Nice Folks
- 5/5
Pet friendly (no charge for 1 dog), good place to exercise dog, able to park car right outside of our room, clean, plenty of hot water, great selection of TV channels, quiet until morning, coffee available in the morning, close to interstate, and very good value. Noisy air conditioner in our room.
- 3/5
The light in the bathroom area was not working but wiggled the switch and it came on, no stopper in the sink.
- 1/5
The sheets had stains, the bathroom and floors was dirty.
- 1/5
The room was not clean and the outlets did not work. They did allow my dog. That was the only good thing. This place is in need of updates and the bathtub was didn't look clean at all.
- 1/5
Terrible staff, terrible amenities, clogged toilet. Manager asked me to unclog my toilet myself or leave the hotel. Then didn’t give refund.
- 0.5/5
The staff was TERRIBLE
- 0.5/5
Can’t really say was asked to leave after 5 minutes if I was lucky. I will never go to this hotel ever again. Can’t really say asked to leave after maybe 5 minutes
- 1/5
The room smelled like smoke and the blankets had holes and stains.
- 0.5/5
I wasnt able to stay. After being shown 2 different rooms I had ro cancel my stay. Blood on sheets, holes. Mold in the room, cracked up shower walls, bathroom light didn't work. And not willing to give refund. Horrible customer service
- 3/5
Ask for a handicapped room, but wasn’t given one.
- 1/5
No pants on or underwear on for the world to see you should be apologizing . I CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! You should all be ashamed of yourself. Sorry doesn’t fix the distress!
- 1/5
My boyfriend had left for work and someone knocked on the door around 10:48 I told them don’t open the door. Then the lady down stairs behind the front desk came up and opened the door without knocking with me not having on any pants she saw me naked. How disgusting ! You also could have potentially if not already exposed me to other people . You did not initiate a refund told me to after pleading that you were sorry for 15 minutes and calling people on the phone. I told you I was going to call the police. I called Expedia they said that your company did not answer the phone so at that point I filed a police report. When the police came he stated that you said you made contact with Expedia for me. I’m not aware of what was said. You broke your contract and broke my trust. I feel exposed. You should have never saw me naked. Then you tried to lie and say that the tv was on no it was not. I told the lady not to open the door then you came up and just opened the door. I didn’t need excuses or lies. I told you that apology was not accepted and that you should be careful because someone else might not be as nice as I was.

- 4/5
Was comfortable. The night I ckd in the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. I give 5 stars. The next morning I woke up at 1045. Called the front desk and the gentleman I spoke with was very unwelcoming when I asked for 11:30 check out time. Said he could do 15 minutes. So I hung up the phone and at 11:05 he was knocking at my door saying I had 5 more minutes to leave. I then told him I spoke with someone already at the front desk. He then proceeded to tell me it was him I spoke to. So I asked him why was he knocking at 11:05 to say I had 5 minutes when that would only have been 11:10 when he gave me til 11:15....Did he think I had forgotten what he said. So I wasted 7 min talking to him. I was eventually able to leave at 11:23 am. I just don't think he should've come to my door bothering me when I had just hung up the phone with him. It was like it was done purposefully so he could postpone me from leaving on time. I even offer to pay a late ck out fee in advance. The ladies should handle the customers and the males should stay behind the scenes.

City of Los Angeles v. Patel, was a significant Fourth Amendment ruling. Summary of the Ruling On June 22, 2015, the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, held that a Los Angeles ordinance requiring hotel operators to make their guest registries available to police officers for inspection on demand, without a warrant or an opportunity for pre-compliance judicial review, was facially unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Management was rude
- 4.5/5
No breakfast
- 0.5/5
Nothing! Settled because of money and the staff was very rude , not rude VERY RUDE! Banging on the freaking door everyday that I was there and as early as 9:30 AM !!!!! And when I politely complained he told me ,”DONT COME BACK!” Why pay to sleep if you can’t sleep?? Everything , Bad drug area , dirty room, shower ice cold and problems with the tv and ac and staff terrible
- 5/5
quiet neighborhood
- 1/5
Blood on comforter, broken shower. 4 rooms booked. Unresponsive staff. Overall condition of hotel was below expectations.
- 3/5
Clean friendly
- 5/5
For the dollar, great deal! Staff were professional--courteous, cordial and vigilant.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The lady that worked in the front office was very rude. The place was filthy. And I mean filthy. I was so upset if I had not afterpaid the room, we would’ve gotten our money back and left immediately! The area was filthy. Did not feel the area was safe. There were planes flying over every two minutes. It was expensive $100 for a night.
