Clean amenable property, staff was courteous and friendly. Only preference I would have is the water pressure in the room was slightly lower than I expected, otherwise I look forward to future stays.

Location was great for convenience and activities, but it didn't seem like a great area at times. We didn't use the pool due to its proximity to another building, maybe an apartment complex. The pool didn't seem very private. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great made-to- order breakfast. Friendly cook and servers. Vouchers were included in the room we booked. Very happy with room, cleanliness, housekeeping, etc. and would recommend. Requested extra pillows which housekeeping delivered to our room. Supplies were restocked and towels replaced every two days. Would stay here again! Thank you for a comfortable stay. Clean room, Staff was very friendly and professional. The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep.

Was very clean and quiet. Only complaint is the cost of food on site is high and the smoke alarm went off in morning. Elevators made me nervous and location isn't as good as i expected

We traveled all the way from Florida for our kids spring break, booked this specific location for the pool & it wasn't open.. my girls was excited to go swimming while we was visiting..either price of the room we expected the it to be open.. that really was a bummer

This is our third year coming and staying at this hotel. Make sure your room matches what you booked.

Room was clean. King bed was a "real" king bed, not a pair of pushed-together twins. Breakfast was OK. Keurig in the room as well as small refrigerator and MW. Service was to be every other day. Our service person knocked before we were ready on Day Two and did not come back. "I called out from bed: "Please come back a little later." We had no service for a three-day stay. As a "friend of the earth," I am OK with towels and linens every other day, but the room should be looked at, water and coffee/tea replenished and waste baskets emptied. At 10:00 AM on the day we were supposed to have service there was a maid out side. She spoke no English at all. At my hand-signaling she came to the room. "Please clean,"I asked but she never did come back. This isn't so much an issue with the people who clean the rooms. This is poor management on the part of Hilton. There should be mentoring or rudimentary basic English taught to staff. Because the maid had no English, she obviously did not understand "Please come back a little later." In the room there were no glasses, just a few paper cups. On the second day evening when we discovered the room had not been received service, I went to the desk to explain what happened and to request coffee pods and clean paper cups. I was told that they only had two pods left, but that I was welcome to them. Shower pressure was good, but there was no exhaust fan in the bath, so the room fogged up. We were not looking for a palace; we were visiting family. This would have been an adequate experience for a budget motel, but for a Hilton property, this was a disappointment. Value for dollars not good.

I needed a room overnight and I needed a place with an early shuttle to the airport. This place fit the bill! Beautiful facilities, easy check in/out with very friendly and helpful staff. After paying in full to reserve my room several months in advance. Then had to pay again once I got to the property. Booking.com or Hilton owes me my money back for having to pay twice for the same room.

Did not eat breakfast. The only problem was the thermostat was malfunctioning, kept going from heat to cool on its own for about an hour. No one at the front deak answered the phone so i couldn't tell anyone.

Clean, updated and well run. I had a bit of an issue getting towels from the cleaning staff, who seemed angry about something. The $14 breakfast was not good and I’d say the same if it were free. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again but avoid the breakfast.

Overall, the experience was good. Check-in was a bit chaotic, as it appeared that the receptionist's family, including her young child, was present during the process. She seemed a little distracted, and her toddler was at the front desk on the floor. It just came across as unprofessional.

Our stay was great. Service was amazing. Super clean. My only issue and I can’t say for certain it was from the room, but I developed a rash! I will try another stay here and hopefully I can rule out the bedding as the cause.

Saturday evening staff (front desk) was very accommodating during our stay great personality and relatable. Front desk manager was also pleasant. We will visit again. Felt welcomed and at home. Can’t forget the bartender paid attention to detail and also very accommodating.

The lobby and hallways were renovated and fabulous and the check in was quick and the staff were amazing and friendly. The suite was spacious but the couch in the living area was shallow and missing an ottoman. The bathroom was slightly small for the suite’s size but had a large walk in closet with drawers across from it. Both tvs in the suite were smart tvs and had Netflix and YouTube, unlike some of the other hotels in the area. The added wipes for the remotes and toiletries were a nice touch. Overall a very nice, spacious suite.

The room was clean however it had a very bad odor. No matter what we sprayed it did not help. My Wi-Fi barely worked. The phone in the room was broken so if I needed any kind of assistance, I would have to go downstairs to the desk, which was a huge inconvenience when I did go down to guest services and let them know that my Wi-Fi wasn’t working and my refrigerator in the room was hot. Therefore, I couldn’t store food. I had to throw whatever food I had away I was told that they had to change a lot of phones out and most refrigerators don’t get cold in the room smh. he help assist with my Wi-Fi on my phone, which then turned off when I got back to the room so although it was a beautiful room, I would not book here again.

