Great location The breakfast is really poor in fact it stinks. They had the best breakfast in the past , what happened I don’t know.

Wooden floor general upkeeping
- 2/5
Room was dirty and not fully finished. Bugs are never a good sign. Breakfast is stale cereal. If you can stay elsewhere do it.
- 3.5/5
The room comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed. Disappointed in only cereals and waffles being the main course for breakfast. I expected some eggs, bacon, sausage or ham to go along with the waffles. And the room probably could've use some Airwick plug in for fragrance.

Front desk clerk Phone in 114 did not appear to work. One lamp bulb burned out, one by the door flickered. My first stay 3 weeks prior was excellent.

Bathroom was old and not very clean. Dresser was broken and air conditioner didnt work very well.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very outdated. The ice machine didn’t work. The air conditioning in the hallway was not working so it was hot. The address on the web page is wrong. It takes you across the freeway to the other side where there is absolutely nothing. I requested a side by side with connecting door and was unable to get that. They are basically putting band aids on broken bones. The place should be just tore down and rebuilt or something.
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff was excellent!
- 5/5
Continental breakfast, safe and easy parking. Especially the staff got and told me that the car trunk was not fully closed and helped to fix the problem.

- 2/5
The room was old and run down to the point that the wallpaper
- 1/5
There were bugs in the room. Toilet had not been cleaned.
- 4/5
The hotel was looking pretty worn. The continental breakfast was somewhat limited. There were no eggs and no meat.
- 4/5
Staff was great, our bed was comfy, the wifi was a bit slow but other than that the place was great for the price. Would definitely go back.
- 1/5
There was no hot breakfast. Hotel room has mold in bathroom and ceiling. I m heart patient and was scared to spend night. Not sure how security inspection is passed. I m furious that Hotels.com has listed such hotel
- 1/5
There was black mold in the tub roaches in the sink there was a bag of chicken in the microwave and it smelled really bad
- 2/5
No ice machine in whole place worked bed was as hard as a rock had to force the door open and closed would not recommend
- 1/5
This hotel needs Major cleaning and renovation as you have mold on carpet and rust all over the room. Rather sleep in my car instead!!! also this entire area not the best to stop over for rest, I would avoid it and stay in Memphis.
- 3/5
The curtains did not provide "blackout" because there was such a gab at the bottom of the curtains. It was an ok room but could use some remodeling in the bathroom and new furniture. The beds were hard and the dresser had broken drawers. The breakfast wasn't great and could use some sort of eggs or biscuits and gravy.
- 2/5
The room was very worn and dingey. It was clean I will give them that and the bed was comfy. There was no water or ice in the lobby for a quick refill at the breakfast stations. All hotels at this point should have a water station in the lobby and the option for guests to get ice without having to to to the one ice machine per floor.
- 3/5
I was in a handicapped room. No fridge to keep my meds cold. Room next to noisy elevator and side door. Too noisy to sleep. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs more protein options.
- 2/5
Cigarette ash is still on nightstand from previous guests.
- 3/5
Pleasant stay, breakfast was standard but limited hot foods. Easy check in process.
- 2/5
The evening attendant was friendly, that's it. The room's ac would barely run and would not get the room cold at all. I slept ontop of the covers and sweat all night. The shower, turned the water on and the control knob was broken, it just spun around freely. The hallways were very hot. There was no ac in the halls at all and the outside temps were during the day were reaching 100 degrees. Half of the doors into the hotel didnt work so depending on where your room was, you may have had quite a walk from a door that actually worked. There were stains on the walls, holes in the walls, light fixtures that were barely hanging on. Parking lot was clean though, to a degree.
- 1/5
Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Lobby of hotel was beautiful. Hotel room carpet was so stained and gross, caulking in bathroom was moldy and falling out. Walls were stained and wallpaper peeling. Hallway led directly to outdoors and heat was sweltering. Parking lot had people wonderi g all over it. Ramada a Wyndam child you have seriously failed at this property! Spend more money and stay elsewhere. Do not count on the name brand recognition here!!!
- 4/5
All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was awesome. Big selection of breakfast foods to choose from. The room was very nice and clean and also very quiet. Had no issues making our reservations online or checking in. And the room was also very appropriately priced for the area. Definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Always stay here when I’m in town! Love it
- 5/5
Clean helpful
- 3/5
Over priced for the area and what is offered. For $25 more i can stay at a much nicer place.
- 1/5
Shower didn’t work. Carpets were filthy.
- 4/5
The pictures on the website was not what it actually looked like. It was not as updated as it appeared on the website.
- 4/5
Wasn’t the worst. But definitely not the best.
- 4/5
Nice and clean room with a pool and good price.
- 3/5
Definitely well overdue for updates but it was fine for my weekend solo trip.
- 1/5
The building itself wasn’t terrible but as we were going to the room someone was definitely smoking the hallways smelt like weed and the room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the fan sounded like it was about to blow up.
- 2/5
There were huge shards of glass on the floor, blood or something splattered on bathroom door and we found chips on the floor and someones false eyelashes. I asked for extra pillows and was told there was no way to open housekeeping so we did not sleep comfortably. The lady at the desk in the morning was very sweet and made the experience not a complete flop. But definitely the grosest place ive stayed.
- 4/5
It was a cool stay for last min as we had to depart from the hotel we had at first as they had bed bugs. The front desk was super nice.
- 3/5
For the money it was okay
- 5/5
I feel safe and secure while staying here. The breakfast ain't bad either
- 3/5
The front desk was friendly and the food was ok. The lobby smelled like smoke when i checked in. The toilet clogged up on us the second day and no maintenance came to help. The bathroom tile was dirty. The room was ok but a broken top lock. One of the sheets had possibly a bug on it. I guess they gave us one of the not so great rooms. The pool was filthy and there were only 3 pieces of exercise equipment. The maid service did not have towels with her. Looked like someone went through my bag. Although there were some people there having a good time so i guess it is ok, if u want a cheap hotel. The other rooms might be much better.
- 5/5
Love it right off the highway and convenient
- 5/5
Staff was very nice didn't get rude not once
- 4/5
This property offers standard amenities you'd expect from a 3-star motel. The room was clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. Breakfast options were varied and included bagels, breads, oatmeal, cereals, freshly made waffles, fruit cups, yogurt, juices, and tea or coffee.
- 2/5
The bathroom shower needed to be updated, refused to take a shower, as it was gross I won't stay again
- 4/5
This was a business trip and my crew enjoyed the accommodations at the Ramada by Wyndham in West Memphis. Will be a hotel of choice when I am in the area
- 1/5
Property is old and the rooms are dated - old/broken fixtures and bathroom is very dated as well (not modern or clean/fresh). Also noticed a cockroach/bug in the room.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 2/5
This is an older somewhat run-down property, If we had had our entire family, we would not have stayed there, There was a dead cockroach in the bathtub!!! Yes, I was glad he was dead, but someone should have cleaned him out of there before we were allowed in. The "breakfast" was very limited!!! Also, they closed early two mornngs because they ran out of food.
- 4/5
Good. Rooms was clean and good condition.
- 4/5
Served the purpose which we needed it to
- 3/5
We were not impressed with our stay at this Ramada. There were strong smells in different areas - the lobby and the ice machine area. There was peeling paint in the hallways and the bathroom. The pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was probably the best part of our stay and the staff continued to keep it well stocked right up until the end time.

