    There were no outlets in the rooms by the bed to charge phones. Toile had dried blood running down the front of it. Bathtub was dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to shower in it.

    Things are a little old and should be updated the lights switches are a little hard to use they are worn out on the twist switches. The tv didn't work in the bedroom. It's still a nice place and i will stay there again for sure. Would like to see it updated and cleaner. Hotel is just on

    Check in took a while. Two of us. Maybe the clerk didn't know how to do Expedia? The fridge was not working but was replaced by a man who spoke No english. It was a bit noisy being right next to the turnpike. We went to get more than just bath towels from the main desk after check in. Room was quite clean but the grounds were trashy. Breakfast ran out of eggs at 8:30 and waffle spout fell off. Overall just not first class.

    I booked this based on the pictures on Hotels.com - Please update because if you had updated pictures I probably would never have booked it. The property is old and outdated. It looks like they are currently working on it but.... The room I had the door did not shut correctly - you have to slam it to shut it, It smelled like smoke, the Sun light in the bathroom was literally burnt with no covering (I assume that's what it was as they was a timer switch on the wall that did not work anything), The bathtub was either stained or just worn out and the shower needs a new diverter as most of the water came out the tub faucet. They was sheetrock broken from something hitting the wall and to top it off the key cards kept resetting everyday at noon and you had to go back to the front desk and have them remade (staff said I had the cards to close to my phone it deactivated it - everyday - never had them near my phone). For the price they are charging (over $100 per night) this was no where near worth it. There are signs that say after hours must use key card to enter and they are totally unlocked with no where to use your key card. Hotels.com needs to do better to update the hotels listed. I say all this just to warn other people that are looking at the pictures online - Buyer beware they are not even close to reality.

    Hit water in shower Area was ghetto, Entry light controlled tv so could not watch without a light on. None of the other lights worked including the bathroom. I had worked an event downtown Denver for 12 hr, so was too tired to try to exchange rooms at 1030 at night. AVOID this place!

    This place is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! It’s not newly renovated. The staff is rude. They don’t have a breakfast buffet. My shower had mold on the shower tiles and the ceiling. The drain was rusted and looked like they tried to paint it and it was clipping… I had booked 3 nights and stayed 1 because is was so bad… can’t ever get a hold of the manager shes never there every time you call you get a different time or when she will be there. I just want my refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay!!! They are refusing to give me my refund like it’s my fault their facility isn’t up to code… I booked 2 queens and got 2 twin/full size bed. Chicken wing on the window that someone had ate..

    The towels and sheets were clean and beyond that the place was horrible. The tiolet was not sucure to the ground to it had a leaky sewer smell. Outlets did nto work. The TV did not work. Thephone did not work. My feet got dirty walking barefoot on the carpet. When I asked for something as simple as an ice bucket that was not in my room I was told it would be deleivered and then when it was not I followed up and was told they did not have any and was given a plastic bag.

    The room we were originally booked in smelled horrible like someone had been in there smoking non stop. The window was boarded up. I went to the front desk and told them that my room had horrible smell and the window was boarded up she said she would move me rooms that they don’t use those rooms and they don’t have a way to know which rooms are the ones boarded up. The second room we got smelled horrible as well. The bathroom was disgusting there was poop on the floor. There was stains on the furniture. Not to mention we woke up to a cop outside the rooms. The key card to the room quit working the laundry lady had to let us into the room to get the other key. When we went to entertain the idea of breakfast there was toast and cereal. No other options. When I got back to my room I packed our things and checked out at 925. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t print me a receipt since I booked through a third party when I told her I needed the receipt she said I could wait for her manager who would be there at 1pm and she was extremely rude. There was 2 other people in the front office complaining about their rooms as well. Ones faucet was broke and never fixed the other guy was asking if they knew about the damages to his room so he wouldn’t be charged. The pictures provided on the website are not correct. This place is not showing their real Rooms and barely maintaining the premises.

    The property was deplorable, filthy with stains on carpet, walls and lamp shades. Elevator had gang writings. Windows were boarded with plywood along with torn screens. Poor elevator access requiring a walk up 3 flights of stairs. Property was unsafe with room door with faulty lock. I felt so unsafe I left within one of being on property. Additionally, walking up stairwell a strong urine odor was noted. Hotel.com attempted to reach property manager for refund with no correspondence. By far and away the worst property I have ever stayed. PROPERY IS AWEFUL AND MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Smelled like cigarettes! The toilet seat had mold and stains. The walls have holes. It seems like somebody punched the wall and they didn’t fix it. Recepción people were not friendly. They look pissed doing their job. Would never go to that place! Didn’t eat breakfast because I didn’t trust this place.

