When I asked for hot water . The staff at that time try to get it but looks like she is not happy ( a black lady).

Be aware that to park on the property is 16.50 per night

The breakfast hostess on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday was the best. She made sure everyone was taken care of, the food was hot and plentiful. The hostess on Monday was not very helpful. The oatmeal was cold, and ran out of coffee for 30-45 minutes during breakfast, around 7:30-8:00 AM.

This is a wonderful hotel. Room is spacious, lean, well appointed. Staff are fabulous, pleasant, and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Usually it is wonderful, however this time I got hit by a wire coming out of the pull out bed. Reported it, in 3 days it wasn't repaired. There was an incident involving their pool guy and my children, manager was in a meeting, and never bothered to follow up. My oldest didn't want to go back to the pool. Breakfast was great, Nicole is very helpful. We have stayed here alot, so I guess it was time for a bad stay. Oh yeah, you know have to pay 15.00 and a 1.50 service fee a day for parking, even with handicapped parking

First time staying here for the athletics game and it was so perfect and a short walk from the park. Love that they had a little kitchen

Spacious and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Lights shut off due to motion activated. So while painting and being quite still I kept having to get up and make the lights come on.

They didn’t accommodate a late check-in so I had to change my flight. Also, the bathroom had no curtains so we had to order some when we got there and there was a bed in the living room.

Close to ballpark. Even though it’s 5 years old, there is some wear on the building interior. Just needs some paint and scuff removal. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Clean! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows?? Not so much to my liking. Could have used a hand soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise our stay was great. Delish breakfast too.... so much so that we tipped the gal working the breakfast bar area. She was super helpful and very sweet. 05/26/2026

Parking was a problem, we can't understand why we are charged for parking and when you try to park no parking available. IT is an inconvenience. Hopefully the can fix this issue. Otherwise everything was great.

Parking requires downloading app and is approx $16 + per day. The breakfast had grwat options with plenty available from fruits to yogurts and egg white bagels with or without sausage paties, even turkey patty available. Waffles and other standard items were also available. Very comfortable bed and crisp bedding. Close to the ballpark and downtown Sacramento. Clean and quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities with almost full kitchen supplies. Good fitness center. Would have liked a heated pool to do a swim but unfortunately not heated. Coffee and apples 24 hours.

the description showed it was free parking, that was one of the reason book the hotel. However, when arrived, the parking policy change to pay $15 plus fee every night.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and secure, but we did have to pay for parking. It’s not free. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t anything 5 star, but the waffles were yummy and the orange juice tasted good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The pull out mattress was pretty good too. 10/10 would stay again

I don't write a lot of reviews, but the staff here was truly outstanding. Tia and Nicole (not sure of spelling for either) we very welcoming and helpful at check-in and breakfast, respectively. The breakfast was so much better than the typical offerings at similar properties. Their effort really made the stay enjoyable.

CAUTION: look carefully for hidden charges that, even after you have selected your dates and bought the room, there are still charges, add-ons for services – amenities – sauna, pool, etc. that can bring up. You’re already good size Bill to be more than you expected to pay.

The room and “amenities” were not that great. The room itself was not the cleanest and the bathroom door is awkward and annoying, it’s a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way so you can hear whoever is in the bathroom at all times. Having to pay for parking each day is a joke considering it’s in a bad looking area, and not guarded. Parking used to be free and was a major let down.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The breakfast was good. I did not like the way in which the parking fee was charged. Scanning QR codes or sending texts to set up a new payment system was cumbersome and frustrating. Many in our group could not get it to work and had to have the person at check-in record their license plate and enter their payment. I don't have a problem with the charge for parking, but it should simply be added to the bill for the room. And with paying for the parking fee, there did not seem to be any additional security in the parking lot, while the staff expressed concern for the number of homeless people in the area.

Newer, clean, spacious room with mini kitchen. Included breakfast was wonderful, waffles, yogurt and toppings, eggs, sausage and more. Convenient to Sacramento medical area, about 12 minute drive. Would stay here again. Paid parking, but room cost very reasonable considering room comfort, cleanliness and condition.

