. I will be staying there again in the future.

Just ok- definitely not "4 star resort". The line to check in was insanely long. They don't mention on their Expedia listing that there's a parking fee or $150 deposit. The rooms are outdated, the limited kitchen they offer is a hot plate that doesn't work, and the floor was sticky.

The online check-in was pretty standard. However, once at the Vacation Village registration office the small pocket folder with our room keys also had 2 business-size cards for use at the pool to be presented for issuance of towels for use in the pool area with cards to be returned to the guest when towels were returned. The cards had a note printed informing guests to return the cards upon check out to avoid being billed for the towels. We only stayed in our suite for about 10 hours and did not use the pool or any other resort facilities. We were sure to check out in person and handed key-cards and Towel use cards to a member of the hospitality team in the registration office in person. There were no instructions about options for returning the towel cards to avoid additional charges for anyone using the phone or on-line check out procedures.

Upon check-in, we were not given the room that we paid for/reserved. We were told that they overbooked & could not give us the room we paid for & we would have to come back in the morning. We came back in the morning and they said the room was still not available and we should get a text message when it would be available and we waited & never received a text message. We went back to the front desk again and my husband had to ask for the room again and was told to come back after two. We came back in the evening & they still didn’t have the room or keys ready for us and my husband had to wait for a manager- it was late at night at this point & we were really frustrated and disappointed. Total of 3 visits to get the room we booked and when we went to our room, it still did not have the pool view that we were told it would have upoun booking & the view was obstructed/not a full pool view. Overall, our experience was not great & we would not really stay here again. The pool was overpopulated and there were no chairs on ANY day that we tried to visit. It was so disappointing as we wanted to relax on a chair and soak up the sun but all day the chairs were reserved and not one came open. We left in the afternoons and hit the beach but next time will just stay at a beach property. We totally over paid for what we had - add the horrible customer service having to go to them 3 times for our room & then still not get the right room & a over populated pool- we won’t come back/recommend

On both reservations, we were told at the 4:00 PM guaranteed check in time that our room was not ready. We were not alone. There were at least 60 plus guests in the lobby being told the same thing. It was extremely frustrating, and I genuinely felt bad for the front desk staff who were left to manage what appears to be a seriously flawed check in process. During our first stay, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM. On our second visit, it was about an hour past check in before our room was available. When we finally got into the room, it was 80 degrees due to a broken AC unit. Maintenance ultimately moved us to another room. The A side rooms are spacious and reasonably clean, but the repeated check in delays and room issues made both stays frustrating, especially considering we were only staying overnight before and after a cruise. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage others to consider alternative options.

Room was clean and was easy to check in. Was a comfortable couple nights getaway.

Yes, the room was neglected, uncomfortable and very noisy! I stayed a week after a surgery. I should have stayed home with kids and pets! I’ve never been to a hotel/condo that sounded like someone was dragging furniture across the floor half the day and late into the night.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. I just wish the checkout was at 10 AM.

I have been traveling for more than 30 years, and this has undoubtedly been the most challenging check-in experience I have ever encountered. The line extended outside the door, and once I reached the front, I was informed of additional fees that were not disclosed anywhere during the booking process, specifically a $150 deposit that may take up to 30 days to be refunded after check-out (please ensure you read what you sign). Furthermore, I was informed that cash was not accepted, and the manager was of no assistance whatsoever. After visiting the bank to deposit the necessary funds for the fees, I found myself in an even longer line than before. They attempt to sell time shares during check-in, which further delays the process. Once I finally completed the check-in, I arrived at the room, which was quite outdated. You share a private hallway with the adjacent room, and it becomes exceedingly noisy when the doors open and close. However, the location is excellent, and the other guests were very amiable.

Common areas like pool etc were well maintained and clean, rooms in Osprey bldg are not in great shape. Very old, outdated and gives an impression of not well kept. We showed up 2 hours before check in and they had our room ready but said we had to pay an early check in fee which is ridiculous, have never experienced that before Needless to say they waived it after we questioned it. We hadn’t been there since March 2020 and feel it really needs an upgrade

Room was spacious but the rooms need updating. If you stay here, hope that you wont need the elevator. It is extremely slow. The property wasnt full at all but i can see how this can turn into a disaster when the place is fully booked. Front desk needs more training. They are not enthusiastic to help. they dont answer the phones...would rather not be bothered. You definitely need a car here - nothing is walking distance from here.

