Great hotel

Also the minimal type of breakfast that is usually included with the price paid for the room was not included. They set up a wrinkled dirty paper sign that was written with a marker that there is a charge for breakfast. So unprofessional! We stay at hotels on business travel every weekend and they all have breakfast included with the price paid for the room. I would not stay here again due to the noise allowed at all hours of the night.

Your basic run of the mill hotel. Staff were courteous and professional, however my only complaint was that my remote in my room seems to be out of battery. When I called to possibly get new ones I was told that only a maintenance worker would be able to change the batteries. Maybe enable the staff to resolve minor issues in the future.

Very clean and comfortable There was a sports team staying there and they weren’t monitored by parents - I was woken up prior to 0730 by kids running and yelling through the hallway and banging on my door. Not the fault of the property.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel room was clean and had what we needed. We had an adjoining room, and I noticed that the connecting door was left unlocked. So basically, our room partners could have come in at night, but thankfully I saw it about an hour into being in the room and secured the door. I would have expected it would be locked by default, though.

There are a couple of things that were less than satisfactory though. First thing, the shower stall is extremely small and cramped even for just one person. Secondly, the elevator had food trash all over it(scraps, chicken bones, etc.) We told Monica right away and she was on it. Thirdly, there was a comedy show gathering in the lobby that night we checked in and although this is not the fault of the staff or the hotel, the guests of the show were loud, belligerent, and a little creepy. One of them approached me and my partner and we felt very uncomfortable after the interaction. Maybe in the future, I would suggest holding the guests of the show in a conference room or something because they were congesting the lobby/elevator area. Lastly, although we did have a late checkout and put the do not disturb sign on the door, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door multiple times after telling them we had a late checkout. I would suggest to the staff to respect the sign on the door and communicate with each other which rooms have already been cleaned/knocked on/checked. Other than those things, I really enjoyed my stay. Very reasonable price, wonderful front desk staff, clean rooms, and free parking!

The room was fine but it was most annoying to have the soap gel and shampoo in the shower be empty. To add insult, the pen I used to leave a note about it ran out of ink!!

The fronk desk agent was wonderful, unfortunately, I didn't get her name. She was so accommodating and friendly. The room was oerfect for my needs. Great location with plenty of parking.

The staff at the desk was very welcoming upon arrival. She answered questions before I asked them! When I returned in the evening she was kind and offered a coupon for breakfast the next day! Luis, at the breakfast was also very kind he brought my breakfast to me and customized my fruit choices. I believe the people that represent the hotel are the ones thar bring people back again

The hotel was just ok. Upon arrival we were told there would be no dinner bar or restaurant for the rest of the week. That would’ve been nice to know before booking. They had coffee in a carafe but when we poured a cup it was cold. Sooo, no food and cold coffee—didn’t feel very welcomed.

The worst part of the stay for us was the staff. Very unfriendly and they kept us waiting for no reason. We also tried to get coffee our first morning but they did not have any made. A staff member stated that another staff member had called in sick. We travel quite a bit and we would not stay here again.

The bar was closed when we got there on a Saturday around 4pm and when asked they had no reason. This would have made our stay more enjoyable since it was a really cold day!

We spent about two hours outside of our room because the keys didnt work due to the key pad on the door. They ended up giving us another room that the key didnt work for but our things were locked in another room until the next morning. The girl at the front desk the night of november 25th was very unprofessional as well

Room was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was terrible—out of 6 day stay they failed to service the room 2 days, not making up the room, cleaning the bathroom, taking out the trash, or providing clean towels. Once was bad, but doing this a second time after we raised the issue was completely unacceptable.

Staff has been phenomenal. I had to extend my stay due to weather. The wonderful ladies at the desk were incredibly helpful. Another gentleman ended up walking with me to my car to clean the snow off. Rooms were well kept, hallways were clean, and I always felt safe. I will absolutely be back!

Room was very clean. Excellent price for a hotel close to Chicago. The bartender was wonderful. Compared to most Marriott owned hotels the bed and bedding were just okay- Clean but not exceptionally comfortable.

It was a great location

Everything was fine except the pillows were rather small for the size of the bed (King) and there was no ice machine on the first floor. The people working in the kitchen area were very nice and gave me the ice I needed though.

I wanted to stay in Chicago. I needed a car for transportation. Unfortunately the parking in Chicago hotels was for a high fee unless you take a room in a hotel and the suburbs of Chicago and that's what I did. The hotel was on the highway and the parking was free. There was no breakfast and that was a negative. There wasn't enough coffee in the morning for the residents. But with all honesty the hotel is clean and the rooms are well equipped. For what I paid, the hotel was worth it. If I have to do it again I will do the same thing. Rent a car , find a hotel with a free parking and enjoy my stay.

Booked location as convenient to what we were doing and being close to family. Not much is walkable as in a business park area on busy road. Advise to consider this. Found breakfast to be pricey, entree comes with no frills. $12 for an omelet no potatoes, meat or toast to accompany it was srrange.

Very, very ordinary. No vending machines: no pool; available food quite limited. Worst of all is poor exterior lighting. Access road is narrow, unlit. no exterior lighting alerting customers to its location. Even the sign above the canopy is unlit. Multiple other sites are more desirable.

Lobby and elevator are showing signs of theri age but the hotel room was excellent and comfortable and ideal for a single night business stay.

I had an issue with my room, and I asked to be moved. The hotel attendant was understanding, professional and efficient. She understood my concerns, and she showed me a new room. She asked, "how is this one", I approved and was settled in the new room in less than 10 minutes. I still had an issue with the TV which is why I don't give it a perfect score, but the rooms were clean, the area is peaceful, I like the aesthetic, and OfCourse, the customer service was great!

