Very clean. Day staff was amazing, night staff could be better. The only thing that is unfortunate is having to pay and find parking. Other than that, really awesome hotel! Will stay again.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay, would definitely recommend!

amazing staff and beautiful space.

The hotel was welcoming and inviting the staff was excellent! The room was clean and very comfortable. Very soft sheets great pillows room service was quick and food was hot when delivered. I enjoyed my stay. Also they have a great walking park behind the hotel. I will definitely be staying there again.

We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area. You now HAVE to pay for parking and WiFi, and you can see alot of beyond usual wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. The staff wasn’t that great either, it is hard to get good help these days. That was out go to when we come to the Denver area to see family, I can say, that is no longer the case. There are ALOT of options and it’s sad to see it go downhill. The room was clean and so that gets a 5 star review for room cleanliness. Everything else 1 to 2 stars.
- 1/5
There was little black bugs in the bed! The first one we thought nothing of it and my boyfriend smacked it off the bed. Then in the morning I was looking for a rubber band on the bed and spotted two more little black begs we just took off immediately in went home and took showers! Just the thought of knowing the bugs were probably crawling on us throughout the night!
- 4/5
The room was very clean. We had a baby with us and they provided a crib and extra blankets which was very nice! Staff were friendly and there’s a coffee shop plus a restaurant down in the lobby.

Hotel has comfortable beds, however you have to pay for parking.

I would like to start off by saying I loved the walk in shower in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my stay. When I first checked in I was given 2 card keys to check into my room on the 12th floor. When we got up there, the keys did not work. I went down to the front desk staff to let them know, and they gave me new keys. I went back up to try the new keys and those also didn’t work. So I had to go back down to the front desk again to let them know. He said they would send a worker up to open the door and check the battery. Eventually we got into our room but this whole process took about 45 minutes and we were in a rush to get to an event. The staff did not seem to have urgency with this issue. Also, I had originally gotten a room with a king bed through Hotels.com but the room had a full bed which was disappointing. We didn’t want to risk switching and accidentally getting a room with a tub instead of the wall in shower we had. Also, there was not a trash can.
- 4/5
Nice, clean room. We were here for 3 nights and they came and refreshed our room for us every day. Excellent housekeeping service!
- 5/5
Last minute reservation on my way back home. I usually stay downtown by Rockies stadium. This was about 20-25 minutes from there. Pleasantly surprised. Clean, classy/traditional style hotel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and even had robes, iron and ironing board. Close to shopping and dining. Would stay there again. My only knock is the parking lot. Payment is made via QR codes posted throughout. Depending upon your check in time and overall health it can be a nice walk back to the elevator!
- 3/5
Coffee shop in lobby was great. Didn't try the restaurant but food looked good! DOWNSIDES: Paid parking - bit of a bummer, but only $15/day, and while parking up front is small, there is a rather large parking lot towards the back. Hotel is a little dated and could use a refresh in many areas, but overall, still nice. Pool leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately the heater was not working so kids couldn't enjoy the pool at all and water was very murky looking. Beds in double bed rooms are only full size. I've never been in a double bed hotel room with only full size beds, so didn't realize this when booking. Made it a bit of a challenge to get a good nights sleep with two people in each bed.

I’ve stayed there before and I’ve never had to pay to park or internet usage.
- 5/5
Very classy place to stay;) the mattresses were absolutely dreamy! Staff was very professional and the food we ordered through room service was top notch! The only complaint I have was the parking . I traveled with my 79 year old mother and her friend and we had to carry our luggage in from the parking lot on the other side of the property. And you are expected to pay $15 even if you have a room booked. The parking across the street is off limits to hotel guests. They did have a golf cart parked up front but I couldn’t find an attendant that was manning it so we just walked and I picked up my mother in the circle drive the next morning . Just a heads up! Thanks for a wonderful nights rest and the lavender essential oils at my bedside. That was a nice surprise!
- 5/5
Bathtub was full of rust, didn't get the room we requested and was told we got a complimentary 'upgrade' but was given a room right next to the elevator so heard people all night...not a great upgrade.

