Charming property. Welcoming owners. Great breakfast

This place completely exceeded my expectations. The hosts are incredible. They make you feel comfortable, provide excellent service, are funny, and provide a very homey feel. I highly suggest the wine tasting. Probably the most fun I've had drinking wine ever. Like all the other reviews, breakfast being amazing was 100% true. The hosts used to own an upscale restaurant in Seattle so they know what they're doing. Couldn't recommend enough. Hope to go back one day. Don't hesitate on this one.

From the moment you arrive your are made to feel so welcome by the owners Julie and Ludger, We booked the river room which has stunning views of the river and mountains , we were fortunate to have snow when we there , coming from Texas we don’t see that very often so a big bonus for us !! Lovely large living room with a fire is a great place to relax and try some of the wines they produce , Breakfast is fresh and delicious all made by Ludger , something different every day Located close to Wenatchee and and easy 20 minutes' drive to Leavenworth it’s in the perfect location This is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!!

This is a great place to stay. Clean is an understatement and the room we stayed at the garden view room was amazing with great and tasteful decorations. Kind staff as well. We didn’t eat the breakfast because mainly we had come in to experience the town. This is a great place to stay

Fun stop, food and grounds were fantastic! Ate things I normally would not try and loved them. Very accommodating to special diet too! There are regular trains across the river if you are a light sleeper be aware.

Stayed here for three nights in July. Full of nature and great hospitality by the owners, Juli and Ludger. Fabulous breakfasts prepared by Ludger were the best part of this place. It is an old house converted into Inn and has characteristics of typical old houses. Bird watching was added bonus, bald eagles and their eaglets nestled near by tree. Enjoyed hearing about their wine making story. A great location to exploring Leavenworth and Wenatchee.
- 5/5
We had a fantastic stay here and the breakfast lived upto the hype! Chef ludger went out of his way to prepare croissants for my wife and muffins. The frittata and the Dutch baby pancakes were delicious! The location next to the river is amazing, and if you reach early, take your coffee and sit by the river to enjoy a moment of serenity. Only thing I would update are the rooms, as they do show their age and could use some modernization 😀

B and B was amazing location by Wenatchee river. Breakfast was five star quality or better by a world class chef. Room was beyond expectations. We will be back again for sure!!!
- 5/5
Beautiful room, beautiful property and view, amazing staff, and a five star breakfast! Highly recommended! We will be going back.

Wonderful place to stay! Incredibly peaceful with many elegant spots to relax on the property. Amazing view of lake Wenatchee. The breakfast was also incredible. Romantic and relaxing, highly recommended.

We stayed there for our anniversary while passing through the area. The owners were friendly and helpful. The setting and facilities are lovely onsite hot tub, garden backing onto a river and wine made by the family available to purchase. The breakfast was amazing!! The only downside is the inn is located quite close to the main road which can be noisy. Would recommend to a friend.

Beautifully maintained property & super friendly hosts!
- 5/5
Absolutely Beautiful! Very hospitable and quiet. We enjoyed the river views and the garden areas very much!
- 5/5
We love this place. The breakfast was to die for. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, prepared in truly unique dishes turned breakfast into a feast. Located right on a river, we were able to watch a family (ma, pa and the two kids) of beavers while the sun was setting in the picturesque hills. A truly memorable evening. We have every intention of returning to the Warm Springs Inn and Winery and maybe even visit Wenatchee while we are there.

What a beautiful house and the owners Julie and Ludger were very friendly and accommodating. The location is spectacular with views of the river from the decks and lovely gardens. I can highly recommend Warm Springs Inn and Winery if traveling to Wenatchee.
- 5/5
Very clean comfortable b & b along the banks of the Wenatchee river.
- 5/5
Ludger was a very welcoming and gracious host. The breakfast was prepared and served by him. The quality and presentation were a testiment to his years as a successful executive chef ! The property is a wonderful piece of heaven on the Wenatchee river with all the comforts and style of a southern mansion. We would definatley stay again.

