    It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby

    The room smelt like cigrette Breakfast was awful, infact they ran out of it at 8 am, when we were told that breakfast was till 9. The other guests said they were ther at 7 yet they didnot have anything and would not refill it.

    The first room I was assigned was already open and it seemed like someone was in there, following which I had to go back into the main office to get it switched. Staff kept saying there are no more rooms but eventually gave me another room to stay in. Other room was aight and we spent the night there and left in the morning. It kinda feels unsafe, because there were lot of drunk people around the property as it is close to casino. But nothing occurred throughout our stay, just some loud noises every now and then during the night

    There was too much noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were indifferent to my requests and unhelpful when I asked for changing the room. The breakfast buffet is so bad.

    Floor in room filthy. Floor in room has 2 pieces missing between dresser and bed. Faucet in sink sprays water all over sink. Breakfast this morning had 1 piece of bed and no cereal. Ice machines not working. TV remote not working, tried 3 remotes and also had to replace TV. Only saving grace was their militance man (Dan), he replaced bulb and finally got the remote to work (third one).

    While the front lobby was clean and the staff was friendly The room that was assigned to us just going around the back of the building was very dirty paint coming off, broken windows that were taped up. Crumbling stairs so we chose to not even go in and went to a different hotel down the road.

    The staff was pleasant, the room wasn’t really clean I always bring cleaning supplies so I ain’t complain, didn’t have enough towels in a double bed room, the pool wasn’t up and running. I did like the fact it was a lot stores around, gas station and the casino was my favorite part

    I picked the wrong weekend on hotel.com when my father went into the hospital and they wouldn’t refund me. Super annoying. The guy at the front desk said no issue with the refund but when hotels.com contacted them they said no. Terrible.

    They didn’t have our reservation which was for 2 nights stay . 5/15/26 and 5/16/26 . Had to show them that my stay was to be for 2 days , they had placed our belongings under the stairs in the lobby . Your calendars asked for days of stay, correct? I highlighted the 15th and the 16th . I was told that was only for one night only . Though I was charged for two days .

    This motel was very run down. Requested non smoking rooms, but smelled like pot. Bedding was questionable and had stain, as did one of the towels. Definitely would not recommend.

    Stayed for one night and overall it was great for the price! There was a good amount of damage to the walls, door and bed frame. A few bugs in the bathroom, but the welcome binder with quick food options was nice and the beds sheets were clean! Husband showered and said the water pressure wasn’t great. Ac worked great. Was very noisy outside and could hear everything very clearly. Idk if I wouldn’t stay here again for a quick trip to Memphis but any longer and idk.

    Ok I normally don't write reviews, but this time I can't help it. The air conditioning sucked it didn't blow out the least bit of kool air let alone cold air. The room was dirty it looked like it hadn't been mopped in a year. The bathroom had a whole in the wall above the towel rack that was just open and the nats was so bad especially in the bathroom. went to pick up our food from the restraunt that's right next door got back to the room bout to eat and I took the lid off the cheese dip turned my head long enough to put chips on my gbabys plate and I go to grab the cheese dip and there was already nats in it. The lamps didn't have any bulbs in them at all except for one and the one lamp that did have a bulb shocked the **** out of me. The staff was okay and had no issues with the parking

    Very disappointed. Since I was on a tight travel budget, we had to stay there because it was over $100 stay & one of my kids had to sleep on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable I woke up with a hurting back, couldn't sleep well. My son couldn't sleep because of the floor & they didn't even offer a cot or anything nor extra comfortable vets to accommodate the floor... I spoke to hotels.com & they called the hotel, the hotel stuck to the non refundable & hotels.com was not f going to do the r fund either so neither would accept responsibility for this terrible experience & waste of my budget. Hotels.com gave me $50 one key cash to go toward another hotel stay which by the time I get the chance to use it the one key cash will have been discontinued most likely . Very disappointed. I will never stay at that Days in again. & It was connected to a nice looking Mexican restaurant so we thought, it'll be fine, we can go get a sit down dinner. Wrong!! That restaurant has a very loud as bar inside it that made it miserable

    This hotel is not in the safest area for solo travel. There were a lot of people loitering outside of the property. There was a loud vibration noise above my room all night, and people were out and about surrounding the hotel at all hours talking loudly. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was not hot, it was essentially just cereal. You get what you pay for here!

