You can taste the air freshener they use, it is that STRONG through the property. None of the ice machines work and you have to pay for parking even though this area is wide open with available parking. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we initially checked in the older lady with short hair at the front seemed completely clueless, the hotel itself was clean but we never got our room cleaned/serviced throughout our whole stay. I went down to the lobby to ask for information about how to request more shampoo/conditioner or towels or even service to the room and the nice gentleman there was super helpful with information and said to just call down to the lobby and things would get brought up to the room, then when I did the other ladies said we needed to come down to the lobby to grab extra things and ignored us requesting cleaning services to our room, our stay was good but they need to work on customer service and being on the same page within themselves.

This is our second time staying there and I like it because it’s clean. The staff is nice. The bed is comfy and it’s updated. It’s a good deal, will definitely stay again.

Horrible check in, extremely rude front desk agent. My family of six arrived at 4:30PM an hour and a half after check in! And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no alternative. Doesn't even apologize. The hotel is pretty run down dirty slow elevators no water pressure in the shower very tiny pool if there's more than five or six kids in there it's crowded and to top things off they charge $12.00 for parking.

On weekends, breakfast doesn’t start til 7am. I would have liked the normal breakfast time of 6am so I could have fed my kids better before a full day of sports.

The staff was nice but the facility is dated and needed maintenance. Rusted shower drain, narrow shower, not enough towels provided for the number of people the room accommodated. I’m glad we were out and about most of the time and didn’t have to spend too much time in the room.

Convenient location between Denver and Boulder. Great value considering breakfast is included. There’s a Target across the street as well as a multitude of dining options. Great network of paved walking/biking trails right next to property.

I expected a breakfast buffet or access to food on site. Probably my mistake. There is a lounge(?) area near the reception desk but it has limited hours and looked like it just served alcohol however unable to verify because there is no menu posted. I did have good coffee from the small coffee bar. Frankly many hotels offer more for less and breakfast is a basic amenity. I do not recommend.

Overall I was satisfied with the stay. When I purchased the room it said all fees were included but that wasn't the case. You will be charged $12 a day for parking.

When we were checking in, we had to wait a few minutes for help and the person who went behind the desk looked like they just came in off the street and rude. She informed us that there is a daily charge of $12.00 for parking. This is something that should be disclosed when booking. The Coffee in the Lobby area ran out and the on Saturday morning while the hotel was completely booked they ran out of plates, cutlery and food. We waited for 15 minutes and then had to go out of the hotel for food. On a scale of 1-10 we give it a -1.

Clean, comfy, secure - good place to lay my head for an evening's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, staff accomodating and friendly. Paid almost 50% less than surrounding hotels with equal to better amenities and service. Will stay again.

First of all, only one of the elevators was working, carpet in the elevator looked all dirty like they had not cleaned for a while, the carpet in the room didn't look clean at all, the hot water in the shower wasn't working, I stayed here a couple of years ago and I think the quality of the hotel has gone down hill. One of the nights they made the beds and it look like a 5 year had made the bad. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Our room had metal shavings all over the floor when we checked in. I contacted the housekeeping and it took them a long time to come and take care of it and when they did, they just sweep it out into the hall in front of our room. The hallways were very dirty, hadn't been vacuumed. Our bathtub had grit in the bottom of it, rust all over the handles.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly.

We stay here often and the elevator has been broken for at least a year and a half. Our bed was never made, only the towels were exchanged. The front desk told us the parking fee was a one time fee ( but we know from staying here that it is nightly) Speaking of parking, why is there a fee for a non resort hotel? never had one when we started staying here.

Everything was excellent from the welcoming and helpful staff to the cleanliness and room amenities. The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel exceeded expectations overall. The only downside was that the vanity area lacked sufficient lighting. Aside from that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The room was big and very comfortable. We needed the extra room to help our daughter move out of her apartment and there was plenty of room to store her stuff without taking up space for us. Great that there was a refrigerator to keep things cold. The breakfast was very good. Lighting at the sink in the bathroom could have been brighter. Overall, a terrific room, great location and would absolutely stay there again.

The hallways smelled like lavender, which was nice, but unfortunately the rooms had an unpleasant musty odor. On the positive side, the breakfast was actually very good, and I appreciated having 24-hour access to coffee and tea. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the gym, which made the stay better for our family. Overall, I think a mid-range rating is fair.

The room was nice. The staff was very nice. The biggest issue is parking. There is a per day parking fee. This might have been acceptable were it "secured" parking. It is literally a standard parking lot like you would see at any department store, grocery store, or bank. The parking fee is ridiculous.

We were asked if we wanted turn down service and since we were staying 5 day we told them we would. By day 3 we were out of toilet paper and tissues and we never did get the turn down service we were asked if we wanted. There is a variety of foods to eat for breakfast and the staff was accommodating when we asked if we could check in just a little early as we had a tired 1 1/2 year old.

The bathtub needed to be replaced, the house keeping needs to really clean and mop the floors, they do charge for an additional person even though you book for a suite and it does say “sleeps up to 6” be careful with extra charges, they charge for parking and they do not say that at front desk. This hotel is not worth it!

