Property advertises a hot tub on there website and when we called they said they had a hot tub, but they don't have a hot tub!

Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised, which was especially appreciated after some disappointing travel experiences elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to stay.

The staff was accommodating. I would rate this hotel on the lower end for a Comfort Suites.

The hotel was not what I was expecting. I rented two rooms, the first room assigned to me, when I walked in, the floor was dirty, the bed was not made. I went back to tell them the room they assigned was under construction. I got moved to a different room but the new room they assigned has a bad odor. The second room was ok but had a moth flying around. Very disappointed.

The room was great however the area where they served breakfast was hotter than hell. The air conditioner was unplugged so I am guessing it was not working. The food was sparse at best and you were lucky if they had coffee. Fortunately there is a restaurant 343 feet from the entrance. The grass when we got there was up to my knees. Needs a lot of work.

Crumbs on the bedside table, used tissues under the table. Elevator button on 3rd floor hanging out of the wall, the elevator doors close down quickly left two people trying to get in. Elevator surface uneven so the One and only rickety luggage cart had to be shoved thru the doors. No washcloths in either of the two rooms I rented. When asked for some at the front desk were given stained hand towels and was told they were washcloths! The sheets on the beds were stained. Overall a Very disappointing 14 hour stay, especially considering price!

Parts of this hotel were really in disrepair, especially the pool area. The drain in our bathtub didn’t work. And the free breakfast had the worst coffee I’ve ever had it was always weak and sometimes cold. I also had to tell staff they were out of coffee two out of three days (on the third day I didn’t even bother with the hotel coffee). But the rooms were fairly nice (recently renovated even if there were areas that were not necessarily well done), the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed something, and my kids really enjoyed the pool.

Room was clean. Dining area was messy. Staff didn’t clean up after travelers ate.

The light in the bathroom went out. Staff didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. No towels in the rooms. Had to go to front desk to get the towels.

Then I needed to wash my clothes , I go downstairs to get change and the male receptionist tells me they don’t offer any quarters to be able to use the washer and dryers and was told to go and find quarters. That didn’t work. This was my very first encounter where a hotel that offers a washer and dryer that takes quarters doesn’t give you the option to get any. It’s really there lost! Lastly … I needed to extend my room another night. I rebooked it again like how I always do before checkout and the gentleman again ,.. tells me. I have to check you out. Recharge you another $100 deposit which they did At this point I was just done.

Convenient to facility we played at, decent staff customer service.

Check in was great. Room was ok, until the next day when the light in the bathroom started strobe lighting and not working. So we had to shower in the dark. On top of the sink wouldnt drain. We told the front desk and no one came to fix it, so we had to have 2 days of showers in the dark.

Bathroom needs updated. Hole in the bathroom door and the floor in bathroom was wobbly and moved when you walked on tile. Bathroom walls were dirty. Hall ways smelled like burnt wood and carpet was dirty and had trash. Elevator was old and needs a good clean.

It was stated that there was a hot tub. The area that supposedly had the hot tub was covered with concrete and chairs and tables were placed over the concrete. The concrete did not look fresh! Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable but found a dog biscuit in the sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Walls were thin when sleeping.

Bathroom was small and shampoo bottles were partially full The door was painted and made it stick when opening. When checking in housekeeping was vacuuming lobby which was annoying and hard to hear clerk. Vacuum when no guests present.

The woman who created us upon arrival was amazing. Fresh chocolate chip cookies for the kids, friendly and helpful. It all went downhill from there. Our room had cigarette burns on the blankets, the pillows were tiny and flat - and there were no spare pillows, the blankets were thin. Its supposed to be a no -smoking hotel, but one look in the "closet" exposed us to a previous guests smoking jacket that made the rook stink and the "closet" un-usable (I say "closet" as it was plywood screwed together), the bathroom was filthy, rust covered the light fitting and black mold in the bath. The pool was open until midnight which was a plus, so after a LONG day my partner, kids and I went to relax. When it was about time to leave, my kid came to talk to me (in was in the hot tub) and accidently dropped a toy init. I caught it with my leg, and accidently pressed against the intake - which had no cover on it - it hurt so badly I perked my leg away and the toy (size of a large goose egg) was sucked in. We reported it right away, and told it would be fixed bright and early. I went this morning and no one knew of the issue, they refused to give us back our deposit. When we pressed the issue the owner became hostile and immature. Called me a cry baby and that he was sick of me waisting his time ($100 deposit) and told us we would be billed for repairs. Also, it was "our fault" as the pool closed at 10, despite signs and staff saying otherwise.

