Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

The rooms are spacious. Microwave & fridge in the room. The pool is being maintained. Breakfast is served for a fee.

We also had a wonderful shuttle driver named Robert. He made us feel as though we had are own personal tour guide. Kudos to both for excellent customer service.

The rooms were nice very clean. Staff was friendly enough however there were no guard areas the pool shut down as they seem to be renovating it so all that’s left is a parking lot. There is not even a bench outside to sit on. It was very cold inside the common areas. Therefore, I had to go outside to drink my coffee in the morning and there was nowhere to sit I had to walk next-door as there is a hotel there and sit on their benches as they seem to have plenty all around.

The bed sheets was very clean no stains I love that part overall the room was very nice and staff was nice. No complaints at all.

Breakfast isn’t free but it’s pretty good!

Hotel was good...Laurie and the front desk is amazing and such a sweet nice lady...the only thing that bothered us is that there were other tenants partying and talking very loudly late at night. Other than that it was good.

Just wish the pool redo was done Nice pool next door at Hampton but not as appealing as the one we looked down to from room 406 Staff was absolutely wonderful - top notch, warm, and friendly Will definitely make this the “go to” for my WPB ventures Thank you very much, all!!!

they had the airport shuttle from 4am. The driver showed up on time and was friendly.

Only drawback is the airport shuttle is shared by three hotels and is the last stop so you can’t schedule it for an exact time. We opted to take an Uber instead. The other kind of negative thing that happened is, I left a meaningful item in my hotel room and no one could find it. It’s disappointing because it probably means someone on staff took it.

We booked a double queen room, but when we arrived at 1am after a late flight, that room was not available. Instead, we got one King bed and a very uncomfortable pull out couch. The person at the desk would not check us in without a $100 deposit (though we had paid the full cost of the room in advance) and all of our credit cards were declined on their machine. These same cards worked perfectly fine everywhere else for the rest of our trip! They would not accept cash or a business check, so because of their faulty machines, we had to stand around forever in the middle of the night before finally getting the wrong room without bedding for the pull out couch.

The hotel is very clean and cozy, located 10 minutes from the beach, with a reasonable price. I was feeling so comfortable and highly recommend staying. Frontdesk staff were polite at all time and were doing their best to leave a great memory from your staying experience. The only thing that was not clearly mentioned in Expedia is that the parking is not free, and you need to pay $5/night (at the time of this post). Also, Expedia charged me $24 for breakfast, and I was able to select only one item from the menu. Then they brought the bill whcih was only $19, and I paid through the voucher. I am not sure why I was overcharged. The other wonder was that the staff were expecting tip for serving breakfast, which was the first time I was ever seeing such expectation in a hotel. I am wondering if they are hotel staff and their salary is not dependent on tips they receive, why would they expect tips? Breakfast is a regular item for all hotels and not a luxury, in my opinion.

The check in with Laurie was lovely and she made feel welcomed. As my plane got in late we decided to spend night at airport and continue down to Stuard the next morning. Even though we had GPS the hotel was not easy to locate. Signage was not obvious.

No charger cables to loan when I forgot mine.

Our reservation was made weeks in advance for a room with 2 queen beds. We arrived prior to check in time and were told that we would be placed on a priority list and would receive a text once the room was ready. Later that afternoon we returned to check in as we had been previously notified that the room was ready. The room we were given was a king bed instead of 2 queens and appeared to not be particularly clean. We returned to the front desk and asked to be switched to a queen room. We were told that due to a maintenance issue there were no queen rooms available and we could be shown a different king room which was evidently the last room available in the hotel. The room we were given was inferior to the original room however we needed to get on with our evening and accepted the room. I am unclear as to why we were moved not moved to another queen room as we had clearly checked in very early in the day and should have been given priority. Side note- this hotel is tired and very basic. For $400+ dollars I would not stay here again nor recommend this location.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The shuttle van was on time at 5:30 AM which made getting to the airport stress free.

We booked 5 queen rooms, weeks ago- we have 2 people per room. All that was left was suites- I had no idea Expedia could change this on us. I would have gladly changed hotels had I known. Totally unacceptable

I was charged extra fee for pet friendly, my cat ,they said I would have to pay $ 75 fee, never indicated that till I checked in, and they charged me $ 85 , 10 bucks more.

A nice place to stay at the end of a very long travel day that ended without travel. Wonderful friendly staff that changed my day to the better and a comfy bed to rest.

Airport shuttle was great to and from. We stayed before our flight and after our return flight. We booked our room online along with a breakfast. We were given continental breakfast coupons at the front desk. The first day we were told it included everything on the breakfast menu. When we returned and stayed we were told it only included the continental breakfast. Not sure if it was because the first day was a menu breakfast and the second stay was buffet, either way need to be consistent. When we booked online through 3rd party website it only said breakfast which we paid extra for. Other than that the place was good overall.

