Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!

Bed was hard, and only had a thin bed cover and sheet. Pillows where flat. Did not sleep well, and had to wirk the next morning.

This place is awful. My room was filthy, shutters were broken, smoke detector was unscrewed, graffiti everywhere, thin dirty pillows, hard bed, stinky AC. I can't believe how much they charge you for this, and making it non-refundable as well. I selected "non smoking" but that probably doesn't exist here.. i came back to my room to find my key no longer works but the woman up front said since my card was near my phone it deactivated the chip inside, and all i have to do is give it to her to "turn it back on". Also be prepared with $20 cash just to hold your key since it isn't mentioned anywhere else.

Very peaceful classic roadside motel. Reminds me of traveling with my parents as a kid in the 1970's. Clean and simple. I wish I could stay longer. It is quiet and peaceful.

it was alright. not the greatest but not at all terrible. did not expect the key card deposit, it was a good thing i had cash. the room could have been a little cleaner, mainly due to the odd stains on the wall, but overall, nice enoug for a couple nights!

My stay at the Covina Motel was great. The owner was very nice and made my experience a pleasant one. A great place to stay when working in the area, I will use them again.

We realize that management will tell us to never come back and their normal excuse of "we're working on a remodel" but anyone thinking of staying here don't be fooled by the online pictures like we were.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and I was able to get good sleep. The TV mysteriously turned on by itself in the middle of the night, and the room was in somewhat disrepair. Overall it was a good experience.

The restroom wasnt acceptable. Stains , faucets were corroded with crust , rust stains running down tub , this prevented me and my wife from showering after a long days work .

Lady at front desk was rude as hell , my son and I stayed here as a last minute emergency stay and because of price, room smelled terrible, shower tub had a big black brown stain couldn’t shower comfortable and throughout the night wr heard people next door having sex . Never staying here again

It was quiet. No kleenex, no coffee pot etc, no phone, no clock, not enough towels,washcloths for three people-would be charged for more if asked for. No instructions for tv or channel selections, toilet tipped to one side if a person leaned over, no carpet,just wood like flooring(cold). Price was a bit over the limit for the accommodations. We didn't get what we paid for, put it that way...it was booked on line. Try another motel....

Staff was nice may seem mean at first but that's the natural way they are but the lady is actually very nice and there room was pretty nice compared to many other rooms The bathroom' window had a rip big enough for bugs to get in

My boys would not sleep in the beds and laid on top of covers, check out after a bit of sleep . While checking in A Rat was seen running through the sidewalk near the check in office It was late upon checking in we would have left if not for the offer of a somewhat better room . The televisions have one channel which they turn on for you and when trying to change it offered nothing, screen blanked out No lamps or such . Minimal towels . The first room had stained sheets. Comforter and mattress were horribly stained and mattress cover . We booked site unseen and still had to give a 20.00 deposit for the key . They did return $. This looks to be a place used for homeless and displaced people . Wasn’t allowed to check in until after 3 pm so we came back at 11:30 pm after visiting a race track . Please don’t get stuck in this situation . It’s all honest to God truth . I’m still dazed .

Upon arrival the owner was polite, but charges $20.00 cash deposit. The room had no microwave or coffee maker. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The shower water was hard and restroom was out dated. When I checked out I had to wait 10 minutes for the owners wife to return my $20.00 deposit.

It was one of the most filthiest motels I¿ve ever been in, The towels were dingy they were not white they were off-white Still looking like they were dirty, There were scratches some punch holes in the wall, The bed was very uncomfortable!

You could hear every toilet flush from every room. Ac was stupid loud, the walls had ZERO insulation we could hear every noise as if the doors where open. Total sleep was maybe 2 hours Worst hotel experience of my life.

Price was right. King size bed was very hard and uncomfortable to us. Pillows were very, very thin. Some of the baseboards were missing around bathroom doorway. Landscaping in front of our room almost nonexistent. Television was fine. Better guide would have been appreciated. Refrigerator was nice. Climate control was very good. No view but wasn't much of an issue. Very little sounds from neighbors. I had a little issue getting room I had reserved, a non-smoking room with king size bed. I did finally get it after being told none were available.

My first stay at this hotel. Well, upon arrival I was Communicated By the front desk attendant that they didn't have the two beds. The very unfriendly person warned me that I would have to take that matter With the Hotels.com if I didn't want the room and will have to wait For the app people to resolve the issue. Like I want to get to the room and rest, and she throws me an ultimatum!!! I also failed to see where is the $20 cash deposit for non smoking room on the hotel description and small print. I bet more than one person forgets the cash deposit when leaving at check-out. Other than that the rooms are immaculate clean like I've not seen in chain hotels and the location is very convenient.

This hotel for the most part is quiet, clean, and fair priced. The managers are friendly, and most of the time they have vacancies. The rooms and linen is always clean. Best of all, they have no bugs.

It wasn’t what I expected to be honest. The bed was a little stiff, and the sheets seemed like they weren’t changed because there were some random dirt stains on it.
