First, the pool was disgusting. The room was ok, but no curtains on the windows and the blinds did not filter out the light; which kept me up all night. And the entrance is weird being right off a 4 lane highway and hard to see.

Very disappointed from the first time we stayed til now.. When we had originally stayed at Hallmarc it was wonderful and upon returning and having to stay for the next several days I was very disappointed in the staff they put us in a hotel room with mold and paint falling from the ceiling we had to go to the desk to get tissue and house keeping never even ask if we needed service Our room and the youngest staff member very very rude the room had paint falling from the ceiling there was mold on the sheetrock and mildew on the bathroom We were extremely disappointed upon returning even our favorite staff member had become extremely rude to us at times very heartbreaking

Overall a good experience for an economy hotel, where I stayed for one week in January. The area felt safe and there were no issues in this regard. Room was clean and bed comfortable, although they hadn't gotten around to repainting the ceiling which was blistering and peeling paint badly. Room has basic amenities with the exception of no coffee available in room or at the front desk. Unusual that they place the flat sheet over the comforter versus underneath it. You can rather easily hear people in other rooms, including above you if on the first floor. Wi-Fi is poor. Cleaning staff checked with me the first several days to determine if I needed anything and hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

They only thing is they dont offer breakfast but rooms were decent i would stay again

Did use pool. Hotel down graded me when I wanted a kings size bed and didn’t get. Bathroom in room was sink was broke and so was cabinets.

Staff didnt understand english and it took 30 minutes to get checked in. The motel is run down on the outside. The sheets were stained and gross. It appears the insides have just been remodeled so that is about the only upside to the stay.

The door is hard to open and close the light switch doesn't work there was long black hair stuck on the shower walls and the floor was wet from what looks like a leak from the floor above us. The pool isn't working and it's gross. Plus we couldn't even get enough wifi signal for my kid to watch cartoons on his tablet before bed. Oh and the TV channels (even cartoons) are all in Spanish and there's no way to change it.

There was a rust stain in the bathtub. Not very appealing to stand in.

I love the overall look of the rooms but the bed linens aren't cleaned as they should be. Housekeeping need to do a better job. In no way am I downing the hotel. It's a great place to stay

Nice folks! Clean rooms so far and good cable and new TVs! A little noisy at night but hey it's right by the freeway, compared to the ones on the other side very quiet

Beds were super soft, area was quiet,store nearby as well as a restaurant within walking distance

When i arrived at my room it smelled of marijuana. The guy at the front desk promptly provided me another room. This room had no coffee maker or telephone and the fridge had no freezer. On day two of my stay my TV went out, once again the same gentleman promptly replaced my TV. No pool, no breakfast, no access to the lobby, & no coffee/tea makers.

Bath with shower overhead, enamel chipped off. I have a sense of humour, but I walked out and went to another hotel, Finding good hotels near Memphis appears to be an art form, Good luck.

The place was clean but not kept up with. They dis not serve breakfast. Our room the chain lock was missing and the tv reception was horrible.

I liked absolutely nothing! It was extremely dirty!

There is no breakfast, no pool, and no access to lobby and they do not appear to be changing that anytime soon. Had trouble with TV (it wasn't plugged in) and check-in person & her supervisor both came right away to fix it. I thought the place was clean, but I spilled some water on the floor and used the white towel to sop it up - it was black! Ick! Everything seemed to work. No coffee maker and mini-fridge did not have a freezer. Able to park close to my room. The motel is in an area that seems to be where all the budget motels are.

It took over 10 mins to even get anyone's attention at the front door to check in. They did not have the pool open for the season and they no longer offer breakfast, two things that were touted in their ad. The floor of the room was filthy and waxy feeling. Our socks and feet were black within minutes of arriving. There was hair all over the bathroom and sink. The room smelled anything but clean. No shampoo and only the tiniest bar of soap was available. The shower curtain was dirty. We paid nearly $100 and it was about $80 too much. The best thing I can say about this motel is it kept us dry from the storm that blew threw and the refrigerator/freezer worked.

This property is a favorite of mine because it has good size rooms and is older, but clean and comfortable.

