This hotel was great! Great staff and super clean. The fitness room could’ve been bigger.

I reserved a room with a King-size bed but upon arrival was told “corporate” had overridden that request so I had to settle for a room with two queen beds. My wife & I traveled to West Chester to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary, so the hotel situation was a bit of a disappointment.

I was just there for a peaceful stay. Cleanliness, well insulated rooms, and a good breakfast helps me achieve that. This hotel nailed it!

The shower walls had mildew all over that could easily be wiped with a washcloth, but obviously was not. The shower floors looked like they had not been scrubbed in quite some time. Housekeeping came in at some point, removed trash, used towels and left new towels, but did not touch the bed
