room had a strong bleach/cleaning solution smell when we checked in. Bed was on a aluminum frame which made for a not so good sleep.

Room was clean and the quality was as expected for the price of the room. The refrigerator had no freezer so I could not refreeze my cold pack. Staff was extremely friendly, property just needs updating.

It’s a good place to stay because it’s clean, safe, and quiet! The beds are comfortable, my only issue is that I would like thicker blankets. I stayed at another Wyndham hotel and their blankets were much thicker! The staff do a great job of maintaining the property. Just the thickness of the blankets

A/C worked fine. The room was quiet and the parking close to the room was a breeze. the location worked well for us. I would stay here again!

The room was fairly clean, but some parts of the floor was sticky when I arrived. When using the hot tub, quite a bit of debris came out of the jets. Overall, everything else was good

Excellent location, close to the West Covina Plaza. The staff was helpful and kind during my whole stay!. The wifi was a bit slow and went off a couple times, and the vending machines weren't taking my money.

Close to my destination My stay at this Travelodge had a few positives, but overall fell short of expectations. During check-in, there were some communication challenges. The front desk associate had a strong accent, and I had difficulty understanding him at times. When I politely asked if he could repeat himself, the interaction felt somewhat tense, which made the process a bit uncomfortable as I was simply trying to confirm our reservation. I understand that miscommunication can happen, but a bit more patience would have made a difference. The room itself was fairly small and appeared to need more thorough cleaning. The floors did not seem freshly mopped, there were a few dead bugs near the air conditioning unit, and the sheets had visible stains. The beds were also quite firm, which may come down to personal preference. Bedding was minimal, two sheets and a light fleece throw, so guests who prefer a proper comforter or heavier blanket may want to plan accordingly. Additionally, one of the coffee packets at the station appeared to have mold, which was concerning. On a positive note, the hotel's location was very convenient for our needs. There was also a friendly black cat on the property, which was a small but memorable highlight. I consider the Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Covina as the middle of everywhere. Downtown LA to visit Little Tokyo, Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden, The Shops at Santa Anita next to the arboretum, The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens, and other interesting sites to see.

The location of the hotel, the people of front desk office. It was expected to have some packets of sugar for preparing coffee and a little couch in the room.

For a budget price it was exceptional. Very clean and adequate for the price. Room made Bunche fine we returned. Stayed two nights at two different Marriott properties. Had to readjust at both places to get room cleaned first night.

Great people great place, clean and a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10. 5 stars. The staff made us feel safe and comfortable with such a sense of belonging. We stayed 2 -28 day stays due to my husbands job. I would stay again, such nice people who care. Nothing we did not like.

My favorite part of the room had to be the bathroom though. No dirty shower curtain, this bathroom had the sliding glass panels and there was so much room in it! Honestly its one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The location has easy interstate/highway access and was quiet at night. Being right across from the mall also gave us a lot of food options. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. If we ever come back to LA, I'd definitely stay here again.

Everytime you turn the bathroom light the fan comes on and our room would reak of pot the bathroom and the room. I’m pretty sure there was a smear of blood on the wall and in the dark there was a hand print on the wall. The trim was bubbling up like the second floor flooded. They don’t change your sheets everyday they make the bed with the same sheets

Tv was not working called front office attendant he said he would be there in 15 minute after 45 I went to the office and found him asleep he than came to the room fixed the tv issue and ask him why the a/c unit wasn’t turning off he assured me it was off and left the a/c unit stayed on the whole night. Woke up to roaches crawling on the floor. Worse stay ever will not be going back

Staying at the Travel lodge West Covina is a great experience walking into checking in and getting a room for men and women they’re fantastic. They truly appreciate the customers and when you get your room, it smells slow and it’s very organized spacious and a great comfortable. It’s near shopping places to eat a great location great experience every time

It was an excellent stay. The office staff was very friendly courteous and professional. The service staff ladies were very friendly kind and very attentive to my needs and kept my room very clean. The room was very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. I would recommend this inn to anyone.

I did notice a little light coming in from the bottom of the door, meaning there was a space there (I worry about bugs crawling inside). There were a few random ants in the bathroom, but nothing to worry about. The windows had very good noise dampening as well, for being so close to the freeway. I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this place again.

Staff was friendly at the front desk and maintenance staff brought towels every afternoon; they also up kept our room during our stay. Awesome! The area around it is rough, but you get what you pay for in Cali. Also, ants were definitely present in the room.

The only positive note was the cleanliness of the room and parking. We had to turn off the fridge and we couldn't use the air conditioning because they were so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable and old and creaked at every little movement.

We stay at this place everytime we're visiting family in Baldwin Park. It's clean, convenient and the cost is very reasonable. It also feels safe!

We've stayed at several hotels in CA. The office staff here were the nicest. The rooms are clean. I will stay here again if I don't have our dogs with us.

There is a major street nearby that allowed me to walk to a nearby mall where there was a wide range of eating choices.

It’s very calm and quiet, and they also have their own resident hotel cat who is very friendly! The rooms are always clean and well-kept but the shower door in our room wouldn’t stay closed and kept sliding open.

It’s a very calm area which allows for relaxation.

The rooms were tiny and very dark. There was no where to plug a phone in to charge. Water pressure was awful. It worked for a quick stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is clean for it is newly remodeled. The issue we encountered was there were no hot water overnight. Also, we found the bedsheet to have stain on it.

The “hotel” was clean and room was probably recently updated. But I felt like I was staying at a motel 6. The price of the hotel was way too high for what it was

Great service! Well lit. Clean. I felt very safe there. Everyone is very kind. I'm just abled and it's hard for me to get up to the front office so they would bring things back to my room for me.

They were all friendly, including the housekeeping staff, the rooms, and lobby were clean, and as far as food goes, the location is near the mall, so you have several restaurants to choose from. The only thing that I don’t like, is that they don’t serve breakfast here.

I enjoyed the friendliness the welcoming. I felt very safe here. Excellent customer service. A clean spacious room with a nice bed. Free Wi-Fi. Excellent parking access. My car is parked right outside my room. So convenient and helpful because I'm disabled! It's just a nice place to be.

I feel very safe when I'm there. The parking lot is really well lit. The customer service is excellent. I didn't care for the room that I was in because it was designed for a wheelchair. Now I did tell them that I am disabled but I don't have a wheelchair. I use a cane. So that was my bad. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I'm going there again this weekend and for the entire run of the Renaissance. Pleasure Fair

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The area itself is nice and has easy parking. The rooms were also very clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

I wasn't sure what I was walking into. But the check-in was painless. The reception area was clean. They gave me a bottom floor which I need because I'm disabled. The room was spacious. A well-appointed queen bed. A beautiful walk-in shower. I was a little nervous cuz I don't know the area. But the parking lot was really well lit and clean! It was quiet. There were families there and other people but no loud music playing. No smoking cigarettes, no drug paraphernalia or alcohol bottles. It was just really clean and really nice and I'm going to stay there again!