The first room we got was dirty. The second room needed the maintenance man to fix the ac. After that, it was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean. After checking in and going to my assigned room I met a family inside the room that was assigned to me. Went back to the registration desk was given another room. Asked the staff for a late check out due to the inconvenience but was told no until I had to remind them about their inconvenience on my first assigned room.

Elevators in the Osprey building did not work well for four days. Otherwise I had a great day.

One of the absolute best stays I’ve ever had anywhere. Beautiful site, great location, rooms fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely be back for a stay at Vacation Village Weston next trip back to Florida.

Staff was good commendated Robert, however the room smelled really bad like dead fish, we called for air refresher when the handy man came up he identified the Ac was not working, another guy came and said nothing can be done till tomorrow we asked front desk if it have fans we spoke with Bibian she said some nonsense that we have to stick it out, got up sweating , next day nicolas got us another room. The floors were super sticky, annoyingly sticky. Enough for me to write this review. The tub was actually pretty nice, but the room it’s self smelled like a pool? It was strange. They need a serious updating.

We had no heat for 2 of the three nights stay. Checked in Rm 9304A 1-15-26, no heat that night. Next morning, waited 3 hours for maintenance. Maint. man could not fix so we changed to room 9402A. Again, no heat 1-16-26. On 1-17-26 a technician was called and the heater was fixed. Requested a 2 night refund at check out on 1-18. The manager said a request for refund was sent to Expedia and would be copied to my email. I did not receive the email copy. Left a voice mail for a supervisor on 1-19-26.

Sinks, showers and toilets had a hard time draining. Floor was quite dirty. Had to call maintenance to fix things in room. Pool was very nice

This resort far exceeded our expectations! The resort was incredible - pool, hot tub, the grounds, rooms, service - everything was perfect. We stayed here prior to a cruise because the rooms accommodated our large group of 8 but we will definitely be returning just to enjoy a full week family vacation at this spot!

In the small details it missing certain amenities thing compared to simple Hilton Grand Vacation. But it was nice to try something different.

Check in took hours (there were a lot of angry people in the lobby), the beds were uncomfortable and at least one of them smelled like cigarette smoke. The lock on one of our bathroom doors was broken. The pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it since we were only staying for one night. The room itself was generally clean and the sleeping arrangements were what we needed and why we booked it.

Because we did not receive housekeeping, we expected adequate cleaning supplies, but only a small broom and minimal dish soap were provided, which was insufficient, especially during the Christmas period when nearby stores were closed, and we were visiting from out of the country and were not familiar with the surroundings. While the surrounding area and pool were nice, the furniture was very outdated, and both the bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable, making a long stay difficult. One housekeeper was friendly and helpful, but overall hospitality was inconsistent. Unfortunately, this type of accommodation is not the right fit for us.

So far only issue is the Front desk taking too long to respond

The place was nice but they did not wash the sheets and the bed cover was full of hairs, dirt and the carpet was very dirty, and they solved the problem after 3 hours, finally they changed me to the other room and the same problem, I do not recommend it to anyone, and at 4 in the morning someone enters the room with the key, something unacceptable, I will never return to this disgusting place.

The rooms along with bathrooms could be improved. Looks like a basic 2 star hotel bathroom.Rooms I booked were not available had to get different rooms.

Terrible service! We had to wait in an hour line just to check into our room and when we got to the desk we were told our room was sold out and we had to wait another hour to get them to give us two separate rooms and our kids/ teens had to stay in a separate area. Waiting over two hours to check in and not even have the room we pre paid for was a hassle. Check out was at 10 am which the two hours it took to Check in wasted our time. I would NEVER book here again!!

Needs some renovations done to be a quality resort. Not enough activities for children. Basketball goal has an old, shredded net. My key card lost its magnetize threees during a 2 night stay. The front desk doesn’t greet people so you feel like a nuisance to them.

Pool was nice. Was sad that the hot tub was not working. And, not a lot of things for the young kids to do -- eg. a playground apparatus or kids playroom/library area where they could meet other kids. For playground and larger splashpad, we drove over the Flamingo Park each day. We did appreciate the daily activities that the resort did organize, such as a colouring and cotton candy. But that was only for 30-60 mins each day.