    The room looked like it had been recently undergoing some remodeling, but definitely was not finished nor she has been rented out. The room and the motel both looked amazing in the photos online, but in person was way way less than that been from years ago. There was even a huge roach, crawling all over the walls. Every morning when we walked out of the room and the door locked behind us our key card would no longer work and I would have to go to the office and have it reset.

    The flooring and ceiling had large cracks. There was dirt on the floor and my socks turned black when walking. You could hear the highway all night. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors. The breakfast was minimal. Frosted Flakes, bread, biscuits and old gravy, waffle iron that didn’t work properly. The staff were not very professional. Answered a personal call with kids while checking us in. Not rude, but also not friendly. Would not recommend to stay here. The parking lot was sketchy, but had surveillance cameras.

    The lady at the front desk her name was Andrea was really helpful and courteous the condition of the hotel was all right besides the door had a big gap at the bottom of it. It made for lots of noise from the freeway The neighbors the restaurant next door made it difficult to sleep but all in all I guess for a stay where we were wasn't so bad

    Out dated . Cleanliness is questionable. Very loud people all night. Lock is questionable if it would stop someone trying to get in. Parking is fine , had hot water and a lot of supplies.     I don't know where the revieves of this hotel came from. The photos are not recent. The room was without a chair to sit on, the desk chair is broken, lamp shades are broken, half the lights don't work. The bed was the best thing in the room. The staff was not helpful and the breakfast was pathetic. No eggs, no fruit, nothing sugar free, orange juice was more like orange drink, and the coffee was not good. This is a great place to stay if you are running from the law and would like to join a cookout. Several grills sitting outside many of the doors. I would not recomend this hotel for families and I will not stay here again. In fact, my next night was going to be another Day's Inn, now it is not.

    The hotel I selected on Expedia was not the hotel I got. I choose a room in MT not West Memphis Arkansas. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were ashes on the carpet by the bed. The furniture was warn and I found a used Q-tip on the floor near the closet. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I would have given "0" stars but I will give one star for a comfortable bed.

    When we checked in at 2 am our room door was opened. We did realize that room you have to slam the door to get it to shut we figured room service didn't know and didn't shut the door all the way. We were tired so didn't say anything at the moment. Then Saturday morning while I was studying and trying to propare my sermon and my husband was sleeping he was woke up by someone doing repairs, using a hammer loudly and a loud air compressor, in the next room on the wall our bed was on. The sound was on the other side of our heads. I called the office and asked for another room, they said they didn't have one available. Ten minutes later we did hear the office lady come and say something to the repair man and he left. We went out for a good part of the day and arrived back around 10pm Saturday night and when we got to our room the room was open again. Room service came and took care of the trash and towels even though we did have the do not disturb Sign up, we were concerned the door would be left open. We said something that time and showed the picture we took, they again didn't have a room to move us to and the maintenance , man refuse to come fix it while we were there. On top of that we had to keep socks on of scoot a towel across the floor after a shower or our feet would be black.

    Room was very nice. I liked the cotton linens, pillows and wall decor. Pretty colors. Toiletries and towels were fine. TV had limited choices, which was no problem for us. Breakfast was cereal, biscuit and sausage gravy or fresh waffle. Coffee, orange and apple juice were also available.

    The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have been here long enough to be burned with cigarettes and rusted. The second room smelled completely like cigarette smoke and the bathtub drains for both rooms were clogged with so much hair I tough to had the stopper on.. I had to bleach everything. The beds were nice. Bedding was clean. The wall behind the bed in 252 had big mold spots by baseboard. This was a very gross experience. When I got in bed I was so exhausted from all I have had going on I noticed the next morning there was a bad black spot on the sheets and then quickly realized it was from the bottom of my feet and the only time I’ve taken my socks off, was here in the room and have since ruined three pairs of socks, walking around with my socks on and when I’m barefoot my feet are completely black so I mopped the floor and I cleaned everything for you guys but there’s dust mold everything.. lamps are rusted completely out

    The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here 2 weeks ago and this room was much better. Plenty of room and lighting. The check-in clerk was pleasant and accommodating. This is an older property and there is some grunge and rust at the edges, but it is well-kept. The waffles and biscuits with gravy are a upgrade from the ususal continental breakfast.

