I loved my stay here. My check in took way too long and could have been 100% better and I never received my Expedia benefits. But the rooms are huge! The views are excellent and the bathrooms with huge soaking tubs and double showers are exceptional. I loved the glamour of the place. The breakfast was just ok, really nothing I wanted from the buffet so I only went the one time but the rooms are wonderful. Yes they are aging but they are still better than most hotels and non other hotel will give you this much space and room to stretch out! Wish hotel irons and boards were better! They just wet your clothes with water but at least The London has irons and not steamers which achieve nothing! The tub was huge and a total luxury. The location is great. I would absolutely reserve a room here again for my next visit. Get rid of the mini bar and just give us a fridge. But excellent hotel. Beautiful view of LA!

Beautiful hotel , but honestly the breakfast was very underwhelming compared to the hype. The buffet was quite basic, with almost no variety from day to day. The eggs were often cold, and overall it did not feel like a luxury hotel breakfast experience. Everything else was nice, but breakfast definitely needs improvement.

Well located. Not the cleanest. Charges were erroneous and needed to be double checked. Charged a resort fee over and above what I was charged on Booking.com despite Booking stating that resort fee included. Staff not great, and one of the front desk agents was particularly rude.

Seriously best hotel ever! Batter than any branded American 5 star. Service, food, food, bed, interior design, room size, roof pool and VALUE! Stayed here twice and will every time I can in LA.

The staff were amazing! Their customer service in every part of the hotel was exceptional. Also having the complimentary house car available was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast buffet needs to be changed every few days. It was fine for a 3 day stay but we were a little sick of it by the third day.

I love the floor plan of the rooms and the overall look of the room. The bed faces the window / balcony, and the bathroom is behind and out of view of the bed. The bathroom is generously sized with the toilet and shower set slightly apart from the sink and mirror. The shower gauges were a little tricky to learn, and the water spills out onto the floor, which reminds me of the many European bathroom showers that I don't like, but it is otherwise a tasteful layout with nicely tiled floors and comfy towels. The tv can be angled out so that you can watch from bed, and there is a nice sofa area to sit. We did not try the breakfast so I can not comment, but the valet staff were very helpful and friendly. I could not figure out the clothing steamer for the life of me so it is either broken or too complicated for its own use. Luckily I brought my own, but they should switch to a steamer that is simple to figure out: fill it with water, plug it in and it boils. There really shouldn't be anything more to understand. Similarly, turning the lights on and off should not be a complex matter with a steep learning curve. Whatever happened to a light switch that turned lights on and off? Why does there need to be so much to understand about different zones of lighting operated by different buttons and no clarification as to what turns on what? We are not staying at the hotel long enough to learn the complexities of how everything works. These trends in hotels are aggravating and not something anyone asked for. I beseech hotel developers to say no to their interior designers who encourage this nonsense. It's not cool; it's just irritating and stupid. This is not related to the room or hotel in terms of accommodations, but the hotel name should really be reconsidered. How many separate place names can you shove into the name of a hotel and why would one do this? And what does London have to do with where we are? A hotel should celebrate where it is actually located (in this case, LA) not some completely different place, and the inclusion of both West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, while adjacent locations, is confusing.

What a gem! You can’t find space like that in Hollywood anymore, and the included breakfast is incredible. The hostess, Deborah, had a great positive energy each day!

I think their beds are to hard.. they do not give you a discount for being a California resident, like they say or any AARP discount.. when asked about how to get a California resident discount, it was a convoluted explanation that I'm not even he understood.. no one at front desk told me that they had a driving service till 11pm at night.. they just have a small sign on counter way in the corner.. I could have used that to go back to the Rainbow after dinner at the hotel the night of my stay!.. also you can't use the refrigerator in the room to put your leftovers from dinner or anything else because they have it filled with stuff they charge you for if you use it!.. they need to have another little refrigerator next to the one they have filled

The gym is on the side of the building and I wouldn’t feel safe in there Bc anyone could sneak in. So it doesn’t feel safe enough with an exterior entrance. Even tho key is required

Excellent location for business trip to Los Angeles. Also wonderful if for leisure travel. The customer service is par excellence! The Concierge is exceptional and provided a "white glove" service, patient, gracious, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The front desk and bell staff were also amiable, helpful and simply great with guests. I appreciated having access to the spa bath, excellent views of Los Angeles, and enough closet and room space to get work done and relax without having the bed as the only seating option available. I did not eat at the restaurant but the room service meals, including breakfast were delicious with timely and gracious room service. It is really worth the price and the stay. Nothing really! Perhaps more sitting space in the lobby but this is not a deal breaker by any means.

