The Hotel is beautiful. Rooms were huge. Staff was great. There were restaurants in the hotel and casino to choose from.

It was a great hotel but was not told on the website that would have a $50 deposit on top of the hotel and then the room I had booked was leaking water from the light socket so they was accommodating and offering a new room. Wish they would of Comp a meal or took some money off the room

The hotel room was very nice. The casino had a good selection of slots, but it was way too crowded for my taste. We had to wait in the buffet line for our free buffet(which was very good)) for about 45 minutes. Valet service was very slow and inconvenient.

We were looking for a hotel on our road trip, and this location was right on our way. Check in was easy, staff excellent, and the room was clean and comfy. The casino added some fun to our stay, and I definitely recommend staying here!

Very decent casino hotel with multiple casino options, 5 restaurants onsite, solid security, a fun vibe, very responsive management/staff, and only 10 minutes from all the Memphis attractions of which there are many. We stayed for a week and only had one minor hiccup with the fiber optic lines going down in our room after a storm and the manager upgraded us to a better room at no charge on the same floor and provided two free buffet vouchers w/free cocktails to compensate us for the inconvenience. You just need to speak with them if you have any concerns or issues. Be sure to tip your valets out of consideration and to take good care of your vehicle. That's usually a standard practice and they appreciate it. All in all, first time to Memphis and we had a fantastic trip!

The only thing that could’ve been better were the pillows on the bed.

We had some difficulties finding the hotel's entrance. It is attached to the casino and not NAV friendly for on-site specifics. Once we found it and worked our way through security (a comforting extra!), we found the staff friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean but not "brand new" clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced, too!

The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed in our room. Maintenance was there quickly and fixed the problems. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect stay! Though breakfast was not included, valet parking is free and the paid breakfast is wonderful. Casino is mainly smoke-free, which was also enjoyable. Shower is top-tier, and the bed was wonderful. 9.5/10

Nice property with a lot of dining options…only complaint is casino had several machines where buttons did not work as people were clearly abusing them. Also experienced people using more than one machine, while several employees witnessed but did nothing. Overall property is very good.

The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was much to our liking. If you are staying for the first time and sign up for their Players Club you can opt for gift cash to use for gambling or receive a free pass to the buffet ( which also gives you 2 free cocktails, wine or beer). However, the buffet had to be of the lowest quality I have ever had in a casino. There is a 24 hour coffee shop that provides sandwiches. Eat there instead.

I loved the casino of course ? but the beds were excellent the pillows also. Now the shower holy crap! that was the best shower ever very clean and just nice all the way down to the soaps and shampoo lol the towels were so soft not rough like normal towels lol There was nothing I did not like. It was exciting and amazing

Cleanest and nicest place in West Memphis. Very competitive rates, especially in the week nights. Security is awesome. I felt very secure. Because it is part of the casino, guests are screened, not only with a metal detector, but also security dogs sniffing for guns. Well done. Excellent stay. We've stayed there twice and will again in the future.

Hotel was superb from the vallet parking, to security, to cleanliness, comfort of beds and dining. Casino has both smoking and non smoking completely separate sections. Staff is very friendly. Security is top notch!

i highly suggest to inform guests who choose to stay at your hotel that a photo ID in needed for each guests. Every city is different this is y guest should not have to assume they should be informed before booking.

The front desk staff is never very friendly. Been there several times and sometimes they don't even look at me and smiles are rare. I work for a hotel and this behavior is not acceptable.

We had an excellent stay. Checking in was flawless. The only thing I would have like to be better was the food. We ordered the breakfast buffet. It had great choices but the food wasn’t as good as it should have been.

Room and service were excellent. Staff was attentive in valeting our car immediately and carried luggage up to our room and back down to our car. Room was clean with comfortable beds. The shower was ah-mazing. We were disappointed that The Kitchen ( buffet) restaurant was closed when we had arrived which was 8:00. We did end up eating at the sports bar when entering the Casino. It was awful and service was not friendly nor attentive. We stayed a couple hours to gamble but it was all o could take due to all the smoke from smokers. Overall, I would recommend for an overnight stay.