The room was clean it just had a very very bad smell musty smell made me little sick at the stomach had to go buy my own bed sheets to cover there’s cause they smelled I sprayed the room down it took the smell away for a min but a least I had somewhere to lay my head

To start the management tried to bill my card before I even checked in I guess to insure they were paid. This place seem like it was still on COVID lock down. The room didn’t have a do not disturb card for the door so the cleaner would knock every morning and if u didn’t answer they would start to open the door.. the tub didn’t look clean enough to sit in I did see a few roaches in the room that I did kill myself the pool was green with algae there was no wifi and phone service sucked in that area. The office was closed down to just a entry way they had absolutely no breakfast the room I stayed in was very aged the website read that it slept 3 but there was only one King size bed. On thd bright side it was cheap so if this is all u can afford it’s a great place I on the other hand would not use them again..

The room had roaches bathroom shower head leaks and I had to clean the room and buy roach spray when I told them about it they said they were going to let someone know I wasn’t offered anything for compensation. Terrible space to stay and hard to find gps took me to the radison inn across the hwy twice

There was chewing gum stuck to the wall beside the bed and the bathroom cabinet door was literally hanging loose with only one screw attached. It fell off if you touched it.

Don't pay any attention to the picture of the little covered picnic area - this is an older (1980's) hotel that has recently been purchased by a new group/family. Some work has been done, but overall much more needs to be addressed. The ice machines don't work, the pool is closed, the dining area is closed. The first room we were given smelled like cigarettes/though it was supposed to be no-smoking. The second room smelled better, but we noticed a 2 foot caving in spot on the ceiling. The shower/tub was very slippery and dangerous. The coffee maker was missing parts and unusable. Furniture and decorations were old, dated and needed to be replaced. We were worried about bedbugs, but hopefully didn't pick any up... Just overall a really cheap hotel that was unpleasant to stay in. Will not be back.

When we first got there the place smelt like sewage might have just been the town not sure. But the lady at the front desk was RUDE!! She asked me what i needed so I told her I had a reservation and told ger my name. She told me very rudely that I did not have one. I was then informed that they do not honor reservations booked through 3rd parties. But she had a room. I went ahead and booked a room and she did everything through a glass wall which is fine but then came and unlocked the door and told me i could come in because I needed to input my pin in the card reader. So the woman unlocked the door for me to go in, she would not get out of the way for me to get through the door and started pulling the door shut on my and ened up smashing my purse in the door. I am assuming she was trying to keep the other man from coming in the lobby. She was not a very pleasant lady at all. We got to our room. It was not the best. There was a dried bloody booger on one of the walls. The cleaning people need to learn to close the door in the bathroom and clean behind them. The back of the door was so dirty and the floor was caked with dirt. So to say the least my stay was not the best. But sound like nothing hotels.com can do anything since they dont honor the reservations through you.

Checked in.Front desk girl acted like she didnt know what was going on.lobby locked and she was in a cage.when we got to room door handle to entry door fell off in our hands and it appeared room had been broken into at some point in time.Pulled bed down bedding was wet still and dirty and cockroaches everywhere.Room smelled like an old damp basement.unsavory characters hovering over us on top balcony as we were unloading our stuff.very uncomfortable and bad feeling of hotel being unsafe.cancelled room and left and went elsewhere.do not stay here!

The property felt unsafe, poorly maintained and a little dirty. There were flies and other bugs in my room, the toilet leaked onto the floor and the sink drain backed up. Worse yet was that, despite published rules to the contrary, several guests were hanging out on the balcony above and playing loud music outside late into the night. Parts looked updated and the bedding looked clean and the staff were friendly. But overall it was an uncomfortable experience.

Loud music, lots of late activity outside my room, two men knocking on door at 10pm. No shades on lights and rust in bath. I have stayed there for years, but will never go back.

The clerk was very nice and apologetic for the situations. Could not enter the lobby. Pool not open. No ice machine available. Coffee pot non functional. No lamp shades on fixtures. No breakfast, as advertised.

Book a different location, this has way too many issues.

This was my very first time staying here and the stay was ok. Nothing stood out and the lobby was closed most of the stay. They no longer served breakfast. The bathroom in the room had a leaking ceiling and the tub was in bad shape. The floors were o slippery from wax, I'm assuming.... my husband and child fell. The good thing is was it was pretty quiet and the bed linen was clean. If this was one of my last resorts, I would maybe stay again.

I had to wait 2 hours for the lock on door to be fixed didn’t offer another room or anything. It was a suite. That night I could smell pot smoking all night. I have copd so it was horrible. And no breakfast even tho it was on the listing

It was a very hard property to get into with a vehicle. Coffee was cold every day. No hair dryer. Pool looked murky. It looked as though they were blaming it all on covid. Room was ok and conveniate. The guy at the desk when we arrived at 11am said come back at 3pm, no sooner. It is still a decent hotel

Aside from being in the middle of renovations, the property was in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly.

