Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport

Customer service was the best. After a long drive, Ms. Florexil had a room for me way before 4 pm. I was offered water bottles every day at the front desk. Tanaya Boatwright is the epitome of first class service. She gave me ideas for the beach and gave me a 1 pm late ck out so I could go before I left. Larry G and Ryan Kinge were most hospitable as well. The room was clean and beds comfortable, with plenty of towels. Close to Kravis Center and City Place. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This place was super clean. Everyone was super friendly great pool and hot tub area. The beds are so comfortable really, I could go on and on about how nice this place was definitely a great place oh and let me not forget I was getting on a plane the next day after being in the keys for a whole week so I had a whole load of laundry to do and I was able to do my laundry and put my stuff back in my suitcase clean that was amazing overall, I definitely give this place five stars

The room was mediocre. The furniture dirty and drawers kept falling open. The slider did not lock. Room was noisy from nearby I-95. And annoyingly, after folio was closed the manager offered two 12oz bottled water for the road, only to charge nearly $12.00 to my card after the fact. Not acceptable. Will not be going back.

Haven’t stayed in a place this bad in a long time. Friendly check in. Room was so dated!! Rug was disgusting with stains and the chair too. So gross. Bathroom not good either. They had a sign they will be renovating but don’t know when. Would not stay here again. I’m surprised for a Marriott. Good thing I checked in at 10pm and left at 5:15 am. Was just there to catch a flight ! Payed a lot just to stay for 7 hrs

We were able to check in 2 hours early, everything was very clean, and the hot tub/pool areas were clean.

Staff was the best part of our stay very friendly.. and accommodating. The bathroom was subpar. The mold in the shower was disappointing for sure. Plus there was no conditioner in the shower, it was empty. Young adults running up and down the hallways at 3am and the halls smelled like weed the whole time we were there. It was a shame really because we are marriott bonvoy members and marriott vacation club members. We didn't complain because we were staying for 12 hours.

Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting.

Quite Was told over phone that they had a shuttle to and from airport. That's why I reserved room there. And when I called to get picked up no shuttle and was told to late to cancel room. Was very ?

The check in clerk was rude. I booked via Booking, reservation confirm, but not on file with Hotel. Had to pay again at checkin desk. I took photos of the dirty carpet. The towels were worn and not white. We refused to shower in the place. The sofa was also stained and dirty. The TV was too small to be seen from the 2 beds. See above - I have been using Marriott for years. More that 15 and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott. Doors locked when we arrived. Why? Customer came in and Clerk asked "Do you have a room key?" Why. It was terrible.

I wanted to get into the Jacuzzi. But it had Mold, dirty.. it was discouraging because that was one of the main reason why I reserve. Woke up with allergies, dust got my eyes red

Then I realized that the window has a small gap where the hot air gets in so for the rest of the stay I kept the curtains shut which helped keep the hot air out and allowed the room to get cold. Aside from that everything was good with the room, up until I was leaving. As I was walking out the room, there was a small roach above the door. So that kinda sucked. I didn’t complain or say anything at the front desk about anything because I had to leave for work and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But for sure, the room and elevator need upgrades. The lobby is nice and chic and the cafe was cute.

Additionally, the telephone in the room wasn’t working, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. For the price and expectations, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them for future guests.

The first hotel room had mold in the AC unit and the Jet tub was gross, we asked to switch rooms for a cleaner tub. The second room had mold in AC unit and near window, the tub was better cleaned than the first one, but still a bit concerning. Also there was a small rip with a blood stain on the comforter.

I have signed paperwork from Larry Engstrom (operations manager) saying he had done what he needed to cancel my reservation so i would not be charged. He was simply lying through his teeth. Shadiest hotel I've ever encountered. Will notstay at another marriott property for the rest of my days. Nor will I ever use Expedia. Absolute terrible way to treat people as a "hospitality" organization.

Everything was great. They let us check in early which was so nice. We had sunburn from our day at sea the day before. Short trip from Miami port. Room was so comfortable. We recharged and went to a concert. Fyi you can not buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday

I was definitely disappointed with this property. I come to the area frequently and my usual property was booked so I figured that I would try this one. The overall impression that I got was that the place was old. It has been given a facelift, but it feels old. When you look past some new wallpaper and carpet, it isn't in great shape. It has old bathtubs, the pool was green and the gym didn’t even have half of the lightbulbs in the fixtures. The staff was great, but I do t think that I will be returning to this Marriott property. There are properties across the street that feel more updated and offer breakfast (if hotel breakfast is your thing).

First room I booked had a tub next to bed with rotting wood from over spill of the tub water. The tub jets had hair in them and black film around tub. The carpet next to the bed was lifting from the water damage. Asked to move to a room with no tub. Front desk was amazing in assisting us. If it wasn’t for the awesome front desk staff I’d probably get my money back and stay else where but they were super friendly and reassured me it was not how the hotel operates and gave us a wonderful room smaller but no tub and very clean. Customer service saved this visit hands down

Exterior of Hotel excellent. Lobby excellent. Staff FANTASTIC and go out of their way. Issue: Room is VERY dated and even disheveled. It was a bit dirty mainly due to everything easily being 10-20 yrs old. Had space on wall for a huge tv; yet, had a MAYBE 33 inch tv. Two of the lights didn't work. Sheets and "blankets" badly frayed. Had an odor of dampness that was noticeable. Most furniture was damaged and/or not maintained. Odd, as the exterior and lobby seemed pretty good - rooms were "shabby". Would not stay again. At any price. But, again, staff at desk were AWESOME. One of two elevators not working...so 3-15 minute wait.

The pool water was poorly treated. It was moldy and the water was dirty. The water in the hot tube was dirty and with sea sand. I hope they can fix it soon. However, the rest of the areas were clean and maintained. The staff customer service and friendliness were above and beyond.

Frond desk staff was warm, helpful and friendly. Location is convenient. But there seemed to bed bugs in the room because my wife got bit around her neck.

They don't charge for parking. I love that. Very clean room, great staff, great dining/snack area in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Mr Engstrom was great, made check-in easy and very pleasant. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that’s a building problem I think. Overall, I would stay there again easily and again my thanks to Mr. Engstrom.

The hotel has a great lobby and hallways. The room was stained with very dim lighting in the bathroom and was reminiscent of a jail cell that I see in movies. The chair in the room had stains all over it and the walls in the bathroom had a good amount of mold above the door. I would not stay here again.

Room was filthy! Blood stains on the carpet, dirty carpet throughout the room! Awful experience for me and I will definitely not return!

Front Desk Staff is Amazing!!

Our check-in experience with Marvin’s was wonderful and he continued to provide excellent customer service throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom was a bit dated but clean.