Degrees outside and my room was a hot 77 when I checked in. I turned the air down and went to dinner and came back and it was still hot and air didn’t seem to be on when I left. I went down to front desk who informed me the air conditioner is motion activated, so if you are not in the room it does not run. They did say they turned the mode on to VIP which apparently means it runs without the motion sensor because I complained that the air would shut off when I was sleeping, which they agreed it would, but if I got up to go to the bathroom, then it would kick back on. We also didn’t use the outdoor pool because it’s 5 feet from the ghetto motel next door, literally. Only positive thing was the beds were comfy.

The staff in the dining area were phenomenal! The hotel is a reformed Holiday Inn (maybe a couple of years now) and it's off of the highway - so, it's near a few amenities. I'd choose it again.

The inside of this hotel was excellent! Clean room, lobby, and restaurant. I loved having a suite with a bedroom. Outside of the hotel felt unsafe & surrounding buildings were dirty and unkept. We had no issues with safety but I did not feel comfortable walking to my car solo after dark in this area.

The property, lobby and hotel were beautiful and clean. We had a late check-in which was extremely fast and convenient. Ordered dinner from the restaurant and took it to our room. Expensive but delicious. Such a wonderful comfortable stay we had!

The most miserable hotel experience I’ve ever had. The carpet was soaking wet around the HVAC closet. Staff wasn’t even concerned enough to come look at it. There were no other rooms so we had to stay. The mildew & mold smell was terrible, obviously the carpet has been getting wet a long time. The AC was loud, rattling metal and grinding sounds all night long. The highway outside was so loud, we might as well have had the window open. For a “king suite” this was the biggest ripoff and the staff could have cared less. The restaurant service was terrible, took about 25 minutes to get some chicken tenders & fries for the kid. Saw staff standing around picking their noses and doing nothing. Wrote a letter to the manager… no response. Avoid this place if you actually want sleep.

Did not like that my room was not cleaned - bed made, fresh towels etc. Apparently it’s only done every 2 days and we only stayed 2 nights

The hotel itself was excellent. I only have two complaints. The first being the location, which isn't something that can be changed, but it drove us nuts being right across from an ER with ambulance sirens going off at all hours of the day and night. Better soundproofing would be in order if you're going to pick this location. We got little to no sleep. Second was the room service food...it felt like we had ordered from door dash, plastic containers and silverware, cold and coagulating, instead of freshly made on nice plates from the restaurant downstairs. We would have gone to a nice restaurant instead had we known.

This property is lovely. Tommy was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Staff is very friendly. We chose it because it was a short distance from the Columbia airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Was a little expensive for what it is, but it was around the winter holiday season.

Nice clean hotel but don't count on their shuttle service. Both coming from and going back to the airport my shuttle never showed up. Had to call hotel and wait till they found me another ride.

Was not aware that I needed to preschedule a pick up from the airport to the hotel and had to take a $20 Uber because there was no shuttle available. I was advised that I would be reimbursed but that did not happen. I did schedule transportation to the airport from the hotel and that worked perfectly.

This is an excellent hotel! I highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Pros: The proximity to the airport was great and we really appreciated the shuttle to the airport on leaving. The room was comfy and clean. Cons: The walls are a little thin, so just be prepared to hear your neighbors;-) It's also a distance from Columbia, so if you want to visit UofSC/ 5 Points/ Vista, etc. a rental car or relying on Lyft/Uber is necessary.

The property directly behind the hotel, outside of my room, was definitely unsavory. The people who stayed there were very loud.

Everything seems to be pretty clean, as well as organized. Workers were nice and polite. Only stayed one night but overall enjoyed.

We wanted to book a resonably priced hotel room close to the airport to catch an early morning flight and the Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport fit the bill perfectly. The airport shuttle worked beautifully for us and the room was well appointed and quiet.

Don't ever rent a room from this website. I paid for a huge king room and breakfast. Well needless to say, they gave my Dad a queen room and charged again for breakfast. So needless to say I am very pissed.

The property is great, the location is next to a seedy apartment complex. Not the best view looking out the window. Carpets need to be replaced due to faint but noticeable ordor. Overall good stay! Bar was a nice touch! Very nice. Bartender was fantastic.

Lovely place. Great facilities. We hung out on the patio, used the gym. Impeccably clean! Nice atmosphere.