The room was very stinky. It was supposed to be non smoking, but clearly someone smoked there. The stench was still on my clothes after I left. The safety latch on the door was non-existent. The mattress was very saggy. They should really air the place out before renting it again.

This hotel sucks. Room had been broken into in the past and the door was not replaced just patched up. The electric outlets were not functioning properly. The phone could not be plugged in. This was the worst hotel i ever stayed at.

Clean, comfortable room with microwave, but did not have fridge in my room. Lobby was closed due to the typical COVID excuse for motels.

Room dirty. Band aid in the bathroom. Smelled like smoke. Burn marks everywhere. Mold in bathroom. Mattress made my back hurt. Drunk guys kept me up all night. They kept trying to get in my room.

Didn’t like the floor was so slick you could skate on it. Sheets were dirty. Bugs in fridge. Spiders in room. Crap on toilet. Door broke no lock or anything looked like it was just kicked in. All around UNSAFE AND NASTY

If you're considering staying here, do it. This is one of the most comfortable places I've stayed in for the price. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It had dirty floors, no bathtub safety strips in tub. No towel rack near the tub. The microwave had seen better days. No place for 2 people to sit and have a meal. 1 comfortable chair that needed cleaning. 1 wooden chair to set at desk. I know the floors were dirty cause I had to use the towel floor mat to scoot across the room to get a towel. It was a king size bed, but wasn't as nice as the pictures on your app. I will never stay there again. Bedside light on the left side of the bed was broken, unusable. Has to turn on bathroom light to see how to get to bathroom. I got a late check out and housekeeping was banging on the door at 11 am wanting to know if I was staying over.

The room looked horrible, my fiancée and I felt disgusted. We were scared of the place having bed bugs. The wooden floors were not clean, old furniture, stained blankets, and the drawer were broken. We decided to just spend the night but luckily we brought extra blankets to use on top bedding. We stayed the night here because it was very late, I would not recommend this place.

The room had sn extremely strong odor like moth balls. The floors were extremely dirty. It's extremely dated like the "80's". The shower (especially showerhead had mildew). Unfortunately, we just CV ould stay...especially because of the overbearing moth ball smell. If you do decide to stay here, ask for a room upfront. I promise you the rooms upfront are totally different from the rooms in the back.

This property is dirty and dangerous. They tidied the room, but hadn’t cleaned it; the floor turned out feet black in under an hour. Maintenance was lacking; cabinet doors askew, the pool was drained, and the smoke detector had been pulled from the ceiling. The front desk tried to get me to sign this vague, poorly written, statement saying I was responsible for payment of several things. I refused and crossed it out after making my payment for the room; they did nothing. As for location, it sits practically in the parking lot of a large casino; the picture, while real, is not representative of the property. There was plenty of foot traffic of all sorts during the night. Avoid this place!

Nice rooms was little dirty walked on hard floors feet was dirty. Needed some TLC on ceiling and floor boards. Had to wash out refrigerator before i could use it. No breakfast

Not a great first impression. We realize some things are not avail due to COVID-19, but trash cans overflowing in the parking area and the distinct urine smell are never good. Room a/c was not on before we arrived, so everything felt wet (bedding, etc) for 4+ hours. The a/c caught up overnight, and everything was comfortable by morning.

The first room smelled like cat pee. There is no swimming pool, there's no even water in the swimming pool. Breakfast does not exist due to Covid, but they have led you to believe on their website that is included.

It's the best hotel in west Memphis for this price..staff friendly and in a very good area..

My stay here has been very pleasant.Not only is this one of the safest hotels in west Memphis but it's one of the cleanest that I have stayed in the staff here is very professional and friendly.. Had booked room with 2 quuen beds got with 1 queen bed. Smoke alarm was missing, door safety latch was broken, lenins looked iffy. Just don't understand the the good rating for this hotel, must be fake, bought or how else. Won't stay here again.

I think the old Knights Inn was In pretty run down condition. It seems that Hallmark has made a real effort to bring it up. We had a quiet, comfortable night.

Well the room smelled clean but was absolutely NOT clean. There were 3 lamps in the room but only 1 had a lightbulb. The frame on the door was broken which makes me feel like the door has been kicked in.

Due to new flooring being installed, no breakfast was available & front desk was a mess!