The property "upgrades" need to be cleaned up. Paint on the door key reader. The side doors SLAM shut...... put a damener in. This woke us up EVERY day when we stayed. Put wired internet in the rooms? Clean the pool.

I must have been in line for more than 10 minutes because the clerk was taking forever for a simple check in like other times I’ve stayed there before. The room was also not so nice. I’ve had decent experiences in the past here, but this time was definitely one of the worst.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites Denver Northwest under difficult circumstances. My mother is currently at St. Anthony Hospital, and I needed a place to sleep quickly without breaking the bank. What worked for me: The Location: This was the biggest win. It is a very short, quick drive to St. Anthony’s, which made it easy to get back to the hospital first thing in the morning. The Price: For a last-minute booking, the rate was very affordable. It’s great for someone who just needs a solid place to rest for a few hours without paying luxury prices. The Room: The "Suite" layout provided plenty of space to decompress after a long day at the hospital. The Bad: Housekeeping issues: When I woke up to get ready, I found a used loofah and a dirty washcloth left sitting on top of the shower curtain rod. It was clear the bathroom hadn't been properly inspected or cleaned before I checked in. Verdict: While the staff was fine and the location is perfect for hospital access, the management needs to seriously address their housekeeping standards. Finding used personal items in the shower is unacceptable, regardless of the price.

Very nice upgrade since my last stay at this hotel under a new banner. Better breakfast, clean room, workout and pool area actually open.

For what would be considered a 2-Star Hotel it was nicer than I expected it to be. The front desk was very nice as I arrived almost near midnight and even offered to extend check-out if I needed it as I was waiting for a delivery slot the next morning. There was blood on the sheets. Gross!

The staff/custodian should at least say good morning, and they should provide bananas for breakfast, they should fix restroom walls, hairdryer was not working, they should clean sink, shower, toilets with soap not just with spay disinfectant.

Breakfast is always on time and everything freshly prepared and many different foods to choose from. I choose comfort suite because I'm very comfortable and satisfed with the accomodations and the staff.

They do not go and clean rooms even though you ask for it

The breakfast consisted of hard-fried, dehydrated egg, shriveled up saugage and no selection of potatoes. It was one of the worst so-called hot breakfast Ive seen.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Spacious suite with pull out sofa, mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. I appreciate the extra touch of the custom postcard! Easy interstate access. Nice pond across the street. Travelers, stay alert here and ALL parking lots for theft and other criminal issues.

Everything from the lobby to the room was dirty and gross. I cant even mention all of the nastiness, then we got to the room and I got even more grossed out. The lock on the door frame was also installed incorrectly and not even all the way, just flopped around. I think one of the worst things was the AC, i will attach a picture of it. For the price and pictures on the website, this place should've been a lot better. Severely disappointed.

We booked this hotel last minute, when the hotel we original booked had given our reservation away. I was glad to find something close that didn’t break the bank. The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. Shower was broken, but we could get it to work. Bathroom was stained and felt a little dirty, the toilet tank sat very far forward and rocked, which wasn’t comfortable.

There was matter in the clogged toilet in the first room they gave me. They were very nice about it and immediately moved me to another room. Hotel overall was somewhat dingey and the room card readers were finicky.

We were staying here for two nights and the moment we received the room, everything looks old and dirty and black mold. The room next door had a big dog and barked all morning that woke us up after we have to drive a long trip and need some rest. The wall was super thin and not sound proof at all. The morning I checked out, I saw a mouse running in the restroom. I kindly let the front desk know and they never said sorry. They said they will talk to the manager and we waited all morning. When we called back at 2PM they still said that the manager is not in yet.

