😕😕 Poor cleaning, deterioration and aging of the place, bad smell in the carpets, a very bad experience, I really don't recommend it.

Rooms need some update on the A/C and rooms in general. Not a bad place to stay

Very disappointing stay. The property was dirty, the plumbing was broken, and there was a strong sewage smell throughout the hotel. We also felt unsafe during our stay, and police were called to the property. Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable experience, and we would not stay here again.

Downstairs was smelling bad

1st floor was very noisy, found a bug in the room, head board was dirty, no shower towels in bathroom. If staying for one night and going to see a show then it's fine. Also, back parking lot was partially flooded when we got back from concert at 11:00. We were lucky to get a spot. No breakfast...coffee in the room. DD right up the street.

The location was great. The front counter help desk, night shift, would never answer the phone. The police was called to the property two, sometimes three, times per night. The kind of guest that checks in there are high temperament people and drug use. The mattreress, on the beds, are completely outdated, worn and needs replacing. The carpet has severe stains and the walls have duct tape covering the holes in it. Some of the doors even have duct tape to support their structure. I MADE A TERRIBLE CHOICE IN CHOOSING THIS HOTEL...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Room was filthy, some kind of mess smeared all over walls , Oder of pot in room and pretty much all over property. Room across the hall clearly has had the door kicked in at some point, they have a hasp and pad lock on it . Definitely the most affordable in the area , but spend the money and stay somewhere else .

The staff from 11-7 ish was thoughtful and helpful. The day staff over reservation was irritable and unfriendly to most guests. The hotel was overbooked and turned at least three families were sent away. The online booking cost $47 for a room (maybe some added fees like tax). Don’t go there until they are finished up with the renovations.

Room very clean. Quite room. I have not used the laundry as yet. Air conditioning is perfect. I don’t like AC all the time. This AC for me is still cold at 80 F. So I turned it off. I am sure it I spoke to the front desk about it they would take care of it.

Liked the friendliness of the staff. Pool was clean. TV didn't have sound for most of the channels. Close to mostly everything with downtown about 10 minutes away. Definitely worth it for the money, just dont stay there for entertainment.

The pool area was not swept - there were little pieces of garbage etc - I had to be careful were I walked. The hallway floors were not vacuumed. The pool deck needs to be repainted to make it look better/up to date.

La recepcionista que me hizo el crack-in es una falta de respeto. Estaba hablando por FaceTime todo el tiempo con otra persona. Cuando le dijimos que nos prestara atención se molestó. Hizo comentario con otros clientes burlándose de mis amigos. Incluso dijo que debíamos cancelar y irnos. Le preguntamos si nombre y mintió dijo que se llamaba Chloe y no era cierto. Incluso sobre las 8 de la noche llamó a la habitación de mi amigo y le dijo que el no iba a poder hospedarse más en ese hotel porque era persona no grata. Todo eso sucedió el sábado 23 de mayo en el horario de 7pm a 9 pm.

The very 1st room i was checked into was discussing and the lights cut off halfway into my shower . Paint chipped and scum-rings sound the tub. We requested to go to another room and even that room was gross just not as disgusting as the 1st room . Worst hotel I’ve been in and would never book again . Unnecessarily charges for damage fee hold on my card when there was no damages . The smell in the room and hotel and elevator was dirty . Would not recommend to anyone else to stay here .

No hot water and on occasion not even running water in the room! Breakfast was non-existent while the booking said it was included. This property is falling apart. The pool water looked iffy as well. A big no all around.

There was a roach in the bathroom and on the night stand. The coffee maker needed cleaning. And bathroom tub was sitting in the tub. There was hair on the linen and trash bin in the room just in the bathroom.

The guy who checked me in was very rude for what reason idk. Then to get to the room the room smelled like pee we had to spray the room. Soon as we walked in the bathroom the shower had a roach in it. We killed the roach, the toilet you had to flush multiple just to get it to flush. Lastly the room service I guess came to clean the room while we were gone and they put sheets with yellow stains on.

It’s an old building with a lot of upgrade.

Housekeeper didn’t clean the room and towels for 2 days. I came in and checked no hangers for clothes.