Due to the government shutdown, I ended up in this hotel. I can say that, despite being in an annoying situation, I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The staff was very friendly, the room was easy to get to, and they offered a lot. This is somewhere I would definitely stay with my family as they even allow pets on the property.

After my stay, I have bed bugs bites, it's impossible to get shampoo and conditioner, no lotion, internet is unsafe and super weak and slow, i couldn't reach front desk.They just make you wait forever and never reply, this just ruined my vacation.

The amenities were good. The room was fine. I was not happy with the location, but that's just based on me and my preferences. The dreaded wait in line in the front office each time I needed something from the front desk was an absolute drag. The wait time to check in was 45 minutes. The wait time to ask for bedding for the pullout couch was another 30 minutes (because no one ever answered the phone or responded texts). The wait time to receive a parking pass was another 20 minutes. If the front office was a bit more efficient, I would have given more stars.

There was a lineup of 50 people trying to check in at 8pm, even after completing the online check-in. They make everyone line up outside and nowhere near enough staff working

Though beds were firmer than I expected and lack of insulation between floors meant I could hear movement above my room and could hear the rushing of water of every known plumbing apparatus (sinks, showers, toilets, anything be used in another room's bathroom). Also, not sure why you need to exchange out a parking pass every day of your stay, should work on one parking pass per visit.

For the price, it was ok. had a nice balcony, living space TV with cable, dining table, a full sized bathroom, full sized fridge/freezer and a kitchenette. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the building was slightly outdated with a musty smell.The pool in the main building was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate as was part of the reason we booked here. There were other pools available to travel to, 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The main issue I had was the staff. The staff when we checked in were lovely, however when you pick up your parking pass, the gentleman there said “you were randomly selected for free breakfast”. The gentleman said for your free breakfast you need a $20 deposit “which will be returned to you” and we’d receive a 150$ prepaid visa. We read through the document that needed to be signed that said to get free breakfast we needed to go on a “90 minute tour” of the resort. No issue with that. The kicker was, when we showed up for the “tour” we were actually being lured in to buy a timeshare. This was not communicated to us nor was even mentioned on the sheets we signed. The “free breakfast” consisted of a blueberry muffin. For 120 mins we were aggressively pushed to buy a timeshare, and when my partner and i declined numerous times the mood shifted quite aggressively and the staff were not as kind to us. It was incredibly pushy and deceiving that no communication about a timeshare was relayed to us, it was communicated as a “tour”

Had a problem getting into my room after 3 trips maintenance had to come up door was locked from the inside. Room was clean kitchen had plenty of amenities for a short stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub!! Main pool was closed and could use others but it was hard to find with no directions. Room was a little worn but overall very clean and nice.

We are very dissapointed with our stay. At first everything seemed fine til we found a lizzard in our livingroom. The weather was perfect to sit at the balcony, but it was super dirty with cigarrets ashes. Recepcionists had bad customer service stating that we would have to comunnicate with hotels.com and we had no succcess. Please see photos.

The Gurst service person who checked me in was a little out of it. Making unsolicited comments. The room keys given to me didnt work. After going back to the lobby to request new keys the new set again didnt work. They sent a security guard to open the unit and they couldnt open it. After some frustration i decided to take my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend this property. It’s very clean, spacious. Family friendly. Some entertainment. Such as bingo and karaoke. Booked a king suite (A type). It had all amenities. Full kitchen, living room, balcony, pool view, dining area, spacious bathroom, and jet tub. It was home away from home! I will book again in the future.

