The room was clean. It was an average place, nothing fancy. Even though it was right against the freeway, I slept perfectly fine, the room was quiet. The man at the desk was very friendly and nice. This was just a quick overnight trip and it was a good choice. Thank you

Not enough parking for people actually staying at the hotel and people parking over the blue hatch lines to separate and give space to the disabled parking spot. If I’m staying at your establishment I shouldn’t have to park at the next hotel over or down the street. Rooms not clean. Room smelled as well.

The front desk guy was rude from the start. He kinda threw my card and ID on the little window and our bedroom key, so it was annoying. Our room smelled like cigarettes heavily and couldn't change our rooms. We asked for more pillows at night and the guy at the front desk said there's no housekeeping so he can't. There was a room that was loud close to ours at around 3 am watching TV and talking loudly so we really couldn't sleep well. Overall, we had a bad experience and will never go back again.

The staff, she worked the front desk, she was rude. The check was at 2:30 and when i get there she changed it to 3 because the room wasn’t ready and i asked why isn’t ready if check in is at 2:30. Then she said you want it or not. Very unprofessional and rude

My stay was spectacular, check in was a breeze. The deposit was very cheap, I believe under $50 for sure (can’t remember exactly). You need to fill in a check in card was different but it was easy. Front desk was courteous and check out was simple too, just make sure you bring your debit card too so they can process your room refund successfully. The room was clean, as described online, and the AC was very cool. Parking is ample in the back but you may have to be lucky to snag a front parking. It’s close to many locations but I was really only there to sleep and relax after a family event. Would definitely come back given the affordability.

The place looks very nice & clean in the outside but the rooms definitely need more cleaning & immediate update !!! We booked two rooms one for my husband & I and one for our son and wife both rooms had a big old nasty sofa that look & smelled disgusting very dirty !! The rooms curtain looked like they have never been washed in decades !! The bathroom tub had so much hair liked it had never been cleaned!! Thankfully I had my own cleaning supply and my husband & I bleached & cleaned both rooms our selfs !! When checking out we waited & waited for someone for a good 15min we had to go out to look for someone that could help us finally a gentleman from maintenance was able to get someone to help us !! Oh and I almost forgot my son’s room was so hot !! AC unit did not work !! But we did not say anything that’s our fault !! Overall not the best place to stay in my opinion!!

It is a motel, not an inn/suites. Not as nice as advertised. Got a smoking room by accident. Poor quality soap and shampoo and shower still had hair from previous guest on the shower wall. No microwave. Not enough parking. Staff hard to understand and impatient.

The bed needs to be replaced sinks, in the middle. The pillows were so big and firm, hurt your neck. Walls are thin people were up late being loud. I felt like it was too expensive for what you get. The room isn’t bad just not comfortable and no microwave.

Peaceful although next to the hwy, clean, and very presentable. Staff comes in and replace towels everyday which was surprising to me. No coffee, no microwave in rooms but definitely not a deal breaker. They do have a microwave in the office that's accessible.

The management is great here husband or wife. So nice and understanding about anything..dont walk around and bother you for minor reasons like other motels. Quiet..I will stay again. People upstairs made to much unnecessary noise ,walking back and forth, dropping things..but I have no complaints

Holes in sheets and curtains. Staff lied about giving my room a cleaning service and saying it was dirty and did not even come into my room during the time stated only proved towels since i was still asleep.

Whenever you book a room here through a different company other than the hotel’s, the front desk will give you one of the worst rooms they have. I have had this issue here on multiple occasions and the front desk once confirmed this practice of keeping the good rooms for the people who book through the hotel.

The floor is really dirty sticky! My foot would get dark immediately in a few steps And they don't supply slippers. The Second day I told the front desk please clean the floor And I switch to another room. It's still really dirty... The front desk said they can't do anything for that and tell me to inform the cleaning lady myself. You hv to go to the front desk to get the dirty,old hair dryer yourself. The cleaning lady came, and mop the floor, ok it's like 20% cleaner & 80% still dirty. I sample how dirty it's still using the floor towel,and she's like OMG... And she put a little liquid on the floor and mop again. Ok,2%cleaner.... - Bring a slipper yourself if you want to stay here...

Nothing much t like. The fact that was not allowed to check in early without paying $60. I was given a queen bed when I requested a king. The laminate floors were dirty, the bottom of my feet (after showering) were dirty from walking around barefoot.

Well maintained Good area

Convenient location and staff is friendly. Rooms are dirty, bugs in the room. Also pay attention to how you get your refund back from the security deposit.

I would stay here again. When comparing everything I would say yes to staying again.

Later I brought my husband back from the hospital and we were able to get a good nights sleep. I really should have brought the issues up to staff but was too exhausted to deal with it. Even at a low price point things should be clean.

Stayed here was fairly new recondition nice big rooms, no coffee neither in rooms or at the front which was a big bummer as I'm working day and night and need that caffeine other than that pretty decent stay.

It was scary when someone mistakenly knocked on the door at 3am and i couldn't see who it was without opening the curtain (which i did not). I had to yell through the door to ask who it was. A peephole and additional inside lock/latch would have made a difference.

Room gave me ringworm. Sheets dirty .

Every day I just took a shower and slept for nights there . Every morning I went out to talkative house. I had to go to the office asked for a hair dryer and a microwave for cut noodles every morning. They did bring those two items for me as requested. As the room was cleaned but they still cleaned it for me.

Very cute small motel, everything was great it looks like it’s keep very clean with everything updated and there is parking inside the property. Everything was great would definitely consider staying again when in West Covina.

