Staff in front desk is rude; She's not polite. Noise, stair is vey dirty. Room is ok Make it c;lean and change the staff in fron desk

When I arrived to the property, a co worker gave me a ride. As soon as he parked and I went up to my room I immediately received a call asking me to come down to the office. I immediately went , the property owner asked me who's truck that was, I then told her a coworker who gave me a ride and he was leaving. Her immediate response was I need you to check out , now and.for your "friend " to leave now. I asked may I know why? Her answer was "his truck might scare people and some people may not like that. We don't know what kind of people they are" I said that's a work truck ! I left , I didn't stay there. Until this day they refuse to give me a refund.

Their policy of no guests or visitors, which takes away the partiers and rowdy friends of guests. Overall, hotel itself was very quiet. Hotel is surrounded by mostly commercial businesses, so they close at night, reducing noise. The room was clean. Rooms serviced every day.. Bed was comfortable. Staff not very welcoming. At check in, front desk only said, "Give me your ID, credit card. Sign. Slid key under security window. No hotel info provided. No coffee in lobby, no coffee makers in room. Microwave did not have tge plate or rollers, so unable to use. I told front desk woman, she said she'd have one brought to my room, it never was. Unable to use microwave to make my own instant coffee. Bathtub drains very slow using the shower, so you stand in ankle deep water. Alot of damage to furniture, walls, baseboards ceiling, no side table lamps, limited lighting. Everything is old, damaged, but clean. I took photos of everything in the room upon check-in and when I checked out. So as not to be blamed.

Check in was fine. Very few amenities on the property and in the room. No clock in the room and I didn't receive maid service. If you are a light sleeper like me, you might be bothered by the traffic noise. I could hear it clearly. But otherwise, it was OK. I did have a refrigerator and microwave which I used, so that came in handy. And always had plenty of free parking.

Clean and spacious room, with a comfortable and modern decor. The staff could be a little more friendly, but they were still professional. I enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel looked decent on the outside and seemed clean on the inside. However, the floors were dirty, and I had to brush a bunch of dirt off my feet before getting into bed.

The hotel was very inside. The room smelled so it’s not smoking like fishing smell and I stay two hours and check out it must refund my money. I don’t like it, but they’re not accept to refund the money.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom light kept turning on and off on its own.

The owner was terribly rude, threw my ID and the room key when I was checking in . Turned around and walked away. You would think Im asking for a free stay.

Amenities is old. I think we paid too much for such a room and condition. It should not be $126 as Expedia charged us. I want a refund. I will spread the word of incorrect rating that Expedia had me to belief. The place was smelly. On the scale of 10, I would give this place a 4 or 5. 2 star.

I think this place needs an update. They clean the rooms daily, but the rooms are very dated.

Let's start with the hotel it's older and outdated. The rooms are big,bathroom NEEDS updated,outlets didn't work, beds need too be updated. The owners are wonderful, very polite people, would come back for the price... housekeeping was exceptional however, i didn't like my stuff thrown on the floor while they attended the room.

It’s nice clean and comfortable . I would stay again. Cleaning lady was a little rude she had her cart parked in front of the elevator I was waiting for her to move it so I could get my walker through but instead she picked up some garbage and went into the elevator. Didn’t even move the cart so I could get in the elevator when it came back up. The office staff was very nice.

Shower curtains was old n short that when showering water from shower splashed to the floor, TV remote control was broken batteries were exposed with missing cocer. Asked the Front desk to replace or repair but took long hours for them to acknowledged . Poot Service

The room was clean, parking lot was clean. There were burn holes in the duvet. Toilet kept running on and off all night and it was really loud.. kept me up. Traffic is also noisy. Overall though my family was happy and comfortable

On a whim after Disneyland I booked here after seeing a good overall rating without reading reviews… trying to get checked was awful, the woman at the window looked like she was angry with full brow tension, extremely short and zero explanation on where my room was, mind you it was dark and I’ve never been here and traveled with 2 sleeping children. Luckily the inn is small and I just figured it out, upon entering the room it didn’t look that bad until I looked closely at everything. The tv remote felt DISGUSTING I had to hand sanitize it and even then was grossed out. The bedding felt nasty, I was shocked I didn’t get bed bugs. Bugs in the tub.. the fridge had used dirty plastic cups in it. I just can’t believe I stayed for the few hours I did, I was exhausted after Disneyland. Oh and there is NO door latch for safety on the inside. I was awake all night, again alone with 2 young kids. Never again.

Old facility, room clean, weak WiFi, felt insecure, one man staff in tiny office behind plexiglass. Limited parking. No restaurants or shops close by. Semi industrial area of town.