The housekeeping sucks I asked for washcloth none had to use hand towels to take a bath. The water pressure socks and the carpet needs cleaning The front lady on that Saturday was rude when I asked for washcloth she stated that she was only one there at the time. The stayed wasn't good.

The pool area only The elevators didn’t seem safe, doors opened befor the elevator stoped. Stay on floor 3&6. Both smelled moldy with a lot of stains on the floors. Bathrooms were the worst. Put together tubs, no vent just a patched whole. Not clean. The fridge seal was gone on top. Beds were rock hard.

Nothing the staff was nice It’s cockroach infested. We came back from dinner and we first saw them in the bathroom. We turned on the light and they all started scurrying tons of them. It’s 10:46,and we are sleeping in our rental because we saw one on the night stand but it’s too late to go anywhere.

I do not think I will be staying at this property again. The room smelled as if curry was cooked in it, very dated, and not clean. There was a sense of grittiness at the property.

Bathroom in desperate need of updating. Room key kept losing signal and was told if you get to far away that happens. Really? Other that that for the price it was a bargain. You get what you pay for.

Pool was nice. Room was disgusting. Ceiling tiles literally falling in, shower pan collapsing, door frames rusting...and the smell...literally the worst room in recent memory.

Tell the truth The hotel itself wasn't really bad. But the experience was, Rome had no file on the shower, did work. The toilet didn't flush so overall. If you just want a hotel just to be out there, then that's the moment, but if you're looking for a lot more from a hotel, I'll just just find a different hotel.

Terrible hotel experience. Didn't expect exceptional room for price of $85.00 but literally had the toilet above us leaking through ceiling into our bathroom. After unpacking had to pack up and move. Got new room at almost midnight noticed floor was wet by AC. Called them to tell them floor was wet they said window probably leaking from rain like they were use to that. Offered for us to move again a 2nd time chose to stay because we had driven 10 hours then noticed the room was not cooling off an hour later. At this time it was 1 a.m. so we suffered through it until a.m. Asked for refund only offered 15% discount, so I asked for manager, they put her on phone she agreed to give 50% off. Got invoice it was only 40% off because they discounted the rate of the second room which was 10$ cheaper than I paid for original room, which i was actually charged for. Do not stay here. Not fit for guest. You may think it would be decent since it advertised Event Center, but no way they are hosting any events there. Everything

Everyone was so nice, and the building was beautiful. The rooms were easy to fine, and the view was gorgeous. The elevators feel like they bounce a little as you go up or down.

I was down for Easter weekend with my 5 year old daughter to visit close friends. I had no working toilet for 4 out 5 days and no hot water at all. The entire property really smells like weed and it stuck to mine and my toddlers clothes. I would never stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. It’s unfortunate.

The room was actually fairly clean but the toilet was already plugged with toilet paper and dental floss when I got in there. Really weird! Plus there were some stains on the bedding which was gross but I know it had been washed.

The water was only on hot it was so hard to take a good shower because the water was so hot. The building needs to be updated badly and when we checked in the young lady had a bit of an attitude.

-Dead roaches on the shelf -None of the electrical outlets worked -There was a smell in both the public areas and the rooms that smelt like cat urine -The AC unit made this horrendous loud noise over and over that sounded like someone was moving furniture -the body wash was empty -when we checked in there was a line of 3 because the employee was talking with her coworker and no one noticed there were guests ready to check in for 15min before we went to find them -shower has a weak stream and took 15-20min to get warm

Bed sheets looked like they were already slept on wrinkled and dirty. And on top of it someone from the hotel walked into the room twice even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on the door. Tacky attitude ridden staff on top of that - and lots of property damage through out the corridors/elevator. Good location but otherwise JUST GROSS!

The only nice area of this place was the lobby. Once we got to the hallway to go down, right away there was a ceiling repair with debris all over the floor. Once we got to the room and opened the door, we were hit in the face with enough strong cologne to choke a horse. The mattress had crevices/indents. There was brown crap splashed on the wall. The shower… THE SHOWER. Barely ANY water pressure. The temp would get super cold and super hot. Not good for an infant. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. The dresser wasn’t very appealing. Just overall, not nice. We switched hotels.

