Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the convenient location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the breakfast service and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Nothing was clean. The shampoo they had in the room was awful along with the tiny bar of soap and lotion was like water. We had to go buy shampoo conditioner and body wash from the store. Our iron in the room did not work. The front desk said they had no others to let us use. The elevator was hot and dirty. All around it was just a mess. I would never stay here again.
- 5/5
Hot breakfasts daily 6-10 a.m. with good variety and with changes daily. Good water pressure and temp. Cold A/C and hot heat. Kiddie TV channels available. Quiet and clean. Quickly responsive to requests.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The pool was good. Beds were comfortable. Made reservations for a king bed and ended up with 2 queen beds. There was a hot tub in the pool area that was non-working. The darkening curtains didn't cover the whole window so when it got light outside, it got pretty bright in the room.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good and staff was nice . It was .comfortable and was in a safe location. Price could have been better and cable drops all the time we had 3 rooms same in all rooms
- 5/5
Great room, friendly staff.
- 1/5
Awful front desk customer service, bathtub was dirty had filth in it, missing soaps, missing shower gel, tiles falling off in bathroom, grease and dirt on bed sheets, office chair was filthy dirty, grim, nasty stains on it. Hilton honors members, they don’t care about you or your member benefits at all. Not impressed, I travel to Denver several times a year. Will stay anywhere else. This Hampton was so disappointing, embarrassing for the Hilton brand.
- 2/5
This is truly a low ball affordability hotel. With barely essential acceptability. Do yourself a favor and consider other options within the area.
- 2/5
The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping guests. Any time we asked for assistance, they acted inconvenienced or avoided helping altogether. We were also told the pool would open, but it stayed closed the entire time. The gym was a joke — there were no weights, the treadmill was broken, and the only equipment available was a bike and an elliptical. Breakfast was also terrible, and on one day they actually ran out, leaving guests waiting almost an hour for it to be restocked. The only good thing about this place is its location, but that does not make up for the poor cleanliness, broken amenities, and awful service. Based on the experience, a full refund is warranted.

Yes. Staff was not helpful. Consistently on their phones - had to beg them for towels that never showed up. Rooms never got cleaned, had to run down THREE times for toilet paper and finally got it the third time.
- 2/5
The property was very dirty. There is only a tiny window the drapery was just covering a wall. Room very dusty. The pool was unusable for our stay. Staff had no knowledge of things we ask, one women was very rude

Do not stay in this hotel. There was a huge stain in the couch in our room and when I went down to the lobby to communicate with staff they laughed and said that most couches and the hotel were stained. Also bathroom sink was not draining properly. They refused to give us a different room or give me a refund because I decided not to stay.

Never again!
- 3/5
The breakfast was minimal. Very disappointing. I choose Hamptons for there consistent service in all areas but this location had terrible coffee and missing many normal breakfast items. The room was great and the piece was right.
- 2/5
For breakfast, all of the juices were out of order. And they ran out of coffee.
- 3/5
House keeping was poor. Room was not made up everyday. Breakfast spread is below bar
- 3/5
Good location, comfortable beds, overall good for an overnight stay House keeping was poor. Room was not made up everyday. Breakfast spread is below bar
- 2/5
Breakfast was horrible. Toilet tank was leaking and kept filling/running every few minutes.

- 2/5
Staff were not friendly. Knowbody was smiling and seemed miserable. Breakfast was not up to Holton standards. All carbs and the only fruit was apples. My room was never cleaned the three days I was there. The building is very dated. The mattresses were cheap box spring. Not the quality you expect from a Hilton brand. I recommend going up the street and pay a little extra at the Westin.
- 3/5
It’s affordable. Avoid and consider other options.0

But the the pool was ok, wasn’t heated and the hot tub was not working at all. Was very disappointed with that. But overall was a good hotel to stay at.
- 3/5
Leaving the facility. Dirty furniture. Needs better lighting in bathroom. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was nasty.