Roach motel! Never staying here again and we been staying for years now there's roaches everywhere, told them multiple times did nothing. Never coming back. Hope it was worth losing your best customer. Never compensated us once offor anything. Not once over years! That's bad business.

Lady from the office is fantastic

This the 3rd time in the last few months there's been a huge roach in my room, so unfortunately we just can't stay anymore, and we been coming for years you know that. From crazy guests next to us, to no hot water multiple times, to now roaches and we never complain, but sadly we're never compensated for these troubles or offered a special rate for how much we stay, no one stays more than us, suppose to take care of your valued customers. Anyway. Take care. Can't do roaches.

Older hotel in need of an update but a good place to stay and worth the price. Bed is comfortable and place was quiet.

Walls and floors in the room need cleaning. Under one of the beds was a lot of filth and a huge, dead roach.

It was a decent place to stay. The AC wasn’t very strong.

We were in the handicap accessible room, 315. The TV was big, good programming. Ice machine worked fine. Beds were comfortable enough. Room key sleeve was old and dirty. A/C worked well.

Room was decent for the price. However it has no ironing board to iron clothes.

My stay was great and they did work with me even with cash deposit! I was a little concerned about the cleaning to the bed though I could tell the didn’t throughly clean it before showing but there people skills great, has a ice machine, cooler actually worked, and tv also worked great which is why overall I give them a 4 out of 5! I’d say that is still great!! Thank u guys!!

At least the sheets were clean. The key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception with all my luggage to fix it. Bathtub was disgusting and I couldn’t step barefoot in it to take a shower.

I've tried to message you guys multiple times, there was a huge roach in are room last time so we haven't been back which is unfortunate because this was ar favorite hotel, and it was the second I had seen in two weeks. Usually great place, good people, had never seen one for the years using this hotel till recently.

This was a great location, and it met my expectations.

It was a quick and easy check In and check out. The plugs by the bathroom sink didn’t work and couldnt connect my straightener to use

Con: rooms were dark color, old & not well kept. Cooking smell in the air. Pealing wall paper, broken, noisy ceiling fans, broken outlet wall plate. A lot of daisy chained electric cords. Traffic & other renter noises. Rude cleaning lady. Summary: Although we feel it’s not worth a $100/night, we did not have problem while we were there beside some rubbing marks on our rental car which cleaned off easily. We hiked a lot so it’s just a place to sleep. The location was convenient for us to the beach (6.5 Miles) & major market places. Close enough to walk yet far enough to stay out of the way. The dark decor & faint cooking smell make it feel a little yucky. The owner lady was nice & ready to work with us. She exchanged room for us readily & offered to have the fan fixed, but we didn’t need it in February. Will explore other places next time.

Hotel wasn't too bad, just a little old and not kept up. A little paint here and there would improve the rooms.

I like the location, near and convenient to all the places and restaurants where I wanted to visit. I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms are very smelly when we first enter. I have to turn on the AC/fan and open the all the windows and door, but then it’s very noisy because the building is on the busy traffic road. One of our rooms has bad pet’s odor. One of the arm chairs is so dirty and worn out that I wouldn’t dared to sit on it. I can see mold on the bathroom’s ceiling and walls. Overall. Location is great. Cleanliness is so poor.

Nice enough... just used for sleeping. A lot of road noise and thin walls so heard voices of the people in rooms on either side of us into the wee hours of the morning. YAWN

Unfortunately when we arrived the room had many flies and had an unpleasant smell. We sprayed disinfectant spray and realized the pillows had discharge all over. They atleast chose to give us a cleaner room.

I love it, cause the rooms were comfortable, clean, comfy bed, the room is just really nice and the check in was very nice, quick, very helpfull and friendly front desk employee. Over all, everything was great and very comfortable just like home and a lot of shopping centers around the area as well. Highly recommended. Thanks Princess Inn in Westminster for the comfortable stay and look forward to coming back when I'm in the area. Have great weekend.

The property itself was worn-out, dirty and aged but the staff was incredible. Very professional. This made up for the lacking amenities.

The room was very dirty the chair was so stained it was black in spots, the bath tub had mold, the air conditioner was very loud, there was a sewer smell coming out of the drain in the floor, our socks were black from walking on the floor.

I thought this would be a ratchety place to stay because I didn't have much money. But I was wrong. It was actually comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This is a budget stay, room is clean, no smell. I was there for 2 nights. I was first being conservative only booked for a night, then I returned for the 2nd night. Can’t beat the price, it matches my basic need.
