    The refrigerator in our room did not work. We were given free breakfast tickets in exchange. The pool was not open (not disclosed ) and we were there with a bunch of kids for a tournament.

    The hotel was an older Double Tree, but well maintained and clean. Our room had some door issues and we reported when checking out. The pool is under renovation which would have been nice to know when booking. However, they did provide an alternative which was about an 8-10 minute drive.

    There was not a laundry bag in the room. The blow dryer was marginal. Room was clean Staff was good. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Over all it was a nice place.

    It’s and old building. I would t say it’s dirty. For the price it’s not terrible. I would suggest a Holiday Inn Express for a little more, at least you get breakfast.

    The lighting in our room was minimal. The coffee machine was still full of grounds from the previous people. Our car was sprayed with sprinklers and left hard water spots. Our room was very noisy because Sheridan blvd right below.

    Dirty, a lot of things are broken in the room. The staff at check-in was unhelpful and kinda rude. The location is actually bad right by the highway especially if you get a mountain view room, so you pay extra, but the reality is you won’t be able to sleep as the highway noise gets very loud in the room. Thankfully Colorado has so much to offer to compensate.

    Center. Which was okay but someone pooped in pool trip was short. The a/c in the room barely kept it cool the drain in the tub didn't drain very good so feet in soap water the whole time while in shower. Our keys stopped working. The 2nd day and parked behind building it was a pain going all the way around with baby in hand food and 2 young kids after a long day.

    This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. Unprofessional and rude staff Collin and Meghan will say it is the customer who is a problem without looking at their conduct. I was filmed by an employee Katie on her personal phone, even though there are cameras in the lobby.

    I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton, and while the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—the hotel itself was quite disappointing. My room’s AC wasn’t working, so it was extremely hot and humid with barely any air circulation. I also noticed a strange smell of weed in the hotel, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking environment. On top of that, the pool was closed during my stay, which was really disappointing. Overall, the building needs some serious updates, but the staff was a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience.

    The staff was amazing!! We had a tough time getting in from the airport, not their fault, I asked if we could check in early and they easily accommodated the request. I asked about any additional charge and was told that if it’s available, there isn’t any; they would rather have happy guests. That set our vacation back into the right path and we knew we would be taken care of from that point forward. We were offered warm cookies (yay for Double Tree experiences) and headed off with our room cards and a nice quiet room. Megan did an amazing job. The restaurant on property provided great breakfast buffet options and a very respectable dinner experience as well.

    I booked a two-room, two-night stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available for my party. This was especially frustrating after coming off a delayed flight. Despite having prepaid in full, the hotel failed to honor the reservation or provide any reasonable solution. When I explained the situation and that the flight delay was completely out of my control, the staff was unhelpful and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a full refund for services they did not provide. Being left without accommodations after a long and exhausting travel day is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

    This hotel was very conveniently located for our Christmas visit with family in the area. Even though it is an older property, it seems to have been renovated within the last few years. Our room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Morgan at the front desk was extremely kind and very helpful. The best feature of this hotel is the view of the front range on the Mountain View side of the building. Lastly, the hotel is very pet friendly and our dog had a wonderful stay.

    Our room was extremely hot and the thermostat wasnt working to adjust the heat. Once we did get it turned down the next morning the cleaners turned it back up so it again was extremely hot. There is not breakfast included despite the description and the pool was getting renovated while we stayed. Our bedroom window leaked really bad as well

    The hotel pool was closed and under construction without warning. The restaurant was only okay as far as food goes and not open for lunch. This was the first hotel we’ve been to that doesn’t just offer complimentary coffee at any given time downstairs by the lobby or eating area. If we wanted anything between the hours of 11-4 we were not able to use the restaurant or even get a hot chocolate there when I wanted one and I just had surgery so the concenience would’ve been nice but it just wasnt there.

    The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean. It's fairly quiet, although some Highway noise does get through the external windows. The only issue I had was the thermostat on our room was stuck at a higher temperature, which made it pretty warm. Not bad enough to ask for a different room, though. Great place, will look for this one again in the future.

    Front desk staff were friendly and great. Our particular rooms issue is that anytime the air went off or on it made this loud noise and it was so hot no matter what I put the thermostat on. Also the pool/hot tub were out of order and that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Room 305

    Room was large and check in was a breeze. The person at the front desk was very kind and even informed us that the bar was open until 10 and breakfast starts at 6. The cookies are always a nice touch. The only thing I would change would be the tv! Having a smart tv where you can connect to Netflix/streaming services would be a nice addition but it’s not a deal breaker. So far everything has been very nice and definitely worth the money spent!