64 year old, never written reviews..thought it was necessary...surprise this property is able to fly the Hampron Inn flag...extremely dirty, rude or unhelpful staff, terrible cable reception, very little food on breakfast bars..(stayed 3 nifhts, so no fluke) common areas filthy... For goodness sake spend a couple dollars on a cart that is not falling apart!!!...real shame, normally do not have any of these issues at Hampton Inn..can only assume poor ownership allows this sub par behavior..

Our TV needed to be replaced & Filiberto & Richard were amazing! Filiberto put in the work order & Richard & Jesus made it happen. Our room & towels were clean I would just make updates on carpet etc. Staff was friendly...We would stay here again.

Old property, smells old, staff was helpful, first room had dog hair in the bed, they moved us to a different room and the Tv didn’t work. Maintenance fixed it quick. Cleaning ladies were loud in the hall at 7am talking on their phone. Pool ceiling looks to be falling into the pool,
- 3/5
Breakfast choices are good, but eggs are a cold mush, potatoes greasy and tasteless, the sausage dry and tastes like cardboard. No soap in room and when asked maid, they were out. Had to use shampoo to wash hands...😏
- 4/5
I think it’s to expensive
- 3/5
I read lots of reviews before booking, but found them a little misleading. The room was ok, there were stains on the bed skirt and chair and its a little rundown. When I asked the front desk for extra towels, they seemed annoyed. I asked for soap and they said it was back ordered. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well. There was no oatmeal, no pastries and very little hot choices. There were also out of vanilla creamer. Considering this hotel is associated with Hilton, I expected way better.
- 1/5
The most invasive and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my 40yrs on earth!! I would never ever stay here again!
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh, had different options of meat on different days. Very clean
- 2/5
Our room was only made up every second day, not acceptable. When they final did the room no coffee supplies were left. The hotel is not a 3 star hotel and needs some major renovations.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a lot of different choices; waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, cereal, bagels and English muffins, and fruit, very tasty. Overall my family was very satisfied.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great and changed everyday I was there.ill stay there again
- 2/5
The breakfast was really good. Food was cooked perfectly they had a good selection. The staff was also nice and made the stay at the hotel better. The tvs are old and mine was not working correctly they did offer to move me but it woule have been next to the loud elevator. The bathtub also was falling apart showing lots of age. The swimming pool was beat up and the ceiling above it showed massive water damaged and paint was chipping off. The hot tub looks like it wasnt working for years. The elevator was making horrible sounds like it also wasn't maintenanced. The location was okay its just the lack of care on keeping up with the building.
- 2/5
The staff was super friendly and amazing! However, I was disappointed with cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there was a used bar of soap sitting on top of the toilet shelving and the bottom of the toilet seat was dirty. After housekeeping came by, the toilet was still dirty and the bar of soap was still there. I only had bathroom mat towels available for body towels. The hotel had also run out of body wash.
- 3/5
Conditioner in shower was empty. Only decaf packets in room coffee maker. Big comforter too warm, no lighter blanket available - front desk gave us extra sheets which helped. Attention to overall detail was lacking.
- 1/5
The room was filthy, the sheets weren’t changed and had hair in them. The floors in the hallways and in the room was dirty, there was blood on the wall. The front desk girl couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone and talk to anyone, Aaliyah was incredibly rude and dismissive. The dirty room was bad but I will not stay there again because of Aaliyah and how rude she was. It was unfortunate. I canceled the remainder of my stay there and I suggest you do too.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.
- 5/5
This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Everything was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was lacking or broken in the room. And the breakfast was GREAT! My partner went back for 2nds and was considering 3rds! That doesn't usually happen at a hotel breakfast. Thank you for making our stay so easy and relaxing.
- 1/5
sausage and eggs or waffles for breakfast ok. Our rooms were 215 and 212. Room 212 was clean. Room 215 had dog pee all over in the room. They complained and the front desk guy came and sprayed Lysol. The smell came back in 45 minutes. The next day there were no towels. The hotel front desk said they had no towels. We came back from being gone all day to no clean towels and no room cleaning for both rooms. My adult children and grandkids left Saturday morning. Not much point for them to stay in a room that smell and no towels to go swimming. The hotel said they would not charge for the last day. I will notify my credit card company of those changes
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, however no usb ports, and only one small trash can in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Room was clean for the most part. There was no body wash in the shower, they had put lotion in there.
- 3/5
AC and heat would not stay at a constant temperature. Needed more light and the desk chair was very dirty. On the plus side, staff was nice and breakfast was nice and the bed was clean.
- 3/5
Room was in condition, staff was helpful, Exterior and hotel interior was clean. Only issue was soap dispenser was empty which one finds out when already in the shower. Apparently, cleaning crew is not thorough.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast.
- 1/5
We had a terrible experience. We booked through expedia. We had a long flight and when we went for check-in the staff told us we didn't have reservations but our status of booking told us that we were still booked and ready to check-in. When we showed them our status, the staff was abit rude and was clueless. And when we were talking to expedia customer service while we were in lobby. All of a sudden the staff told us we had a reservation. Basically we didn't had a good start.
- 1/5
Unclean
- 2/5
There was barely luke warm water in the shower,no soap in the shower dog’s barking part of the night, something had gone wrong somewhere and the motel didn’t have any tv that evening
- 5/5
The room and hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
Breakfast was also disappointing. Instead of the standard Hampton offerings, there were Styrofoam plates, plastic utensils, paper cups, and no fresh fruit. Additionally, the environment felt uncomfortable. Several guests appeared to be long-term residents, and there was loud, disruptive behavior. Overall, I did not feel safe during my stay. This experience made me reconsider assuming all Hampton Inn locations offer a consistent standard.