- 1/5
Terrible. Health code violations. Paint falling off walls. Holes in the wall. Burn holes in bed sheets/comforter. Not clean, unsanitary.
- 5/5
Very nice people that ran the hotel. The receptionist was incredibly nice, basically everyone was. Room was clean and it was a pleasant stay.
- 2.5/5
Inconsistent with bring fresh towels and replacing trash. Holes in all the bed sheets, and were dirty. Keys to get into the room only worked half of the time
- 2.5/5
The location is convenient that's about the only good thing. Motel was very run down and the room was not cleaned properly. It had multiple holes in walls that were patched but not painted. Multiple spider webs with live spiders. Still had cigarettes ashes on the floor from previous occupants and the bed Lennons have burn holes all over. Also the lamp and electric outlet did not work. The door has been kicked in previously and Looks to be 2 gun shot holes in the wall and smoke alarms broken. ??
- 1/5
Holes in the walls broken and delapidated furniture plus a foul order from all the broken bags of trash in the stairwells.
- 5/5
It was clean and the room smelled amazing and it was super quiet
- 3/5
Mehhh
- 1/5
It was very dirty the room had weed roaches on the floor, dirty towels with burgers or something on them. Disgusting. All you hear all night is the freeway and sirens or the drivers and hookers next to you as another highlight.
- 4.5/5
Affordable and close to the stadium
- 0.5/5
Nothing It wasn’t clean, they were fighting down from me, and in the room next to me. The police were called to remove people from the property.
- 1/5
Possibly the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. While apparently clean overall, the bathroom door had stab marks at breast height and what appeared to be a bloody fingerprint, and the bottom had been kicked in. The HVAC was very beat up and sounded like an airplane engine after it started. We paid for four people and when I asked in the morning for two more towels (only two had been supplied), the manager said aggressively that it was policy only to give out two and we could complain to the booking agent. Hence this review. Avoid!
- 4/5
The parking lot could use regular sweeping, lot of trash around making the place look bad.but its not
- 0.5/5
Not one thing & if I could give it a zero I would. The hotel is filthy, my room was disgusting, trash cans overflowing outside & trash stacked at the staircases, the ceiling was literally peeling off & falling down in my room, exposed electrical wiring with no cover on outlet, dirty light switches & lamps, dirty/stained curtains, hair on the tub with pieces of the ceiling that had fallen, burned holes through the sheets & blanket, the remote control was held together by painters tape!! I took pictures of filth. There were people partying, cursing & loud til after 3am, even had a human trafficking sign posted at the stairwell-that’s a clue!
- 2/5
The bathroom light wouldnt come on after multiple tries. The clerk came back to room and tried several times, saying that sometimes they haveto flip it repeatedly for it to come on. My husband is an electrician and said that means its a bad connection. The clerk got her aint/owner to come to roo.. They finally got light on ( fan automatically comes on with it) then said not to turn it off. Tv didnt work. At that point, we were tired and didnt bother going back to the clerk as it was late in the evening and we had to be up for a 4am flight. Heat also didn't work properly. Temp actually DROPPED in the room when we turned the heat on. We slept fully clothed in hoodies and jeans to stay warm.
- 1/5
DON'T stay here. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever seen. I booked room at 2:14 online I pulled into parking lot at exactly 5:33 pm dashcam and Google maps verified. I spent approximately 15 minutes checking in and another 15 minutes approximately bringing in all of our valuables and walking the dog this puts the current time at approximately 6:03pm. As soon as I walked in the room it reaked of cigarettes and the dresser drawer under the TV was full of cigarette ashes. I immediately went to the front desk and told them so I would not be charged for smoking in the room since I had signed a paper stating if I smoked I would be fined. I go back to the room and my wife is pissed. She said this is the most disgusting room she has ever been in. There were dirty sweat stains all over the sheets, literally dirty shoe prints on the sheets, some kind of pink liquid on the sheets as well as the floor, live electric wires with no cover over them missing light bulbs in lamps that any child could touch the socket on,one almost empty roll of toilet paper with no extra roll, poop smears on the wall along with other disgusting who knows what on the walls throughout the room, literally about 1/8 of an inch of dust on top of the TV and headboard I could sit here all day typing out everything wrong. Long story short they wouldn't even give a set of sheets to change out the other disgusting ones. Theyflat lied saying I checked in at 2:14. They refused to refund my money but we left anyway.
