The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, just no proteins (e.e. sausage ham, bacon). Seemed to be conveniently located (though lots of Denver traffic). I didn't get a chance to use amenities (e.g. pool, sauna), but they looked nice. I'm satisfied.

Hotel is pretty rundown. Beds and pillows need a major upgrade. Breakfast was one of the worst we've experienced. Staff was friendly, but overall probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is older, but clean. It does need some work, but for the price, it is okay. And the pill was great!!! The staff is very friendly.

Due to a delayed flight, didn't arrive at the property until nearly 3 AM, but agent was still available to check me in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and had a hot shower, which was all I needed at that late hour. Breakfast was fine, usual hotel fare, including waffle maker (could use more than one), yogurt, frittata-ish eggs, and potato cakes. Would stay here again.

This hotel is closer to a 6.0 to 7.0 than 8+ considering these issues and the very sketchy elevator. I guess there’s a reason they are cheaper! I don’t recommend staying here, unless you like having ridiculous problems.

I found that the breakfast wasn’t great options. Having celiac it left me with a banana and a yogurt. Some other options would have been nice. Even if I had to pay extra for gluten free.

This property is very clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. When they would see you they asked how you were doing. This place is very quiet. It’s tucked back behind some higher end hotels but would definitely say here and get just as much as you would at the higher end properties. Rooms were very clean, there was plenty of parking. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast but everything was hot and kept fresh.

Staff we're cheerful and always willing to help. Price was ok for the area. Room was not turned over until we left, so we had to ask for towels, soap, toilet paper and take out garbage. Room could've had another chair and coffee/end table, no place to set things down. Elevator was nasty! Breakfast was not appetizing at all but its free, round shaped "eggs", cold, soggy hasbrowns. Waffles were cold.

I booked the room with "pay at hotel" but my card was charged before I even checked in. The elevator was pretty dated. The room seemed clean enough. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of staff late in the evening. We stayed on the second floor and there were guests being loud, slamming doors and running the halls well after midnight. I tried calling the front desk from the hotel phone and found out that there wasn't a phone jack/cord even connected to the phone. I can't couldn't even locate the cord to hook up the phone. I used my cell phone and all 5 calls to the front desk went unanswered. It was a rough night of little sleep before our 10k run at 5am the next day.

Didn’t even stay the night. Dirty sheets, broken TV no hand soap was made to feel very uncomfortable would never travel here, especially as a woman alone.

It would be nice to have light filtering drapes as well as the room darkening for daytime. The bathroom was not clean. I was told the cleaning staff was working between 10p and 5a and this was why there was noise above our room… strange.

My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch that looked like blood. This is a dingy hotel and not at all as advertised so please ignore those reviews that say it is clean and renovated because it is not. The hallway carpets are dirty and torn, there are open doorways leading to cluttered storage rooms directly across from where they serve “breakfast” which was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have had. Got there at 7am just in time for cold egg molds and hash browns that had to put in the toaster to heat up. No protein (bacon or sausage). Old brown bananas. The back outside next to parking is either under construction or just never finished (seems to be the latter) and has crooked walkway and unsafe conditions. The only small plus is the gym is decent. I would never stay here again. I travel consistently for work and pleasure and use this hotel chain frequently, but now have this place crossed off my list as a stay away location! There are plenty of nearby hotels that are much better quality for the same price.

Friendly staff. Spacious and quiet room, good shower pressure. Breakfast was sufficient and there was coffee, tea, and water available all day. Jacuzzi and pool area were nice. The gym was tiny and the heaviest weights were 30lb dumbbells. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Pillows weren't very good.

For people that stay more than one night I would at least check and clean the rooms at least once I stayed four nights and no one ever come in my room but other than that that's okay I think they didn't do it because they wanted to give personal space. But I always it was able to get extra towels and blankets

Close to the highway so its convenient and safe. Its near a shopping center and larger hotels but its situated in a business park so its quiet. Its also half way between Denver and Boulder so its a great option. The room was clean and bed was comfy. I would stay here again based of price, location and comfort

I've stayed here before...my room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable with great views! It looks as if some updating has occurred, walls and floors looked refreshed. I have family and friends to visit both in Denver and Boulder, so the central location makes it very easy to do both. There are plenty of options nearby for restaurants, fast food or groceries. Even though I arrived at midnight, the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and helpful.

Room appeared clean and first glance but as you looked a little closer there was dust everywhere, shower had questionable stains all over, the sink drains let off an awful smell when the water was running and the room was in a poor outdated shape overall. The bathroom fan didn't work. The bathroom tiles were broke and wobbly and there were internet issues where we didnt have internet for a whole day. Given the fact that my wife was working remote this posed a huge problem for us. We would not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and inviting when you walked through the door. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking area was a bit littered by the dumpsters, which made us curious what the inside would look like....but it is very nice inside. The hotel looks like it's been around awhile inside, could use a few updates and patching of carpet and the elevator.

For the price it was adequate. Room was clean, felt safe. Breakfast was limited.

We stayed 5 nights and our room was only serviced the day before we left - and only because we requested it. They state when you check in, service will be done every 3rd night but they do not replenish coffee, cups etc. You have to request everything. The staff also speaks constantly with their phone on speaker and in a different language. The included breakfast is mediocre but there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. There's also a nice walking path behind the hotel. The hotel is close to the freeway, shopping and dining. Bed and temperature of the room was very comfortable. Pillows were bulky and hard. The elevator was dingy and dirty. We will most likely stay at one of the other hotels nearby on our next visit.

Bathroom had not been swept and floor was visibly dirty. Despite that, housekeeping was very evident around the hotel and quite busy. I think they are just understaffed. Daily housekeeping is not offered. The bathroom and front doors were partially painted and had holes and damage. Sheets and carpet had stains. It was kind of odd and off putting. If the hotel could make a few minor improvements, it would improve my score significantly. If you are on a budget, I think it is a safe and solid space. If not, I would consider spending an extra $30 for a better experience within nearby hotels.