However, I really don’t understand why the beds and pillows were so bad. Most of the reviews mention it, and it’s true. I’ve never encountered such uncomfortable beds and cheap-looking pillows in a hotel before. They felt like something you’d buy for $20. Even the cheapest IKEA mattresses and pillows are better than this. It’s disappointing that a hotel charging resort fees can’t invest in proper sleep quality for its guests. Also, about that “resort fee” — I don’t see what it was for. There’s nothing that made this feel like a resort. The room was spacious, and overall the stay was peaceful. But I did get an unpleasant cooking smell in my room at one point, and I still don’t know where it came from. Another issue was the lack of proper housekeeping. They don’t clean daily unless you ask, and even then it’s minimal. I had to request extra towels and sheets, which they did bring, but I had to take everything off the bed and put the new ones on myself while the staff waited. Since when is that the guest’s job in a hotel? The TV didn’t work at all — no channels, no Netflix, even though they said it was included. And the Wi-Fi was terrible. The beds and pillows were also terrible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such low-quality mattresses and pillows. They felt like $20 products. I know IKEA sells better quality than that for cheap, so I don’t understand how a hotel with resort fees can’t provide decent sleep quality. Speaking of resort fees, there’s nothing resort-like here. Housekeeping isn’t daily, and even when I got extra sheets and pillowcases, I had to strip and remake the bed myself while the staff waited. That’s not hospitality. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I was told they had reliable internet, but it was so bad I couldn’t do my remote job — and I actually lost it. They told me to call the internet provider myself, which made no sense. TV didn’t work either — no Netflix or channels, even though it was advertised. One day, a cooking smell entered the room from who-knows-where. And why is checkout at 10 a.m. if there’s no proper cleaning service? This hotel has potential, but unless they improve cleanliness, beds, and internet, I wouldn’t return.

We arrived for 4:00 chick in and our room was not ready and was told the manager could not give a time when it would be so we were offered a different room. We waited 30 minutes. We went out to the pool area to check it out and while I appreciate they let adults have cocktails at the pool many had glass bottles of beer and alcohol sitting out on tables and on the ground. It was a mess. It’s usually standard to not allow glass around a pool area because of obvious reasons. Our room had a nice view and was spacious with living space and kitchen all good besides finding a clump of long hair on the floor. We went out for the evening and when we returned we counted 9 running sheriff vehicles at our entrance. There was no hotel staff or officer by the entrance door to tell us if it was safe to go in. The place has so much potential but we won’t be back.

I was thoroughly impressed. The room was immaculate, providing a comfortable space for my family. I appreciated the variety of daily activities available for children, which kept them happily engaged throughout our stay. The seclusion of the property offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was so needed. Reservations were handled smoothly, and the front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. I’m already looking forward to returning next summer with my family!

What do i like Spacious rooms apartments type, what i don't like? When i get a extremely inconsiderate ocupants staying in the room next to it or above it, where their only purpose of their existence seen to be to annoy the person staying next to them, running or working out i guess at any time of the day even late at night, making noise left and right at any time moving the furniture around like they are remodeling the place or like they own the place, and mostly for the rooms (A) on Vacation Village at Weston,i guess a Stove is something new to some people (not all) lol the cooking goes on and on even at 2: 30 in the morning so imagin waking up at that time because the seasoning Smell from the melting pots is so strong on your side that you have to go and take a shower , again this is not everyone i just got a few of those, OTHER THAN THAT, i dont know why people complain about little things, i see reviews about some people expecting luxury from top to bottom

Overall, it wasn’t a horrible stay, it is a time share property though, so you may be asked to attend a presentation.

The property was very clean and it is worth the charge compared to similar options in the area.

Staff was very nice. The check-in process was easy and quick. I just feel the property needs a upgrade and a little more cleaning.

We had to wait 2 hoirs to get a proper room even though we arrived before 4 pm

Smell of bleach in hallway, room had some hairs on bathroom door and in the freezer door. Lots of marajuana smell around but had people in the b room next to ours who were regularly smoking it.

Going back, this was amazing. What a great place to relax.

I like maintenance and well maintenance of the property

Only thing that i didn't like was that their checkout time is 10am instead of the standard 11am. But was able to hang at the property until i had to get to airport.

The diktat time I stayed here, it was amazing. Everything was on point. That’s what made me come back with my family. This time I don’t know what went wrong, the room was dirty and noisy from the ac. From wet hair on the side of the sink to dirty towels . I am not sure I would return.

We visit Florida a lot because my daughter and granddaughter live there and we have stayed at numerous places in the area and Weston Village is by far the best place we have stayed.

Loved the spaces room and the affordable price. During the rainy season an overhang is definitely needed.

This is a great property for safety and family. I would like a restaurant on site or at the pool and a softer bed but was still a great experience and would come back ;)
