    The breakfast hostess on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday was the best. She made sure everyone was taken care of, the food was hot and plentiful. The hostess on Monday was not very helpful. The oatmeal was cold, and ran out of coffee for 30-45 minutes during breakfast, around 7:30-8:00 AM.

    Usually it is wonderful, however this time I got hit by a wire coming out of the pull out bed. Reported it, in 3 days it wasn't repaired. There was an incident involving their pool guy and my children, manager was in a meeting, and never bothered to follow up. My oldest didn't want to go back to the pool. Breakfast was great, Nicole is very helpful. We have stayed here alot, so I guess it was time for a bad stay. Oh yeah, you know have to pay 15.00 and a 1.50 service fee a day for parking, even with handicapped parking

    Close to ballpark. Even though it’s 5 years old, there is some wear on the building interior. Just needs some paint and scuff removal. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

    Clean! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows?? Not so much to my liking. Could have used a hand soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise our stay was great. Delish breakfast too.... so much so that we tipped the gal working the breakfast bar area. She was super helpful and very sweet. 05/26/2026

    Parking requires downloading app and is approx $16 + per day. The breakfast had grwat options with plenty available from fruits to yogurts and egg white bagels with or without sausage paties, even turkey patty available. Waffles and other standard items were also available. Very comfortable bed and crisp bedding. Close to the ballpark and downtown Sacramento. Clean and quiet.

    We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean and secure, but we did have to pay for parking. It’s not free. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t anything 5 star, but the waffles were yummy and the orange juice tasted good. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The pull out mattress was pretty good too. 10/10 would stay again

    I don't write a lot of reviews, but the staff here was truly outstanding. Tia and Nicole (not sure of spelling for either) we very welcoming and helpful at check-in and breakfast, respectively. The breakfast was so much better than the typical offerings at similar properties. Their effort really made the stay enjoyable.

    CAUTION: look carefully for hidden charges that, even after you have selected your dates and bought the room, there are still charges, add-ons for services – amenities – sauna, pool, etc. that can bring up. You’re already good size Bill to be more than you expected to pay.

    The room and “amenities” were not that great. The room itself was not the cleanest and the bathroom door is awkward and annoying, it’s a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way so you can hear whoever is in the bathroom at all times. Having to pay for parking each day is a joke considering it’s in a bad looking area, and not guarded. Parking used to be free and was a major let down.

    The room was clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The breakfast was good. I did not like the way in which the parking fee was charged. Scanning QR codes or sending texts to set up a new payment system was cumbersome and frustrating. Many in our group could not get it to work and had to have the person at check-in record their license plate and enter their payment. I don't have a problem with the charge for parking, but it should simply be added to the bill for the room. And with paying for the parking fee, there did not seem to be any additional security in the parking lot, while the staff expressed concern for the number of homeless people in the area.

    Newer, clean, spacious room with mini kitchen. Included breakfast was wonderful, waffles, yogurt and toppings, eggs, sausage and more. Convenient to Sacramento medical area, about 12 minute drive. Would stay here again. Paid parking, but room cost very reasonable considering room comfort, cleanliness and condition.

    Alyssa at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She tried to open our room door because of an error made by the person who checked us in the day before. They forgot to flag us as checking out late which caused a problem later on. The “manager,” Paul was also rude and dismissive. Not to mention unprofessional and was walking around with a big hickie on his neck. There was a championship game at Golden 1 so there were kids everywhere. They just kept staring at his neck.

    The pay to park situation is weird. You don't pay the hotel, it's a QR code in the parking lot, but they will tell you not to pay and it's fine. Sure enough almost every car had a citation Tuesday morning.... Make this parking situation better and more clear. The neighborhood directly against the hotel and immediate surrounding area is very shady. Full of addicts and unsavory people. Not the hotels fault, but I'm telling you it's quite the scene around there. Like open air drug use all over and panhandling.

    The staff was nice. Location wasn’t good, didn’t want to walk anywhere from it. Food was terrible, very little choice and gross breakfast bagels. Very limited tv channels. Didn’t feel like a Hilton property. The added fees for our pet and parking made this an expensive stay in a not great place.

My only complaint is no actual coffee cups for in the room, coffee station in the lobby and breakfast. For the room price I think real cups would be more economical than plastic wrapped, cardboard cups.

    Our contact with management was very pleasant and accommodating, we arrive late and was offered upgrade. We were there 3 overnights before our room was cleaned and provided clean linens. When we arrived the evening after our room was cleaned we found our door was left open about 8”. Thankfully nothing taken. When I pulled down comforter there were no sheets on bed. Called desk, housekeeper not available but night desk clerk came with sheets and offered to help make bed. We also notified days earlier that the hardware holding bathroom door was hanging and looked like it was going to fall. That was never addressed. When assistant mgr made aware on our last day, Paul, he was very pleasant and did his best to make things right within his ability.

    The property is close to the ball park which was our reason for visiting Sacramento before continuing on to Napa. The building appears to be newer with clean areas and a nice little gym. My husband was happy they have a peloton bike onsite.

    When I checked in I went to my room and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It had dirty rags on top of the shampoo and body soap bottles. I called to let them know and they said they would send someone to clean bathroom. Then when we got back later that night the bathroom was still the same. It was gross.

    I don’t even know where to begin. Checking in, the person at the desk was probably the most incompetent person that could’ve been there. He gave me absolutely no details about anything at all. He just took my ID, didn’t speak the entire transaction, and handed me a room key. The room itself was disgusting. Stains everywhere, dirty sheets, and a broken dishwasher. Also, the bathroom door isn’t actually a door because it’s just a piece of wood that slides “closed” and someone outside can easily see you in there. The ironing board was also falling apart, so I’m not too sure why they even bothered putting it in the “closet”.I would have loved to complain about it to the staff at the front desk, but miss girl working was too worried about her phone call with her homegirl and making sure her hair looked good. This hotel was extremely ghetto, and it was disgustingly uncomfortable. There are homeless people everywhere outside and it’s extremely dirty. Not to mention, the picture of the pool is literally a lie. I honestly thought that’s where they kept their dumpster but it was a tiny little pool that was also, you guessed it, dirty! I think it’s hilarious that people are being charged 300 bucks to stay here. If anything, I should be compensated for dealing with the homeless people in the parking lot, and the filth of the room barely being clean. Please don’t stay here, Hilton has really gone downhill.

    We were in town for an A’s game, and it was an easy walk to the park. It was also an easy drive to old town. Jay and Alex at the front desk were great. They were friendly and gave us good advice for a local restaurant (Carol’s). We’ll definitely stay here again if we come to West Sacramento or Old Town.

    Property was very well maintained and very thoughtfully designed. Our room was extremely convenient the way it was designed. Property close to the ball games which we went to see plus the river walk was close. What I didn’t like was: no non dairy milk at breakfast(it’s 2025!), the queen size bed choice, why no king option? The area was a little shady but everything was kept clean and I didn’t feel in danger ever. Would definitely stay here again.

    Negatives: No toilet paper holder. Shampoo conditioner in shower was empty. A loud alarm on the wall woke me up at approximately 6 a.m. Apparently, this alarm sounded throughout the entire property. Could not shut it off. It went off by itself after about 1 minute. No explanation was given for the alarm going off. The Homes2suites I stayed in was in considerably better condition. I was disappointed by this one in Sacramento and probably would not use it again.