There were lots of small issues—toilet did not refill after a flush. Bathroom door handle kept coming off, tv was blue—it needs to be replaced—hardly anything out for breakfast one morning—pool door was shorted out had to be let in my wife nearly got hit by a rock placed i door to keep it open. Lots of small things but good beds and comfortable.
- 5/5
Our room was very comfortable, quiet and had black out curtains. The pool and gym were clean and the gym had a good amount of equipment. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of drink options. We will definitely stay here again. It’s close to many shopping and dining places.
- 4/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast!
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nice gal in the kitchen took pride in serving a quality breakfast every morning mixing it up so the same thing wasn't served every day. The room itself was very clean but the hallways seemed dirty, needing a good vacuuming. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

Staff was great, breakfast was great as well!

Room was not clean and neighbors were rudy and noisy

The room was nice other than the lounge chair was stained and worn and the room had a urine smell to it. Bed was comfy but hotel is very outdated and needs an upgrade.

Nice beds, good breakfast.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was a nice size.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful, the room was very clean, spacious and accommodating

the room was great

Fitness center was pathetic, no weights. Couldn't work out Stained/filthy chair No shower gel, even after notifying the front desk No business center I felt like I was a bait and switch TV was 20 years old
- 4/5
Not as updated, but priced right and a good night’s sleep.
- 2/5
The room was ok the staff was not friendly, the breakfast was ok had no juice in machine had a note on the juice machine. we had no internet the front desk said they need to purchase a modem. I was told I won't get a discount account I could go someplace else. It just wasn't a good stay
- 5/5
Great service. Excellent stay.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
This was a last minute booking and the front desk attendant upgraded our room AND waived the early check-in fee! Breakfast was awesome! Lots of great choices both healthy & sweet! Room wasn't extraordinary, but it was just what we needed for a couple nights. Great overall experience!

Hampton used to be a nice chain. Problems checking in,
- 4/5
It was mostly good but hotel did not have working Internet which I really needed
- 1/5
We were informed upon check in the the WiFi was down.. super inconvenient but not the end of the world.. we get to our room only to realize it’s tiny.. again not the end of the world but definitely inconvenient as a family of 4. The room was absolutely filthy, soda stains all over the walls, what looked to be bloody boogers all over the wall, and what the kids named “the poop chair” because there was a very suspicious looking stain as well as MANY other stains, in every corner of the tile floor is a pile of “ick”. We also killed 3 house centipedes in our room. The bedding and shower/curtain, and the towels were all clean, the breakfast was ok, and I liked the coffee… but other than that we spent our entire stay “icked out” by the rest.