    The room was clean and all the plumbing worked. The bed was comfortable. The biggest problem was that this was a designated non-smoking room, but it smelled like an ash tray. It had been smoked in before--probably extensively. The faux wooden floor was buckled and cracked and the shower rod was held in place by a piece of cardboard box.

    The lobby was decorated nicely for Xmas. The room was very clean with a wonderful thick soft mattress. The towels were large and soft. It had a micro and fridge and a large t.v. The only “very” disappointing thing was there was NO breakfast provided even though it states it has a complimentary breakfast. At check in they said breakfast was in side room but in the morning nothing was there. The staff was very short and just stated “No breakfast today.” I would have chosen a different place if knew this as I had a long drive and expected to meal before heading out. No apologies wasn’t a good look.

    1) The heater worked, but adjusting the temperature down made no difference in it blowing very hot air. Had to turn it completely off in the middle of the night. 2) The advertised breakfast was virtually nonexistent with only coffee (which we do not drink) and cereal due to a water pipe problem (there was water in the public bathroom and in our room just above the lobby). 3) When we went back upstairs to check out, neither of the keys worked and had to go back to lobby to get replacements. Clerk said that sometimes happens in the mornings. 4) The second floor ice maker was completely off and the first floor ice maker gave me ~12 small cubes after at least 3 minutes.

    Stayed for one night. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and appeared to be updated recently. I would highly recommend staying at this location for 1 night as a pass through or multiple nights if you are staying in the area to visit multiple days. There is a casino next door, gas stations close and plenty of places to grab food in the area.

    Older hotel whose photo's are deceiving. Staff that checked us in was ok but the overnight person was not helpful. Breakfast options were poor at best. There were many long term residents living at this motel. Ivernight noice was disturbing. Would not recommend or stay here again.

    The front staff were friendly. The room, however, reeked of tobacco/cigar, the smoke detector was in the first drawer and not on the wall, which I only discovered the day I checked out, the TV remote didn't work, the door separating both rooms was missing the top doorknob, there were cockroaches, and the neighbors in the next room played loud music all night then left the alarm clock buzzer ringing at 3:00 am for around 5-10 minutes. Also, the staff ran out of breakfast early and didn't have enough to refill. This stay was absolutely horrible.

    ​The major issue occurred when I booked my second night (an extension) again through Expedia. Despite showing my confirmation that the room was pre-paid, the front desk staff incorrectly ran my card and charged me directly, resulting in a double charge on my account—one from Expedia and one from the hotel. ​When I pointed out their error, the staff refused to reverse their charge, claiming they "couldn't back it out of their computer." They then suggested I call Expedia to cancel my confirmed booking. I refused, stating clearly that I did not take out insurance on the reservation and would not risk cancellation penalties for their mistake. ​The hotel then promised a credit for the following night. However, when I returned the next day, they again demanded payment directly through them. I politely declined, reiterating that I was booking through Expedia and would be disputing their incorrect charge with my bank . ​This entire situation was a major inconvenience caused solely by the hotel's billing error and their subsequent refusal to correct it, even with proof. ​While the property's rooms are good (I did stay for two more nights after this happened, booked through Expedia), the check-in and billing experience gets a TERRIBLE rating from me. The billing practices are flawed

    It was continently located, however the area is very noisy. Staff were not super helpful, and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check in. The First Lady when we got there told us there was a wait, and she would come let us know when a room was cleaned she never did. The other gentleman that checked us in didn’t know where the ice machine was and gave my husband the wrong location and wasn’t even sure if it was working. (It was working) But, The main issue was when we were getting ready to check out. We were checking all drawers and cupboards to make sure we didn’t leave anything. In the drawer there were plastic bags and a rolled up paper towel containing what I would assume to be a crack pipe. The room obviously wasn’t well cleaned before we stayed there.

