Hyatt Place Denver/Westminster

Rooms were clean and spacious with some great views of surrounding areas. Property was conveniently located and it was just 20 minutes drive to the Denver downtown. Breakfast was awesome.

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amazing! I left mine and my son’s hoodies in the closet. When I realized I left them, I called the hotel. The front desk checked with housekeeping and they found it. I picked it up after my son’s appointment. Our hoodies had sentimental value and I appreciate them being returned. I will stay here again.

A perfect sot if you're traveling with a dog, as there are plenty of walking paths to access. Close to good food and light shopping.

Everything was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was especially attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great service and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The beds were comfy the room was big, the breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, bagels, waffles, fruit, juices, cereal, etc. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would recommend they do is add streaming to their TV.

We decided to give this hotel a 5/10 rating because we found a bedbug in our room. While we were quickly provided a new room, it was quite an inconvenience, as we had to stay up late to wash all our clothes. Fortunately, the staff was helpful, and without the bedbug, it would have easily been an 8/10. We would also like to point out that the breakfast was good, so the bedbug was the only damper on our stay. (Traveling with family, so the bedbug was quite inconveniencing).

Overall our stay was terrific. The staff was friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The only negative aspect was the lack of water pressure in the shower.

My kids liked that we get to check in early, breakfast, the pool/gym times, close location to several restaurants and easy access to buses!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us from offering to help us with our luggage to telling us that if we needed help they would be there to help us. My husband is 91 and had pneumonia during our stay. I am 85 and needed directions on where I could get OTC and prescription medication for my husband. The staff gave me specific directions and kept inquiring on how we both were doing.

The breakfast staff were all wonderful. Very pleasant atmosphere. When I booked the hotel I didn't know they would charge $12 a night for parking, I was very disappointed as that took care of the discount I received. They did ended up waiving it, thank you. My cousin didn't know either and he was charged $14 a night! And they didn't waive it. Because of this extra charge I will not stay there on my yearly trip to Colo. Other hotels I have stayed do not charge this. But the staff and atmosphere were very pleasant.

My experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant and fairly pleasant. There were only a few things I didn't love: 1) Please realize that you do have to pay $12 per day for a parking spot. This one surprises me given they have a very large parking lot and it was half empty during my stay. I expect this charge from hotels located urban areas where parking is not limited, but not at a location like this one. 2) The breakfast was the same as some of the smaller hotels I go to, with perhaps even less variety 3) Coffee is not available throughout the day, at least not for free. They take away the coffee tanks after breaksfast 3) They have a nice 'Grab and Go' section of snacks, drinks, medicine you can pay for at the lobby. I was sick and called on my way back to the hotel about a specific medicine because I had a fever. The person who told me they had the medicine hadn't actually checked to confirm they had it, despite saying they did (otherwise I would have stopped at a store on the way back to the hotel), and they didn't have the medicine. The employee was apologetic, but it was something that could have easily been avoided. 4) I believe the cleaning staff only stop by in the morning. I missed the person first thing in the morning but left the room for the remainder of the day. When I came back. all the same used towels were present and the garbage bins were still full.

I was disappointed in the desk/work station in the room. That area was taken up by the microwave, coffee pot and there wasn't a lot of room to work. In addition, the chair for the work station was small with arms and didn't accomodate my size comfortably. Great place to stay if you don't have to use the work/desk area.

This is always our go-to place to stay! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly, the breakfast is always really good, and it is in a convenient location with shopping and dining options nearby. 20ish minutes into Lodo if you wanna go into the city. We've stayed here at least 8 times now and will continue to come back. Only downsides are the pool isn't amazing and there is now a parking fee. Not enough to make us find a new place. Rates are always the best around.

However, the room was very unpleasant. The bed sheets were stained, dirty, and had a bad odor. Some of the towels in the bathroom were also unclean, smelly, and stained. I am quite certain they had not been properly washed after the previous guest used them.

Hotel is nice and clean! The lobby, restaurant and bar area are all clean and feel new. The gym and pool are adequate for the hotel, nice with enough equipment and the pool was warm. The rooms are up to date, comfortable beds, and the showers are clean. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and a highway so it is easy to come and go.

Two kids hockey teams and their families were enjoying the evening, in common areas, loudly upon arrival. Building very busy. Great energy, After getting in to my room, not a single noise from the hallway or neighbors was heard. Great space to relax and renew. Comfortable and clean.

Every thing is great except the TV. The TVs need to be updated to smart TVs with an option to connect to streaming services, or at least offer a channel guide.

Easy check in. Ben (working front desk overnight) was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good, however, fruit was not fresh at all. Coffee taste was great! Better than your favorite coffee shop. Ovet all a great stay.

No lunch or dinner in hotel. Room was only cleaned once in 4 days, and I had to call to get that done. By third day, I made sure my Do Not Disturb sign was not on door. They never came.

The hotel is very well maintained and updated. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were able to park close and in a well-lit area. The location is perfect for easy access to the highway, but in a quiet area. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Had wine and appetizer after a football game in Boulder.

This was our first time staying here and, we were very impressed! From the easy parking to the clean hotel, and kind staff. The room was cozy and, the bed was so comfortable. I also really like how there’s a trail right outside of the hotel and you can see the mountains in the distance. I’d stay here again.