We have stayed at this Westin many times but certain things changed during this stay. We always had free wifi but now, unless you’re a Marriott Member and made your reservation directly with Marriot or on line with Marriot, you will pay $12.95 - $16.95 per day for wifi. Self parking was free prior to Memorial Day weekend and now it is $15.00 / nt. For these reasons, we will probably no longer utilize this property.
- 3/5
Place was clean and nice. However, pool was extremely cold so not sure if it was broke, AC would turn off in the middle of the night, and valve to transfer from traditional shower to rain shower head was striped and both were on at the same time.
- 4/5
We chose this pool because we had our toddler granddaughter with us that wanted to swim. The hotel website said heated indoor pool so we thought it would be perfect. Nope, we couldn’t even get into the water because it was too cold. No heat at all, felt like Colorado mountain river water, it was freezing.
- 4.5/5
The room was great, but they put us on the side of the hotel without a view of the mountains. We booked this hotel thinking we would have a great view of the mountains.

You have to pay for parking but yet you have to park a long ways away. Not sure if it’s a Colorado thing but you don’t get trash bags in your room for the trash. The front desk lady was rude and made it difficult to check in. Will not be staying here again. Oh and if you’re a member with their hotel they are unable to get you the WiFi login. Had to use the conference one.
- 3/5
Checked in and lugged all my luggage and two kids to the room for my key not to work. Paid $15 to park one car over night for their spaces to be full. The hotel is greedy and nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING!

Clean room with fantastic beds and blackout shades. I’ve stayed here many, many times and was distressed this visit by the on-site restaurant. It used to be a highlight of staying at this property. Fantastic servers and good food. The Spotted Donkey was a bit of disaster. No host to seat is or acknowledge us. I stood at the podium for thirty minutes along with others and nobody even came to explain the situation. It was as if there were no cooks or servers. This needs to be seriously addressed if you will lose lots of hotel business.
- 4/5
It was a great place to stay! We’ve stayed at Westin in past and have always been happy with it. The parking was very confusing though and we were expecting valet. The pool was freezing and the kids didn’t get to enjoy it like we wanted to.
- 5/5
Hotel was beautiful, room clean, bed super comfy. Only complaints are not hot tub, pool not heated, coffee shop closes early and the restaurant staff super slow.

Room and facility were very clean and well kept! The pull out sofa mattress left much to be desired, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay!
- 4/5
Didn't utilize any of the amenities, so can't comment
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. They need more help on the floor. No host by the door and waitresses need to clean tables, be the hostess, and attend the tables. Bad management.
- 5/5
One of our favorite places to stay
- 3/5
We were not informed of parking situations and that there were hotel parking and paid parking. The lamp was broken in room and the phone in the room was seemingly non functional. Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open .
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, upgraded my room because of my rewards! Excellent hospitality and hotel.
- 5/5
Didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or bar, all I can say is the view from our room was nice and the bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Very clean room and was cleaned daily, I stood on the 12th floor and have a wonderful sunrise view every morning
- 2/5
Booked a king bed room and when arrived was told that the room was not avaiable. Hotel charges an additional $15 per day for parking on thier property. Check out was supposed to be noon, at 7 am doors started slamming, at 8 am cleaning crew pounded on door, then again at 9 am. Restaurant was super expensive with mediocre food. $5 for regular black coffee. Out of soda and tea. Sausage was still frozen.
- 5/5
Great staff, great stay!
- 2/5
My first room at 1105 was dirty. The sheets were torn: the tv didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The shower door didn’t close and kept sliding open. And smelled like marijuana.

Hotel was fine. Attached restaurant was awful.

I can pay $100 less per night somewhere else and have everything I need to have an enjoyable stay. All bottled up into a single price, no fine print. I guess you have to pay to be in a fancy place. Pretty sure there is something dampening my cell phone signal, so I'm almost being forced to pay for wifi. No breakfast options other than an overpriced restaurant. Charging me to park in the parking lot of the hotel I'm paying to stay at is absolutely absurd. Guess I'm just not used to the fancy pancy hotels, where they take away amenities so they can price gouge you. I suppose that's how rich people get richer. It's a very nice place though, i guess just not my cup of tea. It's more for upper class that don't mind throwing money away. Honestly I did enjoy my stay! It's just things that i feel like I should get when i choose your hotel i get charged extra for. I'm just used to getting all those things at a reasonable rate. Also not feeling like i got fine printed.
- 3/5
It was fine

The location is perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was stained, and it made looks dirty. Couldn't turn on to handheld shower. It made a very loud noise.

