The room was as clean as it could be as old as it is.Carpet needs cleaning smelly. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. On my next stay, I'll choose a different property.

Very nice property. We dropped our bags off ahead of the time and the front desk made it very easy to do so. The airport shuttle was very easy to use.

Loved the hotel itself - sofa in addition to bed was great for watching TV. Everything was clean and well maintained and staff was friendly. Restaurant and bar were excellent, just wished they had opened a little earlier. Having to pay to park wasn't great but it was a minor inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again when we need a place.

I know I won't be staying back at hotel ever again. The carpet in the room has a smell, it was bearable but could tell it needed cleaning, also on my 2nd day the toilet stop working. The room was very dusty, u see the night stand and table had dust all over it. Also the phone in the room wasn't even working I had to call direct line which took anywhere from 8-10mins when it does work and they rarely had someone at the front desk when I needed help or had issues. No thank you . Not be getting my money again

Gym is not maintained. Room is not well staffed with towels, hand soap, etc. sink could’ve been cleaned better. I’ve stayed at other Hilton’s and it’s been fine so they just need to upgrade this one a little better. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful though

If it weren’t for the knocking on my door at around 0900 and waking me up 5 stars. I was in town for the last of 7 shows over Memorial Day weekend. We didn’t get back to the room until after 0300 after a long three days of traveling and 7 shows. Checkout is at noon so why go around knocking on doors waking people up around 0900? Other than that it was a pleasant stay. I do have to say the cookies were delicious and the front desk staff were great!

When we go to our room (5th floor). There was a huge cockroach in our room. We went to reception and wanted to change our room but hotel was full. They gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay which is nice. And they said they will change the sheets. But the housekeeper gave us sheets and left the room without changing it. And there were no new pillow cases also. Other day they changed our room and upgraded it. Except housekeeping part, they were helpful.

Easy accessibility to the airport and friendly staff. Being on the west side of the freeway increased the traffic noise level. Was surprised that I had to pay for parking in a location like this.

The pillows were terrible. Other than that it wasn’t to a standard I would expect at a Hilton. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The manager was exceptionally professional, pleasant and in control of the staff.

Even though the app shows a cancellation fee, I want to clarify that I arrived at the property and left immediately due to serious personal safety concerns. I observed suspicious individuals and apparent drug activity, and as a woman traveling alone for work, I did not feel safe staying at the hotel. I did not use the room at all. I am requesting that Booking.com cancel the reservation on my behalf without penalty, due to safety reasons, and process a full refund.

Additional charge for parking. I did not realize that when I made the reservation - you should say there is a fee for parking. Also there is an additional fee if you want to check in early - even by 1 hour.

I had reserved four standard king rooms and we mainly all got double beds which was unfortunate. I feel that we should’ve been told ahead of time or I should receive some sort of credit back on my account if possible please? I would greatly appreciate any help on that. Some staff were great (shoutout Greg), others RUDE and incompetent. The room is small, musty, and outdated. The housekeeping service did nothing but make the beds - none of the coffee items or towels were replaced (even though left on the ground). The room didn't have HEAT - and the temp went down to 44 degrees. They don't have Smart TV i.e. no Netflix, Hulu, etc., just crappy basic cable. People HAD A PARTY on our floor - actually pulled their chairs out of the rooms and into the hall and proceeded to live it up until someone finally complained around 11:30 pm- and then some drunk people tried to open our door - "wrong room." We stayed at a Drury Suites and it blew this place out of the water. We will never stay at a DoubleTree again. Do better.

At check-in, the front desk agent, Empress, was either unwilling or unable to help. I stood at the front desk for nearly an hour while she repeatedly ignored me, looked past me, and assisted other guests instead. When she finally engaged, she offered no real solutions.She just kept saying I don’t have any other rooms and this room is not big enough for a roll out bed, that’s it. We were stuck there. At this point I would be happy if she offered me 10 pillows and 5 blankets to make a bed for my child on the floor, but she didn’t even do that…. We were placed in an accessible room on the first floor (Room 112) with no view, we asked for a higher floor, with only one double bed and no pull-out couch. I was traveling with two children, and this setup made absolutely no sense. This left us with the unacceptable choice of either leaving to find another hotel on New Year’s Eve or having someone sleep on the floor. Ultimately, my 7-year-old had to sleep on chair cushions on the floor, covered with my jacket, because the hotel provided only one very thin blanket and she was cold. The bathroom had absolutely NO soap, shampoo or conditioner. I asked them to bring some, 3 hours later I had to call again and ask again since they “forgot“ All this is completely unacceptable under any circumstance

Special shout to front desk rep Empress, she really helped us and stood out going above and beyond. The room was clean although the bathroom could have used an update. The property other than lobby seemed a bit run down. Pool was not heated, no hot tub. I would stay again for a stay over pre/post post, no worries.

