Great location. Clean rooms with pool and hot tub to enjoy. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is nice centrally located which was really nice however the staff was not only one time we were greeted at the door and that was the morning that we were checking out after we were there for an entire week. My only complaint would be that our shower dripped the entire time.

Everything was exactly as advertised. We didn’t have any interactions with the staff unless we initiated it and they were professional and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when in the Denver area.

The coffee in the room, which is supposedly from starbucks, tasted like over roasted leftover ground beans. And if I could have found a comparable hotel in the area at the same price with an affordable breakfast, or breakfast included, I would have stayed there. Who pays $10 for steel cut oats and maple syrup, even in a hotel.

Our stay was just for the weekend but the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Marina cleaned our room and did an amazing job. Check in and check out was seemless as well. Property was clean. Hotel also very close to a major shopping store, variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Westminster in the future.

The room was clean but small. Too small. There wasn’t really any room for a person to stand next to the hotel luggage cart when we were trying to unload or reload it. The other issue we had was several of the light switches either didn’t work or the lightbulbs were burnt out so the room seemed darker than normal.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is so close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained.

Third time staying. Great property and will likely be back my next time to Denver. My room had a smell of cigarette smoke when I arrived but the staff took care of things.

We were on a road trip from Wisconsin to Nevada and had stayed here on our way out. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to book another night here on our way back home. The hotel is very nice and clean, we had a great experience. Only thing is that the fridge is very small, we had to keep everything in our cooler. Otherwise, we loved the area as well, it had lots of shopping and dining options all within walking distance. A little bit of a Mountain View from our window as well— not expected, but a nice touch!

Stay was fine, booked this hotel because it had a hot tub available but upon arrival the hot tub was broken but there was no communication of this at check in or booking.

No simple amenities like free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Sure you can go to the Starbucks downstairs or make it in your room but just some coffee would not be a big ask. They did have infused ice water in the lobby but when it’s 25 degrees it was not too appealing

They did not let us know that the pool was closed that the hot tub was closed when the whole reason for booking with this hotel was for the pool and the hot tub and then they still have not refunded me my deposit and it's showing that they charged me a fee for something I have no idea what it was even for because I didn't use anything from their hotel or buy anything while I was there we were literally there long enough to sleep and leave for my daughter's surgery the following morning

Fridge froze everything. It want until check out when mentioned concern no tea staff offered. I stay in Denver often and thought this was going to be the better option. Asked front desk for extra creamer and coffee for room took iver an hour and we got it from very nice housekeeping staff. Housekeeping very helpful.

This was the first time we stayed on the bottom floor and hopefully it’s the last it was too noisy. You could smell the coffee from the Starbucks. You could tell when someone ordered a breakfast sandwich because you smelled the bacon cooking.

Having your Starbucks partner as the only breakfast option was expensive and limited menu (we ate at a place in the same plaza).

Poorly managed restaurant/bar options. Many things out of stock and issues with staffing.

The customer service was horrendous. I arrived around 4:30 to check in. The guy working said there were no rooms cleaned and had to wait and see. This is totally unacceptable. Check in is at 3pm and you should have a room ready. I didn’t get to my room until an hour after I arrived. This set a poor tone for the stay. I went to the desk to check out and hand in keys in the morning. The guy standing there didn’t acknowledge me and just looked at the computer typing something in. Just zero acknowledgement and lack of customer service. I can’t recommend this hotel for that alone. I won’t be back because of this.

We had such a great stay at this property! The staff upon arrival was welcoming and very helpful and the room was clean and well stocked for us. The location was perfect - close to shopping, dining, and major highways to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. My only complaint was that the ventilation in the pool wasn't very good - the smell of chlorine was so overbearing that it made me cough and I had to crack a door to get some fresh air, just to watch the kids play. But otherwise, no complaints.

Room was incredibly clean. Close proximity to orchard town center. The only hiccup was we ordered food for pickup at 7 am but they didn’t have the food ready until 7:25 which made us late to our 8 am commitment. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel.

Marriott Courtyard has lost my business when I have any other choices. No complimentary coffee. Breakfast a paid service? No thank you. Nice hotel. Overworked and sparse staffing. Rude awakening to the coffee-free and breakfast-free experience. I’m sure other travelers are aware, but if you aren’t— be aware. This is a lousy policy.

Very nice hotel, convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was fast and friendly.The only downfall is there was no free continental breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately the breakfast prices were outrageous for a family of four it was cheaper for us to go eat across the way at Snooze.

The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. There was even ann employee who brushed the Ice and snow off our car and all the others in the lot when there was an overnight storm. The fruit water in the lobby was really cool, and the little snack market corner was nice for midnight munchies. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio/fire pit but in warmer weather it would have been perfect. There is shopping and lots of good food options in walking distance. Great experience, would definitely return.

This hotel charged my credit card without sending a receipt on the day I did not stay there seven days after my check out.

The beds were so terrible I checked in and immediately checked right back out knowing I couldn't sleep on a broken mattress with a huge dip in the middle and broken springs. It's disappointing since it's a nice location and well decorated otherwise.

Everything was amazing! The only thing I would change is the hot tub seemed dangerously hot. I told the front desk clerck but she just said, "oh i don't know anything about that"

Our Stay was terrific. Check in staff was friendly and the process was smooth. We arrived early and were able to get a hotel room before 1PM.Hotel room was clean, had a terrific mattress, nice room decor with a large TV and a safe, well light parking lot. Lobby has had a complete makeover with a new bar and food service. Snooze Cafe is 200 feet away for excellent breakfasts!!This is our go to hotel and We will stay at this property again!

Everything was good. There were some very loud guests staying across the hall that kept waking me up. I looked out and it appeared that they were coming and going from the pool, or something-hard to tell which of the two rooms they were in and out of. Lots of loud conversations, doors closing loudly and someone running. I called the front desk and they dealt with it quickly. Otherwise, all was fantastic

The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Moved a chair to look for a missing item and found an old key card and used kleenex, showing they vacuum around the furniture. The pool and hottub were very dirty though. Green slime all around the filters and the hottub had enough foam from dead skin cells, etc to drown in! Was very gross.

Savannah at the front desk was especially helpful. The location next to I25 was useful for day trips around Denver and up north to Wyoming. The hotel wasn't very busy, probably due to the remodeling. Breakfast was so-so. Not a buffet, more so al a carte. Nowhere near the value of similarly priced hotels in the area. On Friday, there was an especially bad stink in the breakfast area. We moved seats, which improved things. The mattress in our room was terrible. We both had sore backs each morning. We stayed in another hotel for days prior to this and slept just fine.
