Our blanket had cigarette burn holes in it. We had to request a new one. There was trash left in the room: under the bed, in drawers and fridge, used gum stuck to the headboard. There were also roaches in the bathroom. There were people yelling at all hours.

Location was good When I booked online it said checkout was at 1130 but when I got there to get the room they insisted checkout was at 11. Then they gave me room with only a shower so I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a room with a bath and they acted like I did something wrong in the first room they gave me! Even followed me back to the room to assure themselves that I didn't do anything to the room. The room was hot as hell when I first got in! Took an hour just to cool the room down. Couldn't open the windows because of some wooden blinders they had instead of curtains. The fridge sucked.... Never got our drinks cold. The end tables were horrible. Looked like they came from the thrift store. When we were leaving, which was early (at like 9am), the Manager was standing by our room and staring at us! Watching our every move as if we had already done something wrong!! I threw garbage in the dumpster and the manager went through our garbage to see what we threw away ? Then, just before we were packed up and ready to leave we were accosted by a homeless woman on a bicycle trying to sell us dumper items! Also, I gave the hotel key to the Manger before we drove away and he hurried into the room to see if he could find anything wrong inside the room! Unbelievable

The staff is friendly Roaches, tvs that don’t work, there facilities have very minimal hot water, and they have shutoffs of there water supplies constantly so I can’t always shower or let alone wash my hands when I want to

The motel owner was amazing. Very friendly The bed was very comfortable and location was close and walking distance to all we needed to do. Air conditioning worked well. The room was dirty and there were no ‘real’ utilities. No jug to boil water, plates, cups. Knifes or forks etc no coffee or such either. We had to ask for fresh towels The floor and bathroom needed a good scrub. Hot water took a good five minutes or more to come through on shower. There were many transients and homeless begging just outside motel but did not give any bother. Neighbourhood business owners are very rude.

Nothing, found 5 cockroaches in our room. We checked in at 1p.m., were there 10 minutes and left for a concert and did not check backin in til 11p.m. Found 3 cockroaches in the tub, one on the wall, and 1 had managed to get into my coffee that was on a nightstand next to the couch. I went to office and told them we were leaving, not staying in a room with nasty bugs. The guy told me he would go in and spray room and it would be good, like I would want to stay in the room after that. They would not refund me, so my daughter and I drove back home ( hour drive) , and stayed in our own roach free homes and then drove back down the next day to the venue we were attending. The red flag was the guy sleeping in the dumpster right across from our room..good times.

Not Applicable - our July 13, 2023 paid reservation was not honored due to over-booked rooms on Oct 6, 2023 Oct 6, 2023 was the Townhouse Motel reservation - a 1.4 mile walk from the train station. We purposely looked for a motel within walking distance. We pre-paid (required for one-night stay) for a room via credit card on July 13, 2023 through Booking.com Motel owner said there was no room for us - said Booking.com had over-booked the reservations for Oct 6th, 2023.
