Staybridge Suites West Seneca by IHG

Early in my visit the desk clerk gladly gave me a bag of ice. Later in my stay a lady clerk sleeping said the ice maker was broken, yet there were buckets of ice being used for the breakfast display.

The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sent someone up to take a look. It was determined it could not be fixed, so they moved us to a different room. The AC in the new room was very noisy, but at least it was cool. Will stay here next time we travel to south Buffalo.

The hotel smelt amazing!!

Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The room was so comfortable and great for both families that went! Elevator was scary, water was dripping from pipes in the hallway, the paint was chipping in the pool and floating around, and there were lots of areas that needed fixed. The lady making breakfast was a bit standoffish due to some people not knowing how to use a waffle maker.

Very good extended stay location.

Loved the suite. It was a perfect stay for our ladies weekend getaway. Breakfast buffet was one of the cleanest and nicest we've seen. room was spacious and very clean Rate could have been a little more competitive. We chose this for location to our event. Elevator was very scary and we were on the 6th floor

We booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for Maintenance

The stay was great. My bathroom door had a broken hinge and wouldn’t shut at all. I will say everything else was great for my stay.

Clean rooms, no black out shades though. The pool was packed with kids the weekend I was there. So if you want to enjoy the pool I would inquire about big groups when you book.

Breakfast had many choices, was well stocked and was very clean. Our room was very clean as well. Plenty of bed space and people space. Furniture was clean and very comfortable. Even the lighting in the room was well planned. Our youngest loved the cookies at the front desk! Only 1 elevator worked on a busy holiday weekend. We booked for 5 people and they left us 3 towels. My wife and daughters use 2 each shower. Only a partial toilet paper roll was in the room when we arrived. The limited supplies would have been fine except that a sign at check-in notifies that housekeeping only happens during the week??!!

Staff was great. The accommodations are really nice to have, such as the suite and kitchenette in the room. It made our stay very easy.

However, besides the layout, we also chose the hotel because of the pool. But the pool was closed for repairs. The front desk staff our first day there could not tell us when it would be available to use--like whether it was likely to be closed for a day, or weeks, or anything. The front desk staff on the second day told us the same thing, but also told us that the pool at the hotel next door was available to Staybridge Suites guests. That was nice, but it seemed like communication from management to staff just wasn't consistent. Also, the milk from the machine our first breakfast there was somewhat sour. So, with the mix of experiences it rates average.

Room was nice, hotel was clean & maintained, except the pool which was closed indefinitely for repairs. We chose a hotel with a pool on purpose, finding out when we got there that we had to walk across the parking lot to the hotel next door was not a fun surprise!

It was a great setup for our family of 5 to travel. Lots of space, clean, and good location.

It’s spaced room Nothing!

This is the second time. I have stayed at staybidge suites buffalo by igh for a game and i haven't been disappointed ? once. It was a great hotel for a great experience.

Staff were very nice and the facility was clean and nice.

The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and it made the carpet under and around it soppy wet. The room also had a foul musty smell from the wet carpet. We informed the front desk twice and nothing was done. We cut our stay short (instead of 4 nights we only stayed 2)n nobody even offered to change us to another room until we checked out. We ended up finishing our stay at the neighboring Cottage Inn & Suites. We have stayed at Staybridge several times in the past with no issues, but this time it was very disappointing.

Disappointed to know the cleaning staff (maids) only came once a week and we had to retrieve bath towels at the front desk.

Great place to stay. The staff was great. The room was as advertised.

Staff was friendly but somewhat unhelpful. Room was clean but the bathroom door didn't close and the hinges on the bathroom door were obnoxiously loud. We paid for a room for three people but the room didn't have bedding for the pull out bed. I had to go to the front desk twice and still didn't end up with proper bedding.

The hotel and staff were awesome! We loved staying here. Met a lot of new people and had a great time!!