The room was average, nothing special. But we stayed at the hotel for a little staycation to take our kids swimming and the pool heater was apparently broken because the pool was ice cold. Kinda a bummer and we will not be coming back to stay in the future.
- 5/5
Gorgeous can’t say enough good things about it!!
- 5/5
The attached resteraunt / bar is top notch
- 5/5
I loved staying at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, the view from my room was very nice and I wasn't even on the mountain view side. There are walking paths all around and plenty of things to do near by. I will absolutely stay here again. The only things that didn't feel like a high end hotel were the elevators. The doors slam closed and people have carved/scratched into the paint inside. Otherwise this trip was amazing. I recommend the caramel macchiato from the coffee bar in the lobby, it was very good!

Our room wasnt the cleanest. Dusty blinds thatbhad soda all over them. Broken towel hanger in the bathroom and mold ik the shower.. the couch slso had a rip in it..
- 4/5
And please tell me why you can’t provide coffee for your guests at $200 a night. Buying $6 coffees for me and my husband everyday was ridiculous. We expected more from a property like this.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well maintained and the check in staff did an excellent job making us feel welcome.

I think the room needed a microwave.

- 5/5
Excellent experience with every member of the staff
- 4/5
The room was clean, the fluffy duvet and pillows were great, the lavendar essential oil was a nice touch on the night stand. I was disappointed and surprised that there was no microwave to use in the entire hotel! The pool was feezing and the temp felt colder than tap water and looked cloudy. My daughter got in to her waste and then had to get out immediately because it was too cold. The hallways were loud and the thermostat did not work well and the sink was clogged. Overall, I loved the cleanliness as well as the bathroom soaps and essential oils and the workout facility; but a few of the amenities need improvements.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, updated amenities, nice beds, tall ceilings.
- 4/5
Clean room. Gift shop. Coffee shop. Ease of check in and check out. Great stay
- 2/5
Front desk staff was amazing. Ethan was great. However, lots of problems. The shower head and bathroom were moldy and gross. Glasses in the room looked used. Tolietwas broken and ran all night even after the maintenance came to fix so we were up all night. No hot water for any showers this morning. Probably our most disappointing stay at a Marriott. No hot tub. The restaurant menu was sub par and they had no food after 10. Wont stay again.
- 1/5
After a guest used the bathroom it got clogged, we notified the staff and was told they would send someone to fix it, no body came. Later I had to use the bathroom but was unable to because it wasn’t fixed. Went to the front desk and was told no one is here to fix it, it was late at night at this point. Was told that was unfortunate that I couldn’t use my own bathroom -in a condescending way. I asked if we cold switch rooms which was offered with a double bed, much smaller than my original room, but I had to take it in order to use the bathroom. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night with no apologies or offers to help except when I asked for it!

Amazing rooms and staff.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly, but the rooms have become rundown. The shower sounded like a very high-pitched drill.
- 4/5
The restaurant/bar has an amazing staff. They are always friendly and personable.
- 1/5
It was an unpleasant experience. Hotel staff was not helpful. Advertising information about the hotel was false on the website.
- 3/5
The bathroom shower head was leaky, the TV remote didn’t work it took calling twice with two replacements to work. My key stopped working an hour before check out.
- 4/5
The hotel is very convenient for me whenever I travel to Denver, but it is begining to show it's age a bit. The toilet bowl in my room had stains and the plug in the bathroom sink didn't work properly. They also began to charge for parking, but fortunately there is a free city lot across the street.
- 5/5
Room was awesome ! Hotel staff were excellent! Bar restaurant was great too!

Good clean room but there was no way to charge my cell phone next to the bed. Your think a hotel like that would have charging options on the nightstand.

