Staff were super helpful and gave us a room upgrade after they needed our originally booked rooms to accommodate overbooked guests. Breakfast options were good as well and location where we needed to be.

The cleaning ladies were very friendly. The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was low to average. Only stayed 2 nights was not able to use any of the amenities due to our busy schedule. Would stay here again.

Overall great experience. But the tv remote and steaming iron did not work in our room. Food also needs some attention. More fruit and veggie options. Overall our family is happy with the experience.

I cannot say enough, nice things about the staff at this particular property. From the moment we came in, which was very late at night. The nice young man at the front desk was so welcoming and so warm, I really appreciated that after being in the airport for so many hours. The breakfast area was absolutely spotless, and the staff was incredible at breakfast. Our rooms were clean. The showers were warm, the food was great and there was a nice pool in the back. You agreed with smiles every single time you walk through that door and I could not appreciate it more. Keep doing what you’re doing! I will definitely be back to this property in the near future. If I can give it 10 stars, I would.

I didn't eat the breakfast, the place is just 15 minutes from downtown west palm, but it's in a clean area. The front-desk receptionist was exceptionally polite and friendly. The room was great, good 50" TVs, with Pluto TV. There was low water pressure, but that might be just in response to an overall water shortage in Florida. The couch is cloth and the floor is carpet, so be careful if you have some allergies. The pillows were too small and soft, but, you could just ask for another. Other than that, the place was great.

A bit far from beaches

We arrived very late, and the staff took excellent care of us immediately upon our arrival. The breakfast and coffee were fresh and very enjoyable as well.

Everything about this location is outstanding!! Third visit there, staff always friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are very, very clean. Breakfast is very nice. We would highly recommend!!!

Location is in the middle of nowhere. Also, no hot tub like the other similar Fairfield in West Palm Beach.

They need to prioritize their cleaning efforts. The bathroom lacks essential supplies like trash bags, and there is an unsettling stain of blood splattered on the wall next to the coffee maker. This situation not only detracts from overall hygiene but also creates an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I recommend you warm your pool to make it useable for guests. It was very cold.

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious but very noisy due constant running AC, I had hard time sleeping due to it’s noise. Apparently you can’t turn the AC off completely.

The Hotel overall is pretty good. The beds were comfortable, amenities and service was excellent. The only reason i cant give this Hotel 5 stars is the carpets. Throughout the entire 5th floor hallway and our room carpets were filthy. In major need of steam cleaning and or new vacuums. We couldnt walk around without shoes because of the amount of dirt sitting in the carpet. Brand new white socks will turn black after walking around for a few minutes.

2 areas of improvement: 1. The mattress is very soft. Not good for the back. Was expecting better from Marriott 2. The staff at breakfast area were courteous, super helpful and kept removing plates and utensils too often. Guests can remove their utensils to trash on their own and staff don't need to do it chore. Felt a bit intrusive.

Overall great stay. I always inspect rooms prior to gwtting settled and thefe were no issues for me. No hair left in shower or bathroom or throughout room, nothing seemed dirty. Food was goodm Staff friendly and helpful. Great price considering location. Very good stay.

The room overall was fine, however they are not flexible at all. I had to leave early due to a death in my family and was trying to shorten my stay, but because I had booked through Expedia, the manager was not willing to refund me for the nights that I wouldn’t be there. I arrived Thursday was supposed to stay till Sunday, however, Thursday night we got the news and had to check out the next morning. Management was very rigid and kept the money for the whole stay even though we checked out early, I didn’t appreciate that aspect.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast was not great. Especially the turkey sausages and egg bites.

Property was fine, staff was fine, everything was pretty clean. The shower had the worst water pressure and the AC though it worked was not taking out the humidity, the teen just felt wet and gross.

Only complaint is the wifi was VERY slow and hardly had a signal in our room

The hotel was well kept and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only issue I encounter was that the beds were really hard to sleep on. I stayed for 3 nights and could not sleep due to my lower back pain.

Loved how clean the rooms were. Also loved the daily breakfast options. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The bathtub/shower combination needs to be upgraded. People with mobility limitations may find it challenging to get into the tub. However there is a nice size grab bar.

Room felt humid and air conditioning was loud and had to be on all night due to the humidity in the room. Too many “lights” in the room while trying to sleep. Under the door buffer for sound and light was broken so I had to put a towel to block out light. Black out curtains are never blackout…why can’t hotels figure this out. The room was very plain with tiny beds for the room size. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of hot things were available.

America, and hotels produce millions of tons of plastic daily that in landfills within 48 hrs. We are wasteful to the extreme and we don’t care. 90% of solid waste is packaging materials

We were extremely close to the venue that we needed to be by, everyone was welcoming and accommodating. We loved how clean the hotel was and it was not busy. We will stay here again. Felt safe!!

We stated this property because of its proximity to my son and his family. We chose this one over the other adjacent property because it is always more cleaner and has a continental breakfast option.

the only thing i did not like was their pillows. they felt like they were old pillows.

Everything about our stay was fantastic except for very strong chemical odor in the room. Guessing the carpet had to be cleaned? Unpacking at home even our bags and clothes smell like the room. We both had runny noses and sneezing in the room and thought we might be coming down with a bug but even going to breakfast and just getting out of the room fixed it. If I ever walk into a room like that again I will ask to be moved. The staff were wonderful and I'm sure they would have accommodated. The hotel was great otherwise and i would definitely stay agsin, just not in a room with strong chemicals likd that.

The property was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was quite a nice breakfast in the morning. The property is also convenient to food options and shopping. Attended a show at the Ithink Financial Amphitheatre which was minutes away. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The room that I stayed in was designated as "hanidcap" which meant that the bed was very low to the ground and the tub had a wall hindged car. That and the tub was super shalllow (small) and was not condusive to taking a tub bath only a shower. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the front desk staff were friendly.

Friendly service at the front desk. The only negative piece of my stay comes from housekeeping doing the absolute bare minimum… half way made the bed after my first night, gross mystery substances ALL over the room. The walls, the headboard of the bed, the ceiling. Left over hair in the shower from the previous guest shaving and the shower floors look like they have never been cleaned. Another guests hair all over the towels. The rooms are in need of a deep clean due to long term neglect from the cleaning staff.