Lovely place to stay. Nice quiet location close to the interstate. Target is very close which was helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh foods but wish they included avocado and better fruit options. The pillows and bed were not the best but were not bad.

I could tell as soon as we drove into the parking lot that the hotel would be marginal. The pictures always look better online than in person. Halls were dark and dingy. Bathroom was updated nicely. The rest of the hotel was marginal. Staff was super friendly and helpful to my dad when he needed tonic water for leg cramps when restaurant was closed. I greatly appreciated that.

When I walked in, I was told that I have to pay an extra $120 for my dog and park there on a one nice day. The lady at the front desk go out the front desk guide to waive the parking fee but it seems excessive or at least like something that they should bring upfront and both butters. They’re gonna charge $100 a night for a single dog

The rooms were exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and very nice. The buffet breakfast was perfect. No issues. My initial complaint was that the manager tried to charge me $12 to park my car, but when I booked with Hotels.com back in June, it was listed as FREE PARKING. Hyatt Place changed their policy in July. I had to phone Hotels.com to get the charge removed. My second complaint was the the top third of the TV screen was dark (burned out back light) and the hotel manager said it couldn't be repaired. Other than these two items, the hotel was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The access to Hwy. 36 was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. We will definitely stay here again.

This a great hotel with one flaw: the bathroom lights definitely need dimmer switches. If you walk into the bathroom in the middle of the night and need some light, you will be lit up like a football stadium.

The room was clean and had a modern design. Continental breakfast had a lot of options. I was annoyed that they charged us 12$/night to park and didn’t tell us that they were going to charge us. The front desk attendant that checked us in just asked if we were going to be parking in “our lot” and gave us a tag with our check out date on it, but never said there was an additional charge for it, it just showed up on our bill

We had a great stay overall. Our family trip was short, but the overall convience, the location, and great shopping and restraunts nearby. The convience to the city was nice being that we were in town for a concert! Overall, a great, clean, safe place to stay. Also not to mention a great walking path nearby for a morning walk was awesome.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. We stayed for 4 nights and had zero issues. The check in was easy, everything was clean, the breakfast was great, the location was easy access to everything, there are eating and shopping spots within walking distance, and we ran on their local trails behind the hotel. Awesome stay, will be back if we travel through (or to) the area again.

One of the worst hotels, there was a bad smell in the hallways from the beginning my experience was horrible the last night that I was there the electricity was off for 3 hours then the fire alarm came on and we had to evacuate at 2:30 a.m. we requested a refund for that night and they refused they were not considerate or helpful at all it was chaos in the middle of the night. All the other hotels around them were functioning perfectly fine no outage there

Breakfast is served only until 9:00 during weekdays and 10 during weekends I believe. Which for us at times didn’t work (during weekdays) this was a con Room cleaning did need to be requested and then they started coming. Would we go again? Yes, probably. A pretty great hotel for our road trip stay! The bed and pillows were great. The pool and room bathroom had wear and could use a little love. But overall, great stay. Nice breakfast - we built breakfast burritos and enjoyed strawberry waffles!

The room was ok. Hairs in the bedding and the restroom when we checked in. The worst part was the power outage, the fire alarm going off at around 2:45 amd waiting outside for almost an hr for the fire dept to clear before we could go back in. No acknowledgement of anything when I checked out.

Breakfast wasn't good, One night, the fire alarm was activated around 1:00 a.m. for no apparent reason, and they couldn't turn it off until three hours later. We were outside the property the whole time, trying to figure out what was happening.

We have stayed here no less than a half dozen times now, and the fact that we keep coming back says it all. This hotel is always very clean, with friendly staff who go above and beyond, comfortable beds, a great atmosphere, near stores and food that we enjoy, easy to get to from I-25, with a good continental breakfast and affordable rates. It "checks all the boxes" to say the least! We will continue to be return guests.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt this weekend. The rooms were very clean and updated. We have a family of five so the pull out sofa bed was perfect. The hotel also had a very nice continental breakfast.

My family of 5 were on a roadtrip and had stopped in Denver for a night rest. I checked in at 1am and the gentleman up front was super quick, very kind and welcomed me to the city. Originally booked 2 queens but it was unavailable so we got a king with a sofa bed which was no problem at all. The rooms were nice and clean, very spacious, and the floor we were at was quiet as well. Would definitely book again if we ever visit Denver, CO again!

Great Breakfast!

Great location with easy highway access. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was top notch with a wide variety of fresh food. No complaints at all. Definitely would stay here again.

Hi we got to see this hyatt due to high rating in guest and in the platform. We did receive a warm welcome from the staff, and the service is quick with the early check-in available! The room is standard with Hyatt quality, and a bit cons is that the noise block is not perfect yet, we sometimes hear people walking on the upper floor or chat in the nearby room. Overall, we see an early check-in option,and late check-out option! The breakfast is fantastic, it is amazing!

We were there for just one night. Our room was very clean, the pool was awesome, and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and we had a good stay. We will stay there again.

Close to the city and other destinations without being to busy.

Was the perfect place to stay for us. Very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Has a bar/restaurant that opens at 5 pm. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Workout facilities had numerous treadmills, elipticals and bikes, etc. Only issue that wasn't great was they only had 1 working elevator. Great outdoor seating area.
