Loved it they accommodated me to my needs. Customer service was nice. But the food for breakfast was dried as can be. Nothing compared to my stay in Kentucky.

I wasn’t very pleased with the add-ons that they put onto my account for parking. When I made my reservations, parking was free and when I got there, it wasn’t. With no explanation they just tacked on parking.

The room was just as expected, and I was very pleased with it. Breakfast was not great. And I was charged an add-on charge for parking that I was never informed of.

Great location, loved having food places around. Room was clean , staff very friendly. Pool was closed when we first got there but I think it might have been open when we were leaving. We traveled with a dog and the only thing I noticed was grass needed cutting, but overall it was a nice stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We don't often stay at a Hampton, but when we do they are always excellent: clean, well-maintained, safe. This one was just ok. Nothing great for sure, but also not bad.

The check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and the breakfast was good

Great location, staff was great. Was only staying one night so didn’t need much but plans changed and we are staying a few days longer.

It was a quick overnight stay, for we had an early doctors appointment in the near by Hospital. It was a very clean room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. There were GF selections, which I was very happy with.

When we booked one of the big draws was the pool. However upon arrival we were told it is closed for maintenance. My plans had changed for vacation so I booked an extra day and when I checked in I informed the front desk person of this. Was told you will need to leave the room at checkout time and come back at check in time. Thank goodness for the front desk worker the next morning who went ahead and checked me in and told me to just stay in the same room. The room was nice with the exception of the shower/tub has rust in it and the shower head wasn’t sealed onto the wall and I couldn’t adjust the height.

Liked that it was near dunkin and Texas Roadhouse, however no one changed our linen/trash etc/provided clean towels etc. Nonetheless we were able to get clean towels from the front desk

Location. It was somewhat difficult to get into the property from the busy streets around it. The rooms were expensive.

Directly off highway location good but a little noisy, room was a good size, clean and beds very comfortable.
