    Literally nothing The bathroom tub was filthy, my ac did not work and it was on 66 and my room smelled like somebody smoked a cigarette in it before I checked in.

    Then room 117 was a horrible room. First we couldn’t even get in our room, the key was working but the handle was not working properly. A nice old man, who I believe was the maintenance man helped us open the door. There was also a large gap on the door. You could see the side walk from the bed. Then as we tried to exit room 117 but we were stuck, I was about to break the window with my suitcase just to get out. Luckily we were able to get out. I asked for another room after we came back from dinner and another girl with long her and fake eyelash was rude as well. She said why did you wait until now to tell us about changing rooms. “My manager doesn’t like it when customers do that.” Also there are people living there smoking pot outside their rooms. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. You’ve been warned.

    I have no issue with checking in my room and after seeing the room that I booked online is the same one in person. The rooms are well kept each one I have been into. If I need towels,quarters,to extend my stay,garbage bags etc I am accomdated. The staff here in general are nice. The kitchen has a working stove,a toaster, and no leakage coming from the refrigerator also a coffee machine. Convenient area for me to move around.

    When we made the reservation, we told the Rez agent at Expedia that we will be arriving at 2 AM which was conveyed to the property. When we arrive, there was no one at the front desk. It was locked. When we call the number that was on the glass. The girl indicated that she had given away our room. After a couple seconds me speaking with her and she telling me to calm down she realized that my room was still there. Afterwards we checked in the room was horrific. The toilet did not flush. The beds were uncomfortable and smelled the cabinet and the appearance of the room was so so important condition. The next day we had to attend a baby shower in preparation of a baby shower and had asked a girl to reset the key she did so with an attitude. However, we made about three attempts to go back into the room with change keys as they did not work. Since we were running late for the baby shower, I asked the girl with someone gonna be here later in the evening to assist us with getting into the room. She say yes again with an attitude. Mindful the girl also reeked of marijuana while attending other guests later on that evening when we return to the room, we could not. Get in the room once again when I call the girl she came out, handed me keys as if that was a problem. I explained to her that the problem was the actual lock on the door. She proceeded to say that she would have to call her manager to see what to do. It took them about an hour to open the door . C we checked out early.

    The room was very worn and in need of updating. The entire space was not very nice nor did it feel clean. I walked around in the room and my white socks were filthy. I felt the need to wear shoes for the remainder of my stay. People were constantly smoking cigarettes and Marijuana outside of my room subjecting me to the strong smell of it in my room. If you can afford to stay somewhere else I would do so. I wouldn't recommend this place.

    If you're going for inexpensive, this might be the best choice in the area. But be fully prepared to deal with loud noises at night, faulty locks, badges that don't work the next day, a leaky AC unit, and zero amenities aside from 2 tiny bars of soap and a couple cups for coffee with no actual coffee. There was a microwave in the unit which we didn't use, as well as a 2 burner cooktop (didn't try either) and a fridge that we would have used if it hadn't been cranked to the max making the freezer go into overdrive and the fridge barely below room temp. The listing mentioned hot coffee and tea, but it was never mentioned at check in, nor was I able to find any. A pool was also listed but I never saw one. The beds were not full-size like I'd paid for, and none of the issues I brought to the desk got resolved during our 4-day stay. Finally when I went to check out there was no one ar the desk, and another guest said he'd been waiting for at least 10 minutes beforehand, and at least 30 the previous night. Honestly just save a bit more and go to any other hotel!

    You get what you pay for but we knew going in. Just needed a place to crash picking up friends from the train and going to clematis for the night. The toilet barely flushed and the tile was falling in bathroom, the people partying in the parking lot all night were great alarm clocks when they started screaming and fighting.around 0600. But that’s not the motel’s fault. Ya gotta be a savvy traveler to stay there

    I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent one-night stay at your hotel. Originally booked for two nights, my experience was marred by a series of unacceptable issues. Upon arrival, the battery of my room door died, leaving me locked out with all my belongings. While I appreciate the front desk attendant's effort to relocate me, the subsequent room was in an appalling state, with fresh urine on both beds. A second room, though marginally better, still contained an open drink in the fridge and urine in the toilet. These issues, compounded by the late hour, lack of access to my belongings, and the subsequent unhelpful and dismissive attitude of the management regarding my refund request through Expedia, have led to a deeply disappointing experience.

