Pretty good value for the price. The room was clean and was serviced daily. We had events in Cypress, Seal Beach and Long Beach; this location was convenient to all of them. Like most older buildings, there was a fair amount of road/traffic noise.

This was the first time they did not meet our needs. We were there a week. They never refreshed the towels or toilet paper nor did they come item make. Beds.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly. The rooms were dusty and the blow dryer did not even work.

Room was nicely appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The AC kept the room cool throughout the night. An added bonus - a light breakfast was offered to help travelers start their day well fed. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The staff were nice and their breakfast was good. The room itself was updated but it was only superficially clean. The baseboard was dusty and bed skirts were stained and dusty. The AC unit was blowing dust because I started to cough and ended up opening the window for fresh air. Didn’t sleep well either because there was a dog rescue behind the Inn and the dogs started barking in the middle of the night which woke us up. There is also a Home Depot so we could hear all the trucks and workers early in the morning. They are updating the building and rooms which is great but as a customer it was too noisy of a place so we didn’t get much sleep within the three days stay. Nice staff but would not stay here again.

Room style was very convenient for us (mom & pap w/ 2 children). Room looked to be recently remodeled and was nice. Breakfast was decent with a decent amount of choices. Although the room renovation looked nice, it still smelled heavily of fresh paint. Could not get the TV to work, not too big of a deal.

The walls were so thin we heard noise from other rooms and traffic. There was no working phone in the room to call front desk. The walkways were always sticky . We did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool because it was dirty.

Bad area. Hotel is next to a dog kennel and the dogs do a lot of barking. Hotel is run down. I have nothing good to say about our stay.

Stayed in Room 116 it smelled horrible of urine! toilet was dirty on the back and wrappers under bed.

You get exactly what you pay for here—great breakfast and great location! If you are only looking for somewhere to sleep after a long day at an amusement park or the beach, this is a great place. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and location was perfect for Disneyland. The sinks were both clogged, that’s my only complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Booked it for the family room which we needed for 3 people of which one snores loudly hoping there is a way to separate the room via a closed door when sleeping so everyone can sleep. Alas, there were 2 beds, 1 king and 1 queen and yes, the beds were separated by a door plus a bathroom and small kitchenette area sandwiched in between sleeping quarters. It was perfect for our family! We slept well. However, the room was directly beside a road..but the airconditioning helped muffle the noise outside and the thick curtains. We still slept well both nights we were there. All the hotel's people were very approachable, nice and helpful. Parking was free. Breakfast were good and served hot with crambled eggs and sausage for protein. A variety of breakfast items were available such as yogurt, oatmeal, breads, fruits, juices and coffee. The pool looked good. A small, older property but maintained well. There was a working elevator. Wifi was good. There was even a safe in the room which we used. We were also pleasantly surprised that our room was serviced after the first night. We came from a nicer hotel stay in another part of California that did not do that. Great value for the money especially that it was close enough to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm.

Affordable and decent breakfast

In addition we especially loved that breakfast was served daily. It made our mornings so much easier when it came to planning. Check in and checkout were both quick and easy, the staff was friendly and we felt safe throughout our stay, which is always a big plus. For now I am giving it 5 stars; My only pending item is the $200 refundable deposit. I did see a note at check-in, mentioning something about how it can take a few business days to be returned, but we checked out on Wednesday and there still has been no sign of it. I am giving it a week before following up, if needed. I live on a tightrope budget and really need that back. Hoping for the best and the process goes as smoothly as our stay.

We booked this hotel because it was rated 8.4 which is NOT ACCURATE. Very outdated, not close to Disneyland, and breakfast was cereal without milk, packaged danish, plain toast, waffles if there was enough waffle mix, and peach yogurt. They did serve scrambled eggs and sausage daily. Not what I was expecting for the price paid.

Our room has a musty smell despite keeping the window open while we were out. Also, the shower tub drains really slow. On the bright side, the staff are all very accommodating.

Absolutely amazing, I was there for roughly 2.5 weeks and the staff were incredibly friendly, I never had to ask for new towels, they were replacing them as fast as I could use them. The breakfast was great, I couldn’t really hear anyone in other rooms, plenty of parking. All in all it was a great hotel, especially for what I paid. I’d recommend this hotel to people coming to visit the area

Each and every employee we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! Absolutely, wonderful customer service. Great price and location (between Disney and Huntington Beach). Very comfortable bed and pillows. Hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles each morning- some variety would be nice. The property and the rooms are somewhat dated but clean. Our room did have a slight mildew odor, but we weren’t visiting to hang out in a hotel room, so we were barely there. My elderly mom’s room only had a shower and she prefers a tub, but she survived. Overall great stay for the price.

Room was okay except for few things. No working phone. Really loud street noise. Very poor sound proofing. This is one of the worst sound problems that I have ever experienced. Maids started cleaning our room when we left for breakfast. We hung whatever they provided on the door handle. But it looks like cleaning crew just ignored it. I would expect hotel management to fix these problems.

We stay here every three months, love the facility due to convenience and cleanliness. Most of all the receptionist, Ms. Hoang keeps us coming back. She’s very friendly. She understands my mom handicap needs and always accommodate us.