Young lady who checked us in was nice. The room was fairly clean. Room had a bad smell. Bathroom floor very sticky. After driving all day, we still decided to stay. Bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
(Un)”comedy of errors”. We stayed 4 nights and had one thing after another go wrong. Day of check in—elevator broken. Day 2 & 3 — no fresh towels or garbage emptied even though we requested it both days. Day 4 no water in the building. No internet service for 4 days. Some desk staff were pleasant, but many were cold and even rude. The facility needs many upgrades. It’s the worst Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in; avoid it.
- 1/5
The woman I spoke to was not helpful at all. She was just uncaring and aloof. She wasn’t interested in giving us another place to go to, just wanted to go smoke a cigarette or whatever the hell. Can’t believe they would give away a room that I had already prepaid for. What’s the big deal if I get there at seven or midnight?
- 4/5
Outdated rooms and dirty hallways..no wifi.. pool had stuff floating in it.. friendly and helpful staff though! Great breakfast
- 1/5
Wifi and televisions did not work during the whole stay. Breakfast was okay, milk did not taste fresh and fruit also was not the freshest. The apples were brown on the inside. Elevator was down for approximately 24 hours and 1 front desk girl was not very polite when I inquired about how much longer it would be down. Room was clean. Parking was easy access and plenty of space.
- 5/5
Clean room. I liked having a fridge with a freezer, microwave and coffee station.
- 4/5
Facilities are clean, super convenient location as there is a shopping center right down the street. Good place to stay
- 2/5
No hot water for shower. Elevator not working. Cheap toilet tissue.
- 3/5
However when we stayed for 3 nights the wifi wasnt working and the property needs an upgrade
- 1/5
One of the worst maintained properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff can only do so much. No wifi, ac is awful and common areas were falling apart
- 4/5
The property was in a safe area but the actual building needed some repair. There was a loose bedside lamp in our room, the provided clock radio did not work, there were other things I noticed in the halls that needed repair or replacement. One of the side doors to the parking lot that was labeled as “being locked for my safety” did not fully latch and lock; we came back from dinner to find the glass sliding entry door completely off the track and wide open; breakfast included warm-ish food and also warm juice. The property just seemed like Hilton was not going to put money into repairs and upgrades. It was also fairly inconvenient to local restaurants and social areas.
- 5/5
Minus the WiFi being down the room and service were great
- 3/5
Staff was courteous and friendly. Internet was non existent. Shampoo/conditioner empty on bathroom. Unimpressed.
- 1/5
Very old hotel. Nothing looks updated. Very noisy, people above us were loud with their feet. They had one elevator that looked questionable. Scary with multiple people inside with you. If someone moved, the entire elevator shook. The pool looked dirty, leafs and dead bugs along the walls. The hot tub was taped off and not working. The bed was nice and comfortable. Our entire stay the WiFi kept going on and off. Their smart tv in the room worked off of WiFi. So whatever you were watching went off and on. All weekend. They knew about it but their response was always their working on it. Free breakfast was ok if you didn’t have high expectations.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and comfortably. Very close to public transportation
- 3/5
Comfortable room and nice breakfast. My only complaint is that WiFi was down the entire 4 night stay with no indication of when or if it would ever be fixed.
- 2/5
Water in shower did not stay hot. There was a centipede in the room, Not enough toilet paper. Desk chair horribly dirty. However, the young man at the front desk was very helpful, especially in removing the centipede.
- 2/5
Slow checked in, took 3 Times to get the room Keys to work. The front desk receptionist not too friendly, she didn’t greets or smiles. The facility and the room need to update and upkeep. But the location is great with shops and restaurants.
- 1/5
Think more than twice before staying here..ick
- 3/5
Had to change my room due to some work that needed to be done. Went from the 1st floor right by where I parked, to the 3rd floor center. Not really happy about that.
- 2/5
No wi-fi available at all. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean, carpet good, comfortable bed, loose tiles in bathroom. On the 2nd to last day of my stay, there was a leak from the shower in the room above mine and water was pouring into my bathroom. For some reason, it took more than 2 hours for another room to be located that I could move to. I have stayed at different Hampton Inns around the U.S. and this one was far below the quality of the other ones. I think I am going to check out other hotels for future travel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was delicious!