    Wyndham calling this a hotel instead of a roach motel is deceiving. The first room they gave me was disgusting, floors were sticky and only God knows how unsanitary. At first walking in, my daughter (22 months old) took her shoes off and walked the room for a couple of minutes while I set up our stuff in it and when I placed her on the bed, I noticed the bottom of her socks were black and nasty! During that time I saw a mosquito in the room and slapped it dead on the wall, probably still there, room 240... I noticed the entry door had gaps in it at the door jam, so I asked the front desk to give me another room... At first it was tough, but when I told him my daughter gets welts from mosquitoe bites, he changed his mind and gave me a room on the first floor, Room 152. That rooms floor was evenly disgusting, sticky and black... The door jam was good... But then I looked at the ceiling and walls, it had MOLD!!! My daughter has enlarged adenoids, which are triggered by mold! My wife was so upset... Thought we got a deal through Hotels.com as the reviews read 10/10 exceptional. I now know those are most likely reviews from either bots or employees. That building is run down and looks so sketchy with people loitering outside the room just being on watch mode.... Got up at 4am to leave and then saw house centipedes on a plate in the room. Horrible "motel", never again!

    This property did not appear like the pictures online. It was under construction and there was no mention of that on the website. The whole property smelled like weed. There was mold in the shower and the toilet seat was held on by 1 screw. The seat would move all over. Bad voice on my part. I would not recommend this place. It needs a ton of work.

    I stay at alot of cheap hotels, I travel cross country often. So run down. They should have paid me to stay here. I slept with the light on. Floor was so gross turned my feet black. Woke up to car alarms going off TWICE. Looks NOTHING like the photos. Under construction but I’m sure it’s NEVER looked like the photos and it’s AI. Definitely didn’t even attempt the free breakfast.

    The employee was polite but when I asked for a room in the front he stated there was no rooms available in the front. He put me in the back in a filthy smoker room. I requested a different room then he gave me one in the front. The second room was filthy and dirty as well no hot water in the shower. The drawers on the dresser had bugs in it. Breakfast area was filthy and only have pancakes and light bread. Just horrible.

    Light switch inside the door did not work. Buttons on a/c did not work right. No chair in the room. Only a small cheap coffee table that looked like it came from a second hand store. People in the next room were loud and rambunctious all night. Sirens in the middle of the night followed by yelling voices made us feel unsafe. The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was extremely friendly but I would not stay here again.

    First of all - the staff was very friendly and efficient - and the beds were clean. No concerns there. Other than that, the room itself was not cleaned well or maintained. The bathroom light also did not work so we needed to keep the door open to get light from the sink area (it was too late when we checked in to get it fixed or ask for room change as we just wanted to go to sleep). Breakfast was open at 5am (which was a plus) - but only had carb heavy options (no hard-boiled eggs or even fruit) so as someone with diabetes, there was nothing I could eat. Was very convenient to/from freeway though.

    Staff was very friendly but the floors were filthy. Got out of the shower and got my clothes from the other room and went back to the bathroom with my bare feet not thinking anything and the floor towel had dirty get printed from my feet being wet on the floor. That completely grossed me out. Also there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. The air was perfect, the staff was wonderful it was just the floor that made me cringe. They were pet friendly which was extremely helpful as we were doing cross country live with our pets

    The front desk lady wasn’t so pleasant. She has an attitude while checking me in.     The lobby smelled like someone just lit a joint, the non smoking room smelled like stale smoke, the floors turned our socks black almost instantly, we all instantly felt itchy after sitting on the bed, and there was a smiley face on the bathroom door, in fecal mater... We checked out 30 minutes after check in and demanded our money back. It was absolutely terrible. The whole place needs serious cleaning and fumigation.

    At check in staff not real friendly. One thing though she didn’t have us pay for our dogs and I told I had 2… that’s a plus. I understand why. You get what you pay for. The be was comfy but it looked like tobacco was on it but it wiped off so no big deal. Food options are good but it took an hour to get it. We ordered from Dominoes but it was good.floors were dirty holes in bathroom wall,broken draws, no phone in the room. My grandson said the frig smelled like beer. We try not to be ungrateful so we had a place to lay our head a place to pee and we didn’t have to pay for our dogs. The young lady that checked me out was really sweet. I didn’t get the holes in bathroom wall. Oh and the pictures that you see online are very deceiving. Not happy.

