The front desk service was excellent with fast checkin. However, the beds are not comfortable at all and the rooms do not get very cool. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival.

The check in staff was wonderful but the room was still not ready 30 minutes after check in. The parking for the hotel is hellish even for those with handicap stickers. Restaurant on site has an extensive bar but limited food choices. The food was delicious but the service was extremely slow. The room was very clean. Had a lake view but it was to the far right. Most of the view was mostly of the highway. Check out was made easy by the very nice staff member.

Property was more than expected, room good view, restaurant super, pool area great, Yuniexky was the name of the person that attended us at the pool area, she did a excellent jobs with all the orders that we maid, food, drinks, etc. Clean was exceptional. Just one of the valet parking personnel

Has some (very little) accommodations. The rooms are terrible. Lobby is nice but your not sleeping in the lobby. Shocked that the rooms and hallways were in that bad of shape for a Marriott. Bathrooms are incredibly small one sink and not clean.

The room temp was warm the thermostat wasn't working to well. Other then that EVERYTHING else was perfect. Staff, bar, restaurant, food, and pool

For a hotel of this category, the noise from the hallways (and the light!) gets into the rooms WAY more than it should. I also had bad luck with neighbors who were slamming their door, but still, consider this!

The staff was so nice and friendly! The lakeview was peaceful and quaint..The room was very comfy, cozy & clean..the only thing was that the hot tub was a little too hot..

If you are looking to party at a nice clean hotel this is not the place. Yes, the place is clean, renovated and front gate access which was a huge plus for us. Only down fall was the bar area. They acted like laughing and joking at a bar was interupting the other guests. We were even asked to bring it down a notch. Also, lastly had a facetime call and was told ths was not permitted on speaker phone. I cannot make this up and like I said if you are wanting to have a party at the bar area this is not your place. Hope this helps.

I was also surprised that the hotel didn't offer continental breakfast included or at least coffee in the lobby for guests. Also, I was charged for parking each night and was not informed of how to enter and exit the parking lot so I was also charged each time I left the property, I up to $65 per day in just leaving the property, then another charge per night for parking at the hotel.

Problem solving by Tyrell at the front desk, restaurant was very friendly. We have a back-to-back reservation as part of our stay was with a group. At check-in, I confirmed twice that we were checked in for the entire stay, specifically verifying the dates. Despite this, on day two, our keys stopped working, we were checked out automatically, and I even received a receipt by email. After getting that sorted at the desk, we returned to our room at 3 PM to find it hadn't been cleaned. We called housekeeping to ask for service and at least some toilet paper (only one roll was provided at check-in). When I called to ask for an estimated time, 30 minutes later, I was given a "lecture" that I had only called "29 minutes and 29 seconds ago" and that with 350 rooms, they would get to us when they get to us. It took a second trip to the front desk to finally get this addressed. Additionally, the bed was fitted with a sheet that was way too small, which immediately came undone. I asked the staff to change it and was assured it would be handled, but I returned to find the same sheet still on the bed. At this point I gave up…

Great food, clean facility, nice pool area. No counter space in the bathroom. And paying for parking. I paid 264 per night and then saw they were advertising for $160 a night. My friends had an identical room with a bigger bathroom and counter space and she paid 180 a night.

Greeter checking me in was very accommodating. Bill i think.. he was pleasant and very informative for directions to my concert that evening. Would have been nice to forewarn of parking cost.. already paying over $200 for a room, and then parking charge on top of that. Kind of outrageous. No information as to how to enter the parking without knowledge of parking cost.

When I checked in I was told I would get free parking because I joined their loyalty program but the charge was on my bill after my stay. There was a different person then the one I checked in and she told me that there was nothing she could do about the fee. I think that is BAD business to promise something but charge despite telling me there would be no charge. I will not stay there again. I live locally and visit this area frequently.

What a lovely efficient hotel. Restaurant was great as well. I go to West Palm for business. This will be my go to hote!

We love this place. Whenever e go to WPB, we stay here,and it never disappoints. The staff is always great, the rooms clean, and the Bistro is excellent.

Everyone was very great and it was clean place. Just only issue i had was the jacuzzi jets. They dont work properly and just make bubbles instead of being a strong jet you can use on your back. Otherwise, thank you for the stay

The front desk staff are terrific. Extremely helpful and professional. We spoke to three of them with special requests and all of them were great. Logan was the only name I remember but his co worker was just as helpful.

It was close to the location I was visiting and had lots of restaurants only a few mins away. The refrigerator in my room was not working.

The airport shuttle is not around the clock it starts at 6:00 a.m. which didn't help for my 7:00 a.m. flight. A little annoying because this is why I picked the hotel. Other than that, hotel nice staff friendly

Everything was ala cart and even by testament of the ppl who work there…”a rip off.” $5 for a small bag of chips. $22 a day for parking, $5 service fee for “included” room service. If they can up charge you, they will. Only one of the three elevators worked 2 of the 3 days we were there. You need your key everywhere you go in high crime west palm beach. The pool gates lock behind you. The elevator needs a key. Both entering and LEAVING the parking lot…yup, you guessed it…you need your room key. This was a bucket list trip with my son that I opened up the pocket books for a rich life experience. The rooms were nice but nothing special. I guess rich life equals how much can we exploit from our guests. I would never stay here again at this price. No way no how.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay in Palm Beach. Great location and the staff is great. They have good dining options. Very clean and quiet.

Superb location; Airport shuttle a huge plus! Cozy on site bistro with friendly Staff. Happy hour prices from 3-6p was a good deal to catch @ Check in. I’d definitely return! Bed was comfy too but no blankets stored in chest…I got chilly. If at least a blanket was provided bcuz it’s an amenity I expected to find since a chest was in the room; it’s elementary! And that said, polyester sheets didn’t help my body temp. They were cool. Nevertheless I do like the Marriott chain.

Great place walkable to the downtown area bars and restaurants. We had a very nice room with a view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the area and will stay here again!

Customer Service and hotel ambience was wonderful. Location was perfect and the htel provided shuttle to and from the airport. However, the gave me a room by the elevator which derived me of sleep throughout my stay.

Refurbished but still an old hotel with layin tile ceilings some refreshed not new. Door frames to service doors gouged and tired.

The first room we stayed in had a malfunctioning fire alarm speaker that ticked incessantly. The second room they moved us to was dirty had mold and smelled like a basement. I would not recommend staying here.