- 5/5
QUICK STAY over. A nice quiet hotel. Great location
- 1/5
The room
- 1/5
Had bed bugs but me up
- 1/5
The place was super dirty, the walls have holes, the walls have holes, the receptionist answered the phone as if she were at home. And the breakfast was poor, I didn't have breakfast, the room smelled bad, the hallway smelled like Indian food.
- 5/5
It was simple to check in and out and also the people was nice there. The rooms were nice. The only thing I didn't like is the room didn't have a fridge or microwave
- 5/5
Very clean
- 3/5
Not very clean

Ambiance Issues: The overall ambiance of the property was improper and did not meet the standard described on your website. Cleanliness Concerns: The room had noticeable stains on the floor and an unpleasant odor, wall sealing paint was falling on the floor making the stay uncomfortable. Poor breafast Experience: The breakfast provided was subpar, both in terms of quality and variety. I rely on Hotels.com for quality accommodations, but this stay did not reflect the level of service I expect. I hope you take these issues seriously and work with the property to address these shortcomings. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and any steps you plan to take.

- 1/5
it’s not nice don’t stay here if you don’t have to i would have cancelled if i could. room smells like a can of cheap cucumber air freshener, dirty carpet, dusty ac and room it feels so dirty in here and the area is not good and we had to wait 15 minutes to check in
- 1/5
Everything was dirty staff harassed us late at night while we were trying to sleep we ended up leaving early
- 5/5
Unsafe around the aera
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly and breaksfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our room had new flooring but needs a little more attention in other areas of the room. Our connecting room had outdated carpet and it as well needs attention on other parts of the room. Our only issue was bugs in the room. I think they need to spray for bugs. There were no bed bugs .
- 5/5
It was better than expected. I was really skeptical but got a good night's sleep.
- 2/5
the bed and shower were clean the rest, not good and no hot water in my room.
- 4/5
My only complaint is couldn't get the a/c to change temps but overall good room for the buck
- 3/5
The room was smelled like mold and the hot water was cold.
- 3/5
Last minute booking, ok for overnight sleeping.
- 1/5
Door to the room was badly damaged. Uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Greatest of the great
- 2/5
It was just one step from a motel.
- 5/5
The food selection
- 3/5
For the base price (I paid $89) you get a clean room, bed, TV, bathroom/shower. That is all, no fridge, no in room microwave (it is available at the front office, if you need it). Include continental breakfast. Don't expect any luxuries. Fair place for one night sleep when travelling.
- 3/5
It's a bit dirty and run down but not too bad. Bed was ok..my TV wouldn't come on and the phone doesn't work. I called the front desk about TV and they were helpful. The bathroom was clean..
- 3/5
Close to southland casino so if you need cheap overnight then here you go
- 5/5
Pot holes. Trucks polluting the air on and next to the property. The rooms are cleaned daily. Amen
- 4/5
Nice
- 3/5
It is older so needs a bit of updating but was simple and manageable. Wear and tear from time and a few stains. Need to put on bed covers to reduce bed bug risk, but we saw none after inspecting it. We had 2 lamps that we couldn't use because the switching were broken. Loved being able to have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. Breakfast was good, the gravy and biscuits were amazing. Overall we were satisfied for the price and had every necessity we needed to include fresh clean linens and soap/shampoo/conditioner.
- 2/5
It was HOT! The air didn’t work , the phone didn’t work.