This property needs a compete refresh. Interiors are drab, carpets are worn, wallpaper is peeling, and the furniture is chipped and stained. The bed was comfortable though.

The receptionist was rude unprofessional, bad attitude., stayed in for 4 nights, Shower drain clogged up, requested maintenance, no body showed up. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall experience fell short. The front desk staff were not very friendly, which set a negative tone from the start. The property itself needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where the wear and tear was noticeable. There were no good amenities, and for the price, breakfast should have been included. The value just wasn’t there.

Room was clean. Staff was extremely rude. We were locked out of room and waited 1.5 hours for someone to come back to the front desk. We even called law enforcement because no staff showed up. When staff finally arrived they were extremely rude and had an attitude that it was our fault we had to wait. We were 1 of 7 people waiting in the lobby.

Staff were very nice, elevators we were afraid the doors would not open at times, hotel lobby not clean, room had mold smell, beds leaned to one side or sunk in the middle, very few channels on the tv, carpet very dirty and sticky to walk on, bathroom had paint falling off, rust in bath tub and shower had no pressure…but you get what you paid for.

The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor.

The room was radioactive as it was full of mold from top to bottom. We woke up congested and with headaches due to the contaminated environment. We recommend that you do not stay there until the break apart and renovate the place. We asked to move rooms but the management did not see the need.

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience staying here. The walls are extremely thin, so it was very difficult to sleep because you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Guests were also very loud throughout the night. When we first arrived, there were police surrounding the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Overall, it wasn’t a very restful or pleasant stay.

I was busy with relatives so I was just there to sleep but the staff was very helpful with info n directions.The washer and dryer worked great.

The hotel that I can go to simply do not recommend it they should close it they do not clean the rooms the beautiful full of hair of the previous customer must be and since they do not clean I had to see it the bathtub completely dirty as I say they did not clean under the bed full of garbage with toothpicks on the sides of the bed a disgusting thing do not go that does not serve it is very cute in photos but when you arrive it is another reality and not to say the damp plague please repair that hotel it is a pity that you rent people in that place with such horrible conditions

The hotel itself is no better than a motel six, my room had peeling paint. My original room didn’t have a flushable toilet. I came back after a work event to having no hot water and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I would not recommend staying here better off spending a little bit more money to have better accommodations.

The hot water didn't work for awhile and was told it would be off 2 days, then eventually came on due to folks complaining but the rooms atleast were clean

Absolutely horrible, my son picked up a live cockroach and we found 5-10 living cockroaches in our room. There was also hair all in the sink and the walls and floors were filthy! NEVER again! & always read reviews before going places.

This is actually my first time in my life I hate my room. Me and my boyfriend just was switched to room 630 because room 130 didn’t have hot water, the toilet didn’t flush, the HDMI port don’t work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone cord would not stay inside the phone so I can complete the call and the speakerphone did not work!! The customer service is not good at all!! When I was at the desk waiting to complain about my issue there were two Elder women and she requested two additional pillows. The front desk lady stated there was no housekeeping and she will have to wait until the morning. I volunteer two pillows from my room because it was two beds and I did not need the additional pillows. The front desk lady looked irritated and said to the other lady, she will bring them down to her room. And not to mention, they said the hotel was sold out of rooms, but yet they switched our room!! she asked me did I want to switch my room as if I wanted to stay in a room without a flushing toilet. This is only a day trip and it’s only nine at night.! I would not recommend this hotel for anybody and I’m not over exaggerating or lying!!!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that the elevator was dirty and the whole entire hotel did not smell the best!!! to be honest room 630 was better than 130 but I won’t be going back! The only most convenient thing about the hotel is I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go!!