    I should have paid closer attention to the reviews before booking. Based on the photos, I thought this would be an acceptable place to stay for two nights while in the area. Unfortunately, the room had a strong cigarette smoke odor, and there was a significant amount of mold above the shower. The property did not match my expectations, and cleanliness was a major concern during my stay.

    Awful!! Urine on the toilet. Window was boarded up with plywood and so loud. When I approached the manager for a new room she said her cleaning person could come in 15 min (from home) and while there were other rooms, they were all worse! I then asked to check out, 15 min after arrival and wanted a refund. She said no, because I booked with Expedia she had no control over the manner. She got so upset. Demanded I leave. I said first I need some documentation showing I was here for 15 min. I asked to speak to the manager. She said the manager was not there. I asked for manager contact info then she said she was the manager?!? Amazingly awful experience. Upset with La Quinta and hoping for a full refund from Expedia. Do NOT stay here.

    No house keeping service unless requested. Enough towels for 1 day - additional days towels had to be requested at the office. Stayed at this hotel 5- 7 years ago much better then. New owners or managers definitely not as good as prior owner/manager. Overall maintenance and upkeep severally lacking. Go elsewhere!

    We realized we were going to be in later than midnight so we called ahead at 4pm. They took forever to make that change for us, but not only that, they said they might not be able to. We already paid for the room and put a card on file and paid the pet fee… We ended up getting in at 1am thanks to snow in Wyoming, we were already grumpy and tired, get our key and go to our room, get up to the second floor with all of our things only for the room to not be made. It’s like a house cleaning staff just forgot to finish the job, no sheets on the bed, bare pillows were on the floor. Ect. Had to go back down to the lobby, they were confused on what I was saying first and was like it says it was cleaned… I have photos it’s not. We got moved to a new room. But at that point we were done and so exhausted from driving a full 9 hour day plus working that morning. The fact that it felt so difficult to be accommodated for things that were the bare minimum was annoying. We had another bad experience at a different La Quinta on the same trip. I don’t think La Quintas are our hotel.

    It was a terrible decision to book a room here. The lady at the front desk is very confrontational she had a problem with all three people in line before myself and frankly was rude. The room was not very clean at all especially the bathroom. If I didn’t have to shower there i wouldn’t have. I’d stay across the street at the Hilton.

    Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience.

    Convenient location and easy to get too. Seemed like an safe and secure area. The room was okay, definitely not as nice as the pictures online. Lighting was not great (even missing some lightbulbs), bed was not comfortable and seemed small but it was clean. Bathroom was sketchy, baseboards looked dirty, toilet would hardly flush, missing vents in the ceiling where the fan/heater should have been (so that feature didn’t work), appeared to have black splotches coming through the paint in the shower ceiling. Heating/AC unit struggled to maintain the set temperature, hot/ cold through the night. Light switch inside the door didn’t seem to have a purpose either. Worked for the night for what I needed could not have stayed for an extended time. Seemed a little pricey for what it was. Breakfast options were not that great but the waffles were good and coffee was good enough to get me going in the morning.

    In room 246 the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty, the TV did not work at all, the microwave did not work, the fridge did not work (we had food spoil overnight thinking that the fridge was working), and there were cigarette butts and trash everywhere on the property.

    Shower and curtain had what looked like dried blood on it, vanity was busted, sheets were stained. It was pretty gross. Faucet in shower wouldn’t turn off all the way. I did notify front desk about all this and was met with basic no response. We usually stay at the LaQuinta closer to Boulder…. It is far better maintained than this one. Super disappointed. 0/10

    One towel and one washcloth. One cup for coffee and one packet. Ask for more than twice never received. We were there for 4 nights and no one cleaned the room. We had to leave a deposit and did not get it back until they inspected the room. The desk clerk was rude Never have we had this experience in the many, many places we have stayed

    THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST MOTEL THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, VERY SKETCHY. INSIDE AND OUT AND WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, DIRTY SHEETS, AND DAMAGED CHAIRS. ROOM NUMBER WAS MISSING, SO WE GUESSED WHICH ROOM WAS OURS AND TRIED THE KEY, DRYWALL REPAIR (ROOM 320). THE ROOM AND MOTEL IN GENERAL JUST PLAIN SUCKED. THE ELEVETOR DID NOT HAVE A CURRENT LICENCE TO OPERATE (IT EXPIRED IN DECEMBER) AND NO EXTERIOR LIGHT ON THE FIRST FLOOR GOING TO THE ELEVATOR. MINIMAL LIGHTING. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE FOOD OUT OF THE LOBBY AREA, BUT I GUESS THAT WAS BECAUSE A GROUP OF WORKERS WERE COOKING OUT OF THE BACK OF THEIR TRUCK. I DIDN'T WANT TO EAT IN THE LOBBY, BECAUSE IT WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! THE DESK CLERK WAS RUDE ABOUT IT. I TOOK PICTURES WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE SO I COULD COVER MY BUTT IF THEY SAID WE DAMAGED ANYTHING. WE WOULD HAVE LEFT, BUT OUR FLIGHT WAS LATE AND WE NEEDED A FEW HOURS OF SLEEP BEFORE HEADING ON. I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY AT ANOTHER LA QUINTA INN! I HAPPILY SHARED MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS WITH MY CO-WORKERS AND FAMILY, SO THEY ALSO KNOW NOT TO STAY HERE....

    The property is extremely run down. The lamp shade in the room was stained with some me brown liquid, the ceiling in the shower was covered in mold, one of the clean towels was covered with weird black stains, the coffee at breakfast terrible, lots of extremely shady people hanging around the property, other guests yelling at the pour staff because they’re stay was so bad. It’s a cheap hotel but it’s is far and away the worst la Quinta I have ever stayed at.

    Toilet didn’t flush, had to replace my rooms keys twice because they stopped working, first room I was given I couldn’t get into so I had to be moved, once I was moved the room didn’t have a single towel not even a hand towel. Thought the bad reviews were an exaggeration but they’re not. Stay elsewhere.

    Had deposit held for a reason that they could not explain to me. Something about the room but couldn’t be clear. And mind you I used this hotel many times. Anyway after talking to three different people on different days I finally received my deposit back. No warning no email no call as to why it was being held for over 3.5 weeks. Very disappointed and will not ever return. People listening at your door and can hear people lurking in other rooms and hallways! Sickening and very disturbing to say the least. I am not a criminal and have the right to use a hotel when I choose without being harassed and or have my deposit held for whatever reason!! No explanation at all. So sad and what a way to lose a customer! Never again. And Hotels.com either owns this chain or has special connections. The only affordable chain they offer is Wyndham no more from me!!

    The room was nasty, and smelled of smoke. The gap in the door was massive. I had to cram towels in it to keep the room warm. The property is run down and dirty. Staff was rude and inconvenienced by our needs. The peep hole had no glass… I crammed tissue in that. I absolutely will never stay again.

    The room had really bad housekeeping upkeep, no trash can liners or other standard amenities generally offered by hotels such as towels, I went to the lobby as there wasn't a towel or even a wash rag in the double room, I had a reservation of 4 that I just checked in with the hostess who I asked for a towel after I politely described our room situation she gave me one towel for a reservation for four people. I informed her I needed more so four people aren't sharing one towel she rudely dismissed me and told me she couldn't give any more towels. The rooms also have really thin walls and allow guests to scream within their rooms at all hours of the night. They also allowed welders to come work on site during peak check in hours in heavily trafficked areas by hotels guests without using any kind of shielding to protect guests from potentially hurting their eyes. This is a issue from management and has clearly trickled down to the employees the investors should rightly be upset by this la quinta location I have stayed at several la Quintas in the past this one has by far been the worst of them.

    I thought I was going into something nice as the pictures advertised were renovated units. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Walked in and the women at the front desk was on a call visibly upset. I simply said “I hope things get better”, because life. While checking in she asked if I would mind being on the top floor. No issues for me her response was okay, I know that room is nice so I want to give you that one. Cool upon entering the room the refrigerator & microwave was unplugged. There. Was only two washcloths and one towel (the towel you put down on the floor) when the person I was staying with went down to ask for more towels they were met with questions like “what’s wrong why do you need soo many towels” when the room was never stocked with towels. The tub was stained and actually physically clogged. When we called the front desk someone came to the room and let us know someone would be there in 30mins. We left and came back a few hours later and nothing had been done we were then told the repair person would be here at 12am. Doing a repair at 12 am in hotel is crazy especially since we were told the repair would be done about 8pm. Of course the person never showed up at 12am they showed up as we were checking out @9-10am. I have picture and videos of the room that show the floor lifting up the tub being clogged and the visible dirt on the walls. just do yourself a favor and keep scrolling when you see this one. I only expected the basics and couldn’t even get that.