    They did try to get the air conditioner working better, but it still did not. It was not muggy in the room. The real bummer was hot tub and pool was closed. And that is one thing that I always book and try to do on our vacations, this was our third place to stay, and this was the only one that did not have everything working and we paid the most for this hotel, which I was a little discouraged. This was our week's vacation and this was our third place to stay so overall. It did not meet our expectations. They did offer a complimentary breakfast for 1 Day Out of the 3 days. We were stan due to the pool and hot tub being closed.I felt that they could have done a little bit more than that for the price of this hotel.

    Additionally, we called front desk on the first evening to get the bedding for sofa bed (which I have no clue why it wouldn’t be there already?) and they said they would bring it right up. Never came, so two hours later called again to ask if I needed to come get it myself as my kid was ready to go to sleep an hour and a half prior?!? They finally brought it up. Another day we asked for an extra towel. Nothing. The next day we had to go to the front desk to go get it because they never brought it. Very disappointed and I hope (and told front desk) not to assign another family in that room until they fix the toilet issue. Also, terrible mold issue that I’ve never seen in the tank of a toilet- completely black and disgusting!

    I liked this hotel except for 2 things. Their cooling system is a swamp cooler so my room never got cold, only cool and humid. And the room didn't have a microwave. I won't be staying again because I need a true air conditioner, not a swamp cooler.

    The room we stayed wasn’t up to par for a Doubletree Hilton or any hotel. The AC did not work and at 3am we could not sleep or beer it any longer. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night 3 floors down to a smaller room that had a working AC, but the mini fridge did not work. No refund or reparation were offered.

    We never ended up staying here because the room was disgusting! It was stained and smelled and there were several broken items. After a lengthy process, we were refunded. After several days we have been charged again by Hilton! Trying to get a manager on the line is impossible. Will never stay at one of these hotels again!

    The property itself is nice and the rooms are very spacious. I would say overall the staff is very pleasant. The only complaint I had that I addressed while I was there for the manager to know was that I left around 11 AM one day and returned around 9:30 PM and my door was left open from the maids. I’m just thankful that nothing was taken as I had Some valuables there that did not fit in the safe. I’ve stayed there twice now and I’ll probably stay again.

    Our stay was comfortable and the room was much larger than expected. Comfortable bed and pillows. A bit bare bones on decor and ambiance of the room, plus the bathroom was kind of outdated. Tub looked worn, as did countertop and the tiles on the base. Wish the lighting had been better and a full length mirror had been hung in the main area, not just in the bathroom!

    I checked in at 5pm for my king suite room I paid for when I was told they did not have that room I was put in a regular king room with a view of the parking lot and I was supposed to have a view of the beautiful mountains when I got to my room and realized that I didn’t get anything I had paid for I called the front seat and was told again they didn’t have the room I paid for so the clerk offered to comp a dinner I agreed and ordered dinner! When I woke up the front seat called to say I had a balance from the night before dinner I explained what happened and was told that was not what the clerk told them! I ended up paying the amount due because it’s not worth arguing about! I feel like because I went through a third party I was given a basic room with a basic explanation that they didn’t have any other rooms available but on top of that I was lied to about making it right and ending up paying more money to eat at their restaurant! The room itself isn’t terrible the toilet was running all night, like I ran to get far away from this place! Very unhappy and beware of the risk of third party reservations!

    So, the first room we check in smelled like smoke and the refrigerator was broken. Changed rooms and the AC ran all the time and the room was still hot. The toilet wouldnt stay up There wasnt a phone in the room. Last, service in the restaurant was poor. Worsted place i ever stayed.

    Everything about this hotel is five stars…except one crucial detail…the A/C in the rooms are garbage. Our initial room was miserable, after two hours with the stat on 60, I was still sweating. Moved to a second room, which was much better, but still not comfortable. The rooms have individual units that I’m guessing to be some type of water-cooled system. If you like to sleep with a room temp 65-70, don’t stay here. Especially in August.

    I was really looking forward to this trip as a vacation for my family, but instead I was charged for a reservation I didn't even stay in. I had booked the reservation for the weekend, but was charged for the same day I made the booking. The staff was rude and unhelpful and they refused to modify the reservation or issue a refund. My card was still charged, and after this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel.