- 3/5
The room and staff were great. Location was perfect for my needs. BUT, no wifi it was broken and apparently to be that way for several weeks, direct TV is cheap and was horrible. Watching a movie or show it woukd stop working and you watched a spinning square and wgen it finally came on, you had missed that portion of the movie or show. Pillows were small, soft and flat. So I reviewed it a 3. I understand electronics fail but some type of nitice or discount should have applied, especially in this day and age.
- 1/5
Booked and already paid and got the confirmation. but when I went to check in , they told me everything is occupied and they don’t have any rooms left . Terrible customer service .
- 2/5
The property needs a deep cleaning. The shower had mold in it and the chair in my room was so filthy and stained. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The staff was pretty nice, but things were left out of our room. I had to go ask for a bar of soap and some coffee.
- 2/5
Staff seemed bothered. We were double billed and staff didn’t know how to fix and manager was not on property. Side doors were not properly locked and didn’t need a hotel key to entry. No WiFi or it was “broken”.
- 1/5
Non-functioning toilet, staff failed to repair over two days despite repeated calls and promises. Wifi broken hotel-wide.
- 4/5
We were very disappointed that the wi-fi wasn't working for three nights and the hot tub was out of order. Some compensation for those unavailable items would have been appropriate.
- 5/5
Great overall
- 1/5
No wi-fi, no towels or room service for 5 days and they said that 3 employees quit and they would not discount for no service, out of milk for breakfast, room clock not working, trash on elevator floor, landscaping full of weeds, mildew in shower, nuff said. Not a good experience!
- 1/5
Poor customer service & no internet,
- 2/5
No WiFi, no tv, dingy hallways, kind of smelly. The only good thing was the front desk person - Richard.
- 1/5
I ordered king size bed and got 2 queen size beds
- 2/5
Great location though with plenty of food options
- 1/5
This hotel does NOT have internet. They have about 7 TV channels and FILTHY.
- 5/5
only problem was the cable signal going in and out all night
- 3/5
For business and this was very inconvenient and staff was unable to offer a solution.
- 2/5
Pretty sure night clerk that checked us in was stoned. He was on personal phone when we arrived and lacked hotel knowledge. Internet was not working. We found trash from previous guests behind curtains in our room. Breakfast area was unclean, tables and countertops needed wiped down. All the juices in the machine were warm. Yogurt wasnt cold etc. We could see breakfast staff eating and talking in another room instead of doing her job. The morning desk clerk was unfriendly to the point of rudeness.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amaxing
- 2/5
The Hotel mainly needed updating, including the pool. The Wifi was out and they had no idea when it would be back up and running, so I dont think there was any urgency from Management to address it.
- 3/5
As I might have biased toward Hampton Inn, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. We almost thought that this Hampton Inn will move out somewhere so that they will keep this tired facility until the end -- that might explain the current status if that would be the case. That being said, it was one of the oldest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed over couple years, and show its age all over the place, especially a bathroom. Nonetheless, bed was good and a small fridge and microwave were plus to have something in the room. As someone mentioned, breakfast was a fairly good amount of variety. I was a bit surprised and worried that the chair in the room was dirty (will try to upload the image) which makes me wonder is there anything that we've learnt from covid? As we ended up borrow the chair from the dining area, those chairs are dirty/stained too we are afraid. Besides, although it might have "just" been a bad timing, the Wi-Fi was down for our entire stay.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and honest. Unfortunately, the hotel wi-fi was out throughout our visit and the AC didn't work.
- 4/5
There was black mold around the bathtub. That is a major turnoff
- 4/5
Hot tub and internet out of order. No sitting area except dining room and only one chair per table. The room isn’t lighted except during breakfast and there is nowhere to sit and read outside the room. When one person gets up earlier than their companion it is nice to have an area to sit and read and drink coffee. It would be nice to have cold water and coffee available in the lobby
- 5/5
We stayed Sat-Sat. The wi-fi wasn’t working and we were never notified if it was fixed. The pool was open but the water was green and horrible looking. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options. Everything was clean and well kept. Amble parking and safe location.
- 2/5
Got yelled at by staff for using the pool even though both the back and front door were both open and we had someone using a wheelchair and that was the only back ramp and how are we supposed to know you’re not supposed to go in it late hours, even though the pool was open till 11 PM and we went through it at 10:30 PM. Also, in the parking lot, we found some needles and women’s garments. Felt very uncomfortable with the staff when we try to mention some things.
- 1/5
Pool, gym, wifi, hot tub all down for maintenance and not operable during my stay. Walls are paper thing could hear kids a floor under me screaming like they were in my room. Had a tile that was loose would move every time I stepped on it. Lights were out in bathroom. Didn't clean the room when they were suppose to. The tables where you eat breakfast at all only had like one chair it was bizarre.
- 2/5
1. no wifi, we were told the “wifi box is broken” and that it “wouldn’t be fixed” when we asked if it would be working again during our stay. 2. tv unusable, screen said “scrambled connectivity” and it would not play any channels. So we weren’t able to watch tv or use any internet, no entertainment was annoying but the lack of wifi was frustrating as we needed it for work. 3. The side door to pet area out of service, we were traveling with a puppy and had called over a week in advance to ask for a room close to an exit so we could let her out at night. They placed us a few rooms away from the side exit but the doors were out of service (no entrance or exit possible) so that ended up making it extremely inconvenient to exit the building during the night. 4. The pet area was filthy and disgusting, it was COVERED in dog poop. I understand it’s due to a lack of pet owners cleaning up but it was so bad it was completely unusable and unsafe for us to take our dog there. Super frustrated with this stay, felt like we were staying at a $30 motel, definitely would NOT recommend and we won’t be staying here again.
- 4/5
didn’t stay , computer booking issues through hotels.com, front desk lady was a savior, great customer service
- 5/5
The host at the desk was fabulous.

