Needs major cleaning

Room was clean. Had everything needed. The area is safe, it is also close for food and gas. Staff was helpful. Elevator was broken but they gave us a discount for the room.

The pool is listed as open on the Hotels.com website. Per staff it’s been closed for years. The elevator was broken.

It was 1:30 in the morning when we checked it as we had gotten done with a concert, we didn’t complain about anything as we were sleepy and tired. Night shift guy was a little rude, when we were checking in. I had my id and CC ready we were gonna pay the rooms separate, he didn’t want another card he wanted the exact same card that was put on the reservation. I told him my husband had stayed home and that we didn’t have the card, (he asked me 3 times for the card on file.) I kept telling him my husband wasn’t with me. he finally got mad and started making our keys. Didn’t let us pay the rooms separately. It sits right next to a big interstate, so be ready for the traffic noises in the morning specially when your rooms are on the interstate side.

We stayed 4 nights. Each day we stayed the “free breakfast” offerings became smaller and smaller as the were “out” of things. This was to the point that my husband and I refused to even bother. Elevator was out of service. Pool that is advertised is not available. It’s misleading to say that these amenities exist when one cannot make use of them. The room and overall facilities were very outdated. Let me be clear that I did not expect a 5 star room or facilities, my expectations were reasonable for the price but they fell short of even that. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of only one is that the room was very clean, good hot water, and shower water pressure.

Elevators were broken and we were on the third floor. Stayed 3 nights and had to walk the stairways as it was not fixed. Rooms were spacious, coffee pots smelled and bathroom is very small.

The guy at the front dest was very nice and helpful, he offered to help carry our luggage upstairs since the elevator was broken. Staff was helpful when we needed new towels etc. But, the entire hotel spelled really weird, room was smelly and kinda humid, we had to keep our window open all 3 days and that kind of helped. The floors and stairs seemed really dirty. The bed was super comfortable tho, we slept great. We didn’t try the breakfast because we don’t usually wake up early enough. But the location was great, there’s a thrift store, gas station, and lots of really good restaurants just down the road! It’s also right by the freeway entrance so Denver is just a short drive away.

The room was clean overall, but there were stains on the carpet and bedspread and holes in the carpet. The free breakfast was sparse and mediocre (one choice of fruit, one choice of juice, powdered[?] eggs and repeatable sausage, cold cereal, and waffles.) The coffee wa weak. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

I’m 62 but pretty healthy but they put me through n the 2nd floor and the elevator was out the entire time. But of course they don’t mention that until they have your money!! Would have been nice to make the choice myself!!!

The breakfast was hot and good and the beds were SOOOO comfortable! We had some special requests among check in and they were happy to fulfill them. :) Overall a very clean and comfortable stay!

Also needed restroom while we tried to figure out how to move to account. also 150 deposit not the normal 100 wouldn't even do 100 so I could use card. Seemed rude any and so did staff one ignored my gf when asking about using the restroom.

This Quality Inn in Denver / Westminster, was low quality. The biggest issue is that their elevator has been broken for six months. This is something I wish I had known before bookingOur room was made up on the second night that we were there, but cleaning is only surface level. The entire facility needs a deep clean. Carpets need to be shampooed, walls need to be washed, windowsills, and baseboards need to be clean, cobwebs need to be taken care of. This facility does not have a working pool or hot tub. Continental breakfast was fine.

Elevator wasn't working so they put us on the ground floor by the exit. We had to listen to people going in and out and use the stairs all night. The parking lot pavement was so cratered I almost needed a 4-wheel drive. Lots of trash around the property.

Could not figure out television. Good location to get around Denver/Boulder area. City bus station very close by.

Was told that my room would be ready in 20 min. Waited almost 45 to get it. Was told no public restroom after I had a registration. Told me it was down. Then after 5 minutes he unlocks the door to the restroom. I was told after i checked out then I would receive my 100 dollar deposit back. After 24 hours of being checked out I still have not received my deposit but know one answers the phone! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Shows there is a hot tub on site, arrived and was told it’s been out of order for 4 1/2 years. The top blankets were stained yucky looking, carpets in room was atrocious. Tiles in bathrooms broken and coming off of floor, top of shower ledges were filthy, bottom seem of tub was filthy brown.