The registration was a great experience. I was assigned a room on floor 21 with a great view. The room was very large with all the amenities one could wish for. I received a free buffet and slot play when i signed up for a players card, plus a free drink coupon. The staff in the buffet were very attentive and friendly. I only played the slots but came out ahead. Overall a very positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, clean and well-maintained. I’m not a gambler but I really enjoyed the buffet options. I will be exploring Southland as a lodging choice traveling through Arkansas again.

We had some Casino time, we won around $120, so, technically the stay at the hotel was free.

This hotel was very nice. Super clean. The staff was wonderful. I did not gamble, as the the lowest table game minimum I saw was $10. However, there were thousands of slot machines. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, it has a 3 star rating, but should be 4 star. Very modern and clean.All staff was very friendly. Only suggestion would be to add microwave ovens to rooms. Will definitely return to this property.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our trip home. Clean rooms and casino.Beds are comfortable and room is spacious.When you enter the hotel, a security guard with a dog checking luggage and we had to go through a scanner.This made us feel very safe. Will stay at this property again.

The stay was an all around great experience.

My husband and I had a nice stay here. The facility was clean and staff were friendly. They have in-house dining options. The steakhouse was great. The stand alone bar (can’t remember the name) was a little pricey for drinks but the bartenders were great and made the drinks strong and worthwhile. The only downside is no microwaves in the room if you needed to reheat leftovers- one was only available if you were to rent it for $50/per night. Also, unlike other casinos you do not get complimentary drinks as you play but I do realize— different states, different rules. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.

Hands down the best staff! The nicest hotel. The outside may seem a little outdated, but the inside is TOP notch!!! The small Grind house little cafe soon as you enter into the casino had the BEST food!!! Beds were amazing, rooms were VERY neat! LOVED ALL OF IT!!

I kidded with hostess at check-in that we hoped for a room and floor that was quiet with no door slammers, as our previous nights stay in St.Louis had some VERY loud and late night conversations. We unfortunately had to endure a domestic argument and lots of door slamming for about an hour, but that isn’t on the hotel staff. Just some hurting folks out there and a lack of etiquette.

Bathroom not the cleanest. Shower difficult to operate. Love the hand held, however, still didn't have figured out how to work when we left. Room layed out weirdly. Wasted space in entry. Would have appreciated a bench or something there. We usually stay at Drury Inns. They are MUCH cleaner and the staff is MUCH friendlier.

The hotel, room and casino were good, very clean and well maintained. As a former employee of Delaware North I was disappointed with the attitude of some of the employees at the restaurants and hotel. They appear to just want to pick up a pay check and not care too much about customer service. Not too many smiling faces.

The staff was professional and courteous. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. I wanted a room with a tub and microwave and my room didn’t have one, I learned from the staff that the microwaves can be rented for $25 I assume per night and rooms with tubs and reserved under accessible rooms and are under a first come basis.

The bed linen was very worn and torn, the bed was terribly made, sheets uneven, the tv froze for 4 to 5 hrs,finally fixed 3 hrs later, spots on the carpet not done by us I was really disappointed, especially since it was my anniversary As you walk throughout, you can hear employees cursing loudly. Was traveling for work and I thought it would be fun to stay at Southland, boy was i wrong. I stayed Monday to Wednesday and all of the restaurants were closed except the bat and buffet which I did not want (needed real food). Everything about this casino was bad, limited table games, dealers and pit bosses made me feel uncomfortable, drinks were ridiculously priced! Worst of all I got a players card and recieved a free $25 table play and when I went to swipe my card for the free play the system was down all day and i never received! There are much better options in this area than this casino for gambling, I do not recommend.

We were treated like royalty. From the Valet to the Bellhop to Registration... they had a separate smoking casino with its own bar and restaurant. Our room was very nice, the food was VERY good... especially the Seafood/Steak Buffet. We will definitely come back!

What a great place to stay. Our bags were screened by security and ID checked upon entering the hotel. The elevators are restricted to hotel guests only. I counted 3 security vehicles in the parking lot constantly patrolling. We felt super safe with great security in place. The room was extremely clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The shower was awesome with rain shower head and hand held wand / great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The casino downstairs was a great escape as well. This hotel is very classy with great amenities. We will definitely return for a future stay when in the area.

I booked on Hotels.com, it took 45 minutes for us to get our room because it seemed on their computer that I hadn't made a reservation. The virtual assistant is no help at all. Didn't need it anyway since they finally realized 3rd party bookings go to a computer in the back. Anyway. Other than that mishap, very nice stay.

