They provide a weekly cleaning schedule for those staying for longer periods of time. Location is great there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the highway. Residents are quiet and respectful. They have laundry facilities. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We returned to Uptown Suites because the room is so clean and comfortable and the staff members are friendly and very helpful. Also, it is in a very nice location. We look forward to returning!

Friendly staff and easily accessible to restaurants/bars, convenience stores, and a bus route/main bus stop just down the road. Grocery and super/department stores are a short drive, ride-share, or bus in either direction off 120th. There are also several hikes you can take in several directions from the hotel. I did use the laundry facilities once, but 3 of the 4 dryers did not dry my clothes and I opted not to reach out to a 3rd party to get a refund as it’s not managed by the hotel. Also, the towels are not soft and pretty cheap, so I’m using my own. Overall, I would recommend checking this place out and staying here. It’s definitely not a high-end place if that’s your preference, but certainly works for me!

The person at check in was extremely nice. The rooms were spacious and had just enough color and character to make our stay special.

Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice.

I stayed at Uptown Suites for two weeks while escaping a domestic violence situation. The room was dirty, the bed had hair and an old uncomfortable mattress, and the microwave didn’t work. Check-out was a nightmare: the front desk refused to let me use a luggage cart, my key card kept failing, and I was even locked out of my room with my purse and money inside police had to be called. The on-site manager was aware of everything and did nothing to help. Other guests confirmed the same front desk clerk made their stays unbearable. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two weeks. The mattress was very old and worn, causing the bed to slope with my head lower than my feet, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The room was not very clean hair inside the bed covers and dirty sofa and carpet. Cleanliness was low

Dont stay. Got there after 3 pm check in time and still had to wait 30 min in the lobby because the room wasn't ready. We were told another employee was going to check the room and get the room number. We questioned the room not being cleaned yet and the receptionist stated it was. After another 15 min we questioned again and were told the manager had to "tripple check" which we aren't dumb. It doesn't take long. When we finally got to the floor we were on, they were barely cleaning all of the rooms. Immediately upon entering, floors were filthy and blood stained pillows. We had 2 small children and refused to stay. The "manager" who was helping clean acted like this was all completely normal. Got a full refund through my bank.

The front desk staff was friendly and responsive — we truly appreciated their help when we found pet hair on the couch. They promptly changed our room without any hesitation. However, the kitchen setup was disappointing. Although the room includes a stove and coffee maker, there were absolutely no pots, pans, plates, or utensils — not even a kettle to boil water. When we asked for at least some disposable items, we were told that the only option was to purchase a plastic dishware set for $50, which felt unreasonable and completely out of line with what an “extended stay” should offer. Overall, the hotel is clean, and the staff was polite, but if you’re booking this property expecting to cook or use the kitchen during your stay, be aware that you’ll need to bring your own supplies or pay extra. That was a major letdown in an otherwise average stay.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was a little scarce, but we managed to find a spot. Location was good.

Not so great: hotels.com said there would be Queen sized beds. Nope. They were full-sized - not great for 2 adults. But at least the hotel was honest about it. But worse: An important reason for booking this hotel was the EV charger, located right outside the front entrance. And that was the problem. Every! Single! Time! the 2 charging spaces were taken by non-electric vehicles, mostly those of staff. Every! Single! Time! we had to go inside and ask for somebody to move their non-electric vehicle. If we were lucky, it was indeed staff who moved their vehicles relatively quickly - only to return to the same spot the next day or even right after we finished charging. If we were unlucky we were met with incomprehending looks: "I don't know whose vehicle that is" (said about a very flashy, roaring sports car where one would think the staff noted the owner). Once - once! - one charging space was taken up by another EV and that was fine. But for guests to take second place to staff felt not good to the point that after a few days, we gave up and parked our EV elsewhere. We will probably not go there again or only with a non-electric car.

This place was nice, the ac works really well, the shower is good size and the kitchen area is perfect. Good size for a single person or a couple.

Appreciate the friendly people around

It was a room. No maid/cleaning service for the full 8 nights. I had to replenish towels at the front desk. Hotel is not responsible for any amenities - TV, laundry, vending. They are all outsourced and the TV feed never worked correctly (I heard it had been bad for 3 weeks prior). Lost money in the laundry for detergent. Have to call the vendors number to try and get a refund. Was warned about several machines, washers and dryers, that weren't working correctly. If you are trying to save money and have an extended stay, it might be what you need, but make sure your expectations are low. There aren't any kitchen utensils, pots and pans, or drinking glasses. They may have those at the front desk but I don't know. There are restaurants nearby (walking distance).

it is the best place in the area. Staff was great housekeeping was good overall was a good experience. Will definitely be back.

Sandy was AMAZING. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for such a quiet and comfortable stay while our new house was being renovated. There was a young gentleman that was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch his name. But overall 5 plus stars.