Hotel is not bad. Was disappointed in a pattern I keep seeing and this hotel was guilty of it. If you book through a 3rd party platform, like hotels.com, you get the bottom of the barrel rooms. I got one where the AC didn’t work. They did fix it (albeit it meant engineers in my room for an hour when I had work calls) but when I requested a room change after a night of poor sleep in an 80 degree room - they refused to change for me. But before the refused - they looked at my reservation. I’m seeing more and more hotels treat their 3rd party booked customers like this. I logged 100+ nights in hotels this year and the pattern is obvious. Expedia should have a policy and a system of checks and balances when hotels choose to do this. Makes the 3rd party program not worth it in my opinion.

I logged 100+ nights in hotels this year and the pattern is obvious. Expedia should have a policy and a system of checks and balances when hotels choose to do this. Makes the 3rd party program not worth it in my opinion.

Didn’t expect this experience from Hilton the price I paid for the day to see roach in the morning in the bathroom, room had odor mold or something carpet had stains needs updating. Told front desk to get room sprayed you see one small roach there’s plenty more elsewhere

Room smelled like cigarettes, the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us, but they did give us complimentary breakfast for the next morning. Having to pay for parking sucked. The AC in the room would constantly turn on/off like some kind of Eco mode, so the room would pretty much stay warm all night which left is sweating throughout the night. People slamming doors all night with no regard to other guests. Toilet flushes excessively loud. So be advised, you're definitely going to wake up your family in the middle of the night if you have to use the bathroom, unless you're staying solo. I remember a time when Double Tree hotels used to be nice. I guess those days are over.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant menu is very limited. The hotel feels dingy. The room was clean, but had a musty smell. Paying $10 to self park in the parking lot is a little annoying - would be nice if it was complimentary for Hilton members. The location is convenient for an early morning flight.

When we checked in the door lock battery was dead so maintenance had to come and fix it. Maintenance guy was nice and professional. The room was missing linens and i had to go downstairs and request them. The restaurant did not have a kids menu.I was under the impression that this hotel had a free breakfast. No free coffee either. It did not. I will not be staying here again. Ill stay at Marriott's only from now on.

The towels were literally the hardest towels that I have ever dried my body with. It was like drying your body with a brillo pad. Also there was a dog that was left alone in the hotel room for over an hour barking continuously.

I don’t mind having to pay for parking when staying at a property. The issue I have is using a 3rd party app for this. QR codes are easy to cover and bring to a fraudulent site. This should be done by staff upon check in.

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING...NOT VALET. JUST IN THEIR GHETTO LOT. The beds were very comfortable. Great pillows. Nothing close by to eat other than fast food. The restaurant on site had limited hours and was not able to try. They probably charged for straws and napkins. The halls are hot and stink. Paper thin walls. You can hear everyone's TV or conversation while walking down the halls. Was severely disappointed in this property. I expected more from a Hilton.

My room was hot and AC was loud. Maintenance came and told me to use the control panel on the ac, not the thermostat, it still didn’t cool off. No response for how loud the ac was. Felt like I was in a cheap motel not a Hilton sponsored hotel.

First, you’re now required to use an app to pay for parking, instead of having it added directly to your reservation like before. On top of that, they increased the card hold from to ? which felt unnecessary for this type of property. What bothered me most was the parking situation. I had to pay ? just to park in the lot, and the app included warnings that vehicles could be towed if payment wasn’t made through it. That part felt very unwelcoming. Overall, these changes make the property feel less worth the cost compared to my previous stays.

Commented on my Two night review, noisy A/C was not good at all. Disturbing sleep, and making it hard to watch the TV. The volume had to be high in order to concentrate on what you were watching. And during sleep, it was a pleasure to turn off A/C at a cool point during the night. A/C could do with upgrading, old.

The most detracting thing about our stay was the Air Conditioning Unit in the room(s). We changed rooms, due to the fact that not only was the A/C Unit mounted near the window loud and noisy whilst in operation, it had loose fittings that rattled making quite a racket. This was experienced during our Five night stay, as opposed to our Two night stay seven days earlier. Having experienced a real Hilton Hotel located in Naples, FL. The drop in standards were HUGE, generally. And the A/C in Naples was virtually silent in comparison.

The people who work there are good people, something happened that I didn't like, I put my things in the safe, when I tried to take it out, it didn't open, I went to the reception, the lady who works there said she couldn't do anything because the man who opens the safe had gone home and would only solve the problem the next day, there was our money, our medicines, so we talked if you don't solve it we will call the police, after a lot of talking, they solved the problem, but I was stressed

My friend slipped and fell in the shower and reported it. EMT was called but she did not go to ER. Upon arriving home she went to her doctor and found that she had a fractured arm and shoulder
