Dirty rooms. We changed rooms due to the uncleanliness of the first. The second was better but still not clean. Toothpaste in the bathroom sink along with hair. Not even an attempt at cleaning that sink. Very unfriendly staff as well. I will not stay there again when I return.

My husband got stuck in the bathroom due to the cute Barn Door bathroom doors.that slid open and shut on a track. He slid the door shut when he went in, but when he tried to slide it open...it would not open.. I had to go to the check-in desk to get someone to help get the door to open...if I had not been there he would have been stuck in the bathroom for 2days unless someone could have heard him call for help...was scary to think about how easily someone could have been trapped in the bathroom if they were by themselves at the hotel..

It was a nice quiet stay. Enjoyed the fitness room & pool. The staff was nice The breakfast wasn't the best. The food was not hot it was luke warm at best. There was no butter for the toast that I could find.

It was clean. The warm - not hot - water took 10 minutes and barely any pressure, the blinds were broken, staff was absent at the front desk upon arriving.

Everything was great! Staff were helpful, breakfast had a nice variety, room was great and clean. If ever in the area again will fur sure stay here again!

The bed was not comfortable- like it was the cheapest mattress and the pillows were not as nice or comfortable as other home2 suites I have been to. Other than that the room was a typical hotel room.

The room at first glance was very clean and was happy with it. But then upon closer look, the trash hadn’t been emptied, there was hair in the shower, on the toilet, and on the floor. The sheets had hair in them, not a lot but still there. Two of the pillow had makeup on them, blush and mascara, respectively. And on the far side of the other side of the bed there was a substantial amount of food crumbs on the night stand and floor near it. When I brought this up to the night manger he was extremely helpful and kind, I barely finished when he was already preparing another room. That being said the second room was better but not perfect, which I get it’s a hotel and comes with the territory. There were some hairs in the bed, but they looked like it was washed in rather than left behind. And some other hair on the entrance floor and bathroom. And pretty sure there was makeup on the bathroom counter also. I was offered a third room but declined because of the late hour. So all and all the place was nice just do a thorough check before settling in.