Moral of the story pay the difference to stay in a much better hotel! Everything is out of order and the rooms could use an upgrade. I’d like to say at least the beds were comfortable until I woke up and found cockroaches in the bathroom! Nothing was good about this stay! My kids and I go in late and were just tired from traveling, the man at the desk was very friendly and professional but informed their elevator was out of order, as late as it was I had no choice but to accept that, he put us on the 3rd floor, mind you I am disabled but can take my time and just wanted to sleep. The room was very interesting. There was no conditioner in the bathroom, no lotion, the cheapest shampoo and bar soap you could find, the thinnest crunchiest toilet paper but to make it better the stained dirty carpet that turned the bottoms of your socks black! There’s some sort of dried substance on the ceiling, and in the bathroom, looks a little like blood to me. We weren’t here long so I just wanted to make it work for the night but waking up to cockroaches is what made this the worst place to stay. The guests that stay here are very questionable as well, definitely some working girls stay here with their multiple clients so that was also fun to see.

Stay away from here if you have any other options. Like staying in third world country. Was given plunger when toilet wouldn't work, elevator out of service, abysmal customer service and rough neighborhood. I've stayed in cheap hotels before that were clean and safe and this wasn't one of them. Pretty gross room that hadn't been painted in decades and you should definitely wear shoes on the carpet. The only bright spot is that they did offer a breakfast that it is in the medium range and was good enough. If you can't afford something nicer and you have experience in rougher neighborhoods and just need to sleep real quick this could work, otherwise look elsewhere and pay a few extra dollars.

My wife and I stayed here and found the room to be very dirty, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The employee we dealt with was rude and judgmental, making the experience even worse. The elevator had been broken for quite a while, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid this place as much as possible.

This place is a total dump. First, the elevator hasn’t been working for months so I had to lug my 50lb suitcase up the stairs to find a room that had hair all in the beds. They tried to put me in a handicap room and that room also had hair in the beds. There were no other rooms available so I had to get my money back and find a new hotel at 12:30am after already having my flight delayed. This property was rated over 8 stars on Expedia which is a complete joke. Expedia needs to actually do some research into these reviews because there no way that place even deserves 1 star.

I've stayed here a few times and the service is really good, the breakfast is decent and all in all not too bad but also not fantastic. This last time my room smelled a little sus and the WiFi went out for several hours. The hotel is kind of run down. Even when the WiFi is working they make you log back into it a lot which is a pain. Probably not too bad of a value for the price though.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Food was fresh and tasty, and the attendant was always maintaining the dining area and food area. Room and bed were comfortable too. The pool and hot tub were not opened and appeared to be completely empty. The elevator was also not working. This particular Quality Inn could use an upgrade/remodel. Good value. The service here is excellent, the breakfast is decent, my room smells good (big deal to me) and the bed is very comfortable. I had a bit of an issue with a noisy/slow filling toilet and the WiFi is kind of a pain because you have to keep re-connecting to it but for the price I think it's a good value!

the hotel room itself is ok…however there are obvious maintenance/upkeep issues here…the elevators don’t work and neither did the WIFI… the front desk person was less than friendly and for some reason this hotel charges $150 a night for “incidentals”….that is ridiculous, even the nicer hotels in downtown Denver only charge $50

Shaun at the front desk is awesome. While the hotel is showing its age and isn’t in the safest location: there are no bugs, the towels are clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was here 10 years ago and would stay again for the price. I hear the breakfasts are the best!

Not bad overall, good price and close to a lot of things in Denver. Elevator was down for maintenance and had a room on the third floor but that was the only inconvenience and even that was very minor. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. They hit their marks with those two things, would stay here again for future concerts

Stayed for a week my room was on the third floor. The elevator didn’t work at any point in time that I was there the room itself was relatively clean. However, the hand towel rack fell off the wall last day stairways were not as well kept breakfast was at or below average for an older facility that this one was Probably would not recommend staying at this facility again, unless it was heavily discounted

I stayed there for 8 days. Except for the clean bathroom and towels, the rest is terrible. from the moment you walk in, the carpet is extremely dirty, the elevator did not work and people were requesting refund, the pool is closed, the juice machine was broken for few days. the parking lot is in bad shape; ran out of shampoo and it did not get replaced until i put the bottle on the sink and ask for replacement. the coffee bags were never refilled until i asked, and so on. i still stayed there because i was on a budget and the bed and the bathroom towels were clean.

The price was very good. When we got there, the pool was out of service. Her entire day the drink machine in the continental breakfast area was out of service. Five out of the seven days that we stayed the elevator was out of service. On our last day the elevator was working so we wrote it down and we got stuck in it for about 20 minutes, which as you can imagine was not OK. and the staff was not helpful. or apologetic. made service however, was good.