- 2/5
Bath tub - No stopper. Smoking odort in 1st room. Glass unclean in window Door lock shabby. I asked to be moved to the front near office. For the price paid for a night, you should have least been able to take a bath if I dared.
- 1/5
Terrible hotel old run down. Nasty dirty old stained up shower tub. Busted up dirty old air conditioner heat unit. Ceiling falling apart Wallas and molding as well. Chair at the dest in the room looks like a cat clawed the hell out of it. Just disgusting. And the people hanging right out side the lobby doors were scary. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!
- 1/5
I did not check in, the place is in terrible condition, i asked for my refund and left. I would never go back ever. don't recommend.
- 1/5
Also the guy at the front door tried to watch me unlock the door for 5 mins when I was trying to ask him to demonstrate. He didn’t even look like a workers and still took him multiple tries. TVs and everything are outdated. Name isn’t Jesse’s - it’s the plug. Do better.
- 1/5
The room was so filthy. We couldn't even stay there. We went and rented a new hotel. People refused to clean the room, told us to just leave if we didn't like it
- 1/5
I did not like the stay I only got two wash clothes when it was four guess
- 1/5
Place is run down
- 2/5
The ad on expedia advertised that there was free breakfast and when i got there the manager said no breakfast was available. Also checkin was listed as 3pm and i got there at. 445pm and they said i had to wait 30 mins for my room to be ready.
- 3/5
Not a hotel but is a motel.
- 4/5
To many flys in the room
- 1/5
I am requesting a refund. I checked in last night and the front seat gave me a key. Once I get in the room, the first thing I see is the bed not made up and burn marks on the bed sheets. The bed sheets were also dirty. The bathroom lights did not work as well. Once I went back to let the front desk know my issues, he got a nasty attitude with me because he knew that it was unacceptable. Once u asked for my refund, he told me to call back so the 3rd Party and get your refund. I did not like his attitude no his customer service. I would strongly request to stop sponsoring for this hotel company. They are really rude and nasty.
- 1/5
The ppl are rude and wouldnt let my niece check me in even tho her name was on the booking
- 2/5
The last stay I couldn’t sleep on the bedding cause it smelled so bad from the last person and their dog, I just couldn’t do it. They did come and change everything out for what it’s worth. This place is not for long term stay. Just a night or two and leave if you have a flight, or just need time for yourself.
- 2/5
Close to airport but the place is a dump. Everyone is loud and you can smell cigarette and weed smoke in your room from room next-door.
- 4/5
Need to have more security. Also needs to have people watching out other people that lose against you and not have a staff of yelling at me because they messed up and put us in the wrong room when we booked for two nights. I also shouldn’t have somebody look at me like I’m stupid every five seconds just because I can’t clean up as fast as I can, which will be humanly impossible Are nice though no complaints that I’ve seen nicer but I would like for there to be less. Traffic is wrong anyways it was overall not too bad. Have a great day Danielle.
- 1/5
The hotel room smelled like smoke, sheets and bathroom was extremely NASTY!
- 1/5
Not worth it at all.
- 1/5
Awful
- 1/5
Dirty, unsafe, inconvenient
- 1/5
Rude staff
- 2/5
The hotel was not the cleanest. There were burn holes in the sheets and covers. Black spots on the pillow cases. Seen a few bugs in our room. The tv stopped working our second night. They wouldn’t allow us to get extra towels. Pretty sure one of them stole my deodorant the first day they cleaned it and I had to go buy more. Their leaf blower guy came out at 9am yesterday making extra noise by the doors and around the doors.
- 3/5
The stay was alright but I have been in better Red Roof Inns.
- 1/5
First night there , they had a stabbing. Bullet holes in walls. Homeless and addicts in parking lot.
- 5/5
Close to the airport
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Did not like anything put me next to a room that someone is living in,cooking outside of his room, very unsatified will never stay at this Red Roof again
- 1/5
I actually got a refund. I didn't stay because the room was dirty and had roaches.
- 3/5
We only met the young lady at check in. She was very professional and friendly
- 1/5
We saw about 20 men outside the hotel pulling up. All with guns. Drugs deals going on and decided to leave. Manager was nice an instantly gave us the refund
- 1/5
The property was so old and worn done we didn’t even go up to the room. Looked very unkept. Would not recommend to anyone
- 5/5
Ok, quiet. No problem checking in.
