Average small independent hotel, decent, clean, no extras. Good place to stay

hot water had to run water 5 min. shower head leaked not working correctly, sink drain very very slow.

Rooms good

Clean, a little dated. Has a small fridge... ice and microwave a the office... a few good restaurants near by. Convenient to the Palm Beach airport... inexpensive room.

A nice comfortable place. Located right next door to howellie's that's also a plus. The staff is nice and friendly

We liked the ‘look’ of the traditional American motel.

Property is a basic place to stay, clean and convenient to where I needed to go.

Old building & fixtures.

The place needs a remodel. The carpet was pulling and bunched, the chairs and comforters were stained, and the mattress was very old feeling (uneven and lightly padded springs). The bathroom was clean and I was amazed that I didn’t see any bugs in the room - so that’s a plus.

Best bang for your buck in WPB. Old but clean. Well lit at night. Convenient location. Would def stay again.

This was a fun vintage feel that was very clean and functional. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very helpful. Fresh towels daily, sheets changed at least twice, help in finding ESPN Celtics-Cavs game. We visited in the "high" season. It was an excellent choice. Hermon Camp Gordinier Lafayette, IN

Clean, basic accommodations: large sized room w/ microwave, refrigerator and a 24hour Denny’s on property. Good for a short stay!

The mini fridge was soaked inside and leaking. In fact, one of the fridge drawers was outside of the fridge laying on the floor. The check out was also early at 10am and there was no ability to do a "late" checkout because the manager said the hotel was full. However, in the morning of my original checkout I was able to extend my stay for another night in the same room.

If security is a concern to you, stay somewhere else. No locks on any of the large front facing windows. 1/2 inch gap in the door seal, making the card activated door lock useful only for astatics. The only good thing about our second floor room, as far as security goes, was there was enough furniture in the room to push against the door and windows to slow down an unwanted intruder. Needless to say, it was an uneasy one night stay.

Well located / very basic / clean / kind staff - good value for the price. 1950’s diner next door has fantastic breakfast - will stay there again next year. I was on business trip and just needed a place to call home in the late evening.

I enjoyed it being right next tomorrow Mar a Lago and the lowest price and it was acquaint room that fine for me

Room very clean. Fridge ,AC,and TV worked fine. No microwave and no pool. Owner was firm on no early checkin which was 4pm, alittle late and wanted us out before 11am. Location good.. Would stay here again.

Traffic was horrible. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel' but it is something to contend witj. Other than that. -- cute little motel. No trouble parking on site. Refrigerator stayed very cold. Air conditioning worked great. No complaints.

Gentleman I checked in with was very accommodating. He reserved a spot for my moving van. While I was running errands, housekeeping let themselves into my room and added a comforter. I know the area and and knew what I was getting into. The property is in a great location but the rooms are outdated and the walls could use painting. Baseboards were dirty and dust bunnies on the ceiling. I didn’t get much sleep due to the whirring of the window A/C unit. It was very old. I turned it off for some quiet but then I could hear the trains. Windows could use some updating as well. Overall, the gentlemen at the front counter was very welcoming and I’m sure this property gets its share of unsavory characters. It has a lot of potential but it definitely needs to be remodeled. Cheapest hotel around for spring break. It fit my budget.

There was nothing to like, it's awful. I'd like to say at least it's a bed but it was the worst place I've ever spent a night in. 116.00 you get what u pay for.

The room was good, except the blow dryer did not work. Liked the location because it was next to Howleys, a really good place to eat.

Older hotel but very clean, secured, good breakfast and very nice staff. Easy checking and check out. Would stay there again.

Felt a little unsafe in the area. Office was locked when trying to check in, had to enter a small cramped area to get the attention of office staff. After all, we did arrive on a Sunday. The sound on the TV was intermittent.

