Staff were great. They were able to get us early checkin to get ready for a wedding we were attending

New hotel. Great location off the highway and across the street from Tops and Wegmans. Easy access to Buffalo and 15 minutes to airport. Beds squeaked and pillows were awful, but overall very clean and safe.

My experience at this place was terrible. I booked the hotel that very day—just before 6:00 PM—and arrived at 11:00 PM to check in, only to find that they couldn't locate my reservation. I had to call Expedia support to help me resolve the issue; I spent two hours on the phone—until 1:00 AM—before I was finally able to check in. They gave me a key card that didn't work for the room, so they gave me another one that *did* work—but for a different room. However, that room had only one bed, whereas I had specifically requested two. Then they gave me yet another key card—insisting this time that it was for a room with two beds—but once again, it turned out to be a room with just a single bed. It wasn't until 2:00 AM that we finally got into a room and were able to get some sleep. I do not recommend this place at all. It is a place where the staff is completely inattentive. The place is dirty; the sound the door makes when you enter is horrible; and the breakfast... It was the worst I have ever tasted. Do not stay at this place—ever.

Stayed here 1 night when taking a South to North roadtrip. It’s a nice clean hotel that checks all the basics when traveling; close to the interstate, clean, free parking, free breakfast. Nice and quiet. No issues. Would stay here again

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and breakfast was fully stocked with staff coming out to refill eggs and coffee. Only negative was the black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The fan doesn’t come on automatically so guests probably don’t even use it.

What a great hotel Room was perfect. The whole hotel was spotless. There was some sort of tournament involving kids. We never heard a sound! Great front desk staff!

We booked a King Room thru Expedia. When we arrived we were given a Two Queen Bed Room and charged a King Rate. When asked the unhelpful attendant said that Expedia customers aren't as important as those who book through their website. They gave away our room we booked 46 days in advance. No discount or refund was offered or allowed. We will NEVER use Expedia again and book directly with the hotels.

Checked in at 720pm no one at the desk for half hour. As we were waiting in car for check in men came up to the car and didnt leave until we were going to call police. Am staff great breakfast 10 stars

Great stay! Very clean and family friendly. Room was big enough for a family of 4 + some room. Kids loved the pool and free breakfast. Breakfast included everything you'd want! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Very basic hotel and quite overpriced. Breakfast was minimal, and there weren’t enough chairs for everyone. On the positive side, the bed linens and towels were clean.

Great place to stay for Bills Games. Very clean and close to Highmark Stadium.

Booked the hotel for a Buffalo Bills home game. Lots of Bills fans, staff was super friendly and helpful. Rally bus picks you up and drops you off right outside the hotel which was great! Keep in mind the Rally bus does not have affiliation with the hotel, so the hotel staff cannot help with bookings or information. Saw people giving staff a hard time about the bus but it is out of their control.

Right off the highway

Front desk was helpful and professional. The personnel in the kitchen room were very angry and shouting profanity during breakfast over unfair working conditions. Room had dried vomit or some bodily fluid on the carpet. Otherwise mediocre clean. Cleaning staff seemed overworked. Not sure we'd stay here again but heard the other hotel in the area was even worse so limited choices in the area. Room next to us was having a party w/lots of drugs so the stay was negative from the beginning. Only visually saw the pool which looked ok.

I was warmly greeted and told the room i requested wasnt quite ready, but would i like a similar instead. Yes that would be great. I had trouble with my tv, asked a worker in the hallway who was more than helpful! Everyone was so pleasa t!

Not only did Jess accommodate me and my children, she greeted me by name as we entered the hotel with a great big smile! Gabby checked us in with her kind smile. Jess graciously came to our room with extra pillows, blankets, & towels. In the morning, I noticed an envelope under the door. Jess & Gabby had slipped a handwritten card under our door thanking us for choosing Hampton and wishing us safe travels on our drive home to Michigan. Jess & Gabby handled themselves so professionally and we’re just kind and genuine! Thank you, ladies! You are exceptional!!!

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Buffalo South/I-90. There was a small issue at check in that I was quickly able to resolve with a call to Hotels.com and some effort by the friendly desk attendant at the hotel. Highly recommended!

I traveled with six young women with disabilities and this hotel was more than accomadating.

Everything seems fine on the surface, but the dust in the air conditioner in the room was terrible. There was a smell in the room once I opened the door.

Amazing staff. We had to stay because of a family member in the hospital nearby. They were extremely patient and helpful as our circumstances kept changing. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Nice breakfast spread as well.

It was ok. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Not close to any restaurants or shopping. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t replenished. And when we called for clean towels they told us we had to come get them.

Walls are very thin...could hear "EVERYTHING" in the room next to us...guys partying, puking...on the other side was the ice machine...could hear the compressor pulsing/on and off all night...so we left in the middle of the night to return home...back to Sudbury (6 hour drive)

A little hard to find a parking spot but really clean

This hotel is ok but caution does not have a large enough parking lot to accommodate all the cars. We had to park at an adjacent bank. It was close enough but definitely not ok to park in a separate lot.

We had a great experience at this hotel! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and moved quickly, the free breakfast was actually delicious, and all of the amenities (pool and gym) were functional and weren’t ever too busy even though we were there on a weekend. Definitely recommend this place as a comfortable place to stay.

Check in was fast and check in person very friendly. Room was super quiet and the beds and pillows super soft. My son and I slept like babies. We went to the pool and it was clean and has a very nice outside sitting area to dry off in. There is a Tops grocery store across the street where we went to get snacks for the rest of our trip. And of course breakfast is always very good. This is why we always chose Hampton Inn when we travel.

Hotel was noisy.. there were youth sports teams . I am all for youth sports but the hotel should separate the other guests. The toilets also flush loudly. But the bed is comfy and the room was very clean.