I didn't like the heavy scent of whatever cleaner or disinfectant used. It wasn't on the sheets, pillows or blanket, just the carpet and bedspread. I would ask ahead for a room that is aired out. They do ask if you have any preference. I had a friend visit with a walker. They offered me a wheelchair accessible room which worked out perfect. I recommend this place to stay. Everything is top quality. The soap didnt dry my skin. The heating/air conditioner was really good and fast at cooling the room in the day and warming it up at night. Nice big refrigerator. Very clean. Quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Quick access to 10 freeway.

It was surprisingly very quiet for being across from the freeway. It’s very clean, the couch in the room has some stains from just being used, not a big deal. I love the little desk in the room. It didn’t over power the room. I loved the pillows, if you don’t mind pillows that are firm. Most places have soft pillows and I usually end up with neck pain after one night. What we didn’t like? No ironing board, no Kleenex. No microwave. no coffee on property. No do not disturb signs so when you leave your room for the day housekeeping comes in and cleans with your belongings in there. I prefer nobody to come into our room when we are gone for the day unless it is requested.

It was nice and quiet the only thing that happened the whole electricity went out but it was the whole block the only thing I did but like was the staff never came and said anything to us by solving the issue

Worst experience we literally just checked in and go to the room when I asked for non smoking they said they didn’t have any then put me in a smoking room smelled horrible and the sheets where dirty had hairs and I went to just cancel and they told me since I entered the room I can’t I offered to pay a one night fee and then just get what’s rest back then they said if I pay 11 dollars for a cleaning fee they can put me in a non smoking room but they specifically said they didn’t have any so it’s horrible I’m still waiting for my refund never again don’t even come here

Was late to check-in for my room, discovered that they sold my room to someone else and I was expected to just find somewhere else to stay.

We stay here often and it’s always great. My only negative is the lack of a couple amenities like no hangers and also no coffee maker or microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby. We travel for work so lots of nights in hotels and it’s rare not to have coffee available. Minor things. We love this property.

Upon arrival, the staff changed my reservation to a smaller room than I booked, and still charged me for the bigger room. When I got to my room, it reeked of cigarettes, and the smoke alarms kept going off throughout the night... When I spoke to the staff about the smoke alarms, they told me to take the batteries out.

Our room was very clean. We got the suite with the jacuzzi spa. When we turned the jacuzzi on the water smelled horrible like if the pipes haven't been cleaned in ages. We couldn't enjoy it.

The room was fine but the walls were so thin that both nights I was awoken by people simply talking in the room next door. You get what you pay for and I wanted to save money.

I booked twice and they canceled it no one reached out to let me know. When I was finally able to book it cause they only accept fully paid reservations. When I arrived I had to an extra room and then she calls me and tells my kids are to loud. It was 5pm we are right next to the freeway and they were rude. I told them not to clean my room they still did when we went out just would never recommend

Great Place!

This is hands down the best motel or motor lodge I've stayed at. It was super clean and quiet, totally upending the stigma that they're dirty and depressing, which is something I've experienced more than I would've liked. Bravo to the staff and management of this fine establishment.

Clean, affordable, and located near the 10 FWY. Mita made my check in and check out very easy! Would definitely recommend.

The couple at the front desk are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve been coming here for a while and I have PROOF that I always ask for NON-SMOKING rooms due to my partner having asthma he has an inhaler. They tried to say that my partner and I vaped the last time we had booked a room which clearly is NOT TRUE. They can not go around accusing people when they themselves are not even sure of what room it was or what room we were in. Then they started to speak in their language which they were probably talking bad about me. No one should be treated this way. Please book else where. Do not give them your business.

Stains comforter and cigarette burns everywhere

When we arrived to check-in, we were told that the hotel room wasn't available yet and we would have to wait because it wasn't cleaned. We waited over an hour to check in.When our check in time was supposed to be at two thirty, we didn't check in for an hour after that, we get there and go to use the tub and it was cracked. Didn't let it ruin the night. But when we woke up the next morning to use the bathtub, there was no hot water. We proceeded to use the shower. And there was no hot water called the front desk and told them And they said they would try to fix it. Let us know 10 minutes went by. So I called back and they said they turned the water heater on for us to take a ten minute shower to me, and my husband scramble to take a shower and check out. Try to contact the manager and hotels.com. And nobody can do anything for us. Now, I'll be contacting my bank, thank you

Beautiful floors, restrooms floors beautiful nice sinks and tubs, bed covers nice also pillows very clean here just need to update on their towels but I still give them a high rating cause they were clean towels

Stay overnight for business in the morning. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Room was updates nicely. Lots of plugs. Property was very clean. Not much around the area but nice area. Front desk was welcoming and friendly.

Property wouldn’t give new towels unless it was at the beginning of the day with “room service”. Apparently once the workers are gone for the day, staff can’t open a door to get you new towels.

The lady who worked the front desk this particular morning basically said she isn't giving me my deposit back because she accused me of tagging in the refrigerator and messing up the fire detector, which I honestly didn't do. I told her she can check my things, she will not find a marker. And I don't smoke so why would I touch the detector. Point is, this place is overpriced and they are scanners. On my momma.

Horrible staff horrible experience the manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful cussing me out and making discriminating remarks. Did not allow me to check in when I was short for my deposit he finally let me check in late at midnight. The ac didn't cool down the room and the Jacuzzi was dirty I had to thoroughly clean and disinfect it. I filed my complaint with Expedia the agent said the hotel responded saying that they denied my refund but I reported them to better business bureau and they only decided to refund me $50 of my $175 spent. Not worth the price! Rude staff and bad experience.

Overall clean room and property. Renovated beautifully. The noise level is medium. It is located off the freeway, and some sound can be heard from the other rooms at times. Did not see a security which makes it feel like an unsafe area especially at night.

the receptionist could be a little friendlier. She looked anoyed and bother like we interupted her from something she was busy with.