It didn’t seem well taken care of. Doors painted poorly, door frames beat up needing paint, dirty lamp shade( something red wiped across it, possibly blood), chipped coffee cups. Lacking attention to detail everywhere. I don’t think I could recommend.

Pillows smelled stale as did the extra pillows in the closet. The air condition was very loud and was not cool at all.

The staff was sweet and responsive. Breakfast was good and plenty. Rooms were very comfortable, and we were able to see the sunrise every morning from our beds, what a view! Location was perfect! I didnt like how folks put their trash bags in the hallway. I felt it was rude. I think the hotel should invest in trash bins on each floor, this way folks can throw away their trash and hotel remains clean and presentable.

My bed had ceumbs on it and the outside seating area was dusty snd mon sonw as picking up cigarete filters off the table so it hasent been cleaned in a long time also the halways smely like burning electric near the elevator and my room was right next to the elevator so it kept waking me up

We were on the third floor. While our room was very clean there had been a burst pipe in the fourth floor from a sewer or toilet line which. Dripped down into the third floor hall- smelling the entire floor up of raw sewage. The smell did come into our room. Not pleasant.

Love the location and kitchenette ..but very very expensive . Doubled the rate due to a local concert 🙁

Employees have exceptional customer service. Rooms are always clean and cozy. Amenities are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Huge kudos to all the staff and management for continued efforts. My family and I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it never disappoints. Hospitality nowadays goes SUCH a long way. All employees are so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. Well worth every hard earned penny.

What a great room!

The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and warm demeanor truly made the experience exceptional. Great hotel, we had a two room suite and it was really well appointed, large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the attendants were really helpful and kept the buffet looking fresh and full. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel-great location for Bills Games

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. They were double beds, not queen. Too small for a couple. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast was good, but I had no car and the distance to the bus stop is far. There are no shops within walking distance and there is nothing in that area, so definitely do not stay here if you do not have access to a vehicle. Uber cost $24.91 for a one way ride to a small mall 5 miles away.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Close enough to the highway for easy access to things we want to do.

Great location and love having a microwave and refrigerator in room, especially helpful when located across from two grocery stores. Location is very quiet and feels safe. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great - food was really good. My second time staying here and I will stay again! This was a fabulous stay. Extremely clean and quiet. It smelled wonderful as well. The staff there are absolutely marvelous. I will stay here every year from now on.

My sink was cracked and the breakfast was a total, hot, processed, limited, disgusting mess however i enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast options are good and fast. Room is clean.

Overall the property was great. There were a few maitenance issues but they were quickly resolved. What I didn't like was everyday there were a couple of men sitting outside the entrance smoking and drinking. They looked like questionable people and made me and my family feel uneasy.

The room could have been cleaner. It was definitely not up to IHG standards.

Love staying at Staybridge

We took a small group of 5 children for an overnight stay for my daughters birthday. The room was very spacious for the amount of people we had. It was a nice surprise that there was dishes in the cupboards and a dish washer. I could go on and on about how nice our stay was. I would stay here again.

Our one-night stay was very comfortable and restful for us after a long drive and visiting with our family at a memorial service for a much loved cousin. The suite was very clean and perfect for our stay. The staff was helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work our stove. The breakfast was fantastic.

The people at the front desk, when we first got there, were very helpful and quite nice! Breakfast was ok and the location was good for shopping and getting on the highway quickly.

Clean, spacious suite.

We had a one bedroom suite for 4 people. Our room was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the indoor pool. It was cloudy and the air was so thick with a chemical smell that we decided not to risk it. Aside from that, terrific!

We were so lucky to have Vince and Nicole and the whole staff. Half of our family was here for the Bills game but myself and daughter were not. We were at the hotel early and they were amazing getting us into a room. My 5 year old was pretty chill in the walls of room and my sanity was saved. The rooms were updated and clean. The staff were kind and easy to approach. They were always really on top of any ask we had and we have no complaints! The stay was great.