    The front desk clerk was accommodating above and beyond when I thought I lost my charger and gave me her personal charger to use. One thing was that I booked early check-in via the link from the hotel, which says five dollars to check in at one and 25 to check in at three. They were adamant that I should be paying $30 instead of 25 and I was prepared to go to corporate. However they did honor the 25 which is what I got in a link from them in writing ..overall excellent hotel excellent location.

    There were homeless people around the hotel (directly outside room doors). It was dirty outside (trash and cigarettes). The bed had stains on the comforter. There was an inch of daylight under the door. The television didn't work. No one answered the phone when we called for help. People were talking outside all hours of the night and the interstate noise was too loud to sleep (likely because the door wasn't airtight). We only stayed one night because it was so terrible. We wouldn't have stayed the first but it was very late when we arrived. The lobby was clean and nice.

    This is not a good place to stay. First, the room was in Really bad shape with what looked like multiple blood stains on the wall. I am not writing that to exaggerate. The sink wasn’t draining and there was no tool to pick up the clog. When I told the front desk about it in the morning around 9am, it took them until 4pm to fix it and the mechanic told me there are similar bad issues all over the buildings. There were also many brown stains on the sheets in my room. Someone got arrested outside in the parking lot on my first night. The breakfast is literally just fake eggs and make your own waffles. It was just a really sketchy place overall and I would never stay there again.

    This place should be shut down, it doesn’t seem safe to stay there and things like the closet hanger was broken very dirty inside.. the bathroom tub was running the whole time. I did not want to set my stuff down let alone stay there. I roughed it out for one night but never will again, I read on the reviews that everyone was complaining and didn’t get any money back so it wasn’t worth it to even try. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a nice hotel because this is not it.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE IF DON'T WANT BED BUGS. This is the absolute WORST motel I have ever stayed in. When we checked in we were placed in a dirty room ( shower was dirty, carpet was dirty, and bed sheets/pillowcases were dirty), and there rats in the parking lot running rampant. We went to sleep and out of sheer luck I woke up at 2am only to look down and see BED BUG on my sheets crawling toward me. I immediately killed it, took pics and brought it to the front desk, requesting the rest of our stay be cancelled. The front desk person was very helpful and proceeded to let me know that the two days we hadn't stayed there would be refunded in 3-5 business days, but to get a refund for the night we stayed there we had to contact the manager @ her email. Of course I emailed her right away stating the situation. At this point it has BEEN TWO WEEKS. I've called the front desk 7x, of which 5 of those times were after 3pm M-F which is the time I was told the manager would be there, and I emailed 3x, with ZERO response. I even reached out to the La Quintas overarching customer service with ZERO help. Expedia, who i booked through, has also not been able to contact the manager. I don't even know if the manager exists at this point, but if you don't want a dirty hotel, bed bugs crawling on you, and a MIA manager DON'T STAY HERE.

    The rooms weren't clean. A piece of metal was sticking out from under the bed that cut my ankle. We had to check out early. The first night I told them we needed to check out early and were only staying 1 night. The staff said i would only be charged for 1 night if I checked out before 11am. I checked out by 9am. They charged me an additional $266 for a second night and when i called there was never anyone who "could" fix it and they never called me back.

    First reserved a KING bed cause my husband is 6'8 and was given 2 double and told that room is "better" than the king and more expensive. Better how!?     This hotel was horribly maintained. There were broken down cars in the parking lot, trash was overflowing, rats running the property, lots of animal feces on the grounds, pool was inoperable, room had strong pet urine smell…boy was it rough. And I’m pretty sure there are long-term residents that stay here as well. Let’s start with the homeless. There were at least 2 RV’s in the back parking lot that had homeless living in them. Lots of interesting people walking around the area. Piles of something covered with tarps in the front parking area. Trailers with junk parked in the parking lot that never moved. The trash was overflowing, which caused us to see our rodent friends around the property. The pool, was covered with a tarp, never open even though it was in the high 80’s. When we got to our room, it had no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. Then when we opened the closet to put our stuff, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of pet urine. We asked to changed rooms the next morning (because it was late on arrival), the phone in the room was stripped. Just a shell of a phone. The staff did move us, reluctantly. The next room was slightly better, at least not pet smell. Phone was broken, linens were stained, bathroom curtains had purple paint, coffee pot was broken, but at this point, it was better than before. It was rough!