My room look like a roach Motel. There was a big patches everywhere around the front door the safe box was Rusty. Around the bottom of the bathroom entry door was all rotted out. The toilet wasn't cleaned the floors weren't cleaned meaning they weren't vacuumed at all. A shower was nasty the ceiling over the head of the shower was patched multiple times and it was leaking from above and stains on the sheets and I paid $200

Older somewhat rundown property, was clean but dated and needs refresh. Water pressure horrible. Good for 1 night on road but needs refesh sooner than later. Kind of at noisy intersection and noise traveled between rooms more than most hotel's

When I entered my room, I noticed that the carpet and furniture inside the room were also smelly and damped. The chairs inside the room looked gross with stain marks everywhere. The only thing cleaned thoroughly were the towels and bedsheets. The bathroom had lose hardware's. The toilet didn't feel stable like if it was missing some nuts to hold it in place. Water chain inside the toilet was releasing water constantly. I tried to fix it by pulling the handle smoothly but didn't worked, leaking water all night. This is just a few things and I haven't even say half of it. The hotel looks nice on pictures but nothing like having a in-person experience. Moral of the story: "You get what you pay for". Overall: I won't recommend this "Hotel" to any one. Thank you for your time reading this....

The first 2 nights the woman who was working the front desk would program my keys but not say a word when she handed them back to me. No apology. No explanation. The third night a guy was working the front desk. He programmed my keys but was friendly. He told me with a smile if I needed anything else to let him know. The fourth night a different woman was working. I told her I needed my keys programmed and that I had come down every night during my stay to get them reprogrammed. I said "this must be an ongoing issue." She said "not an issue." I asked "so what is the problem?" She said in a matter of fact tone "if you're gone all day you have to stop at the front desk to get them reprogrammed." I said, "really, no one has told me that." She said "nobody's told you that?" I said, "no, you are the first one." Again, no apology, no show of concern for my inconvenience. My door to my room didn't have a door closer and the door hit the door jamb so you had to forcibly open and close the door. The rooms are in pretty bad condition for the money I paid for the room. I travel to West Palm Beach regularly for work and will not be staying there again.

Basically everything in the room was breaking on me, intimately waking up to a pool of water all over the floor one morning. I got a different room finally, but this will be my last time here. Friendly staff at the lobby, but the condition of the rooms, noise level, dirt everywhere in hallways and in rooms too, this place is just really rough at the moment. I suggest find smth else.

My room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. Maid service everyday was something I haven't seen in many years and I really appreciated returning to my room with the bed made, garbage removed and clean towels.

I checked in on a Friday night planning to stay until Monday, but I checked right back out as soon as I saw the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting — stains all over the sink, a bathtub that wouldn’t stop running, and a filthy mat thrown inside the tub as if that would cover up the mess. The entire room smelled horrible, and the hallway wasn’t any better. I asked for a different room, and the receptionist, Vanessa, told me the hotel was full and that all the bathrooms looked like that. When I asked about a refund, she said I’d “probably” get one and told me to come back in the morning. The next morning, I was told I’d still be charged for Friday but refunded the remaining days. Bottom line: I would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks and smells like a crackhouse. Do not be fooled by the pictures online — they are nothing like reality. And the customer service needs serious improvement, starting with Vanessa’s attitude. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Rooms stink, loud AC, paint chipping and wall molding half on/off. Bathroom toiletries were out also I booked 2 nights and only stayed one- I do not recommend at all!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean and no funky smell on the 6th floor. Management needs to invest in a cleaning crew and painters.

I rate my stay a two star because the prices were reasonable (cheap) and the customer service was ok, I was issued a refund of 30 for my troubles.. what I didn’t like about my trip? Coming into my room it smelt like wet moldy carpet ; the room was hot, the shower was torture because it had freezing water no hot water, the elevator smelt like urine, outside of the elevator was a trash can with a box full of trash next to it that was there the whole trip, the room keys weren’t working, the bathroom lights weren’t working sometimes: and last but not least there was no kitchen to get breakfast. Overall I wasn’t happy with my stay and I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was okay. The carpet is very dirty. There were spill stains on the dressers, elevator gets stuck. The hallways smell horrid. The front desk isn’t very professional. Not a single word about costs or anything. Just charges you and lets you go on your own. The maintenance guy, knocked while I was in the shower and then I quickly got out to see who it was and I saw him with a BIG key trying to open my door. Mind you he knew the room was occupied. Checkout isn’t til 11am. It was 9:30. I expect my $100 fee to be added back to my account.