This was an excellent stay and staff was extraordinarily helpful. My only issue came when I was using the handicap grab bar to put on my prosthetic leg. The bar ripped out of the wall. It was only held by sheet rock anchors and not moly bolts. Luckily, it held long enough to grab another bar and lower myself into my wheelchair. There was a second or two of panic over an impending fall, though.

They only cleaned and serviced our room twice in our 5 day stay!!! COVID is OVER!!! There is NO REASON for limited housekeeping! How come your prices are the same when you CHOOSE to provide LESS service??!! We have been staying there for many years but will no longer come there.

Lovely and helpful woman at the front desk! I must say the room temperature was freezing when I arrived, but they were all so helpful and I slept great. Breakfast was pretty good, too. I liked that they open early.

The room was adequate - however my room went for days without any cleaning service at all - absolutely unacceptable! When I say days - I arrived on Tuesday - and my room was not cleaned on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday! I complained to the front desk on Thursday - and was told that cleaning service is only every other day - and unfortunately given that the hotel was fully booked the cleaning staff mustn’t have been able to clean it on Thursday. The woman from the front desk brought up towels and toilet paper (as we were out) and offered us free breakfast for the trouble. She also indicated that my room would be on the cleaners’list for Friday - so it would be cleaned. On Friday, yet again the room was not cleaned. My spouse had to empty the garbage in our room (as it was overflowing) and take the mountain of used, damp towels out of our room into the hallway (as it was starting to smell musty). Again we requested fresh towels and toilet paper. We were assured by the front desk that our room would be cleaned on Saturday… When the cleaning staff knocked Saturday morning - we let them in - they emptied the garbage and promptly left. I asked -why aren’t you cleaning our room? They indicated our room wasn’t on “the list” to be cleaned. At this point I’m extremely frustrated!!! I spoke with the front desk and indicated that I was going out to eat - and my room needs to be cleaned. Finally it was cleaned! Ordered breakfast - and I was charged! Not free - as promised!

The property over booked and we were told there was not a room available even after we prepaid. Epedia customer service was no help. The property was finally able to find a room in a diffent town.

Four Points should be called FIVE Points, because that’s the rating it deserves. The staff gave above and beyond service. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a nice place to stay, because Peace is Priceless.

Very nice room, pictures are accurate. I am assuming that there are 2 bathroom types available and my room had the brown colored one.

I did not check into my room until after midnight. This hotel overbooked and is not willing to do anything. This is crazy.

I didn't stay here and you all charged my card and now given me the run around for my money back on my card. I've spoken to Chanel Amy and corporate Nancy yall have lost your minds after I'm done you one wish this never happened we stayed at the holiday inn

Hotel needs updating and more vender options and handicap access to all doors. I would not stay at this property again. The price of the room was to much wirh No continental breakfast or pool. Last roon was very small

The hotel was nice, clean , but the desk staff was not very friendly or warm. We felt as though we were disturbing her evening when we checked in. Not the greeting we enjoyed after 6 hours in the car. We did not use the table service for meals, but it looked serviceable. We did enjoy an evening cocktail which was pleasant, but mostly we were tired and just wanted to rest quietly. And that we did! The halls were not busy or loud.

Property is clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on-site but also very close to several other restaurants and shopping.

It was a beautiful hotel, very easily accessible with easy free parking! Lots to do in the area and just outside of Chicago, so you can enjoy the Chicago amenities without paying the Chicago price and dealing with the parking hassles.

We arrived 8pm, planned on eating dinner There was only 1 person working the bar/food area. Line was long due to a comedy event going on. We waited in line, decided to go pickup fast food, brought it back to eat, the line hadn’t changed!Very disappointed as we were very tired and hungry, having a “restaurant “ in hotel was part of the reason we chose to stay there

What I really didn’t like was the lighting. It was a cool blue color. Not a warm natural feel to it at all. There was a party in a room down the hall too that started at 1:00am and went to 3:00am. Noisy.

Stay was good. I would recommend moving the shower grab bar. It’s definitely in the way when showering. I kept hitting my arm on it. I also found it disturbing that there was no night clerk at the front desk on most nights, anyone could just walk in to the hotel. On the plus side it was near the highway to the airport and near major roads and varios stores

Breakfast was very good, and reasonably priced. Furniture by the fireplace needed cleaning. The shades in our room were not working. They would neither raise nor lower. The room itself was small, and the bathroom door was difficult to open as it was as wide as the hallway and had to swing across the hall to open making it difficult to get into the bathroom.

We stayed for three nights and they just changed the towels once and they did not do the bed any of the days. The staff is very friendly, tho.

My "standard" queen was a cramped Handicapped room. Not at all what I expected when I paid the same rate as if I had booked on Bonvoy website. Besides I was told I was not eligible for my Bonvoy points because I used Expedia. Never ever again!!

Very nice and great customer service!

Spent a night here with my husband and it was really nice. The staff was friendly and approachable. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. This is not a property with walkable attractions or restaurants but there is plenty of restaurants with a short drive. The area feels safe with free parking. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Regarding the room, one of the bed lights was burned out and the switches on the fixtures were all turned off so when I checked into to the room after dark and turned on the light switch no lights came on in the room. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to find and turn on some light fixtures. Also, the room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Ice is only on odd number floors.

Great room and service bathroom was missing shower wash and shampoo but had plenty of conditioner. Over all i loved it and plan to come back soon