Very good
- 4/5
Our room was clean and roomy. Outside of the hotel could use some maintenance. Breakfast was fair.
- 4/5
This was a very pleasant stay. Good transport routes, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and a good breakfast.
- 3/5
It was a pet friendly hotel, so hallway and room smelled like dogs. My next door neighbor had a pet that was barking alwsys

The breakfast menu needs to be expanded. This was my second stay at this hotel and breakfast menu was same

We booked our stay for 3 nights/4 days. The Wi-Fi was out during our entire stay and the pool was not operating due to maintenance. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the hotel did not share information about either of these issues. When we consulted the hotel about the ETA of the Wi-Fi to be restored, we were told by one employee there was a temporary "outage" in the area and it should be restored soon. Another employee shared that the Wi-Fi is out indefinitely. The hotel shared with us the pool was down for maintenance temporarily and should be restored during our stay, but that never happened either. Our shower drain was plugged and we requested maintenance to clear it. The maintenance worker came, claimed to fix it, and left a stream of blood on our bathroom floor and light switch. The drain wasn't any clearer. The dining room booths were worn, had too many tables, and not enough chairs for guests to enjoy breakfast. When we consulted the full-time front desk person about all of our concerns, she always had ear buds in and was looking down, acting disinterested in our comfort and concerns. No apologies for inconveniences, no empathy demonstrated by the hotel employee--just matter of fact. When we asked for the manager's contact information, the front desk person gave us erroneous contact information. Fortunately, the manager was at the hotel when we checked out. The saving grace was that the manager listened to our concerns, apologized repeatedly and refunded our money.

Pool closed, no Wi-Fi. Guess that’s why the price was low. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good.

Very old and stained furniture in breakfast area

Check in was wonderful. Older gentleman took great care of us. After that you'd be hard pressed to fine anyone who actually worked there. Room was cleaned once in our four day stay and no one bothered to refill the shower gel so that was frustrating.

