The bed were so uncomfortable. If you love sleeping on a boxspring, this is your hotel!! But it was quiet. They were friendly.

The staff were amazing and facility was clean but because it is an old facility, the rooms have no usb or usb-c ports. The gym facility had 4 aerobic machines, three that did not work. Alongside, there were no free weights except for a pair of 15lb weights.

Booked this location for a weekend getaway, date outing weekend. Location is nice with a lot to do around it. Restaurants and shopping. Room is spacious, very clean, everything worked. Second time here and would definitely recommend and come back again.

Nice hotel, with underground parking spots, and a nicer than average breakfast that is included. The little thing I enjoyed was the water bottle refill station right by the elevator.

Break fast was good. AC worked good in our room. Overall, ita was a comfortable stay.

The breakfast in the service was great. But when I checked in the TV did not work, and they told me it would be an hour to fix it, or they would need me to change rooms. So my check in wasn't exactly as I wanted being that.It was late but everyone at the hotel was very kind

Breakfast was great with options! Staff checking in were so pleasant. Stayed two nights. Called for two towels- as we only received two, and were never brought towels. Went down to retrieve some at front at 11:30pm and were told to “wait” for delivery. Again, never received. Sadly, that reduced my star rating. Hopefully this improves. This was our third time staying here to visit family.

It was in a great location close to shipping and restaurants. The facility was extremely clean and all the staff were exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast included with the price of the room was surprisingly good. Most places most throw out donuts and juice but this breakfast was almost buffet like. The room was large and comfortable and included amenities like a mini fridge and coffee. I cannot say anything bad about the property

Mattress on bed horrible, we felt the springs while trying to sleep. The floor was wet while showering, the curtain did nothing but, get extremely wet. But, the breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay. Minnie was warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Martin, the night front desk staff, was engaging and genuinely pleasant. Alejandra in the breakfast area greeted everyone with a smile and made the mornings feel extra inviting.

The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Well I would like to have check out time at 12pm. I felt 11 am is too early. The front desk did allow more time for me to gather myself and my family, so I appreciate that kind gesture.

It’s was a great room. Only thing that wasn’t great was the fridge. We had multiple drinks explode and woke us up. We stayed here 2 yrs ago and same thing happened so I don’t know why that happened but it’s was scary to be woken up to that.

The room was clean and the hotel felt safe which is my #1 priority. There were a few little issues. The door stuck so you had to really push to open it and get it closed properly. In the hall there seemed to be holes in the floor under the carpet in a couple spots. The breakfast was okay.

The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on while traveling. This was the highlight of the room however as I wasn’t a fan of the “eco” saving lights that would time off when I was in the shower and I had to shower in the dark. And the TV didn’t work for me at all…but the bed was very comfy!

Our window wouldn't close all the way. We had two towels even though the reservation clearly showed four people were staying. The bed pillows were small sofa pillows, approx 12x12. Not comfortable at all.

The room has broken electrical outlets which is make it hard to charge any electronics, the room doesn’t have Microwave and the refrigerator is not cold enough, however the room is very clean, the complimentary breakfast is good, Accessible room bathroom does not have foldable chair for shower, and the dispenser for soap and shampoo is hard to operate for me

The breakfast was very good. Seemed the scrambled eggs were "real" and not powdered. They were fluffy and hot. Very good. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but if you like that you should be good. The pillows were square so not very large but comfortable. We were given a room on the 4th floor and it was terribly hot. They quickly gave us a room that was cool & comfortable. We are not used to the HOT weather. 😁

If this hotel was just to lay your head at night, then this is it. I travel quite a bit and enjoy my hotel stays. I appreciated the Keurig coffee maker in the room, for I brought my own Starbucks pods, but other amenities were lacking. None of the lamps are current, for they do not have an electrical outlet to charge your phone bedside, one of the standing lamps did not work, the bath tub plug was missing, and I like taking a hot bath after a long day, the bathroom door was filthy and appeared that it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the air conditioner/swamp cooler, was not working well. I set the temp at 66 degrees hoping for cool air but warm air flowed. I arrived late at night, I was exhausted, so notifying the front desk clerk didn't matter. I had a miserable night's sleep due to lack of cool air. Also, the toilet when flushed was as loud as a freight train! I won't be returning here in the future. The Fairfield Inn and The Hampton Inn are within walking distance, and these are better options.

Nice staff and very helpful. The plug for the bathtub was never found. And for some strange reason you could not turn the volume down on the tv.

The room was extremely HOT and took a long time to cool down. I wasn’t crazy about the odd rest room set-up with the sink outside of the bathroom; this makes for an unexpected loud night of using the restroom during the night or early morning.

Excellent customer service at front desk, super easy to check in/out, breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. TV is super outdated but had no problems accessing lots of channels.

Our room was very dirty. The comforter smelled so awful we had to take it off the bed. There were red stains all over the floor, not sure what it was. The lights went on and off all night.

The people were amazing. Shame on the hotel owners who let me pay $200 a night for a room that had peeling wallpaper. A lumpy uncomfortable mattress. I said I was disabled and I needed a downstairs bedroom. I said I needed one near a door so I could take my service animal out at night. They put me by a door but it didn't open from the outside so I still had to walk a little ways to get to the outside door. It was so hard for me to bring everything inside from the car to that door down the hallway to the left to the end of that hallway and then into the room. I was there for the Irwindale Renaissance Pleasure Faire. I was in so much pain after doing all of that that I didn't even end up going. At least the room was air-conditioned.

Our room appeared to be updated. Not bad for price. Air conditioner could have been better. There were times when eoom was humid.

OK I'm recapping my first review. Stayed there because my brother in law was passing away. The first night with one bed was good. The second night in room 122 was horrible! The Window was cracked open so the room was freezing. That was OK just closed it and locked it. Turned on the heater and it didn't work very well. Still cold at 78 degrees! The bathtub dripped all night and the shower had was loose. So i closed the door because we were so tired stressed and feeling sad. So i didn't complain went to sleep and went to take shower in the morning after breakfast which i have to admit was excellent. But then no shower curtain! Tried to call the front desk and no dial tone. That was it the last straw. I went to the front desk and complained and got very upset but the woman didn't even send anyone with a shower curtain. So we had to shower with no curtain. We received a hundred back but that was it. I know we slept there but come on an open shower! Ridiculous! If you stay there be sure and avoid room 122.

I booked it because of the business center. There were 2 computers in the lobby. When I arrived, neither seemed to work. The nice guy at the front desk helped get one working. The printer also wasn't working, but he had a work-around option ready. The hotel was clean, and nice. The breakfast was ok. The front desk guy also provided directions for lots of nearby dinner places.

I remember staying at this hotel and felt amazed. But this stay was a little different…the Wi-Fi was very weak (low and froze up) and for such a large hotel there is only one (1) elevator. Really? The best part was a nice shower pressure and a comfy bed 😴