- 4/5
Other than that, all is well.
- 4/5
While the area around the airport is not “the best” the hotel was clean and comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep.
- 1/5
Was very bad
- 1/5
I stayed over night and Thursday night severe welts showed up on my body, after going to Dr. it was determined I was bitten by bed bugs! This is the monkey hotel I stayed at during my trip.
- 1/5
Ill never again there was burn marks on the sheets the coffee maker didnt work just disgusted
- 1/5
Very trashy, will never stay here again
- 1/5
First room had no air conditioning. Moved to another room and it had Roaches!! Parking lot was full if people sitting around in buckets drinking. Dirty nasty place
- 5/5
The property was neat and clean. The staff were extremely nice and my stay was peaceful
- 1/5
Gross, property was run down, cockroach in the shower. Loud tenants. Bad area.
- 1/5
Old tubs and sinks that needed replacing. Chairs worn out and the cracked leather showed large areas of fabric.
- 3/5
Super easy check in. Rep at the desk was really nice. However, housekeeping leaves around 2. I had to change my own sheets when I asked for new ones because she was gone for the day. The sheets were dirty, stained and have burns all throughout. The TV did not work, the signal was super bad. Kept glitching. The wifi would not connect to the TV so the apps wouldn’t work. The curtain for the window is not doubled and it was dirty and the door has no weather strip so you can literally hear ppl whispering outside the room. Overall, Id rate it a 3 bcuz the beds were ok.
- 1/5
Room smelled so bad of smoke I couldn’t sleep there and didn’t want my suitcase in there because it would make it smell.
- 2/5
Non smoking room was very smokey. Not well kept. Front desk service was great though
- 3/5
Was very trashy outside. Inside was rough. Unfinished wall, chair was extremely tattered, floir cou l d of been cleaner
- 5/5
All around great spot especially if you have a pet along for the ride they stay absolutely free no questions... It's definitely not a five star motel but it's really nice for the price way above all other local hotels at this rate by far highly recommend to everyone...
- 5/5
Can't beat it for the price it's not bad at all beds are comfortable staff was very friendly all around nice lil spot and ur pet stays 100% free. Awesome!!!!!!
- 3/5
The shower was not clean had hair all in it and on the walls. My kids did not feel comfortable there.
- 3/5
The room was clean... stained, tattered, worn, but clean...
- 4/5
If you’re leaving by 6:30 am, great place to stay…after that it’s so noisy it’s like trying to sleep on a bench at Grand Central. We went outside 4 times between 6-10:30 to remind people check out is at 11. To make matters worse it gets all the nearby fogs barking. Road traffic is loud too. Staff was very friendly, room clean
- 1/5
Well when I was checking in my phone died so I couldn't unlock my card I ask the hotel cark if I could charge my phone to unlock my card card she didn't allow me to knowing I was trying to spend money to stay at there business...well I had to sit in the truck and want until my phone charger which took forever but i finally got a room there was a fire and I woke up to police telling us to all get out ...this place really needs to close down it's not in the best conditions for people nor safe due to all the random people hanging around the hotel
- 3/5
The room was clean-ish, but the linens were cigarette burned, and the room hasn't been rehabbed recently. Cracked caulk, scuffed paint, etc.
- 1/5
Check in, room was dirty the towels were super dirty supposed to be white they looked brown hairs all over the bed just left and stayed somewhere else
- 3/5
You
- 5/5
The lady that takes me in all the time she cute I be wanting to say something to her but she might not be as friendly if she acts and I won't be able to book rooms here no more LOL but yeah she is pleasant 💚
- 3/5
It was ok nothing special
- 2/5
Kind of a rough looking area. People outside talking outside my room well into the night,. Random people hanging around the hotel all day and all night, they were harmless but it's not what you want to deal with at a hotel.
- 1/5
Dirty, rundown room. Smelled like smoke. Bed sheets didn’t look clean. Dents, cracks, and patches all over the walls. People were hanging around outside and yelling / talking loud.
- 1/5
There is roaches all over the tub was dirty the sheets had stains
- 1/5
was a little Leary when i first pulled up a lot of shady people walking around. got our round went to room and at least 8 people were hanging around our room, Now coming back from a hunting trip i had a truck bed of things in my truck and i knew all would be gone by morning. so, I dropped key back off and left. Do yourself a favor drive to another exit this is a bad area
- 1/5
Run down, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, ripped furniture, mold on ceiling.