Alyssa and Paul, Staff were rude and dismissive. Did not appreciate Alyssa trying to barge in our room. Especially when we had our do not disturb sign on the handle outside.

Alyssa at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She tried to open our room door because of an error made by the person who checked us in the day before. They forgot to flag us as checking out late which caused a problem later on. The “manager,” Paul was also rude and dismissive. Not to mention unprofessional and was walking around with a big hickie on his neck. There was a championship game at Golden 1 so there were kids everywhere. They just kept staring at his neck.

It was clean and easy to get to. Not to far from places that one might need/want. It was quiet!!

The pay to park situation is weird. You don't pay the hotel, it's a QR code in the parking lot, but they will tell you not to pay and it's fine. Sure enough almost every car had a citation Tuesday morning.... Make this parking situation better and more clear. The neighborhood directly against the hotel and immediate surrounding area is very shady. Full of addicts and unsavory people. Not the hotels fault, but I'm telling you it's quite the scene around there. Like open air drug use all over and panhandling.

The lobby to the elevator smells. Had to pay parking. This is the only hotel that we have to pay parking. They charged me twice.

The staff was nice. Location wasn’t good, didn’t want to walk anywhere from it. Food was terrible, very little choice and gross breakfast bagels. Very limited tv channels. Didn’t feel like a Hilton property. The added fees for our pet and parking made this an expensive stay in a not great place.

Generally, the stay was fine. The room above was extremely noisy. Stomping and dropping objects, which interfered with our sleep. Reported it to the front desk, who said that he checked on the guest above us. $16.50/day for parking at this level of hotel in this type of area is way too much.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned. There was greasy stuff all over the ottoman. A huge stain on the couch cushion and the pullout portion where my kids were supposed to sleep was so dirty the floor was a better option.

My only complaint is no actual coffee cups for in the room, coffee station in the lobby and breakfast. For the room price I think real cups would be more economical than plastic wrapped, cardboard cups.

trashy hotel, smelly, seedy area, inconvenient, staff was not knowledgeable, of little real help, and it has been a costly mistake as I cannot get my money back and Expedia is powerless to help me.

Our contact with management was very pleasant and accommodating, we arrive late and was offered upgrade. We were there 3 overnights before our room was cleaned and provided clean linens. When we arrived the evening after our room was cleaned we found our door was left open about 8”. Thankfully nothing taken. When I pulled down comforter there were no sheets on bed. Called desk, housekeeper not available but night desk clerk came with sheets and offered to help make bed. We also notified days earlier that the hardware holding bathroom door was hanging and looked like it was going to fall. That was never addressed. When assistant mgr made aware on our last day, Paul, he was very pleasant and did his best to make things right within his ability.

The property is close to the ball park which was our reason for visiting Sacramento before continuing on to Napa. The building appears to be newer with clean areas and a nice little gym. My husband was happy they have a peloton bike onsite.

When I checked in I went to my room and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It had dirty rags on top of the shampoo and body soap bottles. I called to let them know and they said they would send someone to clean bathroom. Then when we got back later that night the bathroom was still the same. It was gross.

I don’t even know where to begin. Checking in, the person at the desk was probably the most incompetent person that could’ve been there. He gave me absolutely no details about anything at all. He just took my ID, didn’t speak the entire transaction, and handed me a room key. The room itself was disgusting. Stains everywhere, dirty sheets, and a broken dishwasher. Also, the bathroom door isn’t actually a door because it’s just a piece of wood that slides “closed” and someone outside can easily see you in there. The ironing board was also falling apart, so I’m not too sure why they even bothered putting it in the “closet”.I would have loved to complain about it to the staff at the front desk, but miss girl working was too worried about her phone call with her homegirl and making sure her hair looked good. This hotel was extremely ghetto, and it was disgustingly uncomfortable. There are homeless people everywhere outside and it’s extremely dirty. Not to mention, the picture of the pool is literally a lie. I honestly thought that’s where they kept their dumpster but it was a tiny little pool that was also, you guessed it, dirty! Wonderfully located if you're planning to attend an A's game (walkable) or need to hit downtown or jump on a highway. Just the right size - and very new and updated.