I dont like

I arrived with a reservation at the property at 8:30 PM. Office was locked. I rang the bell. Someone came out in their night gown, shook their finger at me and said all full. I said I had sa reservation, they said cancel it. They then went into a door behind the office.

Good location, but i would rate this motel for 5/10 because of not havibg a coffee maker in the room, no breakfast and no even coffee anywhere, old spring mattress.

Older motor court hotel that has been updated, clean, comfortable. Very pleasant staff at check in

Cold water shuts off while showering. Check in and out late and early. Not consistent with industry.

Convenient

Cheapest option in town. Property is old and outdated but clean. Only disappointing feature was they turn the a/c off so there's a cool down period and the hot water takes a while.

The property was super dated and had a musty smell. The area was questionable and you checked in from a window instead of going inside.

The room and all facilities were very clean and well kept. We would satay here again.

Really outdated and poorly maintained

That place was not worth what they charged. It was dirty, the room smelled like mold. There was not extra blanket or sheets in the room. The couch was dirty itself. I slept in a full body jumpsuit in fear of bedbugs for that one night, it was that bad. 10/10 would not recommend.

Older motel feel. Fine for a one night sleep before an early morning fishing trip but wouldn’t want to spend much more than that.

The price was right. Bed and pillows excellent. Finicky folks might complain but we were satisfied. Really liked the restraunt right next to it. Ice cold beer and fantastic wings and breakfast too.

I am thrilled to have found a truly affordable space in one of my favorite venues. The people who run the place are sweet and kind. The motor lodge while not stunning has a sense of important because it has sustained a pong tenure here. And it is sooooo convenient. I really have enjoyed my stay.

It was okay at first until i noticed two roaches then a third one i had to movr my things up top because of it the employer said he give me another room but what for they probably the same i paid 169 for the room and the pets really

We wanted to change the linens on our bed, we were told that there would be an extra charge. The female attendant was having a bad day, so we hesitated to ask them any questions. The checkout time was 10 AM but we had them knocking at the door at 9:30 AM. The reviews were 6.8 out of 10, I think a little more accurate review would be maybe a 4.5 out of 10 if you were feeling generous.

Biking the East Coast. Had to leave bike outside, but was able to lock it in a safe place. Nice room and great restaurant next door.

José was so great checking us in. He new what to do, what to say, he's a problem solver! The two ladies that were there the day we left we not so helpful. Nefore leaving my wifw and i sat at the bar for a few drinks. While we were clearly still there, the lady mamager checked us out so we couldn't bill the room we had to pay cash or card. They had a credit card on file, they should keep the bill running, especially when the bar is in the lobby in plain view of the front desk and i personally haven't been to the desk to checkout. Anyways, thanks for the free beers because ileft and didn't pay my tab!

Place is run down. Bed noisy, peoplw walking at bad and loud, smells moldy and smoke. Wouldn't refer

Not much to look at, it's a pretty tired looking hotel, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff friendly. The price is right and we would stay there again.

GREAT VALUE. DIDN’T SEE OHER ROOMS BUT OUR ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. LOVED HAVING TWO COMFORTABLE LOUNGE CHAIRS DAILY TOWEL EXCHANGE AND TIDING UP. WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Good value, convenient

Owners were not welcoming and there is no lobby or restroom. There is a plexiglass window with a slot for payment.

THE OWNERS CANCELED MY RESERVATIONS!!! WE AR STUDENT NURSES AND FLEW IN FRROM TEXAS!! AFTER IN CLINICALS AND CLASS ALL DAY OUR RESERVATIONS WAS CANCLED AT A BAD TIME!!!!!WE DROVE AND CALLED ALL OVER THE AREA LOOKING FOR HOTELS CLOSE TO SCHOOL AND ENDED UP IN DEARFIELD!! THANKS A LOT AND THEY (HUSBAND AND WIFE AT PARKVIEW)WERE VERY CRUEL!!!

Overall you get what you pay for the price is right, staff is nice and fridge is larger than most hotels.