    The front desk staff was average. Not really enthusiastic about their job. Nobody explained anything- not breakfast or WiFi. The server in the restaurant was amazing. The bathtub was rusty, which could easily cause poisoning for anyone who showers in it. You’re going to get sued if you don’t figure this out. I would’ve expected more quality and cleanliness for a Hilton hotel.

    No ac it was so hot we had to use my baby’s fan stroller, leave the fridge open and open the windows for some air my kids and I were so hot we could not sleep comfortably we were constantly waking up we told the front desk a few times but seems like no one ever came because it was hot our whole stay and one of our beds wasn’t completely cleaned because I found a towel between our sheets we were told housekeeping was going to come but they never did, it’s sad because it’s usually where we stay when we visit family but the place has gone downhill that was definitely our last stay there

    Have stayed at Double Tree in Denver and one of best stays at a hotel! This time not so much! Our A/C wasn’t working so told front desk about 8pm on 1st night. Said couldn’t change rooms cuz hotel was full. At 5am went to front desk and they sent up 2 fans and said the maintenance person would repair that morning. Was gone all day and returned later that night to still no A/C. Went to front desk and for some reason did not respond to service ticket. Tried to find us another room but nothing available. Told front desk very unhappy but checking out next morning. Very uncomfortable night again. Next morning went to front desk to check out and ask to speak to manager. Manager not in but did offer us free breakfast but were needing to get on the road. Said would have manager contact us when they got in. This is 5 days later and still no response to our complaint. Won’t stay at this Double tree ever again.

    Very very nice Hotel. Really enjoyed our stay . The rooms are very quiet . Beautiful place. We took our Dog with us . We found a Daycare for Doggies. We let him stay there for we were attending a funeral . Didn't want to leave him by his self at the Hotel. Place is called DogTopia if anyone needs Doggie Daycare Service. Absolutely loved our stay everyone was so nice . The beds and pillows very comfortable . Thank you for everything!

    Air conditioning is a major issue! I love Double Tree but will never book here again! Slept hot every night they gave us a fan helped a little. The rest of the Hotel was great but Hilton knows there is a problem and not doing anything about it. Every person we knew there had to move rooms!

    AC did not work. I was told that they had swamp coolers and that was the best it worked. There was no thermostat but it felt like it was in the mid to high 70’s. Bathroom faucet was leaking so items that we left on the vanity top would get wet. Kitchen was understaffed and no self serve coffee had to wait every morning. I would expect more for the brand and price.

    We arrived at 6pm to check in and were told that they didn’t have a room ready for us unless we wanted to switch the type of room from 2 queens to a king with pull out. This was not really a great option as we had 4 adults. They asked us to wait and gave us a $25 voucher that was only good for food in the restaurant. We waited the 30 minutes and were then asked to wait another 10 minutes because they had to change a light bulb. All of this was fine until we got to our room and it was warm so we turned the temp down. We left for a couple of hours and upon returning to the room it was still warm but cool air was coming out so we assumed it would get better. We also tried to use the food voucher but the restaurant was sold out of pizza and a couple other things. The room never cooled down and upon asking about it Sunday they told us they could switch us or give us fan. We took the fan because we were leaving for an event and did not have time to switch all of our things. If this had been just an issue with our room I could understand a little more however the other people we were with had the same thing and we were on the same floor. I stayed in a Double Tree 3 weeks prior in the Cherry Creek area and had a great experience, I was definitely disappointed in this location but will still stay with the Double Tree brand.

    The first room I was put in smelled like smoke. Not the hotels fault. I was switched to another room. Room was hot. No matter what they did it didn't get cooler. I was actually told to open the window a bit for circulation. WHAT? I was right on the roof & saw a few men out there working. I'm traveling alone so NO I will not open the window! Maintenance man brought me a box fan to use, which helped.

    We showed up at this dated hotel with a reservation for a king bed. We were told they did not have a king bed for us, they only had two beds. Then we got to the room and the air conditioning was not working well, we were told they were having a problem and offered us a portable fan.They were not sympathetic to to our situation, blamed hotels.com for overselling our bed type. When we finally found a phone number for hotels.com, they blamed Double Tree and said they would try to get us a refund. Just got an email, no refund. DO NOT book through hotels. Com if you want a hotel to honor your reservation and do NOT stay at this hotel, it needs updating badly from the decor to their air conditioning units. Double thumbs down all around!!

    Although recently "renovated", this property has gone downhill with respect to the cleanliness, customer service, restaurant food quality, and property condition. Some of the staff was friendly and polite, but others were not. Also, the rooms are only partially renovated, and we did not see security on the property during our 5-day stay.