We are a family of 4. 2 adults/ 2 teens. We stayed in a suite with a bed in the main room and another bed in a ‘bedroom’ with a door. What we liked about the layout is they the bed in main room was set behind a half wall thag was the bathroom, there was a small open space where there was a sink and lots of counter space then there was the ‘bedroom’. My husband snores and one of our kids is a very light sleeper. This allowed enough doce between the two beds that the snoring wasnt’t heard at all! We also liked that there was an additional sink in the bathroom, which allowed all 4 of us to get ready quicker. Also the breakfast was tasty and fresh with a lot of variety to choose from. The coffee with breakfast was good and strong!

Only the same food every day, no bacon, just eggs and sausage. Computer printer didn't work. Shampoo and conditioner were almost empty at arrival. No body wash or liquid soap. Very few amenities. It was so so. The maintenance man was friendly and helpful.

The first room that was shown to us smelled like an ash tray so I asked to see a different room. The receptionist gave me two options and ended up in a nice two-bedroom suite at no extra charge. Breakfast was simple but good. Enjoyed our stay.

There were cockroaches in the bathrooms and when we told the management there were not kind, did not offer to refund us or move us. So gross.

The hotel has a decent facade. However, the rooms feel outdated, old, and a bit dirty. Not sure if there is a dog birding, vet but the barks of the dogs made it hard to sleep.

This was the second time staying here. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and breakfast was nice.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower new and updated. Breakfast had several options - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal and a variety of pastries. The breakfast area was small. But the breakfast was good. First impression walking into the office was not great, but it turned out to be a decent place to stay. It took quite a long time to check in.

There was a big hole in our comforter, our shower drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain, same with our sink drain. We came home with many many bed bug bites.

Property well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. Construction of building is such that u can hear upstairs units when people are walking. Also a dog kennel next door so some hotel units can be noisy w barking dogs.

The pool isnt heated is the main reason I'll never stay their again. The breakfast was actually really decent. The facet handle in my room was loose. It was ok, decent value for the price. Liquor store is a 7 min walk which i liked

I kept reading comments how the dog pound or dog facility next to the hotel was loud due to dog barking but we were so tired that we didn't hear them. At night it is all quiet no barks and during the day we could hear them some times but we were out all day. The hotel has on one side 3 floors and the other 2 floors. Westminster street has a lot of traffic during the day and cars since it is close to highway 405 which is a major highway south to Mexico and San Diego and to a big plaza. I also read that the breakfast was poor but we found it to be good with all the essentials like pancake makers (2), sausage and scrambled eggs sections, orange and apple juice and bread with coffee and cereal were good. Free breakfast is a plus even the menus are the same every day. Anyway, I enjoyed my time there and would stay there again.

The front desk woman was rude . Hot tub was filthy with what looked like fecal matter . The air conditioners drip outside and they leave wet rags to collect the water . They stuff paper towels in the vents above the hot tub . I couldn’t stand the first night there and I had to cancel the second night I would have left if my money was returned to me . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone .

I brought my son for a hockey tournament at LA area. This hotel is very close to the rink. It has plenty of parking space, and it also has hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage, a pool that I saw kids were playing in. Great for the price.

Decent enough for a 1 night last minute stay. Only issue is, there’s still a hold on my card even after a week. It would fall off my account then get reposted the next day which is odd.

Breakfast was a plus, when we could make it there by 10. We made it one time. The room above us had an elephant in the room. We had to call and complain at 11 PM.

Bathroom wall and baseboard was dirty right when you walk in I had to use Lysol wipes to clean it and also some hair by the tub While showering I also had to scrub the walls a bit. Neighborhood a bit seedy with people swearing to themselves.

Not a very clean place. There was mold on the shampoo and body wash bottles. Mildew in the shower. Food or something else on the bed skirt. Sheets had holes in them. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is right next to a shelter and so heard dogs constantly barking. We also heard continuous walking around in the room above us. The bed was comfortable though

Exactly what your friends warned you about when you said you were staying at a Quality Inn. Extremely dated outside and in. Carpet is dingy, stained and ugly. Outlets are worn out. Bath drain plug doesn’t stay in. Drawers and doors feel sticky. Entrance to the property kinda sneaks up on you. If you’re just looking for a clean place to lay your head and you don’t need or care about all that stuff, this is a great way to save a little money on your trip.

Overall good stay and convenient to Knotts. Loved the suite room with the queen bed and then a king and a few chairs in a separate room. Quiet and safe. The pillows are trash, and the coffee was never quite hot enough.

Stayed here the night before our cruise. Was perfect for what we needed. Distance to the port was maybe a 20 minute drive, staff was friendly, breakfast was good... My only complaint is that it's a little dated... But other than that, five stars!!!

I liked the breakfast and we always had fresh sheets and towels. The pool had some leaves in it, and the TV was a little tricky to use at first but very good property!

Breakfast is excellent with hot iron waffle, good scramble eggs, very good sausage, Yoplait yogurt, juice, orange. I did not try other items. The sink on the third floor room 302 has a very strong sewer smell from the drain. This is I rated facility 3 star, everything else is great.

Always like the jacuzzi pool option in the room. Glad they still offer some breakfast options. Glad they offered additional towels for next day. Only thing that was the smell when first walked in the room.

The Inn is a bit older and needs some TLC. Over all stay was decent. We had a room facing the main road so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was also average. For the price of the room it was decent.

The only issue i had is that i added my husband to the reservation cause i didn't know if i would be able to go. I told the Expedia guy this. However when they go to the location they still said it was only in my name and we had to go threw a few hoops to get them checked in. We have stayed at the location a few times because we like it. I should have just put the reservation in his name in the first place. ugh
