Breakfast staff amazing. Nice treats and amenities. Common lobby area needs all reupholstering.

Everyone from the kitchen staff, reception and cleaning staff greeted you and asked if they can do anything for us. The breakfast was divided into “only continental” or continental and full buffet. Both were good and we like having the option. Everything was bright and inviting and there was a good size bar and lounge for cocktails. The prices for everything including the room were reasonable. They replaced the towels and cleaned the room everyday without making a request to do so.

Perfect place for a quick stopover. Convenient location. Deluxe room was nice and big for a family of 4 and a dog.

We stayed with our older dog and we all had trouble with air circulation. Felt there was a mold/mildew problem. We along with our dog was having breathing issues and our dog began to vomit. He became very sick and unfortunately passed away. There needs to be mold inspection. I do not recommend staying here

I didn’t eat breakfast, but the hotel, the room, staff, and the amenities were great. everything looked modern. if i needed assistance, they helped right away! i had so much fun there!

This hotel has a great location. Quiet and very pet friendly. The staff was helpful beyond anything I've ever experienced.

Staffs are really nice in this hotel specially Josephine the lady from the Philippines. The room was clean and nice. It’s a typical Hilton garden Inn cozy hotel. Would recommend to stay here.

Condition and cleanliness of the overall property was good BUT the room had a strong smell of urine and the tub had rust. Could not be moved to another room because this hotel and neighboring hotels were sold out. Some staff members were more helpful than others. Close proximity to dining, shopping, interstate.

The "hot" water was not hot at all. It took about 5-10 minutes just to go frome cold to lukewarm. It never actually got hot. Very disapponting. On the brightside, the room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't care for the frosted glass barn door style bathroom door though. Didn't offer privacy and was noisy. There is also a very annoying light that flashes all night long on the fire alarm. But the AC was good and the tv was 'smart'.

In this case the hotel used rough (cheap) TP but I will say one of the few where the fridge didn’t keep me up at night.

Located in a central location, bright and clean, no food amenities until later in the evening. A couple of items for about the bathroom in our room on the fifth floor had a loose barn door that banged the wall when used. Also the hot water took a long time to reach the sink and shower. And lastly the shower head was mounted so high one under 6’6” can not adjust the shower head

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we encountered was parking. The lot was full and when we inquired about where else to park we were given no other options. We found out later parking was available behind the bank.

The room (bed, towels, shower, sink and coffee center) was made up well and welcoming. However, it became evident it was a room for pets. Under the bathroom vanity and on base boards, was a noticeable accumulation of black fur. My dog is orange and white. I am happy to pay the pet fee but I would expect it to be for the extra fur cleanup. I did mention this to the front desk person who checked me out and showed her a picture. I told her I wanted to mention it was not up to the standard I expected but that I did have a nice stay. She was apologetic and not defensive and that was how I wanted to leave it

Room was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Bathroom door was barn door style and was noisy and odd for a bathroom. Did not close enough to give full privacy. Weird choice for a bathroom door.

We always stay here

Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, there was one light by the bed burnt out. When the cleaners made up the bed it was not made up properly, they only pulled the covers up to the top of the bed and placed the pillows over it.

This is our third stay at this property. It’s very easy to get to, the shopping and dining options in the area are great! The staff and property as a whole are 5 star. Rooms are comfortable, updated and clean! We appreciate having an onsite bar and mini-restaurant for breakfast and dinner!

We were disappointed to find out that your Continental breakfast was no longer free as that was not told to us when booking. I'm not about to a pay $5.00 for a banana and yogurt. Also, we didn't get any good sleep as our room faced major street "HWY 56". We could hear the cars racing on that street late at night and early morning. This is the 2nd time this happens to us this year when staying there. I guess I need to ask for a room to the back of the hotel. Maybe someone needs to get the police involved because it is out of control and surprised nothing has been done.

Good and clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not as good as a buffet but enough to grab something and do things around. Not worthy the $20, maybe $10 breakfast will be ok.

We had a pleasant stay during our girls getaway. Unfortunately, our room was not clean during the 3 nights that we were which was very disappointing. We had to walk down to the lobby for clean towels, which was very frustrating. Do better!

I loved the property and the ease of check in. Only thing that was a little frustrating is the parking. Not much options if you return anytime after 8pm. Other than that the staff was welcoming.

The shower was not cleaned. It had hair from the people who were there previously. The pillows are horrible. Too thin it feels like you're sleeping without a pillow. Single ply toilet paper. For being a "hilton garden" and paying a pretty decent price for the night, the comfort and cleanliness was not worth the price.

Hotel was average. Our room had a musty odor and the air conditioner made a grinding noise. The breakfast was good. Dinner was good but with one cook (no fault of his) it did take a long time. Front desk staff upon checking in could have been friendlier and more welcoming.

It was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while in the area for a wedding. Great location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We even asked to be moved to a room further from the elevator and they were able to accommodate that. We did not go to the bar or restaurant, but it was nice that they had one.

Staff is always nice at this hotel and they were able to connect 2 Expedia reservations because I decided to come a day early. I was disappointed though in the vacuuming of the room. I found a peanut and a wrapper on the floor in the room, so it was obvious that the they either did a sloppy job or just didn't do it at all. I will still go to this hotel and just hope they clean better next time.

The stay was ok but not as expected or even worth the price per stay first of all our flights was cancelled and by the time we arrived at the hotel it was 4 am next morning and when we entered our room we did not like the smell of the room it smelled like foot, no enough light in the room and the beds did not look or smell clean. I was not happy.

Excellent hotel in a very safe area. Would have loved free breakfast. Outdoor pool was open in November! Took us about 45 min to drive to Clearwater beach- not too bad! Would stay again!

The staff was apologetic I believe her name was Alana.We were switch 3 times all rooms weren't cleaned well.It was hair all over the floor in the first the other two showers were dirty.No one has reached out to say anything.

Accommodating for my dog which I love! And cute pool cabanas, walking distance to good eateries too. And room was comfy and clean, although didn't really like the carpet stains, everything was clean otherwise. They could do a better job of keeping the outside trash empty and pool towels replenished.