Check in was easy. Carpet def needs deep cleaning w/grease spots aplenty. Room clean, bathroom spotless, highly rate cleaning crew. Pillow comfy, bed decent tho well used by depressed areas on each side from sleepers. Very quiet for being close to highway. Food avg. Nice for price.

The Quality Inn Denver in Westminster is an affordable hotel that offers large, comfortable rooms and good customer service. The continental breakfast is okay. The hotel is located between Boulder and Denver, but it’s easy to confuse with the other Quality Inn in Westminster

The location was perfect, secluded innan industrial park and very quiet. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we've ever slept in. Front desk Manager Neel was awesome!! We had an issue with our room and he made it right and gave us options that we we're happy with. Customer service at its absolute best!!

Great place to stay in Debver area. The hotel is clean and well cared for just a tad old and a bit run down in a couple of areas. But our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with hit and cold food. The coffee was surprisingly tasty. Would stay again.

There was construction going on constantly and we were roomed right next to the door which could be heard opening and closing constantly all day.Also it was right next to the highway so you heard that all day and night, but we didn’t stay a whole lot during the day and it okay at night. The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. The room stayed cleaned whenever we left. It was located in what I would say semi-safe, lots of homeless and signs saying park at your own risk that they weren’t liable for possible theft on specific sides of the hotel. But the price was good and I knew we would be out doing a lot and wouldn’t be hanging out here except to sleep and shower.

We stayed 3 nights and would stay again because of the price and 15 min to Coors stadium.

Quiet area

Room didn’t smell that great. Bathroom door hinge was barely hanging on, the bathtub floor felt and sounded like it was going to break, and small sink next microwave was clogged. Take all that away, and it would have been just an average room and stay.

When I got there to check in I could not find anyone at the front desk I walked around looking for about 10 minutes no pool they have pictures online with pool washer and dryer stopped working the workout equipment did not work

Very quiet and very easily accessible

I think this hotel was an amazing deal for the price and location. The gentleman in the evening and the lady overnight were extremely helpful and assisted me in adding a couple more nights to my stay without having to change rooms. The room was spacious had a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable, I did bring my own blankets and pillows but everything was just fine. The room was a little worn and my only con was the carpet, it needed some TLC. But this was a great place at a great price. 15 min to Coors field. I would recommend.

The property was right next to the highway interstate, the carpet in the room was dirty. The bathroom is small. Shower is plastic creaked like if it was gonna fall apart. The sink wasn't secured correctly and a chair in the room. It was dirty visibly. Their ice machine did not work.

We were here for a 1-night stay. Just needed a place to lay our heads down. If you are staying longer I recommend requesting a room away from the highway. We were so dead beat tired that it didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper it will definitely bother you. Service was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was basic. Overall we would stay here again for a short stay.

Didn't like the ice machine didn't work (for the 4 days we stayed there.

The hotel is older and needs some new carpeting. It is very convient to get to and is located close to stores and restaurants. We would stay again.

Lot of maintenance that needed to be done in the room. Also, the front desk wasn’t very warming. Had someone go in our room during our stay however nothing was taken. It actually was someone that our room had already been made. It was in the first couple hours that we were at a place we left for a short time and someone came in and turn all the lights on

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was ok, not many options. But I just needed a place near where we were visiting.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and well maintained and property close to shopping center and restaurants. Very good location to downtown Denver.

It’s an okay hotel, it looks old. Had noisy neighbors but staff took care of business when it came to that. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety but you get the nice basics. Sheets were clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Area was a little sketch but nothing happened.

The carpets NEED to be replaced. The whole hotel had a mildewey smell to it. Place has been maintained but in need of some renovations. They were more than accommodating when I wanted to check out early because the location wasn't close to where I needed to be and processed the refund. Overall, not a terrible experience. Breakfast was good and service was very pleasant.

Everything was good except for the fact that it was listed as having a pool. However the pool was not open at all during the stay. The breakfast attendant was great.

Very Nice staff, carpet could use cleaning.

I spoke to staff about food in all the drawers. I mentioned it looked like mice was in that food. They said go ahead and throw it. I told them in the other room we had there was crumbs on the bed and floor, they said they can't get to all of the room but it should be clean. I told them that wasn't right the lady said they would issue a credit for the room. But yet have seen that.

I was pleased with customer service and the staff how they were nice and respectful.

Not terrible and easy access to parking.

I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable and fluffy. Easy parking. Safe area. Only thing was that the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 9:30 and woke us up even though check out is at 11. They should double check with the front desk if the room had checked out already. Other than that, place was very nice and clean. Would stay again.