Nice stay. Staff was responsive to our needs.

The issues: room 323. 1) NO Internet the entire 3 night stay. 2) That coupled with poor tv selection, in room entertainment was at a low. 3) The pool was out of service. 4) The dispenser that would hold the toilet paper roll was completely missing and I had to look for a roll of TP. 5) The toilet seat was missing a screw and moved constantly. 6) Odd smell in the room and my sinus’ was affected and I would wake up with a stuffy nose each morning.

This time was the absolute worst Hampton and thanks as doing the worst of any chain hotel. Housekeeping didn't clean. There is no wifi (front desk said it was because they didn't pay the bills). Pool was closed, spa was closed, both side exit doors were broken, there is were 10 chairs for 16 tables in the breakfast area, the carpet is heavily soiled, the room chair has so many stains I put a towel over it to sit, the bathroom door hook is broken, the bed frame has steel bars sticking out that hit your ankles (used a towel to cover them), etc. You get the idea. verything is falling apart and mgmt doesn't fix ot replace anything. Last year they said they were going to renovate. Didn't happen. Now they say they will renovate in September. Don't believe it. Talked to others at breakfast on their first day of two week booking ... They were canceling that day We won't be staying here again, ever.

Soaps were empty and they never did fill even when asked.

The pool was not operational, the WiFi was not working. Most of the tables in the dining room had NO chairs. The shower bottle for conditioner was empty. The upholstered furniture in the dining area looked very worn and did not appear very clean.
- 4/5
Pool was out of order. We were informed that it would be repaired the day after we arrived but it still was out of order when we left. There weren't enough chairs in the dining area for people to sit during breakfast.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice assortment. Front desk staff not too friendly.

The front desk (Ashley) was friendly and apologetic. The room was dirty, cockroaches and no maid service the whole time (4 days).

Ok property, family oriented

Ashley had great customer service ! We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is clean, has comfortable beds and is located close to our family in the area. We have stayed there numerous times in the past but customer service was sadly lacking during this visit. Breakfast options were cold, unappetizing, and tables were in dning room with no chairs. My husband asked about the absence of chairs in the dining room and dedk clerk said there was supposed to be 1 chair per table. Why 1 chair??? There are many other options in the area. i cancellled five nites i had booked there for remainder of year. Ill take my business elsewhere....

I seldom leave bad reviews, but it's time. This was not worthy of the Hilton name. Arriving a few minutes early, we were told rooms were not available yet. 5 minutes later, another woman came to the desk and started checking folks in while we waited. The "divan-chair" in the room sank way down and was terribly stained as we're all the chairs in the dining area. The breakfast was Ok, but no place to sit-- 3/4 of the tables has no chairs, and the existing chairs were stained. There were only 7 stools at the counter (about half capacity) and they were filthy and sagging. When a client told the front desk about lack of chairs, she was unconcerned and said, "well, people do move things around."King Bed was hard. Shower and TV were good. Coffee was available and hot in the lobby .

We were not in the mood to find another location near by nor want to argue with front desk staff and ask for refund.

Clean room and very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The pool was in rough shape and the jacuzzi didn’t work we were a little disappointed as that was part of picking a place to stay. Otherwise very satisfied.

This Hampton needs to be upgraded. It is dark when you walk-in to reception. Very univiting. There is not enough chairs to go with tables in breakfast area. The ones that are there need to be cleaned and repaired. The maids do a good job with BASIC cleaning. However the carpets in the stairwell are awful. NEED DEEP CLEANING. The outside is horrible. I took a picture standing next to the WEEDS growing near the front main entry. The weeds were taller than me and I am 5'9" tall. I asked if they were going to hire someone to take care of it. They shrugged it off.