the hotel so dirty and the floor was sticky the sink was stuck , there was a lot bugs in side in the rooms , worst hotel ever i have in my life
- 3/5
The only thing around was casino but across the freeway. Bed comfy. Staff nice
- 4/5
The advertised hot breakfast was just biscuits and gravy. No eggs, bacon or sausage.
- 3/5
We couldn’t use the pool because in was being worked in. Wish they would let you know this in advance. Seen roaches crawling around.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and service was as advertised. No complaints. Good basic room.
- 1/5
Stayed for 10 mins. Dirty and lots of roaches.
- 1/5
The worst hotel ever
- 1/5
Room had two full size beds… and one total pillows. Carpet looked disgusting. Ended up finding bed bugs in the morning, so there’s that. Room was very rundown overall… Only good thing I can say is the AC worked.
- 2/5
Not what was expected from the RAMADA brand.
- 5/5
I've been bringing my family here for years to swim and the property is clean and safe. Pool is very comfortable and clean. They provides clean towels for the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. Very close to the casino for us grown people after a great day at the pool. See y'all soon. The breakfast is good, filled the kids and us adults.
- 2/5
I don’t like it
- 5/5
Morning
- 2/5
Carpet was torn, dirty, made my kids' feet black within a few minutes. Sheets seemed clean. First room the air conditioner didn't work. The staff was very helpful and kind, moved us to another room that the AC was working. The property overall is very run down, the room had an odd smell, like mildew. My allergies were bothering me the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the room did the job as we just stayed a night on the way through. I wouldn't stop here again, as the price point was higher than I'd pay for the condition of the property. Staff was fantastic, the property just needs work and lots of cleaning.
- 1/5
Terrible and unclean
- 3/5
The property was very outdated. It was clean enough i guess. I'm not sure if i would stay again. The staff was accomodating letting us have a room near an elevator because my wife is disabled and cant climb stairs. Overall it wasnt bad for the money we paid.
- 3/5
I like the location of the hotel and they provide free breakfast. I did not like all the noise that went on all night.
- 3/5
I did like the location of the property; most of the stafd was nice and helpful and the breakfast was okay for it being complimentary.
- 3/5
Our room was decent. There were some signs of lack from housekeeping, but I didn't encounter any bugs the entire stay despite many reviews. This is my 3rd time staying here and the area safety has declined. For this reason I will not be staying here again. Check in was extremely smooth, and the staff is very nice! if you're looking for a hotel strictly for sleep, and not luxury this will work for you.
- 3/5
Being a female I thought that I would try to stick it out for my one night stay, however, I could hear every sound through the paper thin walls of guests talking, closing doors, walking up and down the hallway, etc. Obviously the hotel is quite aged and in some disrepair. Once the aroma of someone smoking marijuana came into my room that is when I knew this was not the place for me. I checked out immediately. Confirmation #112126580. The Employees were very nice and courteous. The area surrounding the property did not feel safe to me at all.
- 3/5
The African American lady was so helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
Old, outdated rooms in need of repair/updating. First place I've stayed in last 30 years that had no mini fridge!
- 5/5
Property is a little aged but much better than most for the price. Overall experience was excellent.
- 5/5
Good value.
- 2/5
Run down and smelled
- 3/5
Hallways were not air conditioned and felt like 130 degrees. Long walk from desk to room. Pool was over crowded and turned green by end of stay. One wash and one dryer were continually in use.
- 2/5
Property seemed straight from the 1970s motel era. Rundown. Beds were clean but paint was peeling. No hot water for my shower!!
- 3/5
The bed was the worst I had ever slept on, or should I say, tried to sleep on. The pillows were awful. I spent most of the night in a chair with no head support.
- 1/5
Very dirty and smells horrible.
- 5/5
I love it
- 1/5
It was late when I got in so I stayed the first night but when I woke up it was a hard NO for me.
- 3/5
Mold in the shower, lots & lots of black mold
- 1/5
NASTY!! would never stay there again. Gross, filthy, rotten food in fridge, AC barely cools the rooms, broken lamps. Horrible. We had three rooms and they were all the same.
- 4/5
More accessible for handicapped, rooms need to be upgraded
- 1/5
I did not feel safe. There were some seedy looking characters around the property. After10 minutes I checked out & went to a hotel that I felt safe at.