As soon as you walked through the door, the hotel smelled wonderful. No cigarette smoke smell. Yay. Our room was roomy and clean. We would stay here again. We haven't gone to the casino yet, but we plan to and the hotel/casino is right off the interstate, so it's easy to navigate.

It wasn’t super busy! Not crowded! Clean and good security.

Very clean, extremely friendly environment. The hotel staff is very helpful. Dog friendly with a dog walk area outside the hotel. 20lb and under are allowed with a 25.00 deposit per dog. Cameras are in the parking lot with security that patrols the parking lot. Inside you will see a walk through detector with security and a K-9. They have a very strict policy that does not allow weapons inside the hotel or casino. Check-in was super fast and efficient. The room itself was very clean and comfortable bed. Would stay at this hotel again!

When you first walk in they want your picture and ID. We did not do the picture but gave them our ID. You have to do that everytime you want to go out and come back in. They do have a smoking and non smoking areas for casino. The room was nice. The workout room was okay too. Theres a coffee house open 24/7. Stayed night.

First night ok but no hot water after 9pm is crazy. Our last night no hot water all day couldn’t flush the toilet in evening. And shower water sink water brown . Had to use water bottles to brush our teeth and wipe up .

Overall we enjoyed our sray but the bathroom wasnt very clean. Floor and baseboards were dirty in bathroom. Shower wasnt clean.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2025 for my mom’s 59th birthday. She was so happy but the happiness soon turned to horror and sadness. The water was brown and you could not take a bath wash your hands or even flush the toilet. My mom was crying about her birthday being ruined. The hotel tried to offer us $25 dollars in free play or $25 dollars in a food vouchers. Now they will not take our calls to discuss with us make this right. The hotel is even hanging up on people. All my mom wanted was a good time this weekend and now we want the hotel to compensate us correctly.

Great dining options- loved the casino and separate but accessible smoking section … service was great, room was great- we had an awesome overnight stay on our way to the Ozarks!! Spent the day on Beale St then got the heck out of the city to free parking and (not so free lol) entertainment all night! Would 100% visit again!

Free parking is always a plus. Staff are professional and friendly.

Good stay

This was my first time staying here and it was superb! The hotel is beautiful and soo clean. The rooms are spectacular and I had a great night's sleep.

The property itself was safe with security at all entrances. So Safety was not a concern. The Free Valet for hotel stay was very nice as well. The all you can eat crab legs on the buffet are great and the fresh made to order pasta was good but the rest of the buffet was a bit lacking. We came in late so I will give some room as the food on the buffet was not being refreshed as they were closing down. That is our fault for going late. I would absolutely stay again and check out the steak house next time as the offerings there looked great. The gaming was also excellent. Most of our group left with some winnings. Excellent selection of games and several tables so finding a spot wasn't hard even on a busy friday night.

Great overall stay. Easy check-in. The room was great and comfortable . Loved the casino. The shower was clogged with hair. Cleaning drains should be part of cleaning routine. They did send maintenance to clear it and then requested for shower to be cleaned.

2nd stay in a year. Back in town next week and I will stay there again. Clean and comfortable.

Quiet and convient

Was quite impressed with this casino resort. Easy access from the interstate. Friendly staff and large, bright rooms. Several dining options on the property itself as well as others within easy driving distance.

Housekeeping did not clean room and we ran out of towels. They sent up just the towels, no additional wash cloths, mats or hand towels. Our friends had same issue. No excise since we were out of rooms early and for full day. No offer to reduce rates at all.

The staff was great and helpful. Dining was soso but very expensive and drinks were outrageous high. Was not there for entertainment but for my granddaughters surgery

Rooms were great a spacious, and clean! Slots were tight and not much to do after you lose your money lol but overall we had a good time

This is our new favorite getaway! The hotel and casino both are so very nice and upgraded. Everything is always very clean and the staff and food is great!

Everything was perfect but the lady who checked us in did NOT want to be there. She was super rude and did not answer our questions we had. Other than that lady everything was amazing!

The property is nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. The casino gambling machines rarely paid out. The ratio of wins to bets was super low. Our room was very clean and comfortable but had a slight covered up smell of marijuana.

I have never felt more safe at a casino or hotel! The shower was amazing. Beds were super comfortable!
