The room was atrocious one of the most dirtiest rooms I have seen at a hotel. The staff was rude. No manager on duty to make formal complaint. I paid a great deal per night to stay in a motel that looked like it was rented by the hour. I travel all over the country and have not such a bad experience. I ended up cleaning the room and bathroom prior to me sleeping in the bed.. The room had not been cleaned in months. I checked out a night earlier due to the conditions of the room. I will not be staying in a Days inn Windham throughout the country any longer due to this experience. I have photos of before and after of the room. I will be notifying corporate Days inn of the conditions of the site.

My check in was terrible and my room was musky and dirty. Never been cleaned before offered to me. Jacuzi wasn't working and was filthy. I just wanted a one night stay but this was my worst experience ever for a one night stay over.

Parking was easy, there was a cute little pool but I didnt get to swim in it but staff was fine they had someone new on shift so that was okay. The room was dirty, roaches everywhere, stained shower; didn't even touch it because it was so nasty, barely enough light for the bathroom, overall disturbed by the multiple roaches.

The desk clerk came and agreed this room should never have been booked. She gave me another room but it was a smoking room, she said that was all she had on the ground floor. She offered to spray the room. I accepted as I needed a room and had no vehicle at the time to leave. After a little bit the spray no longer helped and I spent the night irritated by the cigarette smell. The next morning I went to get the "breakfast" they were supposed to have which was only waffles, cereal and coffee but on the way noticed only about a dozen cars in the whole parking lot and curtains were open on non smoking rooms that would have been available. Their ad is totally misleading and this hotel , which used to be really nice is now absolutely awful.

The room we booked was given to someone else, they put us in a room with mold on the bed skirt, a pop bottle under the edge of the bed, the toilet was clogged, and there was a hairball in the tub. Would not recommend!

I was only there for 1 hour and part of that time was driving to check my seminar location. I tried to find how to get refund for at least the second night unsuccessfully. Any help would be appreciated.

This hotel was completely Disgusting and has refused to issue me a refund, are first room was infested with Bed Bugs and Roaches then we were moved into another room that was not much better it was Disgusting and Filthy. So we left completely i suggest not to stop here you are better off sleeping in your car, than this nasty hotel

Nasty property. Rooms were dirty, moldy furniture looked like they got it out of a dump pile. Mold growing in all the crevices. Moved to a “upgraded room” and just as bad if not worse. Paid for 2 notes but checked out after first night and left. Slept in our clothes with shoes on. Don’t spend a dime here.

The owener and the ladies were amazing. Now the bad. My microwave didnt work, all the furniture was peeling. The tv was impossible. They have all the apps but unless you pay for the movies and sign in with your password theres only a handful of channels. This is funny but the curtain was floating cause of the ac unit and it would scare me once in a while lol. The bathroom cielings been fixed a few times, it happeneds, and the fixtures in the shower moved like really moved.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stay in hotels and motels around the world all year. This is one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. The room just stank. Like old cigarette smoke. We got the King Jacuzzi Suite and there was no way we were getting in that tub. The chair looked like it was from the 70's, was badly worn and had stains all over it. the comforter was equally old and disgusting and the sheets had holes in them. Every piece of furniture (desk, side tables etc) were literally delaminating with the particle board wood underneath coming apart.

Other than the misstep I had with my booking and the hotel this place is fine. Not to expensive. Not cheap and there’s a lot of places around d to eat and of shopping if need be. I needed a place near the airport the night before a very early flight. This place filled that requirement. The bed was ok. The room could have been cleaner and better taken care of.

The room was dusty with a hole in the wall and bathroom was a little grungy looking and needed to be updated. There was no tub, just a tiny shower and water only worked on cold or super hot. There were burn holes in the comforter on the bed. I selected a pet friendly room but wasn’t told until I arrived that there is an additional $20 per day fee to have a small pet there and also a deposit I wasn’t made aware of when I made the reservation. I was arriving later in the day due to working late and had my adult son go ahead to the hotel. I had asked him to wait for me in the lobby because temps outside were close to 100 degrees. The check in attendant who had a personal friend visiting with her at work at the time made my guest leave even after he showed her the reservation I had made and they already had my credit card info on file. I found that rude and unprofessional since the room was already reserved and I was being charged for the room starting at check in time of 3pm even though I wouldn’t arrive until 5 to check in. He was just quietly sitting in the lobby not bothering anyone so I am not sure why she made him leave. He was not attempting to access the room before my arrival, just didn’t want to sit in the heat. She also told him he couldn’t wait outside and had to leave the property until I arrived. My reservation said my total charge for a 2 night stay would be around $150, but after the deposit and additional pet fee it was around $250. 2 out of 5 stars.

I chose a non-smoking room so I would not have to deal with smoking, but the person right beside me stands outside all day and night smoking, and all the smoke went right into my room through the air condition. I asked front desk to come down and he brought air freshener. The last thing you want to do is pick up and move to another room when you’re dead tired so I suffered through it now with a sinus infection today. First thing I rolled over to see this morning was grape jelly on the bed skirt with someone’s biscuit on the floor. I washed the bathtub and shower out to get rid of the hair and showered and got out of there. Continental breakfast is a waffle or some cereal with a gallon of milk sitting out on the counter, for Lord knows how long. No fruits, yogurt or muffin's. They have a machine with concentrated orange juice that has the door taped up to keep it shut and the push button to dispense the juice has got a short in it so you must punch it a 100 times to get a 1/2 cup of juice. The cups are as big as mouthwash cups from a bathroom. Note: Bring your own cup! The coffee cups were so tiny I just went across the street to the waffle House to get coffee.