    The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again.

    In my first room most of the lights worked, but the toilet didn't stop running. In my second room, many of the lights in the room did not work. The bed was made so that a very rough and questionably clean blanket was on the bottom, the top sheet on top of it. I walked around the room barefoot and when I put my feet up on the bed I left black marks on the white sheet. I used a hotel towel to clean the floor and it was also covered in black. I used that towel to shimmy around the room for my two night stay. The bathroom door had water damage and the front face was separating from the door frame, and the hinges were operable but took effort to open and close the door. There was coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. I walked to the front desk (the phone in the room did not work) and there were no coffee makers available (Courtyard around the corner has a Starbucks). The staff was very nice but had limited ability to help.

    I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else

    Stay away if you value your health and safety. This is easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked for 2 nights and didn’t stay the full time of my reservation due to poor cleanliness and other safety concerns. Some of the units are rented to displaced families.

    There are no shops within walking distance, but everything is a short drive away. The kitchen is brand new and beautiful but there are no pots, dishes, cutlery or serving pieces in the cabinets or drawers. We did use the fridge and microwave, but it would have been nice to have plates and cutlery. The woman at the desk, Shay, was so nice and helpful to everyone.

    I spent Disney World Prices to experience A Bugs Life. Cockroaches everywhere. In the shower, under the bed, on the ceiling and on the table. After that, the staff barged into my room telling me I overstayed my welcome and it was time to leave. They had the wrong name after no-knocking my door. They disabled my key card so when I came back from being out at 330am, had no access to my room. A staffer outside refused to assist. And the staffer inside took a while to come out side and help. Avoid this place. I’d rather have a tent outside on Belvedere than stay here ever again.

    My door locking mechanism only worked intermittently. Handyman "fixed" it, but it still didn't work well - door would not open with three different keycards. Interior "hardwood" floor was filthy. Remote control had only a few features on it and I could not get a channel "Menu" with the small remote. Reception office did not know how to operate the TV. Numerous guests were loitering on the nearby stairs well into morning hours (2 to 3 am) smoking marijuana and speaking loudly.

    Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support.

    Absolutely horrendous property. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty (shower, sink, floors, toilet), and there was an odor in the room. Clearly this is a discount motel for last minute stays but these conditions are absolutely unacceptable. The staff appears to only change the bedsheets with no cleaning of the rest of the room. I would advise anyone considering staying at this motel to avoid at all costs.

    coffee maker missing pieces, mold on corner of ceiling and along floor in bathroom, only towel was a hand towel, no bath towel no washcloth. toilet paper holder missing piece. took 20 minutes to be waited on when key to room did not work. First room they gave me had not been cleaned. No one in office when I checked out waited 5 minutes and had to leave.

    I was moved to another room and th toilet worked better (still ran longer than it should) and the same mildew issue as well as sticky spots on the floor. Had to wear shoes the whole time. It was overall a bad experience and looked very run down overall. I stayed there years ago and it wasn’t like this. Definitely very overpriced for the value. Tho should be listed as a 1 star hotel.

    For the price paid $251 usd the room was dirty, the floors were dirty, the shower was dirty and seems like rust, the bathroom sink and kitchen all dirty as well. It was very unpleasant. Stayed for 2-3 hours and left for another cleaner hotel. Will definitely NOT stayed there EVER again.

    I needed a last minute hotel room here the airport after a flight cancellation and booked this hotel. When I went to check in the front door to the office was locked and a sign was on the door to call a number if you want help I booked the hotel around 11 PM and showed up at the front door at 11:15 PM I called the number and got a recording that the party cannot be reached so I knocked on the door with no answer and then knocked louder and an irate front desk person came storming out yelling at me that I should’ve called the number as opposed to knocking on the door. I decided not to stay there and left. There is absolutely no reason this person should have yelled at me for simply trying to check in to a reservation that I had confirmed and had just made. Additionally, the hotel itself is back off the beats and track in a slightly industrial environment as opposed to more residential or main road. I would definitely never stay there.