I didn’t like anything about the property. I’ve stayed there many times, but it’s gone really downhill. I actually had to leave and went and booked another hotel room. The property is completely gone downhill and dilapidated the room smell like bleach and cleaning material. They’re using to clean the carpets because they’re so old and dirty furniture is chipped. Lots of scratches on the walls feels very used and not clean. Definitely not a five star hotel I wouldn’t even give it a four-star rating probably 3 to 3 1/2 stars at best fancy lobby but then rooms are completely Outdated and not up to par

First, the registration desk gave me the wrong key 3 times, and I hade to up and down the elevator 4 times. One mistaken key is understandable, but not 3. The guy was a nice guy and apologetic, so I don’t want to name him. But get your act together please. Second, the older bartender at the lobby bar seemed to have an attitude. We had a $160 tab (for 3 or 4 margaritas) charged to our room and they automatically added a $52 gratuity to the bill without my knowledge, on top of a $20 we left on the bar counter, so it felt like a scam $72 tip on a $160 tab. Third, there were around 10 or 15 staff members at the entrance of the hotel at check out time mobbing everyone for tips. Guests are always generous with tips but there was this mob mentality that was off putting and quite noticeable. On the positive side, the room was nice (vista suite) hence the 2 stars. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

We had another amazing stay at The London! We even received an even better upgrade after our original upgrade was unavailable upon check in. Such a friendly staff and wonderful hotel. We would have extended our stay if we didn’t have to get back home for work. We will definitely be back!

Valet parking area has holes on it so whwn my wife stepped out the car, her heel dug into a hoke. It broke her heel expensive designer shoe and the hotel completely disrespected her, worried we would sue. Never returning.

I always come back to the London for staycations!!! We love the room sizes, cleanliness and staff! The pool deck has wonderful food and drinks and is a great place to hang day AND night!

The hotel staff was amazing in giving us an amazing start of our honeymoon trip. The room was fantastic, the swimming pool area as well, with amazing food and drinks as a nice extra. Breakfast was also up there, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury food. Particular thanks to Gabriela G. who was amazing for the duration of our stay. We travelled to LA for the first time and the purpose of this trip was my husband birthday. 2 days before we arrived I called the hotel to let them know to leave a message for my husband to say happy birthday Mohammad so I can surprise him. I was so excited and when we arrived I saw a note on a table saying my name instead. That really disappointed me cause I paid for the whole trip as a gift to him and this really disappointed me.

Breathtaking, balconies are cozy and relaxing. Great location as well and highly walkable to boys town and all the action on Santa Monica Blvd

London West Hollywood is still one of the best in the area, however, the area around West Hollywood has deteriorated noticeably in the twelve months.

$70 per day to park the car is insulting!

We live locally and stayed just for a night to celebrate a birthday. It was lovely and quiet and very well maintained with excellent service one can expect from a great Los Angeles hotel.

I enjoyed my stay although was a little disappointed not to be given a free upgrade but instead to be offered a paid one. Also my free drink voucher took 24 hours to arrive. Apart from that it was a lovely room and a lovely stay. I would go back.

Such a world class property with amazing customer service and amenities.

Excellent location. However I suggest to put a shower curtain in the bathroom. Else water is all over the place.

Great hotel and good food. Appreciated the free breakfast and complimentary drinks at the bar. Parking was $70. I found much cheater overnight parking close by.

Check in was smooth & every staff member we have met so far has been wonderful. The hotel has a great vibe.

Wanted something more than the average hotel stay however this wasn't as grand as we thought. The same egg frittata, potatoes, fruit and cereal for breakfast for our 3 day stay, kind of expected more. The pillows looked comfy but turns out were flat. You would think staying in a better than average hotel they would have softer toilet paper and tissue, thank goodness we brought our own. The in room coffee was great (hopefully free) but the other drinks and snack were outrageously over priced. Again thank goodness we brought our own. On a good note the location is close to attraction we wanted to visit.