Staff was not prepared for the people coming on did not have room numbers and everyone was in different areas bud to wedding was not organized parking was confusing but the people in the bar area were wonderful
- 4/5
Great property decent price will return
- 1/5
We were moved twice due to room issues the carpet rolling up no ice machine weird smell and light was detaching from the wall. I brought it up to staff they told me if I checked out early they would refund the night I didn’t stay I don’t feel like that was good service especially when I’m almost 2k miles away from home.
- 5/5
The room was in excellent condition, the house keeping crew did great every day, the front desk folks and breakfast lady were super helpful but the view out our room window was super AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful visit.
- 5/5
AWESOME AS ALWAYS!!!
- 4/5
The staff was extremely welcoming & helpful. Rooms were very nice, had nice view. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean. The rugs were a little worn.
- 1/5
Hotel lobby is nice and welcoming but that's where the hospitality stops. When checking in, the front desk staff told me I should know my Marriot Bonvoy # so that I could make their job easier. Hotel room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in months. Lady bugs all over the inside of the walls and dead bugs in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was a joke. Had to call 3 times to get dirty room service dishes removed. The only service provided was clean towels. Countertops were not wiped down, floor was not vacuumed, and bed was not made. Tea and coffee not replenished, make up remover towelette not replenished after first day. Was in town for a conference and have recommended to conference organizers to book the annual event elsewhere. Hotel rates for conference were no better than what I could book online through a third party source.
- 4/5
Lots to do around the hotel- a pretty easy and convenient location to places to eat, drink, and explore.
- 5/5
No comments love staying here
- 4/5
Room service food was alright. It was quick to receive but overpriced even for room service for the quality. One of the beds was uneven and sunken in. Not a heavenly bed experience.
- 5/5
Everything was great and felt very safe.
- 5/5
Beautiful surroundings
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff. I originally booked a king-size bedroom, but they only had two double-bed bedrooms available upon checking in.
- 5/5
The most comfortable, clean, beautiful hotel we’ve stayed out. Staff was excellent too. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Servive was very good very attentive the room was really nice
- 5/5
Love the Westin!!
- 4/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
Hotel and grounds were very nice. Several places to eat or shop close by, walkable if needed. Room was a little small and the bathroom didn’t have much counter space or storage. I also wished there was a microwave in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, but pillows weren’t great. I’m pretty particular about my pillows though. Overall we had a great stay and the location was perfect for accessing Boulder and Denver.
- 5/5
Evan at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!! The beds were super comfy and clean!
- 3/5
For the expense wasn’t worth it. Shower weak. Hard bed.

Not my favorite conference location
- 5/5
Great views!!! Great staff!!
- 5/5
Nice view , good location .
- 3/5
Beautiful property, be prepared to pay for parking or park across the street. They also charge for internet service. No continental breafast, but there is a restaurant on site. Its been a while since i travelled so this may be yhe norm.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. View of the mountains was great to wake up to. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, got one of the omelettes but there are other places to eat if you want that are walking distance or even faster driving distance away. Staff at breakfast and front desk were helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
No Valet service. The bathroom tub looked like it hadn't been clean in months (browmish red stains)!!
- 5/5
I really enjoy staying at the Westin! It is comfortable and clean. Biggest plus is fun things within walking distance. You can go out and have a fun time without worrying about driving. Safe area. Just a good time all the way around!
- 3/5
Close to the airport, otherwise mediocre.
- 5/5
Absolutely AMAZING hotel! Gorgeous and set on a stunning lake and nature. I just absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back every year! The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous! Everyone that worked there was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The view from my room was exquisite of the lake and mountains! I could not love this hotel more! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Front desk was super helpful. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. I love the bath products. They smell great. I wish they had a water bottle refill station and offered coffee earlier for us east coast visitors

- 4/5
I really like the way it was quiet and the cleanliness
- 4/5
Rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated. The bathroom ddi not have all toiletries and had to call twice before they delivered.
- 2/5
They didnt have everything decorated in the restaurant as advertised. They made you pay over $12 a day for wifi and $10 for parking. They did wave the wifi fee 1 day. Theres no pool or workout equipment. Theres no overhead lights in the room

I was there as a last minute booking. The cost for two nights was excellent and the stay completely comfortably. I would if in the area again stay there.
- 2/5
Had issues with room. First lamp broken looked like it was thrown against the wall, toilet was clogged and sink was clogged. Everything was fixed after two days.
- 5/5
Exceptional, I love a Westin, we know that. This Westin… has to be one of the best. The hotel itself, staff included, impeccable. Staff actually blew me away the level of hospitality on display more than once. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking. Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. Centrally located to mountain and city activities.10s across the board for me.
- 5/5
Great room and great value. Staff was friendly, room was clean quiet and elegant. Had a great time. Will be back!