The manager was RUDE as could be. Every time we talked to her, she was downright rude. The General manager was on site. We talked with him about an issue. Because we talked to GM, the manager would not renew our stay, but told us we had a few hours to move out. They could never process payments correctly.. Working with her was a total nightmare.

Issues with property: 1) No light on or above the 'desk' area - dark at night and essentially unusable except for my personal computer; 2) No kitchen or eating utensils - not even to buy; 3) Noisy - could easily hear activity in adjacent rooms; 4) WiFi - difficult to connect to and internet service dropped frequently; 5) Virtually no security - no one visible at front desk most of the time; 6) window are not openable - no fresh air.

If you need a place I would recommend only taking the top floor.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly during a computer breakdown. The hotel was located in a very nice location close to nice restaurants, shopping and family fun. The property had nice parking and secure area. Our room was having trouble and we could not connect to the internet or get phone calls on our cell phones. The coffee pot did not work in the room and in the bathroom the tub leaked water a lot reported it to the front desk when we left.

The heater in my room needed to repaired so was unusable most of my stay, however, even though there was a cold spell, the room was not so uncomfortable that I needed the repairs done immediately (the builder should be proud of their work).

If you are needing a kitchen this hotel will work for you. As far as comfort it leaves a lot to be desired. No carpet in the rooms. They are kind of small. Low water pressure. No continental breakfast. walls are thin and hopefully you don’t have the same guy hacking all night next to you.

Besides the lady working late night it was a great stay. She was very unpleasant to our party.

Rita at the front desk was great! The room is even more than I needed for a quick stay in Denver! It’s so cutely decorated and has all the things you need to stay longer: fridge, microwaves, foods to buy downstairs. I would definitely cone back for a true extended stay.

This hotel was full of drug addicts. Upon checking in my son found used meth smoking paraphernalia. It smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. There was drops of blood on the bathroom floor, speckled poop stains of some kind on the walls. The pillows were thinner than cardboard and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room was hot and bed was springy and back breaking. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

The front desk attendant was not very welcoming. Not rude but also not pleasant. Disappointed that a hotel stating eco-friendly accommodations still uses disposable shampoo/soap/body lotion. The bed mattress was overly soft (just my opinion).

The Chromecast on the TV was unplugged by a previous guest and it took a while to figure out how to reconnect it. Also, a hotel with NO TISSUES?!

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures. This place is dirty, the staff isn't helpful, and the long term clientele (longterm renters) is shady at best. Steer clear of this place.

We stood in your hotel for a week. I couldn’t do laundry in your facility, 3 washers were broken and stood broken all 7 days we were there. A young lady came to help and reported the issue. But no one ever showed up. Beds are terrible very uncomfortable. A single Matress sits on top of a dingy cheap metal bed frame. Parking is horrible. During our stay your parking had company trucks that never moved. People staying in your hotel didn’t have parking. The owners to these truck’s weren’t staying in your hotel. The room had no drawers to put clothes. There were 2 cars broken into due to having to park far away from the hotel were cameras couldn’t see. You also have homeless people hiding in your big trash can which scare me throwing away my trash. Employees are very helpfully & clean rooms. However I would not recommend this hotel nor stay again 👎

It was ok. I didn't like that there was no room service unless you stay longer than 7 days. We had to throw out our own trash. Seems like no one is walking halls to keep them clean. Our tv and ac didnt work properly maintenence never came to fix them.

Overall a good stay, very clean which is top priority for me 2 minor complaints- walls extremely thin could hear full conversations in next room. Encountered 4 staff members, 2 extremely helpful and friendly while the other 2 were completely opposite- asked for extra pillows and flat told No, asked again at shift change and no problem. Like i said though overall a good stay- clean and nice

Property and room was very clean and modern. It was very quiet and relaxing to stay at this hotel.

We chose this hotel based on reviews that it was clean. The upholstered bench had a lot of dust on it. The upholstered desk chair was stained. The comforter had a large bleach stain on the underside. There was urine odor on the carpet or the mattress. The AC unit was lound. There was a microwave and cooktop but no bowls, silverware, or small pot to cook anything in. When I asked at the desk, all the attendant could offer me were plastic spoons. There wasn't even a paper bowl to make oatmeal in. It was disappointing.

We were only there two nights, but this seems to have lots of long term guests. Gave a different vibe to the property.

The desk clerk for check in process was frustrating as she had to electronically sign papers that were not available to read (most people don't sign papers blindly), but he kept insisting that she needed to sign them and THEN she would be given a copy (most hotels have a hard copy for their guests to read before they sign). She thought that the room was thoughtfully laid out; really liked the kitchenette with a Keurig for her morning coffee (nice touch), and the bathroom was clean! However, in the morning light, she could see that the floor had not been damp mopped as she could see shoe markings on the floor. Overall, not a bad experience but just above average.