It took over 30 minutes to check in because they couldn't find my reservation through hotels.com on their end. It was a pain and they weren't friendly or very helpful.

Pets were noisy at night above us. The free breakfast was just ok. Questionable people around building, street people, and people who were not staying at hotel using the smoking area. Curtains were missing in our room, but we had a pull down blind.

The breakfasts especially were excellent. It was a full breakfast bar with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, fruit, fruit juices, and even more. The staff is also very friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, for the most part. Stains on the couch and rug. The smell was okay, but the air conditioner sounded broken it rattles all night long. As well as the mini fridge it made noise so loud that I couldn't sleep. Then we woke up to it just not working at all. And my husband's medication that was in the fridge was warm and he couldn't us it. We had to pay for a replacement. The day we were to check out we were cleaning up and getting ready. My husband had just got out of the shower. Still in his birthday the maid walk in on him, they gave us some excuses to why that happened. They said another guest had gave them the wrong room number and checked out early. Might I add, I was a scared to walk any were around the hotel. As I saw drug deals and very questionable behavior, I did not feel a safe in that neighborhood at all.

First room we used was still dirty sheets had stains on them. The second room was decent.. the whole time we were there we had to use the stairs to the 3rd story for 2 day…elevators never got fixed even though they told us it was going to be fixed the next day!!

During check-in the computers were down and had to wait over an hour. Bathroom door did not close. Elevators did not work after the first day. Outside there was a lot of homeless. Crew did not seem to care about any of the issues. Will not stay at a comfort inn again.

We had a nice stay. But our none smoking room did smell like cigarette smoke... we lit a candel it helped . Staff was very friendly. Outside area was not the greatest. We saw a few homeless in area. But we would stay again if we came back to this area of Colorado.

Felt like a small step above a motel. Located next to a gas station where questionable individuals roamed the parking lot at all hours of the night. The breakfast was cold and stale. Rooms were spacious but dated. The linens and facilities were stained and dirty.

I was in Denver for a week, I stayed at another hotel but it was so dirty and the staff at the 1st hotel was bad. But everyone at Comfort suites Westminster was extremely accommodating and pleasant to do business with. The young lady who checked me in was pleasant

Would not stay there again, was not really thrilled about the people that were running around like zombies the safe did not really care and anybody could just walk in and hit the elevator and head of stairs. Our room smelled like a old smoking room, the hotel needs a big upgrade and a good cleaning.

Perfect for short stay in Denver. Conveniently located to Wagon R PnR, where the 120X takes you directly to Union Station.

The people were kind at the desk, but when I would try to call on the phone, no one answered Also I never had anyone come to clean my room even though on the instructions it said they would come and clean my room every three days. The service in the breakfast room … The servers were kind of hostile at times I have no idea why.

There were quite a few stains on the top of the comforter, but the bed was clean. The bed itself is comfy enough, but I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere in the area.

The lobby & breakfast areas were clean and well kept, The coffee tasted old 3 out of the 4days we were there. The indoor pool looked to be clean. The elevator definitely needs some work as the panel on the right side of it is loose and 3x’s as I was going down the elevator it shook and made loud noises. It definitely startled me and I did say something to the staff. The hallway leading to my room definitely needed to be vacuumed as I noticed the same dirt pile , looked to of been spilled from a trash bag was there all 4 days of our stay! Our rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable as were the pillows and bedding! The bathroom definitely needed a little more attention in the cleanliness. There was hair in the sink as well as on the tile. The hotel states it has been “NEWLY RENOVATED “, I’m not too sure where as there were loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom and looked as though all they did was paint over what was existing in the whole room. There was no dresser in either of the 2 rooms we rented so we had to live out of our suitcases. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some attention. The bushes are overgrown and big potholes in the parking lot! This hotel is ok, but not for what we paid for it!