I hesitated to write a review since I normally choose Hampton Inn locations when travelling. We stayed 4 nights. I must say, I was very disappointed to say the least. There were not enough chairs in the dining room our first morning, so we came back later for breakfast which was less than par. The milk was warm, the juice was bad, and the hot food was cold. We went out for breakfast from then on. One morning, the coffee machines were broken, so no coffee that day. The lady at the front desk in the mornings was very unfriendly and told me the manager was not there, she did not have her number, and did not know when she would be coming in. I asked for our bed to be made daily, and the trash emptied. She said they only do that every other day. I let her know we needed that done each day anyway. She was very rude, but when we got back that evening our request was honored. The desk chair in our room was broken and tipped over when you sat in it. The front desk said I could take a chair from the dining room if I wanted to. (That's probably why there were not enough seats for breakfast). My last complaint was regarding having no hot water in our room. We had to run the water in the sink for more than 15 minutes before it got hotter than lukewarm. I must say, the evening staff were all very nice though. Overall, this whole experience at this hotel was very disappointing. This was my birthday week, and because of this experience, I may never choose Hampton Inn again.

The facilieties and amenities could use an improvement. Found it iconvenient that they don't have a laundry room.

Traveled with a work group and apon arrive we realized this was a mistake. The lobby/dinnning area is absolutely disgusting. Stains on everything dirty lobby bathrooms chairs. The rooms are dusty and gross. This place is a 1 star hotel at best. I forgot to mention my window was broken on the first floor not only is that a safely hazard but not safe. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible experience with this location when get there with group of 12 people, staff told me that my 2 nights reservation for 3 rooms were cancelled and assign to other guests. They did not provide me any valid reason need to find other hotel in middle of the night.

Easy parking safe and quiet

Perfect for us. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Hard to regulate AC unit, but not bad.

Not a bad stay for the price but definitely needs some updates.

Our room was clean and the staff was great, but the facility needs some updating - especially lighting. Also, the hot tub didn't work.

We have travelled a lot recently. i wont be negative but one staff member was cussing up a storm while patrons were in the lobby. The pool did seem extra dark green so we did not go swimming. Usually hotels provide the shampoo , conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms. I know its not required, however the bottles were there just empty. It was quiet and peaceful and right on the corner of a highway exit so very easy to get out and travel. Good food options in the area. Lots of activities to do. There were also @ very helpful and happy employees , a young man one morning and Saturday morning an Absolute Kind and helpful front desk women.

The pool was also great.

I had the worst experience in my life. My hotel reservation was canceled without me knowing on top of having Travel protection. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was very rude and did not help or try accommodate me. Refused refund. I was left without a place stay in middle of night. I had to spend 4 th of July night looking for a hotel stay and most the hotel were full. My friend was trying to help me to look for hotel who staying in this hotel had spent almost 3 hrs outside in the middle of night because the receptionist left the front desk and there no one to open hotel door.

Good place to stay

The pluses: The indoor pool was fun for my five year old grand daughter and me. There was a discount at Saltgrass Steakhouse which was in walking distance. The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was good. I was taken back by the $50 we would have had to pay for checking in one hour early. The parking lot and area outdoors were littered and could use a good sweeping. The women’s bathroom on the main floor was out of order. All in all, an inexpensive, convenient place to spend a night while traveling. I might check out the other nearby hotels next time.

My room smelled of smoke and was right next to the elevator. So very noisy.

Quiet and clean and welcoming staff made it easy to stay here last minute between other travels. Good recommendations for a nearby dinner restaurant. Breakfast the next day was average but a good way to start the day.

I highly recommend this property. It was so nice and clean. The room had a chaise lounge in it and was very homey. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very convenient location.

Nice location, great hotel with clean, spacious room and beds. Good breakfast as well.

Front office executive could be a little warm towards guest in behaviour.

The breakfast had nice touches like berries and extra oatmeal toppings.

Staff was kind of short and snippy, but overall the beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Will stay again!

The front desk staff was not welcoming, and it felt as if I was bothering them when I checked in and out. One of the staff couldn’t lift her chin off of her hand the entire time she talked to me. I was also unhappy about being charged $50 for early arrival. The room was cleaned. What else were you going to do with it between 1:00 and 3:00pm?

Great breakfast and very friendly staff