    The overall property was trashed! The room definitely needed an update. The tub was disgusting and walls were gross. There were no working lights by the bed and no coffee or working coffee maker.     The hostess when we checked in didn't greet us, wasn't friendly, and was more interested in her cell phone than welcoming us to the property. She actually never even said hello. When I asked her if the "business center" (a printer on a table) worked, she said she wasn't sure and didn't offer to actually assist with another solution (ie print something for me, or direct me to the nearest Fedex Kinkos/Staples, etc). There were piles of boxes and trash in corners, the elevator reeked of urine and had torn floor boards (a trip hazard), cigarette butts all over the property despite it being a smoke-free property. The room iteslf was musty and dated. While the room itself was functional, the property seems to have neglected simple customer-facing repairs.

    Upon arriving and attempting to park, we were shocked and disturbed to see numerous rats running throughout the parking area, including under parked vehicles. The presence of rodents was not only unsanitary but made us feel unsafe even stepping out of our vehicle. I immediately reported the issue to the manager on duty, who acknowledged the problem with a simple “Yes” and offered no apology, explanation, or assurance that the situation was being addressed. This lack of concern was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Our experience was deeply unsettling, and it raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety standards of your property. I urge you to investigate this matter and take immediate steps to resolve the infestation for the safety of your guests.     Room was clean. Had to wait an inordinate amount of time while the clerk set up another customer. Several other staff came and went while I waited, but nobody offered to help other customers waiting on the second computer system. I had checked in on line and just needed the room key. The coffee maker in the room was missing a part so was non-functional. The room key did not work on the second night of my 2 night stay, so had to go down to the front desk and the clerk remagnetized it. The clerk said to keep it away from my phone (the key was never near my phone at any time). The TV had two remotes, one for the cable system and one for the TV. There were no instructions how to make the TV work. I figured it out: turn on TV, go to menu to select the input that the cable box was connected to (HDMI2), then use the cable remote to select channel and the TV remote to select sound volume. Can’t the hotel owner figure out how to program the cable remote to do all of this? Duh! Finally, once the door was unlocked, I had to use my shoulder to push the door open because the door jam was too tight. To close the door, I had to slam it.

    We were in town for an event. I checked into the hotel online, before we even got into town. When we arrived, the grounds were not very well kept. Picking up my room key went smoothly. The lobby looked alright, although the front doors were a little dirty. Our room was in the third floor, which is fine, especially since there was an elevator. When the elevator doors opened, it was dirty, the flooring was torn up and it smelled like urine.There was trash outside on the ground. When we got to the room, there was a tobacco pouch stuck to the wall, the sheets on both beds were stained, and there was hair on the sheets. There was a small hole in the wall. I slept on top of the blankets in the blanket I keep in my car. When I took a shower in the morning, I also found hair in the shower. The only good thing about my room was that the AC worked very well, although it was noisy. Our event lasted until about 11:30 PM, when we came back to the hotel, we saw two rather large rats, yes, I said rats, in the parking lot. Due to the condition and lack of cleanliness of our room, we did not partake of the complimentary breakfast. If there had been enough time before our event, I would have found a different hotel.

    The front desk attendant was rude and unapproachable. There was no available pack n play for toddlers to sleep. When we got to our room there was an odor that smelled faintly of ammonia and melted plastic. The lights did not work. And the carpet was damp under our shoes. The smell was similar to the smell of meth being smoked. I would not recommend this to anyone. Sleep in your car before you sleep here.

    Parking lot is a wreck so it was very difficult to park my motorcycle. Room has a popcorn ceiling from the 70’s (aspestos?), curtains stained and the door safety lock messed up. Oh yeh, there is a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector. Housekeeper doesn't speak any English. Office staff is very matter of fact. I had to walk up to office a second time for “one bath towel” and then I had to call later to remind him I still needed a wash cloth and was waiting at 8pm :( I do like the bed and assorted pillows for different head support :)

    We were unable to deadbolt our room door and the doors that led outside wouldnt remain shut and secure. The carpets even in the hallway werent even vaccumed and sprinkledvwith debris. The dust in the air vent was inches thick and there paint was bubbling from the top of thevwindow and looked like mold was growing. One of the lamps was mussing a lightbulb and the TV was conjected to a switch that if you shut it off, it took 15 minutes to turn back on. The tub wasnt even clean, scratched up, and there were stains on the "clean" towels provided in the room. Do not stay here, for your safety.