I was in room 101. This room was outdated with old refrigerator, old microwave, TV had spots on the picture screen, furniture was pealing and had tape on some parts. Floors were dirty and there was hair left in bathroom from previous tenant. Also there was a stale smell to the room.

The hotel staff was not friendly nor hospital at the main desk the rooms were neat and tidy but nobody knows how to clean in the corners and the bathroom floors were covered with paint and very dirty and the walls had holes stuffed with toilet paper!

These were minor, but smoking was allowed outside the rooms and the ventilation brought the odor into my room. It was fleeting. Possible have designated smoking areas away from non smoking rooms.

The hotel didn¿t have any water. The room smelled like a party room. The cleaning lady was really rude. The room had so many roaches and I have pictures!

This hotel was extremely old, shabby, my room hadn't been cleaned in months, torn mattress, bedbugs, nasty bathroom, dirty and broken coffee pot, fridge was completely iced over, dead bugs, no iron, couldn't checkout properly as staff seemed "impaired".

Wouldnt allow visiter to get in the pool. Manager was rude and everytime my mother in law went to talk to front office the Manager was always peeking around the corner listening to conversation. Taking Deposit and not able to return it right away. Also mattresses had signs of bed bugs.

Wouldnt allow visiter to get in the pool. Manager was rude and everytime my mother in law went to talk to front office the Manager was always peeking around the corner listening to conversation. Taking Deposit and not able to return it right away. Also mattresses had signs of bed bugs.

Days Inn, The room smell like old mildew. Curtain was. The floor was not carpet. The pictures of the room is deceptive. The room is old and need renovations. The bed sheet and spread was low quality. The customer service young lady was trying to be slick by not giving me a Cash receipt for a $50. I went in room came back & voiced my concerns. Her clothes look unprofessional dressed leggings.Although she was nice she didn’t seem to understand the significant of giving proof of cash deposit. Travelocity seem to be deceptive practice because first I wasn’t told that the money will come out my account) pay for rooms in advance or should I say I didn’t understand money would come out my account until after the date of reservation. Also didn’t let me know that a deposit will come out my account or should I say it seem like Travelocity is dealing with low budget hotels. On the surface by pictures, look hood but it low quality once you see with your eyes

The front desk refused any refund and even refused to return the deposit! Most awful experience! Not sure how this place is open!

Roaches, holes in the wall and dirty toilet. Was afraid to take a shower feeling like I would be dirtier for it, doors wouldn't close without slamming and keys wouldn't work without trying 30 times

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was disgusting and not clean at all, food on the chair all over the floor, beds where dirty, I asked for clean sheets so I could change my bed and have a clean place to sleep, I ended up wiping everything down myself so I could stay for the 3 days I booked. I also had my service animal with me which housekeeping locked in my room.

Not much to like. You get what you pay for is all I can say. The place is beyond rundown. The area is sketchy. And the cleanliness is horrible. That place needs to be shutdown. And the breakfast was just cereal. No fruit, yogurt, or even danish.

There were bugs, several holes in the bedspreads, loud music after midnight from a truck downstairs, only half a roll of toilet paper on roll and only given a roll at the time which was several trips to the office as it is thin and cheap paper.

I didn't like paying another $50 as a deposit. Tells me their clientele is substandard. The property shows this - it is not very clean. No elevator to get to my 2nd floor room. I asked for a king size but was given 2 doubles. It was 11:00 at night - too late to complain or change rooms. Last time I ever stay at a Days Inn.

Outdated tv was blurry in 2nd room. 1st room tv stuck on only 1 channel. Had to ask to change rooms. Garbage from previous guests still in garbage bin.

Lock issued resulted in reassigned room where stirred at 3:45 am by large insect crawling on my arm in bed.

Everything was like they described

The first room they gave us reeked of smoke although it was supposed to be no smoking. The top sheet had a cigarette burn hole in it. There was trash in the corners of the room.

It was very clean and a delightful place to stay.

The room was gross. The floor had not been cleaned and there were stains on the sheets. We left and did not even stay there. And therefore had to spend more money on a different hotel because this one was nasty.

Very dirty. It doesn’t or didn’t looked like they cleaned anything. The bathroom was filthy, the coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was a nonsmoking room and there were cigarette butts behind the night stand.

Then moved to 213 and room smelled like smoke.

I paid for a king bed but we got two twin beds

The stay was great; However, a few doors down was some shady looking 30 year olds who love to smoke weed. The room we stayed in was very clean but smelled very strong of weed, possibly from the former people who stayed in the room.

Price was great for area. Old, rundown, but clean.

I seen a roach and ,the sheets were filthy the towels were stained.

Rooms were nice and updated, but bathroom looked 40 years old and warm water for the shower. The lobby also smelled like weed.