This used to be a pretty nice area. Not so much anymore. This place may be newly renovated, but it’s like lipstick on a pig. Beautiful fixtures hung on walls with huge indentations in them. Attractive panel flooring installed with gaps at the endcaps and between slats. This place needed more than just fixture and surface changes. Of course, with the neighborhood being what it is… nice rooms wouldn’t last very long. Very disappointing.

I was the account holder and the lobby lady gave someone who wasnt a key to her room all because she said she knew us. Luckily she was part of our group but employee never called me to ask me.

The bathroom faucets were reversed-Hot on the Cold side, etc. Elevator sounded like it was going to stop at any minute. Only ice machine on the first floor. Breakfasts were poor imitations of other Comfort Inns we've experienced.

There was no one attending the breakfast area until asked for. Room was okay cleaned and housekeeping cleaning only after 3 days unless you remember to ask.

Our king suite was pretty and comfortable but they gave us a room that smelled like dog pee. We didn’t bring any pets. The AC didn’t work and we were up all night because it was so hot

Nice stay and incredibly friendly staff. We were pleasantly greeted at check in, and they were able to get all four families that traveled next door to each other. I also had an Amazon package delivered to the hotel that they had waiting for me. The continental breakfast was good! The dining room was very busy, so they opened up a conference room for additional breakfast seating. Very accommodating! The RTD station was close for transportation into Denver which made our plans easy. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Overall our stay was enjoyable and the staff was very helpful and the facilities were operational. Thank you!

We stayed for 10 days. The staff were kind and accommodating. We used the pool regularly. The hotel is very easy to access and very centrally, located. It walking distance to a park and ride. Bus 120x goes right downtown Denver. Very reasonable adult fares with kids free. Will stay again when we return. Family of 3.

Nice place to stay. The staff was very accommodating. Tv reception was awful and almost unusable. Thankfully I brought my fire stick. They will only clean your room or restock towels if you ask. Restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. Decent price and I would stay again.

Great location with very clean rooms and professional employees. The building however is in dire need of an overhaul. The floors in the bathroom were cracked, the walls (though freshly painted) showed many signs of being patched, and the elevator jolted every time it landed.

The tile in the bathroom was broken and moved/crunched when you walked on it. The grout was cracked abd missing. Water from the too-small cloth shower curtain constantly ran on the floor, and you could smell the mildew. Additional water damage near the bathtub. The AC was broken. When you turned it on, the sound was so loud it was impossible to sleep. I felt itchy when I had it turned on, possibly depm mold exposure. The window didnt open. There were brown stains (looked like tobacco spit) on the box spring cover. Overall it was the 2nd worst place I have ever stayed. Its insulting they let people use rooms with broken flooring and air. The carpet in the hallway and stairwell is extremely dirty and lots of build up embedded in to the carpet. I would have left and gone somewhere else but work booked the room for a conference attendance and I wouldnt have had anywhere else to stay.

Close to Thornton area and many fun things to do with the family. However, we picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we got to the hotel the pool was empty and we were not told until checking in. Also, at some point during our two day stay a member of our groups car was broken into in an attempt to steal the vehicle.

I don’t understand the positive reviews of this property. My main complaint is the filth I found in this hotel. While there are many examples, the primary example is the floors. Upon my arrival, I spilled some water on the bathroom floor. I used a washcloth to wipe it up. The washcloth was black from the dirt on the floor. This was within 5 minutes of arriving so I was not the cause of the filth. The floors were filthy throughout the property.

The front receptionist was horribly rude. The pool was not open for use, which my children we looking forward to!

Nothing fancy, older property but what we expected for the reasonable rate on a holiday weekend.