    The one staff I encountered was courteous. The room was terrible and poorly kept. It shouldn't have been rented out. There was an elderly couple who was asking for a different room because theirs was unacceptable. The man had to go to work and said he couldn't leave his wife in that room. They were distraught. I just left. Would rather sleep in my car.

    second room there was a gap on the wall where the tv was missing off the mount, microwave broken (I only booked here for the kitchen), and the floor was so filthy I had to throw away a few pairs of socks. Third room I tried, but it smelt so strongly of smoke and the door didn't lock properly. As there were no other rooms available, I was stuck in the second option. I tried straight away to get a refund (by law it's false advertising to charge me for a room advertised for the door to lock and for it to have a microwave when it does not). I wanted a refund and to move to any other accommodation I could find. Was impossible to get a refund, and I couldn't afford to pay two different places so I had to stay here, after 3 days of me going to the office, they changed me to a different room, just as horrible and filthy floor, in this room the coffee machine was broken (there seems there is no room without something broken or missing). I believe I am owed a refund for this experience.

    The rooms were so disgusting we ended up cancelling. It took an hour to get a refund. The guy at the front desk was really nice and offered us the only 2 rooms available and they were both gross. Area looks nice and pictures they post are nice. Don’t be fooled.

If you’re looking for a disgusting nasty with no service this is the hotel to be in. The sheets were disgusting.     The first thing I noticed was the strong smell of cigarette which was very strong and intolerable. I felt dizzy and all my clothes smell like cigarettes even the clothes in my luggage. In addition, the room looked dirty, pieces of furniture were missing, stains everywhere, and poor lighting. I wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t a last minute reservation and we were very tired. I paid $255 for two nights, I couldn’t stay the 2nd night but I wouldn’t pay a dime to stay there again. To be completely honest I am quite unsure how is this place even advertised in Expedia, this place is a health hazard, no kidding.

    My husband was here for work. He is not picky nor does he complain much but this place earned every complaint. This place is rented out by people who are probably close to being homeless. It is very loud and dirty. It is not safe for families. Throughout the night people tug on your door to try to get in. Do not recommend.

    Another reason it’s terrible experience because it’s unsafe. We had to call the police because of one man followed my friend to our room and was knocking on our door trying to get in. He followed her when she went to the front desk. Then we found out that there are many of these type of characters hanging around and in there. Room was locking us out every single day. And they never have towels. We had to use same towels for a week. Housekeeping haven’t showed up to clean the room and pick up garbage not even once. Stay away from this place! Faaaaaar away!

    We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, which was the official check-in time. However, we were required to wait at the front desk for over one hour before being assisted. When we finally accessed the room, it was not clean, and the air conditioner was not functioning. We immediately requested to be moved to another room, but we were informed that no alternative rooms were available and that we would need to wait until another room became free. When we asked how long the wait would be, the staff could not provide any estimate. As this was New Year’s Eve, we had our evening planned and a scheduled meeting, and it was not possible for us to wait an indefinite amount of time. Due to these circumstances, we requested a refund and were forced to find another hotel at the last minute, which was extremely difficult and time-consuming given the holiday. Considering the long wait, unsanitary room conditions, lack of working air conditioning, and the inability of the hotel to provide a suitable solution, we believe a full refund is fully justified. We look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

    I need, want, and expect a full refund from Orbitz for the 2 night stay I booked at this hotel plus compensation from my inconvenience and the cost and trouble of having to book another hotel room. When I arrived I was told they had my 2 night reservation but that I could not check into my room because their cleaning crew did not show up that day and my room was dirty and filthy. They said they could not issue me a refund because I booked the hotel through Orbitz. I asked for help in locating another hotel with rooms available and they said sorry I needed to figure that out on my own. As I was walking out another couple who were in the same situation as I was got into a yelling and shouting match that was so bad I rushed to my car to drive away with my 15 year old son as fast as I could as I was afraid physical violence might ensue. The office was a mess and all trash cans on the property had trash and debris piled up all around them. Orbitz please call me at 214-957-6371 and issue me a full refund and please pay the additional $250 I spend on an getting another hotel room for these two nights. You should also never show this hotel property as an option to your customers on your web site. Your company is better than this.