    The first room they put us in smelled like a combination of cigarettes, detergent, and pet odors. We asked for a different room and the clerk acted irritated. When we transferred to our new room, we were so relieved that it didn't smell, that we failed to catch all of the other things that were wrong with the room, like the air conditioning not working properly, the toilet not flushing all of the way, trash cans overflowing and the ice maker was broken. The property was littered with cigarette butts everywhere. The property was filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The rooms were clean enough, although the carpet in our second room was gross with some sticky gooey substance. The parking area and the walkways were filthy with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. We stayed in one room two nights and there was noise at 3 a.m.. The staff was very nice and let us change rooms where it was much quieter.

    This place is filthy, unsafe, and nothing like what was advertised. The rooms were dirty, the property seemed to be housing drug users, and we heard couples screaming and fighting right outside our door at night. The so-called “included breakfast” was nonexistent and the eating area was super dirty — despite being promised when we booked. I didn’t feel safe for a single moment here. Spend your money somewhere else.

    As a woman traveling alone finding out when I arrived that the rooms had exterior doors/entrances was unwelcome. Also saw several large rats in the parking lot. The room was clean, but dated.

    Weird set up with room entry to an outdoor breezeway. Multiple sketchy, brooding other customers hanging outside on the breezeway balcony making us feel unsafe. There was an explosive altercation between guests with lots of screaming and profanity. The lot was littered with broken glass and the pet area was disgusting and poorly cleaned for our dogs to potty. Room was okay. Very dated. Minimal towels, washcloths, soaps.

    Bed bugs in my hotel room bed. Old key card was found underneath the blanket meaning the sheets were not changed. Bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. There was only one staff so room service was unavailable. Breakfast was also very very bad.

    Your housekeeping is awful and incredibly rude. Elevators are in awful shape and very run down. Front desk staff was very nice and very helpful though, too bad that doesnt fix all the other issues!!! I am truly disgusted at your facilitys, might as well as charge 50% less and tell your guest its clean yourself rooms and supply the cleaning supplies! Oh and i took photos but your upload photos section of this doesnt actually work, convenient.

    There is black mold in my bathroom. The room does not smell very good. The TV was not working. I am not very pleased with this place at all. Will not be book at another Laquinta again.

    The staff was awesome and very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Now cleanliness was on the otherhand awful i had to wipe down every surface and clean the bathroom to even fell comfortable using it. My child has a peanut allergy and among first coming in the room found old food somewhere and had a allergic reaction. Pretty disappointing of a fairly nice hotel with amazing staff, youd think cleanliness would be held to a higher standard to management.

    Breakfast was pretty unappealing wet soggy sausage and eggs, no variety. Beds sagged in the middle, had to change rooms because our first room had blood stains on the sheets. No elevator in our building, doors broken, pool empty for "cleaning" and refilled while we were there and unknown if it was even treated because that takes time to balance but we were told we could go in right away while it was still filling. Bathtub was stained blue, someone elses hair on the wall of shower in a wad when we checked in. Toilets didnt flush right, no one cleaned our room the whole 3 nights we stayed there got new towels once the whole time and they just threw them on the counter didnt even make the beds nothing. Had to crawl around and plug in the fridge myself. Pretty sure our first room had mouse poop in the bathroom too

    Room was absolutely disgusting!!!! The smell was absolutely repulsive!!! I walked in and walked out! Front desk could care less and did NOT refund my money and refused to do anything about the room. I left and went to another hotel. I will NEVER stay at your establishment ever again!

    When I read about the property, it read as if the rooms were recently renovated, however once we got to the room, we found this not to be the case at all. Immediately when we got to the room we flipped on the light switch, but found that none of the lights except the light over the vanity came on, called the front desk and were told maintenance would be there shortly, we soon however discovered that all the lamps were unplugged, so we plugged them in, except for the one on the dresser/tv stand. We checked the beds for bugs, and found no signs of them, however one of the mattresses in the room had a huge reddish brown stain over the entire right side corner at the foot, which was disturbing. The toilet had a bit of toilet paper in the water, as if someone had tried to flush it, but it didn’t go down.

    This is probably the worst property I have ever stayed at. The check in clerk seemed like I was bothering her as I was checking in. The place is just gross.     I had reserved 3 rooms for my family and each and every one of those rooms were dirty the sheets had not been changed there were stains on the pillowcases, the room smelled like pee and the bathtub was also very dirty. I have pictures for proof. If you want to enjoy your vacation do NOT stay at this hotel. There was another lady in front of me also complaining that there was a used condom in her room. Don't know how this place stays open......
