My room was is a little to the older side. But it's clean.Great staff-- Breakfast omlete was tasty! Easy parking.

THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. BEST CHEESEBURGERS I EVER HAD IN MY 64 YEARS ON EARTH. THE STEAK WAS TO DIE FOR. I ENJOY MY 11 DAY STAY..I'LL BE BACK. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING

Every thing was amazing the hotel was beautiful enjoyed the happy hour for guests the breakfast was also delicious the room was amazing loved the wrap around window view we had plus we got upgraded to a king size bed when we checked in every one was amazing and friendly definitely would stay again when sailing out of Miami just to break up our drive

Enjoyed the breakfast daily with made to order omelets and many other choices. Had dinner one night in the restaurant. Service and food were good. Pool is nice. Be careful of the slippery pavement. Gym is a plus. I would just say the rooms could be updated. Old microwave and furniture. For the price point and accommodations for 5 it worked out great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No utensils in kitchenet. No slippers, vanity kits. No flexible shower.Only one piece of soap for three sinks. Thankfully bathroom doors were present, albeit poorly adjusted. Was impossible to crack open the window.

Great hotel. Free Breakfast is excellent! Full service restaurant for dinner and food and service excellent. Two free cocktails at happy hour. Onsite guest laundry was nice.

Great location & beautiful hotel. The rooms are super cool. It is not the regular embassy suites where you have the big interior lobby with rooms floors. Mattresses are not the most comfortable in this property.

Would not recommend- Stay at the Embassy in Palm Beach Gardens instead. We’ve been more than pleased with that location every time we have visited family.

The breakfast was great!. It really nice provided having 2 free drink for bar Thu night and Fri night. Staff were nice also. The room was clean but unfortunately the pillow is not that very good quality. Cuz it very flat doesn’t come with foam at all. It look very cheap kind of pillow. Also by the elevator hall where by near the ice machines. I have notice water leaking from air conditioning. So, I told them front desk to let them know about this at 9 floors. So been since 2 days they didn’t fix it at all. It still leaking seem didn’t take my word to let them know that it leaking and floor wet not safe for people who walk and slippery. Otherwise been okay well at staying place hotel.

Parking Breakfast, room.

My trip unfortunately occurred while they were doing maintenance on the pool and hot tub. That’s why I chose the hotel, but they were unavailable for Memorial Day weekend. I think that’s for planning.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites and almost rated it 5 starts. However I recently checked my credit card and saw that I was overbilled on a purchase there; which is weird, dishonest and disappointing. The only purchase I made at the hotel was a dinner of fish tacos and buffalo wings at the bar since the restaurant had closed on Sunday 17th May. The bill totaled 38usd and probably some cents and I chose 20%tip (which would make the bill 50usd for the very most). I was recently notified by my bank 3 days later that almost $100usd (in my currency it could be $97usd- $100usd) was charged from my credit card. I have never experienced this level of dishonesty at a hotel before so I am shocked. Also when I asked for directions for the buffet, instead of being directed I was immediately cautioned by one of the managers that the buffet had to be paid for as she went on to inform me that the breakfastwas not free. (I paid for the buffet breakfast when I booked breakfast included on the app.) This was so unnecessary since my only request was for directions.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. My only issue was that we couldn't get in the pool and the outlets in the bathroom were nit working at all also the AC took too long to kick in and the lighting in the bed room was dad.

Pool was out of use, main entrance door broken had to go through a small emergency exit door with several bags and a suitcase

First..the staff was excellent. However, we specifically chose this property for the pool, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. Property offered to shuttle us to a different property if we wanted. Next, the bar didn't open until 5pm......Next, the property was pretty run down for an "Embassy Suites". Turned off and will not stay again.

Great place to stay! Although limited TV stations, everything walkable distance. Shuttle service and breakfast a plus! Jets didn’t work in the hot tub, but just sitting in it with the warm water was soothing.

The hotel overall is comfortable and well maintained. Noise can travel from neighboring rooms via a hallway/door. Breakfast is very good. Overall a very reliable hotel and super close to rental cars and teh airport

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and out pleasant. One downside was the alarm light, which flashed white throughout the night in our bedroom and was quite annoying. Also, only two sets of towels were provided despite our group of six. The location is very convenient with easy highway access and close to shopping; Target is about 2 miles away. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, and the gym was clean with plenty of equipment available. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel was fine,clean, helpful friendly staff located in a warehouse district. If you are looking for a place to stay if you missed a flight out of PBI, this will more then be suitable.

Good location if attending an event at the iTHINK amphitheater. Room was clean. 2 free drinks at the bar was a nice touch not sure if it’s for all guests or part of being a Hilton honors member. Breakfast is included which is also a bonus but didn’t make it in time.

Front desk check agents were amazing and accommodating!! You can the property had some rework, but bathroom could use more TLC. The modern refresh was nice, but the rusted aging of the bathroom detracts from the refresh. Embassy Suites has always been known for the breakfast. It was just not what I expected at all!!! Seemed more continental style and level of food. The only thing decent was the omelet station. Bring back the best hot buffet breakfast you are known for please!!!

I like the new pool furniture and needed umbrellas also added dining tables and chairs on the pool deck. The property is well kept!!

The staff was friendly and courteous, however the hotel is a little dated. At check in, the toilet in the room was not clean as the person who used it, sprinkled on the seat, luckily, I had cleaning agent to clean the seat. The sink in the kitchenette was dirty, the sink appearred coffee stained with a sugar packet paper in the sink for the entire 3 days stay. I did not used the kitchen. The bed was made on a daily basis, breakfast each morning, limited food selections, the same thing served each morning.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We also loved the bar area and the bartender was very friendly during the happy hour!

Specifically Madison and Ricky at the front desk. Jolie the bartender I experienced a hardship and all three of these workers were there to support me and care for my needs.

Great family experience

The properties in a high congested area, but a lot of traffic and exhaust. There are a few shady characters in and around the property, but for the most part, don’t bother you.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Everyone was friendly. Did not like that we were charged $7 for parking. We were not told that beforehand.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and they offered extra amenities.

It was nice that the hotel was so close to the Busch Gardens parks and that there was a shuttle to the parks but the breakfast buffet was often out of items, the phones in the room could not call the front deak, the room service did not deliver and the staff were rude when we tried to order room service.

I liked that this property was a great location for everything. The lady on the bar was very nice even though I only used two compliments drinks because I was busy doing another things the 3 days . Also, The guy doing the omelet was very efficient and fast to handle the crowd line. I did not like that Saturday some of the hotel guest woke me up with some of loud rap music at 6am.

The hotel looks and feels outdated and dirty. They even left the garbage from the previous guest in our room. The carpet was wet in a area, who knows from what.

Breakfast dsily was just scramble or omelet egg n only pork meat. I don't consume pork. Not even cheese was available. There were fruits but 1 morning. The watermelon n cantelope was spoiled

Convenient access to airport. Reasonable parking fee. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms are very spacious which is always appreciated when you are staying several nights. However, it is an older building that is starting to show it's age; hopefully, renovations are in the future.

Very nice property, have made renovations over the years. Breakfast is redundant and could use a step up. The fitness area has no towels or water and only basic equipment. The pool area is average, pool is small but clean. Rooms are very nice. Happy hour a nice touch