- 1/5
The room was dirty the restroom was dirty the sink is cloudy with water
- 4/5
A lot of people walking around throughout the night.
- 1/5
Didn’t like that people were coming/going from 1am - past 3 am who were not hotel guests. Another guy revving his motorcycle in the parking lot at like 1am who also wasn’t a hotel guest and just visiting. The room next door reeked of pot and could smell it into our room. We stayed here because it was dog friendly, but because of the constant noise, we got no sleep. We would’ve been better off just getting a couple hours of sleep at a rest area. All the noise kept my dog up growling too, which didn’t help matters.
- 1/5
Strong smoke smell in the room, dirt on the table.
- 2/5
The lobby was locked at 7:45 pm when the sign says it closes at 8. There were cigarette buts stuffed in my sink drain. The sink leaked onto the floor. The bed sheets and shower curtains were stained too. The area was surrounded by people smoking and loitering in the parking lot and did not feel safe. The only positive I have to say is the lady was very kind and helpful when I checked out. Great service from her... the rest was awful.
- 5/5
Customer Service was over and above professionally and hospitality.
- 3/5
Room said it was non smoking, but it definitely smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
I arrived after mid night after a long flight of over 30 hrs from Africa. No one was waiting and no phone contacts. I got stranded and almost slept on the streets. I was saved by a good Samaritan who helped me locate another hotel 5 miles. I had no money for Uber to facilitate my movement to the next location. Very unfortunate and high degree of negligence. They put my life in danger.
- 3/5
Wasn’t pleased with the people who I believed lived in the Inn. Reminded me of a rehab facility. No amenities in room wasn’t very pleased!!
- 2/5
Would NOT recommend!!
- 1/5
Never again
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 1/5
Room smelled terrible, shower floor was cracked.
- 1/5
My stay was horrible. Barely got any sleep. The neighbors were noisy, the room had bugs, you could smell the neighbors doing drugs it was like a burning plastic smell, the place overall just looks sketchy.
- 1/5
The parking lot is in between two motels with ridiculously bright lights shining down — many, many people milling around doing god knows what at 1 AM, unable to sleep "for some reason." The room itself was gross. Top sheet was filthy, cigarette burns, stains, etc. Floor was slimy, lots of human hair/dust/skin everywhere along the bed, possible signs of bedbugs (tiny bloodstains on the pillow) etc. A flickering hallway light outside the window could not be fully blocked out by the curtains. I immediately left and went to the Sleep Inn next door, it was only $30 more and comes with a nice breakfast with eggs and sausage, good amenities, nice rooms etc. Do not stay at this Red Roof Inn just to save $30.
- 1/5
I canceled this hotel as the rooms smelled so bad lysol couldn't help it. The bathtub had black stuff around it with cigarette burns on the tub, the toilet was dirty as hell, the floor had white stuff on it and she showed me three separate rooms and the same thing. Me and my mom both have cancer so this was so very unacceptable to us. Was promised a reimbursement within 24 hrs 2 days later I'm still waiting. Just a so very horrible experience.
- 2/5
It was disappointing
- 1/5
Terrible service and Also property not maintained and looks like an abandon place, people walking around doing drugs not a very good place
- 1/5
It's was terrible! I don't want to talk about it.
- 2/5
A women was screaming bc someone stole all of her stuff.
- 1/5
Burn holes in sheets and blankets. Loud. Random people loitering around motel. Dogs barking. Nonsmoking Room smelled like cigarettes badly.
- 4/5
There was hair all over the place and the room smell like cigarettes so bad. I wanted to go and change rooms, but it was late and I was really tired. Also two rooms downs a darn dog barked the ENTIRE night.
- 4/5
Room was overall clean, bed was very comfortable however I did see a couple of roaches. It wasn't infested and it was cold out so they could have been random but were present. Nothing they couldn't easily control.
- 1/5
The area was not terrible but the hotel had shady looking people standing around the entrance. The lobby door was not open to guests, I had to register through a outdoor window. The hotel room smelled of cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room. The staff was indifferent, and did not offer any assistance or information on shuttle service. I cancelled my reservation after seeing the room and the the people hanging around the front of the hotel, and went to another nearby hotel. I didn’t feel safe.
- 5/5
Very helpful great staff room was immaculate very satisfied
- 2/5
You could see light thru the edges of the front door even when closed and locked. Only provided two very small rough towels and two small hard as a rock pillows.
- 1/5
There was an all night party in the parking lot