The bathrooms could use a touch up, the light didnt work all the time and it has no circulation so it gets very muggy and mildewed in the room after a shower. And the keys frequently stop working when you leave the premises. Other than that this was good for me. My second time staying here. More than likely when i visit again ill come back to this place.

Had a lovely stay while in town for a concert. Convenient to the iThink Amphitheatre, as it's a relatively easy drive to/from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely return if I'm back in the area.

The back / side door from the parking area nothing to desired, just too ghetto people hanging out smoking and sitting around, looks like a street corner or streets with junkies. That entrance area need a better way life not because it’s the cheapest, but because it’s at a very good location. And it’s also a conference center not a motel!!!!!

It looks like a double building high rise like Willis towers in Chicago, or for a higher power the Khalifa in Dubai and even better could be like the Cadillac Westin tower hotel in Detroit.

It is an older property, but it was a nice stay. I do not know why people posted the negative reviews. Great Management and friendly staff.

Our check in experience was very nice.. most hotel employee staff were very nice! Housekeeping banging on your door at 9am when you don’t have to be out til 11am was ridiculous and uncalled for, plus we asked for 2 new towels and we’re keeping 2 others.. they removed all the towels and left 2, no hand towels and didn’t replenish toilet paper after we asked for another roll. Shower area looked like it was under construction that never got finished, we had a balcony room that the handle was removed so you couldn’t open the door! AC unit would turn off on its own and wasn’t even chilly, all while it’s 92 degrees outside.

This property was just so dirty. There were stains on the carpets, it smelled dirty and moist. The tub flooring didn’t feel safe to stand on. The 3 nights i stayed, it was soooo loud in the hallway around 11:30-12 AM. I was here for a school conference for the weekend, and will not be staying here next time.

The room was very large, the only thing is every time you want to get in your room after leaving for a day you had to go to get the keys redone which was annoying so imagine being there for a month and you say something to the staff and the bluntly tell you they don’t care. The air conditioner in the room was very loud you couldn’t hear it the tv. The facility says it’s non smoking but you wake up to smoke smell.

As we checked in, there were many people hanging out in the parking lot and a very stong smell of pot. We proceeded to check in and were told at the desk that they were at capacity so if we needed anything we wouldn't get it. I asked if the room was clean because she made it sound like we got the last room in the place . she said if the tv didnt work or we needed more towels, etc she couldn't accommodate us. We went to our room and luckily, but also to our surprise, the tv was already on - well it worked at least. There was a big glob of hair in the shower and there wasn't a store or gas station easily or safely accessible. I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures online looked way better than it was. very disappointing stay!

The television service is broken, it doesn't work properly. There's no MTV for a Catfish marathon. The sales live channels are too repetitive and cloned in other channels. Univision is vanished and it was sued by The President Donald Trump because of Miss Universe. Shop NBC is owned by Rockefeller and it is limited because of An American Hustle in Switzerland. ESPN is the only one that is working, but it also limited because of saturation of sports news, so that is a karma for guys who love sports all day, every time.Everything else nothing to watch. Damn that's messed up.

Big room with large TV and couch. Clean sheets and surfaces. Pillows were not great. However, the over all impression of the hotel is tired and poorly maintained. There are stains on carpets and couches, even in the lobby. The shower fitting was rusty and the 'plastic' on the toilet seat was pealing. It really has a feel of a place that has been going for years and not been refreshed or well maintained.

The front desk person wanted me to fix the TV and refrigerator problem by walking me through a couple of steps. When I saw this matter could not be resolved this way, they did offer me a room change. We had to repack everything and move to a new room. This is a sign this hotel does not keep after the rooms as they should. The hotel looks dated and it needs some love and better care. The photos looked good on-line, however it's a dated hotel.

The staff is very kind and considerate, especially Vanessa in particular who was able to help assist my family and I through some booking issues. She was patient and went above and beyond to ensure our concerns were resolved. Though we didn’t stay, we highly recommend. Thank you Vanessa!

The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The hotel had a weird smell like mold or mildew. I got up late to use the restroom and saw roaches in the bathroom. I also saw them on the desk by the tv. I made sure to shake out my things and check my bags before I left.