    Our trip to West Memphis was just an overnight trip. The location of this Days Inn was literally right across the street from Southland Casino. We had never been to that particular casino. There is a Mexican restaurant next to this motel. We ate lunch at the casino and had a late dinner at the Mexican restaurant. Afterwards, when we were walking back to our room, we got to see the Fourth of July fireworks show that the city put on. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!

    This was my third time staying here and the worst experience so far. Every other time had been fine and easy to deal with minor issues, but the room I had (127) was terrible. Cracks and chips from walls, a musty smell, weak A/C unit, and my first cockroach encounter in my life. I couldn't sleep because the air felt too thick inside, even with A/C going on full blast; I may have spotted mold on the ceiling or just bad ceiling paint; I wasn't comfortable the whole stay. Sad to say that this one-night experience ruined the rest of my 10 hour road trip back home and made me rather sleep in my car for better rest.

    I booked 2 rooms there. July 18th and they were next door to one another. 1st room we went in and RR was dirty. Hair and dirt in the tub . There was dust and hair all over toilet. Luckily i always keep cleaning supplies so i sprayed the bathroom down. I went to 2nd room and the same was going on. I did bring it to front office attention and she offered to move us but let us know that rooms wouldnt be next door.

    When we pulled in the front of hotel was nice well kept. Got up to our room and it was a different story! Walked in an it smelled like smoke so bad. The door just had a chain for lock, and there was a gap under door where you could see daylight. As I did walk through it was just dirty and in the bathroom the paint on ceiling was peeling. The fan looked like it was there from the 60’s. It did have good air conditioning, but it was a very uneasy night. Just didn’t feel real safe. The smell of smoke was outrageous and it lingered all night. The staff was friendly.

    The motel was about a 3 minute drive to Southland casino and half the price of their hotel. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, good AC unit. Im always a little cautious about being in an outside ground floor room. I never saw anyone hanging around the parking lot. No peolpe making noise at night. I would definitely stay here again and feel perfectly safe. Not a lot of choices at breakfast but enough to fill you up.

I’m a black man not a racist but this lady has no hospitality. I greet her every time and she does say anything. She has an attitude if you ask any questions. I think she is a manager she puts me on the side of the casino. There were roaches in every room on that side. They had to move me and my wife it was unbearable. Just because you have had bad experiences with black people don’t give you the right to be a nasty and rude person.

    This is the worst hotel I have stayed at. Everywhere you look it's disgusting. Stuff on the walls, mold in the bathroom, dirt on the floors, rust all over the lamps and even a missing fire alarm. There was a hole at the bottom of the door and we could hear everything that was going on outside. The ceiling in the bathroom was very rough with major water damage and exposed screws and a vent covered in dust. We had to put a towel on the floor so we could wipe our feet before getting into bed in order to get all the dirt off our feet. Hair and dust behind the headboard and stains on the blankets. The area isn't the best either. The only thing going for this hotel is the staff is nice.

    Area is undesirable. Chain lock on door broken. Door sweep missing so gap under door exposing outside. Rained outside so the floor was sweating creating a slip and fall hazard. Ground floor room that you could see inside around the curtains. Bathroom baseboards appeared rotted.

    Its definitely not BEST hotel, but its also not the worst. Just make sure to check your room before you bring all your stuff in. Its not the cleanest, so wear slides inside at all times. Its good for a short stay. Breakfast was good!

    Cockroaches in the room, and it smelled like cigarette smoke, I left with it in my hair and clothes. How shower, good water pressure, looked mostly clean. Gaps under the door that could easily let bugs in. I would not stay here again unless I was truly broke or desperate.

    Our TV didn't work and needed a different remote which was promptly provided. In the evening, bathroom light fixture fell abruptly with glass shattering all over. This latter issue was not addressed until the following morning after 9am.