It was nice

The room was clean. The landscaping could be freshened up, there were lots of weeds so that made the outside look neglected. The pool ate could use some shaded areas.

Bread toaster needs to be fixed, breakfast needs improvement, cleanliness inside fridge and dw is poor

Don't remember who was at the desk Thursday evening when we checked in, but he was fantastic. He made us feel welcome and valued and sincerely wanted to help us have a great experience in and out of the hotel. High marks.

The hotel was nice. The staff were all very nice. We came to see an A’s game. The area around the hotel was just ok. Not a lot to do. No restaurants or little stores without. Having to drive a bit. It was walking distance to the stadium so that was nice. Always good breakfast at home Twos

Overall, a nice and new hotel. The immediate surrounding area is a little sketchy, but it looks like it's starting to get better.

Overall I had a great experience!

We were in town for an A’s game, and it was an easy walk to the park. It was also an easy drive to old town. Jay and Alex at the front desk were great. They were friendly and gave us good advice for a local restaurant (Carol’s). We’ll definitely stay here again if we come to West Sacramento or Old Town.

The hotel lobby was safe and very clean. Staff was pleasant and quick. The room was very spacious and very clean. My only complaint was that the blinds were broken off in 2 spots and anyone could look inside the room. Good thing it was on the second floor. Overall good experience.

The property was close to the ballpark so we walked to the A’s game- which was why we were in town.

We had an accessible room and it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. The hotel was a short walk to the A's ballpark.

Nice stay

Many homeless people in the area. They lock exterior doors until 8:00 am so you must have your key to get into the lobby. Not a comfortable situation. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Property was very well maintained and very thoughtfully designed. Our room was extremely convenient the way it was designed. Property close to the ball games which we went to see plus the river walk was close. What I didn’t like was: no non dairy milk at breakfast(it’s 2025!), the queen size bed choice, why no king option? The area was a little shady but everything was kept clean and I didn’t feel in danger ever. Would definitely stay here again.

Negatives: No toilet paper holder. Shampoo conditioner in shower was empty. A loud alarm on the wall woke me up at approximately 6 a.m. Apparently, this alarm sounded throughout the entire property. Could not shut it off. It went off by itself after about 1 minute. No explanation was given for the alarm going off. The Homes2suites I stayed in was in considerably better condition. I was disappointed by this one in Sacramento and probably would not use it again.

Great variety of breakfast food and breakfast employee provided excellent service-Raquel. Thank you for making custom eggs, great job. Very clean and nice environment.

The staff were very professional and kind. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was a little funky and didn’t quite close properly.

The staff was very helpful. Paul helped get my luggage and put it in my room for me because I was having difficulty with my back. The morning staff was pleasant and made sure all breakfast and coffee items were fresh and available. More than the regular continental breakfast.

Everything was fine until I found a pair of dirty underwear in the room. I will be filing a complaint.

This hotel is close enough to walk to and from Sutter Health Park. Great service from Paul at check in yesterday evening. We will definitely book here again.

Great place while I'm in transition

In regards to the room I stayed in, I noticed multiple items/areas that weren’t cleaned. I saw that there were stains in the sofa, bedding had stains & pillows felt like clumps.

Just like every other Home2, but darn if this isn’t the roughest neighborhood in Sacramento….

Room service did not replace our towels or take our dirty linens during our stay.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! My wife is allergic to down and they spent the time tracking down hypoallergenic pillows for her!

The parking situation was chaotic, but the staff did their best to get everyone a safe spot for your vehicle. The room was very clean and comfortable as always.

Milan was extremely pleasant at check in and gave a great recommendation for dinner.