Property was in deplorable conditions. The air condition did not work during the limited time. I was on property. This led me to checking out and having to request a refund from Expedia due to the deplorable conditions at the hotel.

The rooms were cery clean and the staff was very friendly and amazing. Very quiet place even though they had an event there, we would have never known if it wasnt for us seeing them set up for it while at the pool. Definitely would stay there again.

Floors in room were filthy, walking around in white socks and bottoms were black. Found a 2” cockroach right before checkout in the room also, had to kill it with the floor lamp. It’s still under the lamp but I doubt housekeeping will ever find it, probably never go in the rooms

Light in bathroom rarely worked, elevators were a hot mess and did pretty much what they wanted regardless of what buttons you pressed, front desk was curt at check in. Tv had no sound, and picture was such poor quality it would not have mattered.

Second time staying here just because of the price. Less than $60 for the night. Still not that clean. In terrible need of updates. Room 219 had a really bad plumbing issue. Tub wouldn’t drain and toilet tank needs a new flap or something. Would not fill and couldn’t flush properly. At least the AC pumped cold this time. They need to test the air for mold. My friend and I woke up with stuffed nose and sore throat.

I don’t know where to even start about this place. First of all I spend over $950 to stay there 8 days. The minute I walked in this place I was greeted with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. The front door was broken so we had to manually open the door, with all our luggage. Super dirty lobby and hallways. I had my daughter graduation party there and there was no AC. There was no effort to make it better or anything said. A big construction fan was left in front and blowing all decorations. I will never step foot in this hotel/event center again. I don’t understand how a business like this is even open. The pool was never cleaned or the area, you couldn’t sit on anything without cleaning it off first. I won’t go into the bedrooms cause I’ll be here all day writing. We had 5 rooms smh what a waste of money and time. Rating this hotel a 1 is way too high. There needs to be a NEGATIVE RATING CAUSE THIS PLACE GETS -10

I am not one to complain but this place is definitely not worth the price, I looked at reviews and thought ok this is nice, I couldn’t be more wrong. Killed 3 roaches in our room. The room right next to ours had a padlock on it looked like someone kicked it in. Our sheets had holes in them. The parking lot was littered with trash and the hallways had a horrible smell. Just a very outdated overpriced place to stay. On a positive not the staff was friendly.

Elevator door banging so so hard when closing, could not sleep all night told reception young lady nothing she could do about it, but she was very Nice and understanding we had two nights reserveved but could not stand the noise we stay one night left early morning out of torture.

It looks like the hotel is upcoming or in the process of being restored. It’s an older property. No breakfast, no coffee in lobby area and no real fanfare. It was also kind of pricey considering there were no amenities. The pool area was clean. However the staff was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Front desk staff can present more professional and courteous, although the young lady that checked us in was great.

The room did not have an iron

This is the relatively recently renovated Ramada Inn. Property is convenient to shopping at outlets, and 10 minutes by uber to Clematis st shops and restaurants. While certainly not a destination hotel, it’s safe and clean and a good deal for the money.

Super dirty

The door was a mess and it was difficult to watch TV as the power would go out. Me wished there was a restaurant or at least breakfast and coffee available

Clean and renovated rooms. Convenient and close to dining and shoppes. Friendly staff.

Could use some upgrades the ac in my room sounded like someone breaking into the room. Overall it was a good stay

Outstanding

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. In addition to the cleanliness and friendly service, the hotel had all the amenities I needed -- fitness center, pool, business center, nearby shops/mall and restaurants. On the downside, the water pressure in my hotel room bathroom sink was low, and the lobby bathrooms had no soap in the dispensers.

The overall stay was below average for the cost in my opinion.

Everything from minute walked in. Rude employees and gave us a room that was dirty with bed used and unmade food wrappers and used condom on floor

Beyond unprofessional will never book there again the place need to be remodel

Cons: 2 glass entrance doors were broken and were in and out of service. 1 completely out of service had broken glass panels. The other, lock broken and could not use room key for re entry) This was a little inconvenient depending on location of available parking.