The older front office lady that was bigger and semi dark hair was extremely rude all the times we spoke to her. She was rude when we were checking in we also had a problem with the cleanliness of our room it had a terrible moldy smell sticky floors as well as what looked like vomit in the bathtub when we told the front desk lady she gave a lot of unnecessary attitude and did nothing to help and laughed at us even though we asked very politely about what our options were. The other office lady when we were checking out was kind by far the best thing about this place. We stayed from 3/28 to 3/30. Will not be staying at that hotel again very terrible experience.

Loved staying here! It is newly renovated so everything is up to date. It’s close by many restaurants and shopping centers. The area is nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was good and equipped. Customer service was lacking. We called the hotel 3 time and not once did they tell us a $50 charge for early check in and $25 parking fee to come and find out it was $12 parking fee.

Making me feel like I was a criminal and did something wrong. I was there for almost 4 weeks, and had problems about three weeks into it and was treated disgustingly. I had no other option to go anywhere else. They allowed me to stay until they triangulated with the general manager and the night manager and the day manager all men to remove 100 pound woman off the property. I did not make any fuss, and left quietly. As I did, nothing wrong. They treated me terribly bad, even knowing that I was staying there after leaving an abusive relationship. Me leaving an abusive husband is why I was in the hotel in the first place. It was inappropriate that four large men dominated me to leave. They could’ve handled it way. Better, they could’ve come in and cleaned my room.

The bathtub did not drain and was so slippery it was scary to take a shower you almost fell every time you moved.

Room was a nice set up. Clean & spacious. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated that they had an extra clean blanket in the closet for nighttime. Close to the airport and I took advantage of the airport parking there. Reasonable priced. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They texted quite frequently to ask how my stay was. I didn’t get housekeeping services for 6 out of 7 days, even after requesting it. I did leave the room later than housekeeping was due to come in. However, they were on my floor when I left each day. Even after being on a recall list, we still had to ask multiple times. The room was clean upon arrival. The toilet paper roll holder was coming off the wall. Reported to front desk. Also, the microwave didn’t work properly. Couldn’t heat a bowl of mac n cheese. The mini fridge barely held anything besides bottles. I had an issue with the thermostat not going above 70 degrees. Maintenance was quick to come fix it. Didn’t use the amenities. I did get breakfast one day. It was your basic hotel breakfast. A few hot items and a waffle machine. Clean breakfast area. It was stocked most of the service. Overall it was a good property and experience. Will look for a hotel with a full kitchen next time. This hotel is close to a lot of things to do. Close to the highway as well.

Room was awesome. Big and spacious. Suite style. The beds were the only downside. In my opinion it was very firm. Too firm for my liking and the pillows were tiny. Im not used to tiny pillows that barely manage to cover your head.

The staff here are all amazing individuals who seem to genuinely care about your stay and comfort. The space was clean but...There were hockey teams staying for tournaments and due to their debris/takeout containers, etc... the hotel could have used some additional janitorial staff for the weekend! Breakfast was poor quality to begin with but eggs were cold one day. I was charged 12 doallars a day for parking in a huge open parking lot in a suburban area where you pretty much had to have a car. The fee was not disclosed during booking and seemed like a total money grab. I asked where else I could park and they said Target about half mile away. Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly

I stayed here one night and was pleased with the stay. There was a lot of space in the room and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was the coffee maker in the room was dirty, so I just had the coffee in the lobby.

Staff and manager at the hotel were so friendly and always going above and beyond helping me with all of my stuff as I was moving between apartments. Rooms are sleek, renovated, and clean, and loved the free breakfast.

Rate was silly. Room was dirty. Also dinging for greediness; I needed to book elsewhere after accidentally confusing properties for a convention over the weekend. These grinches said no. More convenient for me to reflect property reality than grapple with insurance. I’d add pics of the grime on phone receiver, headboard and walls but this review won’t allow attachments.

Room was not in repair. 2 bath towels for 4 people very poor lighted. 1 garbage can for the entire room.. asked to have the room serviced as we stayed 3 days. The service was adding afew towels no bed srevice. Only left us with 1 half used toilet paper had to go ask for more. This hotel said it was being updated. The updated were poorly done. The Marriott name should not be associated with this hotel as i think a motel 6 would have been better. Not too mention the noise from the other rooms. Will never stay here again

We stayed for 9 days for continuing education for my work. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast never disappointed for variety and quality. Fitness room was great. I can’t think of anything that we felt was lacking or disappointing. The price was great for the quality and the the amenities.

Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room. The head of housekeeping made sure we were okay,and let me know to tell her if we needed anything. Breakfast was cool cause it was different everyday. We really loved the pool because it was headed,and qe have a baby so I'm so glad it wasnt to cold for him.I would definitely recommend this hotel to family,and friends. Thank you.

We found the hotel and our room fairly clean and comfortable, renovated with updated modern design recently, however, there are a few minuses: We arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening to checkin.. no one at the reception desk.. waited at least 10 minutes and had to wander around the hotel looking for the desk staff. Not the desk persons fault.. only 1 person working/multi tasking.

They switched my room and said we are sorry and will waive of ur parking fee and I was staying there for 8 days that was $96 dollars but they lied they didn’t wave of the parking fee and did charged me . Will never stay at a Marriott hotel again they changed for parking and never told me there was a fee. I even asked why they put two hold charges on my card. The person at the desk said they would be credited back. Not the case. One was for parking. That to me is dishonest. This was the first time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Done with Marriott

One of our rooms bathtub was in horrible condition (Room 317). The bottom of the tub has multiple rust spots which was surprising for such a new facility. I have pictures