Dejon (I really hope I spelt his name correctly) made me feel safe and comfortable in a situation with a potential guest in the lobby. I’m truly thankful for him for taking control of that situation and making sure I was safe. I didn’t catch his name, but the shuttle driver was also very kind and made me feel safe.

the hotel gave us the first room... mini fridge had leaked all over the floor.. then the coffee pot overflowed.. and the restroom smelled like sewerage. They swapped our room.. it was better. the pool was old, need to be refinished and the water was cloudy. Breakfast charge would have been 13 pp... seems very high

Everything was fine, just the pillow... I don't like the pillow it's too soft, it became very flat when I'm sleeping on it, but two pillows are a little too high and not comfortable.

The pool could use an update as theres holes in the pool. There was a couple ahead of us at 12pm and asked to be checked in early. They were given a room, we asked for a room and it wasnt ready i guess. They took my name and number and said theyd call me when it was ready and they never called. Which eas annoying. Not much to do around there if you dont have a car and want to pay for ubers. The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds.

The bed was super comfy, it was very quiet, and the pool area was great for relaxing. Parking was only $5, which was a nice bonus. Check-in was quick and easy too. Honestly, everything about my stay was great. This is definitely one of my favorite hotels now, and I’d stay here again for sure!

Checked in 130am for my one night stay way too tired to care that it was warm in the room. When i woke, i discovered the a/c was out, fixed at 76 but feeling more like 80. Bathroom sink was clogged and backed up as soon as the water is turned on. Also, for a sunday morning you would think the pool wouldnt be dirty. But it was. If this is our new America count me out god bless our immigrants

Nice staff. Quick check in. Tv and phone didnt work. Maintenance fixed immediately. Room was very clean, except, oddly, the floor in front of toilet. Would rate a 5 if someone didnt @#@## on the floor after cleaning.

The property is beautiful and pristine. The customer service at the front desk and in the morning the restaurant hostess and chef were exceptional. They were friendly and attentive to guests needs including the specifics I required for my meal. I would have liked the flexibility to check in closer to my flight arrival time.

There’s a shuttle. Found out about it late in the visit. They should have told us when checking in. After, saw two extra charges. Called them to ask about it and they said the manager would call me back but never did.

All in all everything was good, however, shuttle on my return back from airport to hotel, never showed up. I did get back with another Hilton shuttle. Driver saw me waiting on his third trip and offered, that was after a 45-minute wait .

We booked here to save a little money on our one night stay. We were surprised to have to pay for breakfast. Most hotels have a complimentary buffet of at least the simplest things. ie:cereal, muffins, toast, but you had to pay $13 for that. If you wanted hot food you had to order that off a menu. It ended up costing us more per night. I think I will go back to the Embassy suites.

The hotel was good there just wasn't much that was walkable nearby. It was fine for me as I was running a half marathon and just needed a place to sleep the night before and shower after my race. The staff were nice and the room was clean.

Cat 5 hurricane coming, made reservations months before and absolutely no refund. Very disappointed. No one can predict Mother Nature.

Unfortunately the people in room next door were extremely loud until 4 in the morning. Loud music Tv and shouting. We made multiple complaints. We asked for our room to be moved but they were totally booked. Although staff did ask them to turn down sound I don’t think they did enough to follow up and alleviate the issue.

I love the fact that’s it’s a no smoking hotel. And it gives the feel a home feeling. I also would like to give credit to my boy Steven helping me check in.

Hotel is located within a business park. Very quiet if you want to relax. You can uber downtown to the hustle & bustle cheaply. Room was clean so no complaints there. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I will stay here again.

Horrible service

The staff was excellent. They always had an answer for any question asked. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the bathroom smelled a bit funny but probably because the bathroom fan didn’t work. Other than that my stay was great and will be back.

It was a great stay

The stay was quite peaceful & everything was extremely clean, staff was helpful & friendly. It was the total package.

The service was excellent, my only concern is the clorox in the pool, it was too strong, my son did not like the pool at all and other people who were there, left the pool for the same reason, the clorox smell was too strong. Also the elevators made some weird sounds and it was very hot, I hope they fix it soon.

Pool wasn’t clean as in the water wasn’t clear looked like it needed to be shocked with chemicals to make it clear. Same with property next door. Bathroom sink was clogged and mold on ceiling in bathroom.

The people at the front (specially Fabian) were very attended and provided excellent service as well as the people working at the bar. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation and bussisness trips.