Every single thing is incredible .
- 4/5
Good location in between Denver and Boulder. Common areas are very nice
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff was great
- 4/5
It’s a great hotel for the price and for needing a “good” hotel, but with the Westin name attached I think one can be a little more picky and this Westin falls short. My only complaint is that the furniture in our room was a lot more worse for wear than I’d expect, our blinds were pretty dusty, and common areas in the hotel showed some signs of wear as well. With all that said I’d stay here again, but I’d go in with slightly lowered expectations for a Westin.
- 1/5
They will double charge you for fees. Had a hold for over $200 in fees.
- 3/5
Location was good with free off property parking & restaurants close by. Room was nice with a good view of the mountains but bathroom was a little worn. Pool was freezing cold & not really fun for kids.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Tile was stained in the bathroom, shower door would not stay closed and the cable television was connected to a cable box. I expect higher quality from a Westin hotel.
- 4/5
Convenient area but super busy and loud when there are conferences and events happening (which is always). Could use some updating.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful. Lovely hotel and lots of food and entertainment options near by that are walkable. Starbucks inside and a restaurant.

The grounds of the Westin are beautiful. And our view was stunning. Our house phone did not have a battery, so we were unable to complain about the unsupervised teenagers nextdoor who woke us up at 7 am on Sunday morning. We had a great experience at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Very clean, enjoyed the stay

Love that they accept pets. The view is amazing.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to food, fun and shopping.

We loves the fountain area and that there were many walkable trails nearby. The restaurant was amazing every time, we went 3 times for the churros. Staff were friendly and it was conveniently located.

Beautiful view, clean, smells good and quiet

Nice service, efficient and friendly cleaning, really helpful front desk staff. I also liked the restaurant, the Kachina. We had a conference there and the staff was particularly helpful in the set up. Also, we had really really nice views from the upper floor. Beautiful facility and nice walks available around the hotel.

Bathroom was dirty, air conditioner wasn’t working and was loud. We asked to be moved to another room and was told no

This place was amazing! The only issue I had was the air wouldn’t go under 70 and I couldn’t sleep very well due to it being hot.

Dated rooms. Sink in the bathroom was clogged. Mold around the tub. No body wash in the shower. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Trash cans on site were full to the brim.

We would love to stay here again and will highly consider staying at other locations of this hotel chain!

Rooms are clean

Wonderful bed, great food at the restaurant. The shower grout should be either be deep cleaned or redone. It had some mold in some places. Otherwise my stay was amazing.

Hotel is classy. Room is clean and beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet stay.

Fine condition, well-located

Fantastic!

I did see a few spots of mold in or near the shower. It was minimal and not an issue.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very very helpful, accommodating our need for an accessible room for my mother. They were always offering to help or asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has lost much of its luster. Service was barely acceptable. Promised items didn't get fulfilled. IT was not what it used to be

Bad WIFI

They have a coffee shop and amaxing restaurant in-house which is so convenient.

Good option if you want to stay outside of the busy downtown area. It’s about a 15-minute drive to central Denver, but much quieter. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. Would stay again.

Was put in a disability accessible room that was not well maintained and generally kinda gross.

It was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The best bed I ever slept on, I stole the bed from the hotel room, it was that good. (Didn’t really steal it, but it was that good)

Great last minute experience for my grand daughter.

The room looked nice and seemed cozy at quick glance. Beds made and looked comfortable. Once we started to settle we noticed the room had at the very most had only been wiped down. After pulling the comforter and top sheet back on the bed there was a blood stain the size of a quarter on the bottom sheet where someone had been laying. When I called and reported it they said they would send someone to the room with clean sheets. About 10 minutes later, someone came to the door and tried to hand us sheets for us to clean the bed.

This is a nice hotel. I would stay again and recommend it. The bed was heavenly

So, it was a great place, the pool was good although a little cold, but on the 5th floor, where our room was, there was a strong moldy-mildew odor. Our room was a little moldy smelling too. The room was humid, and our AC never got cooler that 72. I might stay here again if they make changes.

The coffee pot broke, the key reader on the door broke, they gave me a different room rather than the one I booked. It’s was a nice establishment but not a great room. It’s like a dressed up box of dog poop

Very inviting hotel. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They charge for parking so you need to know that up front. They have a restaurant on site and a Starbucks. Shopping is walking distance away if you forgot anything.

We absolutely loved the Westin, and the restaurant/bar Kachina inside the hotel. The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole property is so nice, with a beautiful walking area outside the hotel as well. We will be back.

This is always our first choice and it never disappoints!

My faucet was leaking the whole night, very annoying. I couldn't report because my daughter was sleeping. The bath soap was also out ...

The service and staff were wonderful and the property was welcoming and well maintained. Overall, a great experience!