    I want to say the customer service is horrible . I arrived on Saturday 11:45 , I had to wait over 10 min to find out , I had a trashy room , when I got to the room the room was dirty , bad smell , etc I immediately told the front desk staff , I was told they had no more rooms. I went back to the and sat for a few and walked back to the front waited for 20 min then called the police , the police arrived and to find out the front desk staff was gone .

    When I was 2 hours away from the hotel, Studio 6 contacted me, bluntly told me my stay was canceled because they overbooked, and immediately hung up. I attempted to call back multiple times to get a refund but my calls were hung up on. There are so many better places to stay at this price point.     When we checked in there was no towels in the bathroom. There was no blanket on the bed. There was a half a roll of toilet paper. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower. Not sure if the room was cleaned. Plus it smelled damp in the room. Plus the shower faucet leaked all over the place and the shower curtain couldn’t stay closed all the way. A few light bulbs didn’t work. The property is dirty and needs cleaning up. Worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. Plus I had to ask a second time for towels that weren’t in my room at checkin.

    There is no coffee pot as shown, the mattress is old and sagging. No towels in room and when asked,but took two days. Cheap rates $72 per day but they charge $2.00 utilities per day. Microwave is not working, no towels, no housekeeping, no phone in room to call the front desk, toilet is running, no toiletry, line is long when you need toilet paper. Unusual characters will asked you if she can come to your room with another girls to offer leisures, men are selling drugs right out of your window. I did not know so I booked a week and the Uber people said it is not safe to stay there. Lessons learned

    It was cheap and usable. I think we got a room that needed repair and they were completely booked so they rented it anyway. Missing shower curtain, fridge had a freezer part that the door would not close right because it was missing the seal. Water was extremely hot, corners of bathroom floor were dirty but completely useable for just sleeping in a clean room for super cheap when everyone was sold out.

Over worked staffs who are unpleasant to everyone. Microwave not working and nobody fixing it on duty. Stayed 6 days because it was prepaid, no cancellation or we would lose the money.     This room has a non working microwave, one bar of soap. No phone in the room to ask the front desk anything, you must take the dirty towels to exchange for new towels daily. No coffee machine or anything you expected. The front desk have a line of people asking for help. We book a new room to get a working microwave, it did not happen and we returned the old towels ant it is no 7 pm we still do not have clean sheets or clean towels for the new reservation for the next two days. Not staying here again. We went down to the office 5 x but no towels

    You get what you pay for. It was fine for what it is, a place to lay your head. Kept having issues with the key card to get into the room. After 3rd time of reactivating the card for my room and it didn’t work, Maintance was called and had to fix the door. The staff was good but I also didn’t ask for much. Really enjoyed the mini kitchen in the room. The other patrons love to smoke weed on property and can make the nights look and sound like a Jerry Springer episode.

    Friendly staff and clean room, the stove, TV and fridge worked, but that's all the good I can say. Wi-Fi was out the whole weekend even though they keep saying someone was coming out to fix it.     La verdad qué cuando llegue estaba una morena y me atendio muy mal con una actitud muy pedante como qué si yo tengo la culpa qué esta trabajando ahí él muchacho Eric me atendio super muy bien la verdad pero me falto qué me dieran más informacion la verdad reserve 2 semanas antes y me salen diciendo qué si él cuarto estaba sucio qué Bajara en reseccion para decirle qué me cambiara en otro cuarto pero tube la suerte qué él cuarto si estaba limpio la verdad fue mi primera esperiencia ahí la verdad muy terrible 😞 no lo recomiendo ese lugar

    5/24 I arrive to do my check in room was not ready, waited like 1hr once i got my room it smelled like pure cigarettes bathroom looked disgusting stairs dirty entry door dirty, door lock look loose the surroundings look unsafe. After 5 minutes in room we couldn't handle smell so started looking for another room. I went to office to tell staff i wished to cancel my reservation. She said called expedia my phone was dying so i went back up to room called expedia. While on the phone my dgt turn on the iron and I sat on the bed to wait i had on a glitter shirt so some of glitter got on the bed. When i finally spoke to expedia and expedia called properly manager they were hoing to refund my money but then another staff member said NO cause iron was turn on and some glitter on the bed. So they took my money due to those two minor issues. They didn't care about my concerns and reasons why i was not satisfied with the room. They only care to take my money.