This property claims to be pet friendly, so I booked. I got there and they said I could not have my cats. I pointed out that the listing said pets allowed. It didn't say "only dogs less than 40 lbs." So, I'm stuck without a room thanks to these liars. Fortunately, I was able to book another hotel who was glad to see my furry darlings.

The only concern I have is that the desk does not have a light fixture. At night one must turn on all the lights in order to have enough light in order to read and write without straining the eyes.

Never checked in due to the property would only allow 1 pet. I need a refund if I was charged which the girl at the front said I wasn’t charged. The website has no limits on pets it’s not until u check in u find out.

The room had a kitchen with a stove but there were no pots or pans, no plates, no forks or spoons to go with it. Very disappointing.

But the walls were thin and could hear conversations in other rooms. There was also nothing in the kitchen such as cookware, dinnerware, or utensils. Also the floors in the room were dirty.

This hotel profiled and refused service when I was willing to pay whatever the cost. They didn't know my name before they told me they had no vacancy they and refused to look up my name or reservation that I had made the previous night and they refused to let me pay an extra half of a day stay to check in at 3am when I had arrived leaving me no where to sleep but our side as I had no vehicle due to it being rentals and lyfts for my trip.....

So the hotel itself is a very lovely hotel. A lot of space in the rooms has a kitchenette. It was definitely a place Id like to stay in. However when going to stay at hotels that is not the only thing we look for. I feel like how we get treated by staff is a huge thing. The first night i got there I informed them it would be my girlfriend and I staying there. They said for me to have her bring her ID when she got there. My girlfriend walked in the room and before she even made it to the bed the hotel phone started to ring. It was front desk telling us that my girlfriend cant have her dog there because she wasn't presented at check inn well my girlfriend didn't even have the chance to check her self in. They made her dog leave if not we had to and we just paid $700 for a week. The next day we had someone approach us telling us to watch what we do because the female workers there do not like other females and the fact that we were lezbian they were sure to give us problems. That is exactly what they did. They tired to accuse us of smoking in the room they would knock on our door very aggressive, call our room for stupid things and then lastly because we had a lot of vistors because we just got back from Florida so a lot of people were visiting us they said we had heavy traffic and had to leave. They did not bother to warn us nothing they were looking for a reason to throw us out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to NO BODY. This is the most disrespectful hotel I've been to.

Before checking in here I was at home town suites and literally walked into my room and turned around and checked out. I got to this place and it was amazing. I was only there a few nights but it was so comfortable and clean and convenient. The ONLY thing I would complain about was the water pressure in the shower. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

They did not have dished, utensils, lights didn't work in the kitchen, taring the parking lot, only decaf coffee. The staff were friendly & Professional.

Curtains put on wrong so useless to blackout; parking lot being paved and ac mandatory cleaning during our stay was inconvenient- much loitering in lot- a meeting place for selling items in evenings- will not stay again

It's decent. The bathroom needs some touch ups but overall the room is clean. Not in love with the customer service at first but they tried to be better. One thing I didn't like though is there are drug addicts sitting in the back of the hotel, making me not feel safe to be by myself.

As some others noted, the walls are not the thickest and you can hear your neighbors if they have a loud TV or music on. Also note they do NOT provide any kitchen utensils - you can rent some from the front desk (I assume people steal them, hence needing to pay extra to get them). Two things the property can improve on: - Housekeeping. For long stays, housekeeping only comes once a week. While I was okay with that for towels, I had to go ask for more toilet paper and trash bags since I took my trash out and no second bags were available. Housekeeping for weekly stays should be increased to 2x a week. - The lighting in the rooms is mood lighting which is great for winding down at night, but not for working. Within 4 hours the first day I was at Target buying a cheap desk lamp so I could see what I was writing and working on. Lamps needs to be installed at the work stations.

hotel room is nice and clean. However, there's loud noise coming through the ceiling/wall. Maybe from plumbing system. it keeps waking me up throughout the night. very annoying.

Would recommend to anyone great place to stay and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Fitness center was still closed, in spite of elimination of County Covid restrictions. The general manager had repeatedly asked the corporate office to open the fitness center, but was declined. Bathtub would not drain properly, the shower faucet handle fell off, and it took 2 days to get it fixed. It took 3 to 5 minutes of running hot water to heat up.Room lighting was terrible - impossible to read a book unless you sat next to the window in daytime. Even though there was a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator and two-burner hotplate, there were no dishes, pots or pans, dish towels, dish soap - nothing. No Kleenex either. Housekeeping is only once a week. The laundry was fine - but the soap machine was out of order, and change was not available. It cost double to use a credit card for the washer and dryer. On the plus side, the beds were quite comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows of different size and firmness. We had an end-of hall room, and it was quiet enough. The HVAC worked well, and was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly and polite.

It was a nice stay. It was located where I needed to be and it worked out great. It was clean and comfortable.
