Great water pressure, towels small and scratchy a bit. Bed comfy, pillows not so much, no firmness or support from pillows. Great, easy parking. No frills otherwise, no other food services, pantry barely stocked. Liked fridge and microwave in room. I only stayed 1 night. Staff very nice.

Love the breakfast offered daily. The refrigerator and microwave is also a nice convenience in the room. The facility is very clean and staff is very courteous and helpful. Something which needs improvement is the length of time to receive hot water in the shower- literally it took 6-10 min for hot water to begin to flow. None the less I always stay there 3 times per year.

It was very clean and great location for what we needed There was water coming up through the floor. Which caused them to move us but did not accommodate for the inconvenience of moving rooms!

The only negative thing I could say was it took a moment for the water to get hot for the shower, but other than that it was all excellent.

Elevators were very very slow, not sure if servicing is coming due soon.

Sunday morning front desk was very surly when I requested to extend my stay for 2 nights. He did finally make a new reservation (after much complaining), but said I had to come back tomorrow after 7:30 am to re check in. I was not able to do that, so I had to pack my bags. Did this twice before with no problem.

Super nice staff owners of the hotel can be proud of the people they have in their employ. I would stay here again but the mattresses are t that comfortable they need to be upgraded in my opinion.

We travelled to Cleveland Clinic and were happy with this hotel. It was close to the hospital and also close to tons of amenities including great restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable and th staff were friendly.

Hampton usually has great reviews and a good service. It was not clean. The door to the bathroom had blood spatter, and on the other side blood smeared! It was just gross.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options—unlike at many other hotels. The room was very clean and had a personalized touch, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We were assisted promptly. Congratulations to the entire hotel team, especially the housekeeper who prepared the room. We will certainly return again.

The bathroom design is awful. They should fire the architect/contractor. Tough to close the bathroom door. There is wasted space by the sink. The smoke alarm has blinking light which wakes you up and the main door has gaps that has light coming in from hallway.

Our first room was not cleaned—there was urine on the back of the toilet and the bed sheets felt damp. After complaining and showing photos, we were moved, but the second room had rock-hard beds. I had to buy an air mattress just to sleep without pain. There were serious safety and maintenance issues. The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open, and my 5-year-old son got stuck inside. The elevators were barely working, and when we reported it, staff dismissed our concerns. The next day, one elevator was completely out of service, forcing us to take the stairs to our 5th-floor room. On top of that, the hotel charges a $5 fee per package for deliveries, which was never disclosed at check-in. I had to change my plans to meet an Amazon driver outside to avoid the charge. Aside from breakfast, this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The A/C’s weren’t operating correctly. The rooms were very humid. Mold could have been present in the first room we were assigned. They were good about switching rooms for me, although with some resistance at first.

One of the elevators kept on malfunctioning. We have to move rooms as the air conditioning unit was very loud, eventually it abruptly stopped working. Most of the staff were friendly and helpfully except for a front desk employee. Rooms were clean and the WiFi worked.

We enjoyed our stay except the choice of tv channels. Could not find any available tv stations to watch any Sunday football. The management was very friendly and helpful but we were lucky to have Sports Bars close by to see the football game

It is a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and brought me extra blankets immediately. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. The only downside for me is that the beds are very firm. Which is why I asked for extra blankets. We would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom very small, about 6'x6'. 'Almost have to stand in the shower to close the door. Wall thermostat inoperable. We were told to use the window unit. The window unit does not have an automatic fan function. The fan runs constantly, blowing air on you all night.

Rude, unhelpful staff tried to double bill me for the same room and then refused to provide me with a statement of charges when I checked out. There are a number of far better hotels in the area.

They gave me a Handicap room, bed was only about 12” off the floor. Had to be careful getting up the night stand was higher than the bed making it possible to hit your head on the corner of the nightstand.Very disappointing the hotel has elected to take away local TV channels and live news. Only one elevator working making for long waits getting to and from your room. Don’t think I’ll returning to this location.

The room had one glitch : the toilet and the door to the bathroom required some careful maneuvering. Absolutely challenging to not bruise your knees closing the door (if you're in) or getting into the room first and closing the door after. Space too small. As always at a Hilton, expect no premium channels. If you want them - you have to use your personal membership password or join. Kinda cheap to not provide premium TV.

Nice area , room was nice just had a moldy odor to it but I didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal , bed was a little on the firm side and only one elevator was working that moved really really slow . But the overall stay was okay

Room - The shower does not have full glass doors or anything to keep the water from getting all over bathroom floor. Room - Closing the bathroom door is entirely too tight. This is a poor design. Hotel - One of the two elevators were out the 6 nights we were there and the other one was incredibly slow. Room - The maid service was very good.

Was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and modern this hotel was. I will be staying here again. The checking staff was also so pleasant and helpful.

The only issue was that the air conditioner in 202 was very loud, making it difficult to have a good night's rest. When we stayed in 602, we did not experience this. Maybe a technician can check that unit.

Good overall. Shower could use update. Only half a door and you can slide down toward the drain. Needs better footing and showerhead upgrade.

Everything was great about our stay except the shower enclosure. There was only a stationary sheet of glass that covered half the opening. Water sprayed out onto the floor making and a giant puddle that covered the entire bathroom and leaked out under the bathroom door. I had to use two towels to dry it up. I have never had that problem at any other Hampton Inn.

The room we were given had no shower curtains and worst of all is toilet seat which was disoriented and slipping and it was not fixed even after raising multiple times during our stay. They clearly didn’t seem to care.

This hotel was lovely. It was quiet. We had a spacious room. The breakfast was really nice. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything was clean. The only complaint is the pool area isn’t very inviting. I had to skim it myself for my son, not sure why the staff can’t check it regularly. Also it’s weirdly placed next to the parking lot. Otherwise great hotel. I would avoid the Mexican cantina next store also, tiny portions and way overpriced! (That has nothing to do with the hotel itself)

Aixa was an excellent in her service to us as well as Dinora in my check in. We left the place very satisfied.

Liked located in a resort like area close to resturants and services such as grocery, hair salon and drug store. Good breakfast options each morning. Easy access from major highway. Did not like only ice machine was in lobby area and no instructions provided for operating A/C.

I really didn't like the bed. It was too hard and pillows didn’t help. I woke up with so much pains. The shower design was not good. You couldn't bathe without water going to the floor. However, the hotel was nice overall and the breakfast was great.

Weston is beautifully designed town with lush green landscaping, low rise construction of hispanic inspiration and low density development including discrete businesses be it health care or retail. Totally made up but with good taste. The Hampton inn has all the amenities, pool and exercise room and follows the standards we are used to. On disappointment: no more bottles of water to make coffee or tea in the room. Just one filtering fountain on main floor. Some spotty maid service. Good latino food restaurants next door, Staid a week with gusto.

we loved this hotel, it is always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are comfortable, staff is very friendly.

The stay was okay. Only issues were the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and no housekeeping service available overnight when we needed towels.

Hotel muy limpio y tranquilo...el personal amable. Como puntos a mejorar: las condiciones de los elevadores y la calidad y variedad del desayuno) por lo demas todo estuvo perfecto.

It was outdated and the elevators were scary. Slow and noisy.

I was traveling with my friend that is 81. The step in shower was great for her. The room was quiet and we could turn off the AC. Room was clean and there were plenty of clean towels.

I do think free WIFI is a must . I will probably stay somewhere that has free service in the future.