For this hotel to be priced as a mid-range and not a motel level pricing is ridiculous. I should have spent the extra $200 for my 4 day stay and gone to a nicer hotel up the street. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 7.8/10 on Hotels.com but they have to be paying for fake reviews. The staff is ridiculously rude, don’t acknowledge you, are constantly on their phones, and they don’t answer the front desk phone. The pool is Out of Order and has been for awhile. The breakfast is decent but inconsistent- one morning the bagel had a chemical taste to it so I threw it away. The room appeared clean but I had issues with spiders in the bathroom that kept returning from somewhere. The parking lot gets filled up at night with truckers and other people parking that probably are not staying at the hotel because they don’t ask for the make and model of your car so anyone can be there. As a solo female traveler it made me uncomfortable to return to the hotel at night, I had to park on the side or in the back where there was not always lighting and then walk to the front of the hotel, I avoided the stairwells on the side because again, anyone could just walk into the hotel or the side doors (one night they were propped open). Overall not worth the money or the risk, go somewhere else, this hotel is a dump.

Great place

Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants.

Room and bathroom were dirty/dusty. Fridge and freezer had stains inside. WiFi was poor and kept cutting out. TV froze and couldn’t even be manually turned off. A/C sounded and felt like it was on the struggle bus. Person at the reception desk was disengaged and appeared annoyed to even be there. All in all… not a positive experience and would not recommend!

The kids decided they wanted to go jump in the pool real quick and they did, however the water was disgusting and green in color. When my son got out of the pool he did not smell like chlorinated pool water so it was off to the bath for a real good cleaning after being in that pool. Breakfast in the morning was below average “hotel breakfast” so we grabbed food from a different location. Overall,

Hotel seemed clean but out dated. The water for the shower was only luke warm and had no water pressure.

The property was well maintained and clean.

Staff were great

Not cleaned, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, dog barking all night across the hallway, paper thin walls where you can hear people all night. Had a 3 night reservation but left after the first night. Would not recommend.

Stuff

Breakfast accommodation was ok. I just wanted to comment on the scrambled eggs, the eggs were cooked into ground pieces (harder to pick up with forks) and it does not taste good, not seasoned. The hallways smelled like pot. There were plenty of damages all over the hotel and they were patched/fixed poorly or left as is. Second night, there were 2 cop cars outside the hotel. The hotel is in a really good location. Lots of restaurants, next to I-25. About 10-20mins away from mall/shops, theaters etc. Might need a new management and a renovation.

Privacy and security issues, possibly Mico mini hidden camera in side room, a lot of suspicious movement in hallway,I believe my privacy has been tooking away from induvi

Immaculately clean. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Very nice breakfast (and breakfast staff). well worth the price, wouldn't think twice about staying again in the future

The hotel itself looked very worn out. The pool was closed and looked dirty. Room overall experience was not the greatest starting with the room smelling like a nursing home. That experience alone left my family and I no choice but to go purchase lysol and air fresheners. Do jot think I'll be coming back to this property. Definitely not worth the price it is being advertised.

For what we needed this stay was perfect. The amenities definitely werent grand but we werent there for the extras we were there to just have a place to sleep and it was excellent.

Didnt like it, pool looks ugly.

I didn't catch the name of the front desk employee she checked me in was friendly and dealt with our crazy young children without any issues.. (using the bathroom key multiple times during swimming) cleaning up our water mess in the lobby. We even tried offering her pizza as a way to say thank you for her kindness. The room was bigger than expected and the pull out bed in the couch a huge plus that wasn't mentioned in the accommodations but we definitely needed it! I'll definitely be back at this particular location! Happy new year !

Hotel cleanliness was OK! Not an Awesome neighborhood, homeless people out front when we got here but overall pretty safe. Close to anything you need though! Biggest problem was when we checked in I asked how late the pool was open and the girl said, “ Oh our pool is closed due to a heater issue”! Not even a sorry! I think it’s very unfair to not know that when I set up the reservation! There is literally 10 hotels 1 minute away with pools for less than $20.00 more!

Overall great experience

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Some shady stuff going on outside and around the hotel, which is not their fault, but I definitely wouldn't bring my young family here.

The bed was soft and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Consisted of hot items such as make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again

Nice place to stay perfect for what we needed a place to rest our head before flight

The room was decent. Comfortable bed but unfortunately we were next to an area that was very noisy- even at 3am. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain for our entire stay (3 nights) and when we told the front desk they said they would send someone up, but no one ever came.

There was a decent breakfast and clean pool.