Vera nice Hotel. Nice view to the river. Greate garden
- 5/5
The property is right on the river with beautiful landscaping. The farm house is like traveling back in time, but very well maintained and comfortable. Our room was huge and had everything we needed. You can come and just relax, maybe do a wine tasting, go on hikes, or head out to Leavenworth for the day. Something for everyone! Highly recommend Warm Springs, we will back for a longer stay next time.
- 5/5
We stayed here as a special treat for a visitor, and were very glad we did. From the hot tub to the spacious gardens and relaxing rooms, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Considerate and personable hosts with beautiful family. Wine tasting was a delight! Well appointed and comfortable room. Superb breakfast and best coffee ever. Look forward to next visit!

First, the weather. This time of year it’s warm, breezy and beautiful, couple that with the sheer opulence of the interior and the manicured grounds of the Inn and you could be almost cured, but wait there’s more. This is a bed and breakfast, one owned and operated by a European trained master chef.. your personal chef on this visit, and let me tell you, let him call the shots you will be profoundly amazed. His creations are healthy, imaginative and beautiful. If you are fond of wine the Szmainia’s can indulge you in a wine tasting of their own signature wines from their own celebrated vineyards plus those of other popular vineyards in the region. This is a sensational getaway you will treasure forever.

Wonderful get away - breakfast is 5 star!

Delicious wine & views :)

The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. The place is gorgeous and the view is amazing. The breakfast is out of this world and cooked by one of the owners with love and care. Definitely going back!!

Absolutely charming!!!

Each morning we woke up and picked fresh cherries from the orchard before heading into Wenatchee for a stroll along the river. Upon our return Ludger had coffee and breakfast ready by the time we washed up. He is very knowledgable about restaurants and other various things to do. We spent one day in Chelan and recommend visiting Tsillan Cellars for a meal. Thank you for the relaxing weekend. We will return.

We came to Warm Springs Inn for a romantic getaway. We loved the main house and the grounds were perfect. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. Our host is a wonderful chef! Our breakfasts were in the main house dining and there are windows with views of the river surrounding the large dining area. Meals are interesting, beautifully presented and filling! Background music added to the ambience. We thought of using the hot tub and our host had towels within minutes. Our host also included a glass of wine for an unofficial "happy hour". Great wine.
- 5/5
Awesome! This is a great place, in a great location, with great food and run by great people. The Inn is located on the river amidst orchards. Don't miss breakfast!! Hot tub was great too.
- 4/5
Nice place, great staff willing to go out of their way to make you comfortable.

We were in Wenatchee for our grandson's Baseball Tournament & found the Warm Springs Inn very accommodating to our schedule. On Saturday morning we had an 8am baseball game and the owner got up early and fixed us a delicious gourmet breakfast so that we could leave for the game by 7am. The "sun/breakfast room" with a beautiful view of the Wenatchee River was a pleasant place to lounge during our down time. The owners, staff and "Inn Dogs" were so friendly and made us feel at home. Our room (with River View) had a separate outside entrance, was roomy and the king bed was very comfortable. A hot tub was on the deck just outside our room - we wish we had brought our swim suits! We had a very enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful and fantastically decorated B&B. I wish I could have spent more time in the main rooms. We ran into 2 guests at breakfast - and they were great to talk with. Very friendly. Other than that, we didn't see anyone the whole time - so great mix. But the most tremendous surprise was the breakfast itself. Ask yourself - when did you have oatmeal that tasted better than any other oatmeal by a long shot! When did you have Dutch Babies that were made special for you without gluten? Ludger is an amazing chef.... we were going to skip breakfast because we were in a hurry - instead, knowing how special the first breakfast was, I called Ludger to ask if I could have it earlier - "no problem" he said, "I can do that". And he meant it! and it was fantastic!!!
- 5/5
We spent two nights in the River Room and were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and cozy with a great view of the river. The breakfast each morning was also amazing!
- 5/5
The owners/staff were vey friendly and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful and cozy. A little off the beaten path (good) but close enough to everything. A 20-25 minute drive from Leavenworth and only 15 minutes from East Wenatchee restaurants and stores. The grounds were gorgeous and nestled close to the Wenatchee River. Can only imagine what it will be like in summer (we'll let you know). We also experienced a wine tasting and that was very enjoyable. They do have great wine! Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed even more with the beautiful view. As an old mansion from the early 1900s, a lot has been done to retain the charm of this period with update renovations nicely integrated. Heat (we were there during winter) was a little but we did spend most of our time out and about. If you want a private get away or are planning a special event, Warm Springs Inn is the place!