    The place is in very bad shape. And it seems that there are safety isues around because they have some signs asking to lick the doors when you are inside the room. Never seen that befor.

    Check in took more time than usual, I was told I had to put down a deposit when I got there and it would be refunded when I checked out. The deposit was taken from my account even though no damage or mess was made. I called and was told there was nothing they could do and now I have to dispute it through my card. Not impressed at all.

    Uncomfortable bed, bugs in the room, no coffee , bad lighting , irritable front desk ….took an hour or more to try to check-in most of the wasted time was spent NOT trying to solve their system problems but desperately trying to blame me or my card ( which to their dismay was not the case ) I hardly ever complain about anything but this time unfortunately it’s warranted. Each issue is easily fixable

    When we arrived to check in we were given our room key when we entered our room both beds were dirty had no turn over service done dirty used condom on one mattress it was disgusting so we walked over to the front desk to make them aware and ask for a room change and the GIRL working there was beyond nasty and rude never again will I stay here beyond disgusting in quality and service !!!

    When I got there they said that they were sold out and had to find a room even though I had a reservation. The a/c filter was old and the air was putrid. The shower curtain rod was broken so the shower liner only laid in the middle. The room looked like every inch has been horribly patched up. The phone didn’t work. The blanket was as thin as the sheet. The key stopped working so I had to get it reprogrammed. Lastly the pillows were awful and I barely could sleep at all thanks to the bedding and the a/c. I will not be returning.

    Did not have a great experience at all. There was police presence upon arrival and throughout my stay. When I asked staff at the front desk he wouldn't give me a direct answer. Property is old and dirty. This stay was not worth the price. Never again.

    Three different times I was giving a room that had never been clean and one room didn’t even have a bed in it. The fourth time they gave me a room that was occupied. I was trying to enter the room and someone came to the door with a knife and chased me away. I would never ever go to this place again.

    They asked for 100 deposit but it wasn’t showing on the Expedia website. They didn’t have no towels available in my room. When I asked for them. They didn’t deliver them until the next day afternoon.

    Bathroom twas very dirty and next door neighbors were loud didnt let my husband sleep. Front desk lady was nice but overall wouldnt come back bathroom was disgusting.

    The listing was not the actual hotel. The listing had a brand new hotel and brand new room posted, and I arrived to a "remodeled" hotel. People smoking marijuana and blaring music all night. Door didn't close properly, AC didn't work properly and was very loud, bathroom was disgusting, I do not recommend staying here.

    This was the worst hotel. Roaches everywhere ! Smelled like stale cigarettes. We had no blankets only sheets. No towels no rags had to ask the staff for some. Mold on ac unit. Unsafe unclean just terrible experience if I would have known that I would have spent the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

    WARNING**** THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I'VE EVERY STAY IN. THE BATHROOMS ARE HAVE MOLD THROUGHOUT THE BATHTUB, I SWITCHED TO THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS AND STILL THE SAME, I GOT SICK FROM THE MOLD AND GERMS. THE LINENS ARE LIMITED AND NASTY, THESE ROOMS NEED COMPLETE RENOVATIONS, OLD APPLIANCES, FLOORS ARE NOT CLEANED GOOD. i MOVED THREE TIMES AND ALL THREE ROOMS HAD MAJOR ISSUES. THEY ALSO CONVINCE THAT IF YOU WANT TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW, THEN THEY WILL WAIVE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. NOT WORTH IT...MOST OF THE ROOMS I NOTICED ARE BEING RENTED TO HOMELESS OR LOW INCOME PEOPLE. AND THEY ARE BEING OVER CHARGED AS WELL. FRONT DESK ATTENDANT IS HORRIBLE, AND HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. THE PHONES ARE RINGING AND NOT ANSWER. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS MANAGEMENT IN WEST PALM HOTEL.     The property is conveniently located to major highways and major roads Shopping is nearby. The hotel itself is dated. They try to refurbish the rooms but it was a very untidy job. Paint fell on the shower mixture in the bathroom etc,
